技术领域
本发明设计包装袋,尤其是涉及一种可自然全降解的包装袋。
背景技术
保温环保速运包装袋,以全生物基新型可塑性材料,通过多种成型技术制造,避开了传统的以木材基、石油基等非环保材料的使用,普及使用本发明有效减少木材和石油化工材料的消耗,防止自然生态系统失衡及化工材料对环境的污染和破坏。
聚乳酸(PLA)是一种新型的生物降解材料,使用可再生的植物资源(如玉米)所提出的淀粉原料制成。淀粉原料经由发酵过程制成乳酸,再通过化学合成转换成聚乳酸。其具有良好的生物可降解性,使用后能被自然界中微生物完全降解,最终生成二氧化碳和水,不污染环境,这对保护环境非常有利,是公认的环境友好材料。公告号CN105416797B公开了一种生物降解快递包装袋,由复合膜制成,所述复合膜包括第一层、第三层及第一层与第三层之间的第二层,所述第一层、第三层及第二层分别由膜料A或膜料B制成;所述膜料A,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:聚乳酸95.5%,可降解色母3%,增粘剂1.5%;所述膜料B,按重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:聚己二酸/对苯二甲酸丁二酯95%,可降解色母3.5%,增粘剂1.5%;还公开了该生物降解快递包装袋的三层共挤出吹塑工艺。本发明所原材料易得,生产成本低,加工方便,具有良好的加工性能、力学性能及耐低温韧性,适用于快递包装行业,并且在堆肥条件下,可被生物降解,从而解决了一次性快递包装袋消费后造成的环境污染问题。
目前,主要是将可降解材料生产成膜袋的形式,在生产制造过程中不可避免还要添加增粘剂、相容剂等成型辅料,且包装袋为了实现封口,还需在袋子上面增加粘条、拉链、自封条等,这些辅料要么难降解,要么成本较高,留在袋子上的粘条、拉链、自封条材料往往不容易降解,无法实现真正的全降解。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术提供一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,尤其是一种具有可降解拉链的包装袋,简化原料,实现包装袋的快速全降解。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,包括袋体,袋体采用双层面料:内层热轧无纺布、外层淋膜无纺布、中间夹层,中间夹层内填充有保温纤维,袋体是采用PLA生物降解可塑性材料为基料,经过PLA纺丝-薄型无纺布制造-无纺布淋膜-印刷-制袋-充棉制成。
本申请速运包装袋的主要制备工序操作如下
(1)PLA纺丝:为了制备PLA纤维,采用纺丝级PLA切片为原料,进行熔融纺丝,采用螺杆式纺丝机,PLA的熔点为175度,纺丝箱采用低沸点热媒使与PLA相适合,具体操作:原料干燥至含水量低于30ppm—将螺杆预熔温度设置为195-210℃、螺杆出口温度为200-215℃—纺丝头温度200-210℃—冷却—卷绕—切段—PLA短纤维;
(2)薄型无纺布制造:以PLA纤维为原料,采用热轧无纺布设备生产:对PLA纤维梳棉-气动送棉-振动筛式铺棉-对辊热轧-成型;
(3)无纺布淋膜:对薄型无纺布的包装外面进行淋膜,以防止保温袋透水及增强表面印刷美观效果,将纯PBAT切片放入淋膜机料斗中,进入挤出螺杆按设定的各级温度向前推动至淋膜模头,螺杆和模头各级温度由淋膜机PLC控制仪器控制,使温度控制、模头挤出量与无纺布牵引速度匹配,有效控制淋膜厚度在20-60g/平方米,优选40g/平方米,最后经冷却滚筒冷却;
(4)印刷:在无纺布的淋膜层上印刷;
(5)制袋:制成袋体侧面留有充棉孔的袋体;
(6)充棉:以PLA纤维作为保温纤维,将保温纤维填充到袋体的夹层,填充工艺:PLA纤维开棉蓬松-自动吸入充棉机-将袋子的充棉孔对准充棉机的充棉口-定量充棉-充棉孔封口-保温袋成品。
袋体采用拉链实现封口,拉链的链体和拉链头材料为PLA和PBAT的复合材料。为了实现全降解,作为袋体的一部分,拉链也要求能够降解,而试验发现,采用纯的PLA无法匹配拉链的生产方式而难以应用于生产拉链,本申请采用PBAT对PLA进行改性,其中链体采用PLA20%+PBAT80%混合物制造,拉链挤出机螺杆的温度设置为125℃(入料口)、135℃、140℃、145℃、150℃(出料口)。拉链头采用PLA50%+PBAT50%混合物制造,或者PLA50%+PBS50%,采用注塑机注塑成型,螺杆温度设置为130℃(入料口)、150℃、160℃、170℃、180℃(喷嘴),由于材料粘性大注塑模具的拔模斜度设计为大于5度否侧脱膜困难。
上述链体达到了拉链链体的使用硬度,拉链头硬度要大于链体,本申请拉链头的硬度达到了与PE、PP相似的硬度。
优选地,步骤(1)中,所述PLA短纤维采用规格4D的纤维作为保温芯填充材料,该材料在蓬松度方面尤为突出,起到良好的保温效果。
优选地,步骤(3)中,螺杆共设置六级温度,依次为160℃、190℃、200℃、223℃、223℃、223℃,模头的温度设置为223℃。
由于该PBAT粘性强,普通的淋膜机很容易发生膜粘冷却滚筒的现象,步骤(3)中所述冷却滚筒表面设置聚四氟乙烯接触层,淋膜表面与冷却滚筒的聚四氟乙烯接触层接触,降低膜与冷却滚筒的粘结,同时结合对淋膜机挤出螺杆温度调整,从而有效避免淋膜表面粘筒的发生。
对于采用拉链作为封口的袋体,其制备是在无纺布拉链制袋机上制造,生产工艺:双层无纺布放料-两边超声波自动焊接拉链-折叠-自动安装拉链拉头-超声波横烫-切断成袋,袋体侧面留充棉孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1)本申请的保温环保速运包装袋,采用PLA等生物降解可塑性材料为基料,经过PLA-纺丝-薄型无纺布制造-无纺布淋膜-印刷-制袋-充棉(PLA纤维棉);PLA取材于本年生谷物经提炼聚合而成,材料本质决定其可持续再生及遇水经微生物降解回归自然。
2)保温环保速运包装袋,为了保证降解材料的高纯度,在制作过程中不添加任何有害化学物质,加工制作采用热熔合超声波熔合工艺,避免添加非降解辅助材料,实现了真正意义上的全降解。
3)材料本身是可持续再生,原料获得途径绿色环保。
4)包装袋采用PLA纤维作为填充棉,属于一款高空隙纤维芯材,填充在夹层内安全卫生。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,包括袋体,袋体采用双层面料:内层热轧无纺布、外层淋膜无纺布、中间夹层,中间夹层内填充有保温纤维,袋体是采用PLA生物降解可塑性材料为基料,袋体采用拉链实现封口,拉链的链体和拉链头材料为PLA和PBAT的复合材料。
上述包装袋依次经过PLA纺丝-薄型无纺布制造-无纺布淋膜-印刷-制袋-充棉制成。具体生产步骤如下
(1)PLA纺丝:为了制备PLA纤维,采用纺丝级PLA切片为原料,进行熔融纺丝,采用螺杆式纺丝机,PLA的熔点为175度,纺丝箱采用低沸点热媒使与PLA相适合,具体操作:原料干燥至含水量低于30ppm—将螺杆预熔温度设置为200℃、螺杆出口温度为215℃—纺丝头温度200℃—冷却—卷绕—切段—PLA短纤维;所述PLA短纤维采用规格4D的纤维作为保温芯填充材料。
(2)薄型无纺布制造:以PLA纤维为原料,采用热轧无纺布设备生产:对PLA纤维梳棉-气动送棉-振动筛式铺棉-对辊热轧-成型;
(3)无纺布淋膜:对薄型无纺布的包装外面进行淋膜,淋膜选用PBAT材料,将纯PBAT切片放入淋膜机料斗中,进入挤出螺杆按设定的各级温度向前推动至淋膜模头,螺杆和模头各级温度由淋膜机PLC控制仪器控制,螺杆共设置六级温度,依次为160℃、190℃、200℃、223℃、223℃、223℃,模头的温度设置为223℃,无纺布走速为50米/min,有效控制淋膜厚度在40g/平方米,最后经冷却滚筒冷却;
(4)印刷:在无纺布的淋膜层上印刷,淋膜层不仅能够有效防水还能够提高印刷效果;
(5)制袋:以无纺布拉链制袋机制造,生产工艺:双层无纺布放料-两边超声波自动焊接拉链-折叠-自动安装拉链拉头-超声波横烫-切断成袋,袋体侧面留充棉孔。
(6)充棉:以PLA纤维作为保温纤维,将保温纤维填充到袋体的夹层,填充工艺:PLA纤维开棉蓬松-自动吸入充棉机-将袋子的充棉孔对准充棉机的充棉口-定量充棉-充棉孔封口-保温袋成品。
上述拉链的链体采用PLA20%+PBAT80%混合物制造,拉链挤出机螺杆的温度设置为125℃(入料口)、135℃、140℃、145℃、150℃(出料口)。拉链头采用PLA50%+PBAT50%混合物制造,或者PLA50%+PBS50%,采用注塑机注塑成型,螺杆温度设置为130℃(入料口)、150℃、160℃、170℃、180℃(喷嘴),由于材料粘性大注塑模具的拔模斜度设计为5度。
为了防止淋膜表面与冷却滚筒粘连,冷却滚筒表面设置聚四氟乙烯接触层,在冷却时淋膜表面与冷却滚筒的聚四氟乙烯接触层接触。
实施例2
一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋依次经过PLA纺丝-薄型无纺布制造-无纺布淋膜-印刷-制袋-充棉制成。具体生产步骤如下
(1)PLA纺丝:为了制备PLA纤维,采用纺丝级PLA切片为原料,进行熔融纺丝,采用螺杆式纺丝机,PLA的熔点为175度,纺丝箱采用低沸点热媒使与PLA相适合,具体操作:原料干燥至含水量低于30ppm—将螺杆预熔温度设置为210℃、螺杆出口温度为200℃—纺丝头温度210℃—冷却—卷绕—切段—PLA短纤维;所述PLA短纤维采用规格4D的纤维作为保温芯填充材料。
(2)薄型无纺布制造:以PLA纤维为原料,采用热轧无纺布设备生产:对PLA纤维梳棉-气动送棉-振动筛式铺棉-对辊热轧-成型;
(3)无纺布淋膜:对薄型无纺布的包装外面进行淋膜,淋膜选用PBAT材料,将纯PBAT切片放入淋膜机料斗中,进入挤出螺杆按设定的各级温度向前推动至淋膜模头,螺杆和模头各级温度由淋膜机PLC控制仪器控制,螺杆共设置六级温度,依次为160℃、190℃、200℃、223℃、223℃、223℃,模头的温度设置为223℃,无纺布走速为50米/min,有效控制淋膜厚度在40g/平方米,最后经冷却滚筒冷却;
(4)印刷:在无纺布的淋膜层上印刷,淋膜层不仅能够有效防水还能够提高印刷效果;
(5)制袋:以无纺布拉链制袋机制造,生产工艺:双层无纺布放料-两边超声波自动焊接拉链-折叠-自动安装拉链拉头-超声波横烫-切断成袋,袋体侧面留充棉孔。
(6)充棉:以PLA纤维作为保温纤维,将保温纤维填充到袋体的夹层,填充工艺:PLA纤维开棉蓬松-自动吸入充棉机-将袋子的充棉孔对准充棉机的充棉口-定量充棉-充棉孔封口-保温袋成品。
上述拉链的链体采用PLA20%+PBAT80%混合物制造,拉链挤出机螺杆的温度设置为125℃(入料口)、135℃、140℃、145℃、150℃(出料口)。拉链头采用PLA50%+PBAT50%混合物制造,或者PLA50%+PBS50%,采用注塑机注塑成型,螺杆温度设置为130℃(入料口)、150℃、160℃、170℃、180℃(喷嘴),由于材料粘性大注塑模具的拔模斜度设计为5度。
为了防止淋膜表面与冷却滚筒粘连,冷却滚筒表面设置聚四氟乙烯接触层,在冷却时淋膜表面与冷却滚筒的聚四氟乙烯接触层接触。
实施例1和2的性能测试数据如下表所示
本申请原料非常简单,没有添加其他化学试剂,通过对工艺进行优化设计生产出一种可真正意义上全降解的、产品原料成分单一的包装袋。
除上述实施例外,本发明还包括有其他实施方式,凡采用等同变换或者等效替换方式形成的技术方案,均应落入本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:包括袋体,袋体采用双层面料:内层热轧无纺布、外层淋膜无纺布、中间夹层,中间夹层内填充有保温纤维,袋体是采用PLA生物降解可塑性材料为基料,经过PLA纺丝-薄型无纺布制造-无纺布淋膜-印刷-制袋-充棉制成;
该速运包装袋的主要制备工序操作如下
(1)PLA纺丝:为了制备PLA纤维,采用纺丝级PLA切片为原料,进行熔融纺丝,采用螺杆式纺丝机,PLA的熔点为175度,纺丝箱采用低沸点热媒使与PLA相适合,具体操作:原料干燥至含水量低于30ppm—将螺杆预熔温度设置为195~210℃、螺杆出口温度为200~215℃—纺丝头温度200~210℃—冷却—卷绕—切段—PLA短纤维;
(2)薄型无纺布制造:以PLA纤维为原料,采用热轧无纺布设备生产:对PLA纤维梳棉-气动送棉-振动筛式铺棉-对辊热轧-成型;
(3)无纺布淋膜:对薄型无纺布的包装外面进行淋膜,淋膜选用PBAT材料,将纯PBAT切片放入淋膜机料斗中,进入挤出螺杆按设定的各级温度向前推动至淋膜模头,螺杆和模头各级温度由淋膜机PLC控制仪器控制,使温度控制、模头挤出量与无纺布牵引速度匹配,有效控制淋膜厚度在20~60g/平方米,最后经冷却滚筒冷却;
(4)印刷:在无纺布的淋膜层上印刷;
(5)制袋:制成袋体侧面留有充棉孔的袋体;
(6)充棉:以PLA纤维作为保温纤维,将保温纤维填充到袋体的夹层,填充工艺:PLA纤维开棉蓬松-自动吸入充棉机-将袋子的充棉孔对准充棉机的充棉口-定量充棉-充棉孔封口-保温袋成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:所述袋体采用拉链实现封口,拉链的链体和拉链头材料为PLA和PBAT的复合材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:所述链体采用PLA20%+PBAT80%混合物制造,拉链挤出机螺杆的温度设置为入料口125℃、135℃、140℃、145℃、出料口150℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:所述拉链头采用PLA50%+PBAT50%混合物制造,或者PLA50%+PBS50%,采用注塑机注塑成型,螺杆温度设置为入料口130℃、150℃、160℃、170℃、喷嘴180℃,由于材料粘性大注塑模具的拔模斜度设计为大于5度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,所述PLA短纤维采用规格4D的纤维作为保温芯填充材料。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:步骤(3)中,螺杆共设置六级温度,依次为160℃、190℃、200℃、223℃、223℃、223℃,模头的温度设置为223℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述冷却滚筒表面设置聚四氟乙烯接触层,淋膜表面与冷却滚筒的聚四氟乙烯接触层接触。
8.根据权利要求1所述的全降解的保温环保速运包装袋,其特征在于:所述袋体采用拉链作为封口,以无纺布拉链制袋机制造,生产工艺:双层无纺布放料-两边超声波自动焊接拉链-折叠-自动安装拉链拉头-超声波横烫-切断成袋,袋体侧面留充棉孔。
