本发明涉及油漆领域,尤其涉及到一种环保木器油漆。
背景技术
油漆是一种能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰、标志和其他特殊用途的化学混合物涂料。中国涂料界比较权威的涂料工艺一书是这样定义的:涂料是一种材料,这种材料可以用不同的实施工艺涂覆在物件表面,形成粘附牢固、具有一定强度、连续固态薄膜。这样形成的膜通称涂膜,又称漆膜或涂层。属于有机化工高分子材料,所形成的涂膜属于高分子化合物类型。按照现代通行的化工产品的分类,涂料属于精细化工产品。现有市场上的油漆大多含有有害化学物质,使用后味道很大,且不断散发一些有机化合物游离在空气中,一定程度上影响了消费者的健康。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保木器油漆,具有颜色纯度高且鲜艳,具有很好的耐候性,使用后形成的漆膜干燥快,能够永久保持均匀细腻,保色保光性能,富有光泽,可以防止污垢粘附,并且对环境没有任何污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明所提供的技术方案为:一种环保木器油漆,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:茶子油18-26份、苯磺酸钠4-8份、乳酸5-7份、松节油8-12份、甲基正戊基酮5-9份、醋酸芳樟酯8-12份、水性聚氨酯树脂18-22份、分散助剂1-3份、纳米二氧化硅12-16份、乙醇2-4份、中和剂5-9份、钛白粉16-24份、环氧树脂12-18份、蓄光粉5-9份、防腐剂3-7份、固化剂3-5份、颜料8-12份、硅油4-6份、硬脂酸镁8-12份。

一种环保木器油漆,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:茶子油22份、苯磺酸钠6份、乳酸6份、松节油10份、甲基正戊基酮7份、醋酸芳樟酯10份、水性聚氨酯树脂20份、分散助剂2份、纳米二氧化硅14份、乙醇3份、中和剂7份、钛白粉20份、环氧树脂15份、蓄光粉7份、防腐剂5份、固化剂4份、颜料10份、硅油5份、硬脂酸镁10份。
