Abstract
本发明涉及过电流保护逆变器,尤其涉及一种利用分流电阻(leg‑shunt resistor)检测瞬时最大输出电流和AD电流来执行逆变器保护动作的逆变器。本发明通过检测瞬时最大输出电流并且在分流电阻检测AD电流,由此能够在逆变器整个动作区间发生过电流时,执行过电流保护动作来保护逆变器。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及过电流保护逆变器,尤其涉及一种利用分流电阻(leg-shuntresistor)检测瞬时最大输出电流和AD电流来执行逆变器保护动作的逆变器。
背景技术
逆变器是将直流电转换成具有所希望的频率和大小的交流电的装置,用于控制交流电动机等。这种逆变器通过变压变频(variable voltage variable frequency,VVVF)方式而被控制,可以根据脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)输出来改变向电动机输入的电压和频率。
图10是现有技术的普通逆变器的构成图。
参照图10,现有技术的逆变器1从电源部(三相电源2)接收三相交流电,整流部11对其进行整流,平滑部12使整流部11整流的直流电压平滑并存储。逆变部13根据PWM控制信号将存储于作为平滑部12的直流链路电容器的直流电压,输出为具有规定电压和规定频率的交流电压,并将其提供给电动机3。逆变部13由三相支路构成,在各个支路串联连接有两个开关元件。
为了使逆变器免受过电流的冲击,需要检测过电流,为了检测这种过电流,通过在逆变器1的输出A配置电流传感器(Current Transformer,CT)来检测逆变器输出电流,或者通过配置与逆变部13的下部支路B的开关元件分别串联连接的分流电阻,由此检测逆变部13的输出电流,进而检测过电流。此时,主要通过检测输出电流的瞬时最大电流来执行过电流保护动作。
图11是用于说明现有技术的利用分流电阻来检测逆变器输出电流的方式的示例图。
参照图11,在利用分流电阻的电流检测方式中,在逆变器1的逆变部13的各个支路的下部开关元件(例如,绝缘栅双极晶体管(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor,IGBT))的发射端分别配置分流电阻20,并检测流过分流电阻20的电流。然而,根据逆变部13的开关元件的开关状态,不连续地检测出了输出电流,从而需要检测考虑到开关元件的开关状态的瞬时最大电流。
图12是在现有技术中,在空间矢量脉宽调制(space vector pulse widthmodulation,SVPWM)控制时,根据开关状态的逆变器输出电流的状态图,图13是表示在现有技术中,根据逆变器开关状态的开关元件的动作的图。图13中示出了对于根据图12的开关状态的各相的开关元件的动作的定义。
图14是现有技术的各个SVPWM扇区的开关元件的动作示意图,在SVPWM控制中,开关元件的动作区分为由T0区间构成的零矢量(zero vector)区间和由T1和T2构成的有效矢量(active vector)区间。
图15是在现有技术的分流电阻电流检测方式中,逆变器过电流保护系统的构成图,图16是图15的峰值电流检测部的详细构成图,图17是表示在现有技术中根据逆变器动作模式的输出电流路径的图。
逆变器动作模式分为逆变器输出电流增加的供电模式(powering mode)和逆变器输出电流消耗的续流模式(free wheeling mode),供电模式在SVPWM有效矢量区间发生,而续流模式在SVPWM零矢量区间发生。
参照图15,用于普通逆变器的过电流保护的逆变器保护系统,由检测从分流电阻20输出的电流的电流检测部30、检测瞬时最大输出电流的峰值电流检测部100以及保护过电流的过电流保护部50构成。
电流检测部30对从分流电阻20输出的电流附加偏置(offset)而对齐并放大,峰值电流检测部40检测作为瞬时最大输出电流的峰值电流。之后,过电流保护部50根据检测出的瞬时最大输出电流,执行临时阻断逆变部13的开关元件的PWM输入的过电流抑制(over-current suppression,OCS)动作或产生逆变器跳闸的过电流跳闸(over-current trip,OCT)动作。
由于利用分流电阻的电流检测方式,仅可以在电流向逆变部13的下部支路的开关元件导通的区间检测电流,因此如图6所示,不连续地检测逆变器的输出电流。
在分流电阻20检测出的电流被电流检测部30附加偏置且放大,并输入到峰值电流检测部40。参照图16,峰值电流检测部40的整流部41输出波电流的波形,负信号通过反相放大器42而反相为正信号输出(图6的④)。
过电流保护部50通过比较输入信号电平,并根据所输入的瞬时最大输出电流电平来产生OCS或OCT。
如图17所示,根据逆变器的开关动作,逆变部13的输出电流分为能够从作为平滑部12的直流链路电容器向逆变部13传递能量从而使输出电流增加的供电模式和消耗电动机3的能量的续流模式。
续流模式分为通过施加SVPWM零矢量来消耗逆变部13和电动机3之间的能量的第一模式,和通过在OCS动作时断开所有的开关元件来消耗电动机3和作为平滑部12的直流链路电容器之间的能量的第二模式。
供电模式在SVPWM中施加有效矢量的区间发生。在SVPWM中施加有效矢量时输出电流增大。在过负载状况下,输出电流会持续增大,如果发生了过电流保护电平以上的输出电流,则执行过电流保护动作。但是,在续流模式中,输出电流不会在作为消耗在供电模式产生的电流的区间增大。
在这种现有的利用分流电阻的电流检测方式中,峰值电流检测部40的峰值电流检测根据逆变部13的开关元件的开关状态而受到限制。
即,参照图14,SVPWM的一个PWM周期,由由T0组成的两个零矢量区间和由T1和T2组成的两个有效矢量区间构成。T1区间是向逆变部13的两相的下部开关元件形成输出电流路径的区间,T2区间是向逆变部13的一相的下部开关元件形成输出电流路径的区间。此时,由于T2区间通过一个下部开关元件施加所有的瞬时最大输出电流,因此容易检测瞬时最大输出电流,而在T1区间分两个下部开关元件施加瞬时最大输出电流,因此检测出的瞬时峰值电流降低为1/2倍,从而存在难以检测瞬时最大输出电流的问题点。
因此,在供电模式的一部分区间,在过电流状况下无法抑制过电流,从而发生输出电流超过过电流电平的问题。另外还存在如下的问题点:在发生了设计值以上的过电流的情况下,开关元件的热应力因过电流而增加,导致开关元件烧损或因过热状况而发生跳闸。
图18是现有技术的根据最大输出电流检测方式(OP-AMP Adder方式)的逆变器的构成图,图19是现有技术的根据最大输出电流检测方式的逆变器的过电流非检测电流波形。
为了解决前述问题,提出了最大输出电流检测方式。如图18所示,可以包括:电流检测部30,其检测在逆变器1的分流电阻流动的输出电流;瞬时最大输出电流检测部100,从由电流检测部30检测出的输出电流检测出瞬时最大输出电流;以及过电流保护部50,根据检测出的瞬时最大输出电流来执行过电流保护动作。
但是,参照图19,即便在此情况下,在零矢量区间的瞬时最大输出电流检测也受限。在高载波(carrier)、电压利用率低的低速运转条件下,有效矢量区间较短,在此条件下,如果产生基于有效矢量的过电流,则因输入滤波器等电流检测延迟因素,无法在有效矢量区间内检测出过电流,而转到零矢量。因此,在利用OP-AMP Adder的瞬时最大输出电流检测方式中,由于在零矢量区间的瞬时最大电流检测受限,因此在充分确保下一个有效矢量区间为止不能检测过电流。
因此,需要能够在所有区间检测过电流来保护逆变器以使其免受过电流影响的逆变器。
发明内容
发明要解决的问题
本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够在逆变器的续流模式(Free Wheeling Mode)和供电模式(Powering Mode)区间检测出准确的瞬时最大输出电流,由此能够在发生过电流时执行过电流保护动作的逆变器。
本发明的目的并不限定于以上提及到的目的,本领域的技术人员能够通过以下的记载明确理解未被提及到的本发明的其他目的和优点,并通过本发明的实施例会进一步清楚理解。另外,通过权利要求书表示的方法以及其组合,能够容易实现本发明的目的和优点。
用于解决问题的手段
为了实现上述目的,本发明的过电流保护逆变器包括:逆变部,在其每个支路分别设置有串联连接的两个开关元件;分流电阻,与所述逆变部的下部支路的开关元件分别串联连接;电流检测部,从由所述分流电阻输出的信号检测出输出电流;瞬时最大输出电流检测部,将从所述电流检测部输入的输出电流相加,输出所述逆变部的输出电流的瞬时最大输出电流;以及控制器,在由所述电流检测部检测出的AD电流和由所述瞬时最大输出电流检测部检测出的瞬时最大输出电流为基准电流以上的情况下,执行保护所述逆变部免受过电流的影响的过电流保护动作。
在所述AD电流和所述瞬时最大输出电流为OCS(over-current suppression)电平以上的情况下,所述控制器执行临时阻断所述逆变部的PWM输入的OCS动作,在所述AD电流和所述瞬时最大输出电流为OCT(over-current trip)电平以上的情况下,所述控制器执行产生逆变器跳闸的OCT动作,所述OCS电平的基准电流的大小小于所述OCT电平的基准电流的大小。
包括过电流保护电路,在所述过电流保护电路中,如果由所述瞬时最大输出电流检测部检测出的瞬时最大输出电流为所述OCS电平以上,则向所述控制器传递临时阻断开关元件的PWM输入的OCS动作信号,如果所述瞬时最大输出电流为所述OCT电平以上,则向所述控制器传递产生逆变器跳闸的OCT动作信号。
所述瞬时最大输出电流检测部可以包括运算放大器。
发明效果
本发明的过电流保护逆变器,检测瞬时最大输出电流并且从分流电阻检测AD电流,由此能够在逆变器整个动作区间,在发生过电流时能够通过执行过电流保护动作来保护逆变器。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图详细说明前述目的、特征以及有优点,由此本领域普通技术人员能够容易实施本发明的技术思想。在说明本发明的过程中,当判断为对相关公知技术的具体说明可能使本发明的要旨不清楚时,将省略对其的详细说明。以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。在附图中相同的附图标记表示相同或相似的构成要素。
下面,对本发明的一些实施例的过电流保护逆变器进行说明。
图1是本发明的过电流保护逆变器的电路图,图2是本发明的过电流保护逆变器的过电流保护构成的框图。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的过电流保护逆变器包括:整流部100,对三相电源进行整流;平滑部200,使从整流部100输出的电流平滑;逆变部300,根据控制器700的控制向电动机输出由平滑部200进行了平滑的电流;电流检测部400,检测从逆变部300的分流电阻输出的输出电流;瞬时最大输出电流检测部500,从由电流检测部400检测到的输出电流检测出瞬时最大输出电流;过电流保护部600,基于由瞬时最大输出电流检测部500检测出的瞬时最大输出电流,使控制器执行过电流保护动作;以及控制器700,控制逆变部300,根据AD输出电流和瞬时最大输出电流来执行过电流保护动作。在此,由于整流部100和平滑部200以及逆变部300与普通逆变器相同,从而省略对其的详细说明。
电流检测部400从与逆变部300的下部支路的开关元件连接的分流电阻检测输出电流。由电流检测部400检测出的电流传递到后述的控制器700和瞬时最大输出电流检测部500。
图3是本发明的过电流保护逆变器的瞬时最大输出电流检测部的电路图。
瞬时最大输出电流检测部500从由电流检测部400检测出的输出电流检测出瞬时最大输出电流。为此,瞬时最大输出电流检测部500包括偏置调整模块510和放大加法模块520。
如图3所示,偏置调整模块510利用偏置调整电阻来调节放大加法模块520的偏置电压的大小。更详细地说,偏置调整模块510可以使用两个电阻R24、R31来调节偏置电压。偏置电压是用于去除在作为模拟电路的放大加法模块520产生的DC电压的电压,偏置调整模块510将用于去除DC电压的偏置电压传递给放大加法模块520。
放大加法模块520可以由使用了OP-AMP(运算放大器)的构成实现,三相的逆变部输出电流输入到运算放大器的反相端子。当然,本发明不限于此,也可以使三相的逆变部输出电流输入到运算放大器的同相端子。在SVPWM的有效矢量区间,可以在逆变部300的一相或两相的下部支路开关元件形成电流路径。在向一相的下部支路开关元件形成电流路径的SVPWM T2区间,可以向一相的下部支路开关元件形成逆变器峰值电流的路径。另外,在向两相的下部支路开关元件形成电流路径的T1区间,可以向一相的上部支路开关元件形成逆变器峰值电流的路径,根据基尔霍夫电流定律(Kirchhoff's Current Law,KCL),逆变器峰值电流等于在下部支路开关元件流动的电流之和。本发明在由放大加法模块520构成的瞬时最大输出电流检测部500中,在有效矢量区间将一相或两相的逆变器输出电流作为输入,检测瞬时最大输出电流,由此可以在向一相的下部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的区间(T2区间)和向两相的下部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的区间(T1区间),即在供电模式整个区间,都能够进行瞬时最大输出电流的检测。
图4和图5是表示在本发明的过电流保护逆变器中的SVPWM扇区1的电流路径的电路图。图4是表示向逆变部的两相的下部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的T1区间的图,图5是表示向逆变部的一相的下部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的T2区间的图。
参照图4,在向V相和W相的下部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的T1区间,电流检测部400检测V相和W相的电流,而在向上部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的U相中不检测U相电流。此时,瞬时最大输出电流在U相形成。由电流检测部400检测出的V相和W相电流可以输入到瞬时最大输出电流检测部500,由放大加法模块520相加并输出作为瞬时最大输出电流的U相电流,该U相瞬时最大输出电流可以输入到过电流保护部600。当然,在SVPWM扇区2至扇区6也可以采用同样的方法检测瞬时最大输出电流。
参照图5,在向W相的下部支路的开关元件形成电流路径的T2区间,电流检测部400检测W相电流,而不检测U相和V相电流。此时,瞬时最大输出电流在W相形成。瞬时最大输出电流检测部500可以接收W相电流并检测出瞬时最大输出电流,并向过电流保护部600输出W相瞬时最大输出电流。
过电流保护部600是过电流保护电路,其从瞬时最大输出电流检测部500接收瞬时最大输出电流并根据检测出的瞬时最大输出电流来执行过电流保护动作。在此,过电流保护部600根据检测出的瞬时最大输出电流,将关于过电流保护动作的信号传递给控制器700。另外,控制器700执行实质上的过电流保护动作。具体而言,过电流保护部600从逆变部300的开关元件的瞬时最大输出电流检测部500接收瞬时最大输出电流,并根检测出的瞬时最大输出电流,向控制器700传递临时阻断逆变部300开关元件的PWM输入的OCS动作信号或产生逆变器跳闸的OCT动作信号。
即,根据本发明的瞬时最大输出电流检测部500,可以在所有的有效矢量区间检测逆变器瞬时最大输出电流,由此能够在逆变器供电模式整个区间稳定地执行过电流保护动作。
控制器700基于从电流检测部400传递到的AD电流、从过电流保护部600传递到的OCS动作信号或OCT动作信号,控制逆变部300的实质动作。这种控制器700包括执行过电流保护动作的过电流保护模块710和控制逆变部300的逆变部控制模块720。
图6是用于说明根据从本发明的过电流保护逆变器输出的波形的过电流保护动作的图。图6的(a)是逆变部13的输出相电流,图6的(b)是基于分流电阻的检测电流。另外,图6的(c)是电流检测部30的输出信号,图6的(d)是瞬时最大输出电流检测部的输出信号。最后,图6的(e)是过电流保护部50的输出信号。另外,图7是在本发明的过电流保护逆变器中能够检测出AD电流的区间图表,图8是现有技术和本发明的过电流保护逆变器的过电流保护动作比较图。
参照图6,过电流保护模块710基于从电流检测部400接收到的AD电流和从过电流保护部600接收到的OCS动作信号或OCT动作信号,执行过电流保护动作。即,在从电流检测部400接收到的AD电流为OCS电平以上,或从瞬时最大输出电流检测部500接收到的瞬时最大输出电流为OCS电平以上的情况下(接收到OCS动作信号),过电流保护模块710执行逆变部控制模块720临时阻断逆变部300的PWM输入的OCS动作。另外,在从电流检测部400接收到的AD电流为OCT电平以上,或从瞬时最大输出电流检测部500接收到的瞬时最大输出电流为OCT电平以上的情况下(接收到OCT动作信号),过电流保护模块710执行逆变部控制模块720使逆变器跳闸的OCT动作。如图7所示,本发明由于检测AD电流,因此在零矢量区间表现出了优异的电流检测性能,并且可以在发生过电流之后在零矢量发生的续流模式(区间)中进行顺畅的过电流检测。另外,本发明由于检测瞬时最大输出电流,因此在有效矢量区间也表现出了优异的电流检测性能。即,如图8所示,本发明结合了通过控制器判断AD电流来控制逆变部300的软件结构和利用了OP-AMP的硬件结构,由此能够确保高载波低速区域的过负载保护性能。将其用表格整理如下。

参照表1,在现有的AD电流检测方式、整流电路方式以及最大输出电流检测方式中,在一部分区间发生了不能检测过电流的情形。然而,本发明可以在续流模式和供电模式整个区间准确地检测出过电流,因此能够安全保护逆变器以免受过电流影响。图9是本发明的过电流保护逆变器的过电流保护动作测试结果电流波形。本发明的过电流保护逆变器可以在包括有效矢量较大的区间和有效矢量较小的区间在内的所有区域优异的瞬时最大输出电流,因此如图9所示,可以看出,即便在有效矢量较小的高载波、低速运转条件下也能够执行顺畅的过电流保护动作。
以上,参照示例的附图对本发明进行了说明,但是本发明不限于本说明书中记载的实施例和附图,本领域普通技术人员能够在本发明的技术思想范围内进行多种变形。并且,即便在说明本发明的实施例时没有明确记载根据本发明结构的作用效果,通过该结构能够预测到的效果也应被认可。
Claims (4)
1.一种过电流保护逆变器,其中,包括:
逆变部,在其每个支路分别设置有串联连接的两个开关元件;
分流电阻,分别与所述逆变部的下部支路的开关元件串联连接;
电流检测部,从由所述分流电阻输出的信号检测出输出电流;
瞬时最大输出电流检测部,将从所述电流检测部输入的输出电流相加,输出所述逆变部的输出电流的瞬时最大输出电流;以及
控制器,在由所述电流检测部检测出的AD电流和由所述瞬时最大输出电流检测部检测出的瞬时最大输出电流为基准电流以上的情况下,执行保护所述逆变部免受过电流的影响的过电流保护动作。
2.根据权利要求1所述的过电流保护逆变器,其中,
在所述AD电流和所述瞬时最大输出电流为OCS电平以上的情况下,所述控制器执行临时阻断所述逆变部的PWM输入的OCS动作,
在所述AD电流和所述瞬时最大输出电流为OCT电平以上的情况下,所述控制器执行产生逆变器跳闸的OCT动作,
所述OCS电平的基准电流的大小小于所述OCT电平的基准电流的大小。
3.根据权利要求2所述的过电流保护逆变器,其中,包括:
过电流保护电路,如果由所述瞬时最大输出电流检测部检测出的瞬时最大输出电流为所述OCS电平以上,则向所述控制器传递临时阻断开关元件的PWM输入的OCS动作信号,如果所述瞬时最大输出电流为所述OCT电平以上,则向所述控制器传递产生逆变器跳闸的OCT动作信号。
4.根据权利要求3所述的过电流保护逆变器,其中,
所述瞬时最大输出电流检测部包括运算放大器。
