但是竹料属于天然的生物质材料,其含有淀粉、还原糖、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质等,容易产生细菌等,从而发霉腐烂。
当使用的竹胶板腐烂,该竹胶合板则无法实现其功能,无法使用,变成废料。因此,如何增强竹胶合板的质量,是本领域技术人员应该研发的方向。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,通过对竹板进行改性,使得竹胶合板有效抵御温度、湿度的骤然变化,抵抗细菌、霉菌的产生,再通过纳米二氧化钛的调控,增强上述能力,并且降低胶合所需的胶水的甲醛等污染,适合推广使用。
本发明的一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,包括依次设置的装饰层、青皮竹层、无纺布层、竹板层、无纺布层、青皮竹层和装饰层;
所述装饰层,与所述青皮竹层连接;
所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层,胶合固定;
所述竹板层,由改性竹板纵横排列叠加胶合而成,顶部和底部分别与无纺布层连接;
所述改性竹板,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)取3年以上竹,截断,劈开竹料,定宽去节,刨青刨黄,定长裁切,使竹料平整,制得去皮竹料;
(2)将所述去皮竹料排列,各所述去皮竹料之间留有缝隙,置于容器内,密封,通入超临界二氧化碳,缓慢加压至20-35mPa,保持温度60-80℃,处理时间为20-35min,接着以5-10mPa/min的速率降压,至常压后解除密封状态,取出去皮竹料;
(3)将去皮竹料置于改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶中,密封,加压至15-20mPa,保持10-30分钟,以5mPa/min速率降压,取出烘干,得到改性竹板。
优选地,所述由改性竹板纵横排列叠加胶合而成,具体为:
所述改性竹板以一层纵向排列、一层横向排列依次叠加,层数为奇数层,通过胶合固定而成。
优选地,所述超临界二氧化碳的流量为18-21m3/h。
优选地,所述青皮竹层的制作步骤:
(A1)取3年以上竹,去腐烂后截断;
(A2)于去离子水池中,使用海绵对竹表面擦拭,清洁表皮,擦拭力度为海绵与竹表面连接处基本不变形,接着使竹表面干燥;
(A3)按宽度尺寸要求破开竹料,修整竹节、刨黄,修整后的竹节高度≤2mm;
(A4)依次排列,胶合得到所述青皮竹层。
优选地,所述海绵为低密度海绵,基本不变形为变形量小于海绵厚度的1/3。
优选地,所述青皮竹料和所述无纺布层的长度和宽度,均大于所述竹板层的长度和宽度。
优选地,所述无纺布层,由改性无纺布构成,
将无纺布于所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶内浸泡5min,烘干,得到改性无纺布。
优选地,其特征在于,所述竹均为毛竹。
优选地,所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶,包括以下制备步骤:
(B1)取重量份为1的钛酸四丁酯和重量份为2-4的无水乙醇,混合搅拌,备用;
(B2)取重量份为0.5-0.8的硝锂酸、重量份为0.03的表面活性剂、重量份为3-6的无水乙醇、重量份为1的去离子水和重量份为2的冰乙酸,混合均匀,备用;
将步骤B1和步骤B2得到的备用物料混合,得到改性纳米二氧化钛凝。
优选地,制作所述竹胶合板的步骤包括:
(C1)依次将所述装饰层、已胶合固定的所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层、所述竹板层、已胶合固定的所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层、所述装饰层,胶合、热压成型、干燥;
(C2)裁剪所述装饰层、所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层的多余部分,得到抗菌环保竹胶合板。
本发明公开的抗菌环保竹胶合板,包括依次设置的装饰层、青皮竹层、无纺布层、竹板层、无纺布层、青皮竹层和装饰层,先由青皮竹层与无纺布层实现胶合,再与中间层的竹板层和边缘层的装饰层实现胶合。
由于竹板层的去皮竹料经过改性,里面容易产生霉菌的薄壁细胞破裂流出,进而浸泡过改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶,接着进行干燥后,以纳米二氧化钛和锂离子的形式存在,并替代了薄壁细胞,从而抵御霉菌的形成,使得竹胶合板实现抗菌效果。
再者,纳米二氧化钛具有杀菌、光催化、除甲醛的功能,因此在生产过程中和生产后,胶水溢出的甲醛会被纳米二氧化钛分解,有效降低污染,实现环保性质的胶合板。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,通过对竹板进行改性,使得竹胶合板有效抵御温度、湿度的骤然变化,抵抗细菌、霉菌的产生,再通过纳米二氧化钛的调控,增强上述能力,并且降低胶合所需的胶水的甲醛等污染,适合推广使用。

其中,竹板层的层数根据实际进行设置,图2仅为了表示其结构。
竹胶合板的用途广泛,可以用于建筑中,也可以用于运输中,本发明的竹胶合板,优选使用在各种集装箱、包装箱、汽车、火车和轮船等底板有着固定尺寸或标准尺寸的场景使用。
而上述这些优选使用场景,对胶合板在温度和湿度上有着严肃的考验,例如在我国范围内运输,南北的气温湿度差异,在全球范围内运输,温度和湿度的差异更为明显,因此必须保持稳定的支撑力以外,还需要增强其对外界环境的抵抗力。
本发明提供的一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,包括依次设置的装饰层1、青皮竹层2、无纺布层3、竹板层4、无纺布层3、青皮竹层2和装饰层1;
所述装饰层1,与所述青皮竹层连接;
所述青皮竹层2和所述无纺布层3,胶合固定;
所述竹板层4,由改性竹板纵横排列叠加胶合而成,顶部和底部分别与无纺布层连接;
所述改性竹板,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)取3年以上竹,截断,劈开竹料,定宽去节,刨青刨黄,定长裁切,使竹料平整,制得去皮竹料;
(2)将所述去皮竹料排列,各所述去皮竹料之间留有缝隙,置于容器内,密封,通入超临界二氧化碳,缓慢加压至20-35mPa,保持温度60-80℃,处理时间为20-35min,接着以5-10mPa/min的速率降压,至常压后解除密封状态,取出去皮竹料;
(3)将去皮竹料置于改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶中,密封,加压至15-20mPa,保持10-30分钟,以5mPa/min速率降压,取出烘干,得到改性竹板。
优选地,所述由改性竹板纵横排列叠加胶合而成,具体为:
所述改性竹板以一层纵向排列、一层横向排列依次叠加,层数为奇数层,通过胶合固定而成。
优选地,所述竹均毛竹。
优选地,所述超临界二氧化碳的流量为18-21m3/h。
优选地,所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶,包括以下制备步骤:
(B1)取重量份为1的钛酸四丁酯和重量份为2-4的无水乙醇,混合搅拌,备用;
(B2)取重量份为0.5-0.8的硝锂酸、重量份为0.03的表面活性剂、重量份为3-6的无水乙醇、重量份为1的去离子水和重量份为2的冰乙酸,混合均匀,备用;
将步骤B1和步骤B2得到的备用物料混合,得到改性纳米二氧化钛凝。
毛竹是竹子的一种,是我国栽培历史悠久、面积广泛,竿型粗大,四季常青,生长速度快。
毛竹的内部结构含有丰富的薄壁细胞和纤维。
其中,薄壁细胞主要包括淀粉、还原糖、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质等,薄壁细胞不稳定,也称为游离水,容易受外界影响产生霉变,几乎所有竹制品的发霉问题都源于此。
纤维,也就是纤维质,其分子结构结实、稳定,属于结合水。
竹板(竹片)在使用过程中,不可避免地会受到强压、泡水、寒冷炎热天气影响,而这些外界因素很容易导致薄壁细胞破损,与空气接触产生霉变。而这些霉变是无法及时发现处理,因此霉变随着温度湿度的影响,范围越来越大,最终导致竹胶合板作废。
为了杜绝薄壁细胞的霉变,本发明采用了“引离”薄壁细胞的办法、再将二氧化钛“置换”到竹板里面,使得改性后竹板的抗菌能力强,锁住水分和空气与竹板接触的可能性,使得竹板难以产生霉变,寿命长,改性后的竹板能在短时间内适应不同温度和湿度。
本发明的竹板是先将去皮竹料按尺寸切割,去竹皮和竹黄,接着进行改性处理。
去皮竹料与超临界二氧化碳接触,在密封状态下加压并保持,超临界二氧化碳渗入到去皮竹料细胞内,接着使压力突然急剧下降。
由于细胞壁对流体的扩散具有阻滞能力,在细胞壁内外瞬间形成极大的压差,该压差能有效击破薄壁细胞的细胞壁,也就是破壁的全是薄壁细胞、即游离水结构,压差使得去皮竹料内部结构疏松,流体能顺利流出。
失去薄壁细胞的去皮竹料外层剩余几乎全为纤维质,纤维质细胞壁厚,不容易破损,因此在压差条件下,纤维质仍能保持原状,同时,纤维质也是一种能为本竹胶合板提供强大支撑力和韧性的物质之一。
超临界二氧化碳可以通过二氧化碳经压缩而制得,成本低,容易制得。
去皮竹料进入密封容器中时,由于本方案是采用排列去皮竹料,使竹料之间留有缝隙,使得超临界二氧化碳可以与所有板材接触,而通过控制超临界二氧化碳的流动,可以保证效率,置于容器中的去皮竹料,可以按照容器的大小紧密排列,因此实际所需超临界二氧化碳的量并不大。
而解除密封状态的超临界二氧化碳会以二氧化碳的形式挥发到空气中,不对环境造成任何影响。
由于去皮竹料已被超临界二氧化碳破坏薄壁细胞,薄壁细胞也随流体流出,流出后形成通道,此时,将去皮竹料置于改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶中,加压,使得改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶的纳米二氧化钛分子活跃进入通道,保持时间,接着快速降压。纳米二氧化钛不仅仅附着在去皮竹料表皮上,还被锁住已经渗入到去皮竹料内的部分,“替换”原来的薄壁细胞。接着进行烘干,得到改性竹板。
由于改性竹板的表皮已被纳米二氧化钛塞满,即使去皮竹料内部虽然还存有薄壁细胞,但由于外层的已被纳米二氧化钛锁住,并且经过烘干,所以内部的薄壁细胞无法与空气产生作用,有效控制发霉效果。
改性竹板再通过纵横排列成奇数列,胶合。也就是以一层纵向、一层横向、一层纵向、一层横向……的方式实现基数层。
胶合方向是,改性竹板制得的竹板层两侧分别与无纺布层连接。
装饰层是市面上销售的普通装饰层,为现有技术。
本发明的改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶,是通过将锂离子与纳米二氧化钛一起实现效果。
纳米二氧化钛本身具有局限性,禁带宽度大,电子跃迁要求的能量大,对波长要求高,因此本申请通过锂离子掺杂改性二氧化钛,起到带价激活钛的活性,能有效实现纳米二氧化钛的能力。
除了“置换”掉薄壁细胞以外,纳米二氧化钛能去除甲醛等,使得竹胶合板本身的胶水有效清除甲醛,从而实现竹胶合板的环保性质。
优选地,所述青皮竹层的制作步骤:
(A1)取3年以上竹,去腐烂后截断;
(A2)于去离子水池中,使用海绵对竹表面擦拭,清洁表皮,擦拭力度为海绵与竹表面连接处基本不变形,接着使竹表面干燥;
(A3)按宽度尺寸要求破开竹料,修整竹节、刨黄,修整后的竹节高度≤2mm;
(A4)依次排列,胶合得到所述青皮竹层。
优选地,所述海绵为低密度海绵,基本不变形为变形量小于海绵厚度的1/3。
优选地,所述青皮竹料和所述无纺布层的长度和宽度,均大于所述竹板层的长度和宽度。
优选地,所述无纺布层,由改性无纺布构成,将无纺布于所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶内浸泡5min,烘干,得到所述无纺布层。
优选地,所述竹均为毛竹。
竹的青皮层具有抗氧化物和酸油,因此通过低密度海绵清洁去脏,而不能去除其表面的物质。
修正竹节高度≤2mm是为了给青皮竹保存有效的抗氧化物和酸油。
低密度海绵的硬度低于18d。
刨青是指去掉竹外侧的竹青;刨黄是指刨去竹内侧的物质。
一种抗菌环保竹胶合板的制作步骤包括:
(C1)先胶合所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层,备用,依次将所述装饰层、已胶合固定的所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层、所述竹板层、已胶合固定的所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层、所述装饰层,胶合、热压成型、干燥;
(C2)裁剪所述装饰层、所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层的多余部分,得到抗菌环保竹胶合板。
其中,热压成型和干燥均为现有技术。
下面通过多个实施例对本发明进行详细描述:
实施例1
制备本抗菌环保竹胶合板,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备改性竹板:取4年生毛竹,截断,劈开竹料,定宽去节,刨青刨黄,定长裁切,使竹料平整,制得去皮竹料;
将去皮竹料排列,各去皮竹料之间留有缝隙,置于容器内,密封,通入超临界二氧化碳,超临界二氧化碳的流量为19m3/h,缓慢加压至33mPa,保持温度75℃,处理时间为30min,接着以8mPa/min的速率降压,至常压后解除密封状态,取出去皮竹料;
将去皮竹料置于改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶中,密封,加压至20mPa,保持25分钟,以5mPa/min速率降压,取出烘干,得到改性竹板;
将改性竹板按一层纵向排列、一层横向排列、一层纵向排列,叠加胶合固定,备用。
(2)制备青皮竹层:
取3年以上竹,去腐烂后截断;
于去离子水池中,使用低密度海绵对竹表面擦拭,清洁表皮,擦拭力度为海绵与竹表面连接处基本不变形(变形量小于海绵厚度的1/3),接着使竹表面干燥;
按宽度尺寸要求破开竹料,修整竹节、刨黄,修整后的竹节高度≤2mm;
依次排列,胶合得到青皮竹层,备用。
(3)制备无纺布层:将无纺布于所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶内浸泡5min,烘干,得到改性无纺布;
改性无纺布构成无纺布层。
(4)将步骤(3)青皮竹层和步骤(4)无纺布层胶合,备用。
(5)装饰层、步骤(4)的青皮竹层和无纺布层、步骤(1)的竹板层、步骤(4)的青皮竹层和无纺布层、装饰层,胶合、热压成型、干燥。
(6)对装饰层、青皮竹层和无纺布层的多余部分进行裁剪,得到抗菌环保竹胶合板。
实施例2
基本与实施例1相同,不同的是:
步骤(1):
超临界二氧化碳的流量为20m3/h,缓慢加压至25mPa,保持温度75℃,处理时间为30min,接着以8mPa/min的速率降压;
加压至15mPa,保持25分钟,以5mPa/min速率降压,取出烘干,得到改性竹板。
实施例3
基本与实施例1相同,不同的是:
步骤(1):
超临界二氧化碳的流量为28m3/h,缓慢加压至25mPa,保持温度60℃,处理时间为30min,接着以8mPa/min的速率降压;
加压至15mPa,保持25分钟,以5mPa/min速率降压,取出烘干,得到改性竹板。
可见,组成竹板层的改性竹板,其四周的薄壁细胞已被纳米二氧化钛替换,经过烘干,替换后等于改性纳米二氧化钛堵住薄壁细胞离开后余留的空隙,使得空气难以进入竹板内部无法跟薄壁细胞产生变化,从而不产生病变、霉变。
任何胶合板采用的胶水比重都很大,甲醛正是胶水粘合的有效原材料之一,有着无醛胶水难以替代性,而由于改性二氧化钛带有锂离子,因此在锂离子的作用下,改性二氧化钛容易被激活,从而实现其杀菌、除甲醛的功能。

Claims (8)
1.一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,其特征在于,包括依次设置的装饰层(1)、青皮竹层(2)、无纺布层(3)、竹板层(4)、无纺布层(3)、青皮竹层(2)和装饰层(1);
所述装饰层,与所述青皮竹层连接;
所述青皮竹层和所述无纺布层,胶合固定;
所述竹板层,由改性竹板纵横排列叠加胶合而成,顶部和底部分别与无纺布层连接;
所述改性竹板,包括以下制作步骤:
(1)取3年以上竹,截断,劈开竹料,定宽去节,刨青刨黄,定长裁切,使竹料平整,制得去皮竹料;
(2)将所述去皮竹料排列,各所述去皮竹料之间留有缝隙,置于容器内,密封,通入超临界二氧化碳,缓慢加压至20-35mPa,保持温度60-80℃,处理时间为20-35min,接着以5-10mPa/min的速率降压,至常压后解除密封状态,取出去皮竹料;
(3)将去皮竹料置于改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶中,密封,加压至15-20 mPa,保持10-30分钟,以5 mPa/min速率降压,取出烘干,得到改性竹板;
所述青皮竹层的制作步骤:
(A1)取3年以上竹,去腐烂后截断;

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,其特征在于,所述无纺布层,由改性无纺布构成;
将无纺布于所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶内浸泡5min,烘干,得到改性无纺布。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,其特征在于,所述竹均为毛竹。
7.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,其特征在于,所述改性纳米二氧化钛凝胶,包括以下制备步骤:
(B1)取重量份为1的钛酸四丁酯和重量份为2-4的无水乙醇,混合搅拌,备用;
(B2)取重量份为0.5-0.8的硝锂酸、重量份为0.03的表面活性剂、重量份为3-6的无水乙醇、重量份为1的去离子水和重量份为2的冰乙酸,混合均匀,备用;
将步骤B1和步骤B2得到的备用物料混合,得到改性纳米二氧化钛凝。
8.根据权利要求1-5中任意一项所述的一种抗菌环保竹胶合板,其特征在于,制作所述竹胶合板的步骤包括:
