Abstract

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following effects:
the goods warehousing and storage system can achieve continuous carrying without idle stroke by utilizing the matching of the lifting tower and the conveyer belt, so that the warehousing and ex-warehouse operation is more efficient, and the operation cost can be greatly reduced;
according to the article storage and storage system, due to the matching of the lifting tower and the conveying belt, the problem that avoidance is needed when a vehicle comes does not exist, and the time of endless delay during avoidance can be saved;
and thirdly, the lifting tower has a simple structure, but the effect is very obvious, so that the article warehousing and storage system with low construction cost is achieved.

The present invention provides an article storage system, wherein the lifting tower 20 is provided with a pushing device 23, when the article 40 is carried to a designated height by the lifting unit 22, the article 40 can be pushed from the lifting tower 20 to the conveyor belt 30 by the action of the pushing device 23, and the pushing device 23 is a pneumatic cylinder (as shown in fig. 6 and 7) capable of telescopic action.
The present invention provides an article warehousing and storage system, wherein the conveyor 30 is connected to the lifting tower 20 through a telescopic platform 31, and the telescopic platform 31 is extended and retracted to receive the articles 40 and then transfer the articles to the conveyor 30 (as shown in fig. 8), or to transfer the articles 40 from the conveyor 30 to the lifting tower 20 (as shown in fig. 7).
When the article 40 is moved up to the designated storage space 11, the article 40 can be moved to the conveyor belt 30 of the storage space 11 by the pushing of the pushing device 23 (as shown in fig. 6 and 7) or the receiving of the retractable platform 31 (as shown in fig. 8), and the article 40 can be moved to the end of the conveyor belt 30 by moving the article 40 to the conveyor belt 30 of the storage space 11 and then taking the article 40 off the lifting tower 20 by the conveyor belt 30, and then the articles are moved away from the conveyor 30 to complete the warehousing and storage of the articles 40, and the process of putting the articles 40 on or moving the articles away from the conveyor 30 can be completed by means of a mechanical arm, and the warehousing and storage system can be used for the delivery of the articles 40 by means of the reverse operation of the two lifting units 22 on the same lifting tower 20 or the simultaneous arrangement of at least two lifting towers 20 in the same building warehouse.
The article warehousing and storage system has the following advantages:
by utilizing the cooperation of the lifting tower 20 and the conveyer belt 30, the continuous carrying without idle stroke can be realized, the warehouse-in and warehouse-out operation can be more efficient, and the operation cost is greatly reduced;
secondly, the cooperation of the lifting tower 20 and the conveying belt 30 has no problem of avoiding when the vehicle comes, and the time of endless dragging during avoiding can be saved;
and thirdly, the lifting tower 20 has a simple structure, but has a remarkable effect, so that an article storage and storage system with low construction cost is achieved.

the lifting tower is provided with an outer frame which penetrates through floors of the buildings and stands in each storage space, two lifting units which are adjacent to each other at the left and the right are arranged in the outer frame, each lifting unit is respectively connected with a power device, the two lifting units can continuously move in a reverse running mode by utilizing the separate arrangement of the power devices, each lifting unit is provided with two rotating shafts which are pivoted at the upper part and the lower part of the outer frame and driven by the power devices, two sun wheels which are positioned at the front side and the rear side are arranged on each rotating shaft, an annular body is wound between the two sun wheels which are positioned at the upper part and the lower part of the same side, a plurality of bearing plates are arranged on the periphery of the annular body of the same lifting unit at certain intervals, and when the rotating shafts and the sun wheels are driven by the power devices to circularly run, the goods can be carried and lifted by utilizing the alignment of the bearing plates on the opposite inner sides of the two lifting units, so that the goods can be more efficiently put in and taken out by utilizing the matching of the lifting tower and the conveying belt.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is provided with one of the towers, and the change of the operation direction of the two lifting units is utilized to enable the one of the towers to be used for warehousing or ex-warehousing of the articles.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system is provided with at least two lifting towers, so that the warehousing and ex-warehousing operations of the system can be respectively completed on different lifting towers.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1 wherein the power means is a motor coupled to a speed reducer.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said annular body is a belt wound around said sun gear on the same side.
6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said annular body is a chain wound around said sun gear on the same side.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the carrier plate is fixed to the ring body such that the carrier plate can be horizontally extended during upward or downward movement for carrying the articles, and can be turned with the sun wheel when moving to the lowermost or uppermost position.
8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said carrier plate is removable to allow a portion of the carrier plate to be folded to prevent the items from being fed into said tower depending on the height of the items to be carried.
9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting tower is provided with a pushing device, when the article is carried to a predetermined height by the lifting unit, the pushing device is actuated to push the article from the lifting tower to the conveyor belt, and the pushing device is a pneumatic cylinder capable of being actuated in a telescopic manner.
