技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟包装辅材技术领域,具体涉及一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸品及其制备方法。
背景技术
香烟滤嘴由烟丝棒、烟用成型纸和烟用接装纸三部分组成,其中烟用接装纸是直接接触卷烟消费者嘴唇的纸。现有技术中往往使用转移纸印刷加工而成烟用接装纸,由于印刷精美,色泽鲜艳,越来越受市场认可,占比也越来越高。转移纸为在普通接装纸原纸上通过转移树脂层、介子层或铝层加工而成,其印刷的油墨附着力不同于原纸油墨的附着力,主要依赖树脂粘附力,树脂堆积软化导致接装纸耐温性能下降,特别是产品包烟热封的过程,因温度过高树脂软化易出现烟支粘连的现象。目前市场上对光油的要求主要集中在环保、亮度、耐磨性能等等,对耐温性基本无要求,耐温性差的光油使用在接装纸上时,无法杜绝转移接装纸高温粘连的问题。
由于接装纸是烟支直接与消费者嘴部接触的部分,为提高卷烟产品竞争力,提升消费者吸食感受,抑制烟气中的苦味、辣、涩等不良口感,提高卷烟口感和舒适性,可以在光油中添加甜味剂,从而提升吸烟者的感受。现有添加甜味的方式主要是在光油中直接使用甜味剂,如蔗糖、三氯蔗糖、阿巴斯甜等单一或混配的甜味剂直接提供甜感。但甜味剂有一定局限性:例如甜味剂容易散失,主要是由于甜味剂分子量较小,纸张是疏松的纤维结构,卷烟长时间存放后,甜味剂容易迁移到纸张内部及背部,降低消费者的体验感;例如糖尿病人不宜过多摄入糖分的问题;细菌滋生的问题。
中国专利【CN202011600061.3】公开了一种罗汉果甜苷V烟用接装纸的制备方法。包括以下步骤:(1)罗汉果甜苷V的分离;(2)罗汉果甜苷V的纯化;(3)罗汉果甜苷V甜味光油的制备;(4)罗汉果甜苷V烟用接装纸的制备;(5)对接装纸进行压纹、干燥、分切,密封保存。该方法工艺步骤简单,制备的接装纸投入生产后,通过感官评吸表明,罗汉果甜苷V能够明显增加卷烟甜润感,增加卷烟抽吸的舒适度,余味较干净。然而该方法制备的接装纸含糖量较高,不适用于禁糖的消费者,而且该方法制备的纸张渗透性较强,甜味剂容易渗透到接装纸内部。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸品及其制备方法,该方法生产工序简单,能耗低,适用于规模化生产。该接装纸品疏水性能好,不含甜味剂,能够减小吸烟者唾液的渗入,提升了消费者的体验舒适感,同时还可以满足禁糖消费者的需求,受到更多消费者的青睐。
神秘果是生长在西非的一种热带植物,具有很高的观赏价值,是一种稀有的资源。其体内含有一种特异的变味蛋白——神秘果素(miraculin)。这种神秘果素不能改变食物的味道,但能够改变人的味觉。食用神秘果后,再食用原本酸味强烈的食物,如柠檬等,都会变得芳香甜美。由于平常抽吸的烟气pH呈弱酸性,一般集中在5-7之间。因此,将配有神秘果素的光油,涂布在接装纸近嘴端,消费者口腔接触神秘果素后,烟气进入口腔,神秘果素遇酸后改变了自身构象并与甜味受体发生键合,使人感受到甜味。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:一方面,本发明提供了一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸,包括原纸层、涂布在所述原纸层外侧的光油,所述光油中含有神秘果素。
进一步的,所述原纸层与所述光油的质量比为(200):(30-50),所述光油在所述原纸层上的涂布量为2-3g/m2。
另一方面,本发明提供了一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%-18%,打浆度为70~75°SR;将绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%-5%,打浆度为35-45°SR;将阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%-4.5%,打浆度为65-75°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入表面活性剂、填料、瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入硝化棉、醇溶丙烯酸树脂、醋酸纤维素、松香树脂、神秘果素、增塑剂,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸。
进一步的,所述步骤S1中,烟梗浆、绒毛浆、阔叶浆、表面活性剂、填料与瓜尔胶的质量比为(30-40):(40-50):(80-90):(0.2-0.5):(10-20):(0.1-0.2)。
进一步的,所述步骤S2中,硝化棉、醋酸纤维素、醇溶性丙烯酸树脂、松香树脂、蜡粉、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、增塑剂与神秘果素的质量比为(10-15):(2-5):(10-15):(10-15):(1-2):(10-20):(20-30):(1-5):(0.03-0.05)。

市场上的椰油酰氨基丙酸钠为含量为30 %的液体,它以天然原料为基础,性能极其温和,抗硬水能力强,对环境无影响,将其用于制备原纸层,当椰油酰氨基丙酸钠浓度较高时,椰油酰氨基丙酸钠在粒子颗粒表面形成疏水链朝外的“半胶束”,粒子颗粒间通过疏水链之间的缔合作用“胶凝化”,这种“胶凝化”作用使粒子颗粒间团聚,但是这种团聚又不像粒子颗粒间由于氢键和范德华力作用形成的聚集那样直接接触,可以使得纸张的疏水性明显提高,同时还可以保证纸张的强度,不会被消费者的嘴唇轻易破坏。
本发明在光油的制备过程中加入增塑剂乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯的主要作用是增塑醇溶丙烯酸树脂,乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯沸点高,增塑效果好,使得光油具有优良的防潮性和抗霉性,同时还具有耐强酸、强碱、油脂和有机溶剂的优良性能。而且乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯具有较强的自粘性,在高频热封时,有较高的封合强度,能够增加光油的塑性及附着力,使得光油牢固稳定的涂布在原纸层上。
本发明在光油的制备过程中加入醋酸纤维素,醋酸纤维素是一种非常易得的人造纤维,成本低。醋酸纤维素具有良好的舒适性:透气性好、芯料、干燥快、无静电吸附、抗霉;无毒、无害长期和皮肤接触不过敏;纤维状、可塑性;选择性吸附和移除某些低含量的有机物。而且醋酸纤维素容易用增塑剂、加热、或加压使之粘合在一起;醋酸纤维素还可以上色,提升接装纸的美观性。
本发明在光油的制备过程中加入蜡粉,蜡粉为滴熔点在130℃以上的微粉化聚乙烯蜡,蜡粉的主要作用是润光和消光,可以改善流动,获得平滑表面,使光油的抗刮伤性增加,同时平滑的表面还可以提升消费者的抽吸体验感。滴熔点在130℃以上的微粉化聚乙烯蜡能够显著提升光油的耐磨性、耐高温性及抗粘连性,需要说明的是微粉化聚乙烯蜡可以用微粉化聚丙烯蜡进行替代,也能够达到同样的效果。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明提供的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸品及其制备方法,该接装纸品具有良好的疏水性,可以有效防止液体的渗入或附着在烟用接装纸固体表面上,能够减小吸烟者唾液的渗入,避免吸烟者嘴唇与烟支过滤嘴粘结造成嘴唇拉伤或接装纸损坏的情况发生,可以有效提升消费者的抽吸舒适感。该接装纸涂布的光油具有优良的防潮性和抗霉性,还具有耐强酸、强碱、油脂和有机溶剂的优良性能。而且该接装纸涂布的光油含有神秘果素,可以通过酸性烟气刺激,引发消费者大脑产生甜感信号,减少烟气酸感的同时,增加了甜感,相较于传统光油中添加甜味剂这种味道叠加的方式,消费者的吸食愉悦度提升更明显,同时避免了细菌滋生问题,还可以满足禁糖消费者的需求,受到更多消费者的青睐。
2. 本发明提供的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸品及其制备方法,本发明在原纸层的制备过程中加入填料,使得纸张获得特定性能,如白度、不透明度、纸张强度,松厚度,平滑度等,同时,填料的加入使纸张内部空隙变小变细,从而增加原纸层的光油吸收性,并且使得光油的吸收更加均匀,使得消费者的抽吸体验更加。

本发明具体实施例如下:
实施例1
神秘果素的提取,具体步骤如下:
a原料预处理:将刚采摘的新鲜神秘果除去叶梗,清洗干净沥干水分,然后放入冰箱在-20℃条件下冻藏;
b果汁果肉分离:将上述步骤a冻藏的神秘果放入搅拌机内,然后加入无菌水,搅拌至果肉与核脱离,离心分离,得到果汁清液和沉淀,在果汁清液中加入质量分数15%的柠檬酸水溶液调节pH至3.0,搅拌均匀备用,然后将沉淀用无菌水冲洗、过滤得果肉浆;其中神秘果与无菌水的质量比为1:5;
c萃取提纯:将上述步骤b得到的果肉浆使用石油醚萃取,然后使用无菌水冲洗干净,然后依次使用氯仿、丙酮、水萃取最后得到浓缩物;
d浸提:将上述步骤c得到的浓缩物与质量分数85%的乙醇水溶液混合,然后加入质量分数15%的柠檬酸水溶液将混合液的pH调节至3.0,搅拌均匀,浸泡1h,离心分离35min后过滤,将所得滤液与上述步骤b得到的上清液混合得粗提物;其中浓缩物与乙醇水溶液的质量比为1:5;
e真空干燥浓缩:将上述步骤d得到的粗提物在5℃真空下干燥浓缩,得到神秘果素提取液备用。
将上述步骤得到的神秘果素用于制备光油并涂布在接装纸上,具体如实施例2-6:
实施例2
一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将30g烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为70°SR;将40g绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%,打浆度为35°SR;将80g阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%,打浆度为65°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入0.2g椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、10g碳酸钙填料、0.1g瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将20g乙酸乙酯和10g乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入10g硝化棉、10g醇溶丙烯酸树脂、2g醋酸纤维素、10g松香树脂、0.03g神秘果素、1g乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入1g蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸,其中原纸层与光油的质量比为200:30。
实施例3
一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将35g烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为70°SR;将45g绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%,打浆度为35°SR;将85g阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%,打浆度为65°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入0.3g椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、15g碳酸钙填料、0.15g瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将25g乙酸乙酯和15g乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入12g硝化棉、12g醇溶丙烯酸树脂、3g醋酸纤维素、12g松香树脂、0.04g神秘果素、3g乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入1.5g蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸,其中原纸层与光油的质量比为200:30。
实施例4
一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将40g烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为18%,打浆度为75°SR;将50g绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为5%,打浆度为45°SR;将90g阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为4.5%,打浆度为75°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入0.5g椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、20g碳酸钙填料、0.2g瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将30g乙酸乙酯和20g乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入15g硝化棉、15g醇溶丙烯酸树脂、5g醋酸纤维素、15g松香树脂、0.05g神秘果素、5g乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入2g蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸,其中原纸层与光油的质量比为200:30。
实施例5
一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将30g烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为70°SR;将40g绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%,打浆度为35°SR;将80g阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%,打浆度为65°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入0.2g椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、10g碳酸钙填料、0.1g瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将20g乙酸乙酯和10g乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入10g硝化棉、10g醇溶丙烯酸树脂、2g醋酸纤维素、10g松香树脂、0.03g神秘果素、1g乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入1g蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸,其中原纸层与光油的质量比为200:40。
实施例6
一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将30g烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为70°SR;将40g绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%,打浆度为35°SR;将80g阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%,打浆度为65°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入0.2g椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、10g碳酸钙填料、0.1g瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将20g乙酸乙酯和10g乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入10g硝化棉、10g醇溶丙烯酸树脂、2g醋酸纤维素、10g松香树脂、0.03g神秘果素、1g乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入1g蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸,其中原纸层与光油的质量比为200:50。
实施例7
不加入神秘果素作为对比例
一种接装纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层
S11,将30g烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%,打浆度为70°SR;将40g绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%,打浆度为35°SR;将80g阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%,打浆度为65°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入0.2g椰油酰氨基丙酸钠、10g碳酸钙填料、0.1g瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油
S21,将20g乙酸乙酯和10g乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入10g硝化棉、10g醇溶丙烯酸树脂、2g醋酸纤维素、10g松香树脂、1g乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入1g蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸,其中原纸层与光油的质量比为200:30。
将实施例2-7制备的接装纸投入接装机进行生产,评吸人按照《GB5606.4-2005烟草及烟草制品感官评价方法》进行感官评吸,其结果详情见表1。

如表1所示,由实施例5-7可以得出,原纸层的质量固定时,含有神秘果素的光油涂布量越多,消费者的抽吸甜感越强,不含有神秘果素的卷烟抽吸甜感最低,说明在光油内添加神秘果素可以有效提升抽吸甜感,这是由于将配有神秘果素的光油,涂布在接装纸近嘴端,消费者口腔接触神秘果素后,酸性的烟气进入口腔,神秘果素遇酸后改变了自身构象并与甜味受体发生键合,使人感受到甜味。
同时,涂布量越多时,椰油酰氨基丙酸钠的含量越多,杂气越少,刺激性气味也越小,说明接装纸的吸附性也随着提高。
由实施例2-4可知,增塑剂乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯的含量越高时,接装纸的光泽度越好,香气也越多,说明使得乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯的加入,可以使得光油更加充分涂布在原纸层上,提高了光油的附着性。

Claims (6)

1.一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述接装纸包括原纸层、涂布在所述原纸层外侧的光油,所述光油中含有神秘果素;
所述原纸层与所述光油的质量比为(200):(30-50),所述光油在所述原纸层上的涂布量为
2-3g/m2;
所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1,制备原纸层;
S11,将烟梗浆碎解,打浆浓度为10%-18%,打浆度为70~75°SR;将绒毛浆碎解,打浆浓度为4%-5%,打浆度为35-45°SR;将阔叶浆碎解,打浆浓度为3.5%-4.5%,打浆度为65-75°SR;然后将碎解后的烟梗浆、绒毛浆和阔叶浆混合均匀,制成混合浆料;
S12,在上述步骤S11得到的混合浆料中加入表面活性剂、填料、瓜尔胶,混合均匀得到原纸层抄造料;
S13,将上述步骤S12得到的原纸层抄造料通过长网造纸机抄造成湿纸层,干燥得到原纸层;
S2,制备光油;
S21,将乙酸乙酯和乙醇混合,搅拌均匀得混合溶液;
S22,在上述步骤S21得到的混合溶液中加入硝化棉、醇溶丙烯酸树脂、醋酸纤维素、松香树脂、神秘果素、增塑剂,搅拌均匀得混合溶剂;
S23,在上述步骤S22得到的混合溶剂中投入蜡粉,搅拌均匀,过滤得光油;
S3,将上述步骤S2得到的光油涂布到步骤S1制备的原纸层上,烘干得到接装纸;
所述步骤 S1 中表面活性剂为椰油酰氨基丙酸钠;
所述步骤 S2 中增塑剂为乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,烟梗浆、绒毛浆、阔叶浆、表面活性剂、填料与瓜尔胶的质量比为(30-40):(40-50):(80-90):(0.2-0.5):(10-20):(0.1-0.2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,硝化棉、醋酸纤维素、醇溶性丙烯酸树脂、松香树脂、蜡粉、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、增塑剂与神秘果素的质量比为(10-15):(2-5):(10-15):(10-15):(1-2):(10-20):(20-30):(1-5):(0.03-0.05)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中神秘果素的提取步骤如下:
a原料预处理:将神秘果除去叶梗,清洗干净沥干水分,然后在-20~-15℃条件下冻藏;
b果汁果肉分离:将上述步骤a冻藏的神秘果与水混合,搅拌,离心分离,得到上清液和沉淀,在上清液中加入柠檬酸水溶液调节pH至3.0-3.2,将沉淀用无菌水冲洗、过滤得果肉浆;
c萃取提纯:将上述步骤b得到的果肉浆依次通过石油醚、氯仿、丙酮、水萃取得到浓缩物;
d浸提:将上述步骤c得到的浓缩物与乙醇水溶液混合,然后加入柠檬酸水溶液将混合液的pH调节至3.0-3.2,搅拌均匀,离心分离后过滤,将所得滤液与上述步骤b得到的上清液混合得粗提物;
e真空干燥浓缩:将上述步骤d得到的粗提物在5℃真空下干燥浓缩,得到神秘果素提取液。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中浓缩物与乙醇水溶液的质量比为1:(4-5)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于变味蛋白的接装纸的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤d中离心分离的时间为30-35min。
