Abstract

本发明公开了一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法,涉及包装袋技术领域。本发明包括投料、纺丝、超声波粘合、裁剪、印刷、制袋和废料回收,投料包括以下步骤:步骤一:将聚丙烯(PP),聚酯(PET),还有锦纶(PA)、粘胶纤维、腈纶、乙纶(HDPE)、氯纶(PVC),可降解的诸如聚乳酸(PLA)等放置在同一个混料盒内形成混合料;步骤二:通过搅拌棒对混合料进行充分搅拌;步骤三:搅拌完成后将混料盒密封,然后将混料盒放置在一旁待用。本发明通过设置无纺布可以对服装进行包装,可以避免传统的塑料包装袋在使用时难以被降解,进而保护环境避免由于包装袋难以被降解而对环境造成污染。

技术领域
本发明属于包装袋技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料包装袋是一种以塑料为原材料,用于生产生活中各种用品的包装袋,广泛用于日常生活和工业生产中,但是这一时的方便却带来长久的危害。常用的塑料包装袋多为聚乙烯薄膜制成,该薄膜无毒,还有一种薄膜为聚氯乙烯制成,聚氯乙烯本身也无毒性,但根据薄膜的用途所加入的添加剂往往是对人体有害的物质,具有一定的毒性,然而现有的包装袋在使用时还存在一定的不足之处,现有的包装袋在使用完成后往往很难被降解,对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法,以解决了现有的问题:现有的包装袋在使用完成后往往很难被降解,对环境造成污染。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法,包括投料、纺丝、超声波粘合、裁剪、印刷、制袋和废料回收,所述投料包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将聚丙烯(PP),聚酯(PET),还有锦纶(PA)、粘胶纤维、腈纶、乙纶(HDPE)、氯纶(PVC),可降解的诸如聚乳酸(PLA)等放置在同一个混料盒内形成混合料;
步骤二:通过搅拌棒对混合料进行充分搅拌;
步骤三:搅拌完成后将混料盒密封,然后将混料盒放置在一旁待用。
进一步地,所述纺丝包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将混料盒内的混合料放置在纺丝机内;
步骤二:混合料通过喷丝孔挤出形成熔体细流;
步骤三:将熔体细流冷却后形成初生纤维。
进一步地,所述超声波粘合包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将冷却后的初生纤维放置在超声波仪器内;
步骤二:通过超声波仪器将初生纤维粘合在一起,形成无纺布。
进一步地,所述裁剪包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将无纺布一层一层的摊开放置在裁剪板上;
步骤二:在振动刀无纺布裁剪机上设置要剪切的尺寸;
步骤三:通过振动刀无纺布裁剪机对无纺布进行裁剪,并得到合适尺寸的无纺布。
进一步地,所述印刷包括以下步骤:
步骤一:通过电晕机对无纺布进行除静电;
步骤二:将需要印刷的颜色转印到橡皮辊的表面,并通过橡皮棍对无纺布进行印刷颜色。
进一步地,所述制袋包括以下步骤:
步骤一:设置制袋机需要制袋的尺寸;
步骤二:将印刷完成的无纺布放置在制袋机内。
进一步地,所述废料回收包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将制袋产生的多余的制袋无纺布废料放置在打碎盒内;
步骤二:通过打碎盒对无纺布废料进行打碎并作为原材料再次被使用。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过设置无纺布可以对服装进行包装,可以避免传统的塑料包装袋在使用时难以被降解,进而保护环境避免由于包装袋难以被降解而对环境造成污染。
2、本发明通过设置废料回收可以使制袋剩余的无纺布废料进行再次打碎回收,使无纺布可以作为原材料再次的被使用,避免造成无纺布的浪费。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

本实施例的一个具体应用为:将聚丙烯(PP),聚酯(PET),还有锦纶(PA)、粘胶纤维、腈纶、乙纶(HDPE)、氯纶(PVC),可降解的诸如聚乳酸(PLA)等放置在同一个混料盒内形成混合料,通过搅拌棒对混合料进行充分搅拌,搅拌完成后将混料盒密封,然后将混料盒放置在一旁待用,将混料盒内的混合料放置在纺丝机内,混合料通过喷丝孔挤出形成熔体细流,将熔体细流冷却后形成初生纤维,将冷却后的初生纤维放置在超声波仪器内,通过超声波仪器将初生纤维粘合在一起,形成无纺布,将无纺布一层一层的摊开放置在裁剪板上,在振动刀无纺布裁剪机上设置要剪切的尺寸,通过振动刀无纺布裁剪机对无纺布进行裁剪,并得到合适尺寸的无纺布,通过电晕机对无纺布进行除静电,将需要印刷的颜色转印到橡皮辊的表面,并通过橡皮棍对无纺布进行印刷颜色,然后设置制袋机需要制袋的尺寸,将印刷完成的无纺布放置在制袋机内,将制袋产生的多余的制袋无纺布废料放置在打碎盒内,通过打碎盒对无纺布废料进行打碎并作为原材料再次被使用。

步骤一:将聚丙烯(PP),聚酯(PET),还有锦纶(PA)、粘胶纤维、腈纶、乙纶(HDPE)、氯纶(PVC),可降解的诸如聚乳酸(PLA)等放置在同一个混料盒内形成混合料;
步骤二:通过搅拌棒对混合料进行充分搅拌;
步骤三:搅拌完成后将混料盒密封,然后将混料盒放置在一旁待用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述纺丝包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将混料盒内的混合料放置在纺丝机内;
步骤二:混合料通过喷丝孔挤出形成熔体细流;
步骤三:将熔体细流冷却后形成初生纤维。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述超声波粘合包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将冷却后的初生纤维放置在超声波仪器内;
步骤二:通过超声波仪器将初生纤维粘合在一起,形成无纺布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保服装包装袋及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述裁剪包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将无纺布一层一层的摊开放置在裁剪板上;
步骤二:在振动刀无纺布裁剪机上设置要剪切的尺寸;
步骤三:通过振动刀无纺布裁剪机对无纺布进行裁剪,并得到合适尺寸的无纺布。
