本发明公开了一种安神梭织面料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料混纺:天丝纤维27~37%,棉纤维21~31%,莫代尔纤维13~23%,睡莲蛋白纤维7~17%,100D聚酯纤维7~17%;其中,天丝纤维和棉纤维加捻成60S紧密纺,作为经纱;莫代尔纤维和睡莲蛋白纤维加捻成40S赛紧纺,40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维混纺成纬纱。本发明采用了睡莲蛋白纤维和100D聚酯纤维,使得梭织面料具有安神助眠和保健的功能;并且本发明采用缎纹纹板,其能提高面料的手感。

一种安神梭织面料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体是指一种安神梭织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着纺织新材料新技术的不断发展,纺织品种类日益增多,人们对功能性纺织品的需求也日趋旺盛。梭织面料是众多面料中的一种,其以结构稳定,布面平整,悬垂时不出现驰垂的特点而大受欢迎。然而,现有的梭织面料不具备保健功能,仍然无法满足人们对健康的追求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种具有保健功能的安神梭织面料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:一种安神梭织面料,由以下重量百分比的原料混纺:

其中,天丝纤维和棉纤维加捻成60S紧密纺,作为经纱;莫代尔纤维和睡莲蛋白纤维加捻成40S赛紧纺,40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维混纺成纬纱。
进一步的,所述40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维按1:1排列混纺成纬纱。
进一步的,所述经纱密度为173~180根/英寸,所述纬纱密度为123~130根/英寸。
一种安神梭织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:整经;将加捻好的60S紧密纺排放到纱架上,通过拉经机整经成织轴;
步骤2:浆纱;将整经后的经轴通过上浆机进行上浆,上浆后的多个经轴合并成一个轴,并将合并好的轴分成上下纹线;
步骤3:穿综;将60S紧密纺穿过停经片、综丝及钢筘;
步骤4:送纬;将40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维各两个储纬器分别按1:1比例送入纬纱;
步骤5:织布;将经轴挂在织布机上,配合纬纱的输入,由织布机完成织布,得到胚布;
步骤6:将胚布洗涤、晾干,最后经过染色、烘干定型得到安神梭织面料。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点及有益效果:本发明采用了睡莲蛋白纤维和100D聚酯纤维,使得梭织面料具有安神助眠和保健的功能;并且本发明采用缎纹纹板,其能提高面料的手感。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种安神梭织面料,其由以下重量百分比的原料混纺而成:天丝纤维32%,棉纤维26%,莫代尔纤维18%,睡莲蛋白纤维12%,100D聚酯纤维12%。
其中,天丝纤维和棉纤维加捻成60S紧密纺,作为经纱。莫代尔纤维和睡莲蛋白加捻成40S赛紧纺,40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维按1:1排列混纺成纬纱。该经纱密度为173根/英寸,纬纱密度为123根/英寸。
在制备本实施例的安神梭织面料时需要经过以下步骤:
首先将上述重量百分比的天丝纤维和棉纤维加捻成60S紧密纺,再将加捻好的60S紧密纺排放到纱架上,通过拉经机整经成织轴。然后将整经后的经轴通过上浆机上浆,通过浆液对60S紧密纺进行压缩,使纤维更挺硬,防止后续经纱在织布机上因摩擦起毛,也能减少在织布过程中纱线的断头率。上浆后的多个经轴合并成一个轴,增加头纹条数,然后将合并好的轴分成上下纹线,方便后面的穿综。接下来将60S紧密纺进行穿综,即将60S紧密纺穿过停经片、综丝及钢筘以便于织造;穿综配合织造纹版形成了织物的组织,本实施例用的是缎纹纹板,缎纹组织可以使织出来的面料手更好。60S紧密纺穿综完后,将40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维,放入织布机的储纬器中,即将40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维将40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维各两个储纬器分别按1:1比例送入纬纱。上述步骤完成后开始进行织布,具体步骤是,将穿综好的经轴通过上机车的载运,挂在织布机上做织布前的准备,调整好设备的参数,将已穿好的经轴配合纬纱的输入及织布机的运转来完成织布的动作,织出缎纹纹理的胚布。胚布出来后需要检验,淘汰不良品。良品胚布送入染厂,做打冷堆,炼漂胚布去除浆料及杂质,得到半漂的胚布。将半漂的胚布送入长车染色,染色分为两个部分,前车染色和后车固色,染色方式用活性染料染色,然后进行烧毛、丝光、定型工序,得到成品安神梭织面料。
本发明添加了睡莲蛋白纤维和100D聚酯纤维,使得梭织面料具有安神助眠和保健的功能;同时,本发明采用缎纹纹板,其能提高面料的手感。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同点在于,本实施例安神梭织面料,其由以下重量百分比的原料混纺而成:天丝纤维30%,棉纤维24%,莫代尔纤维20%,睡莲蛋白纤维15%,100D聚酯纤维11%。经纱密度为180根/英寸,纬纱密度为125根/英寸。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,其不同点在于,本实施例安神梭织面料,其由以下重量百分比的原料混纺而成:天丝纤维27%,棉纤维21%,莫代尔纤维20%,睡莲蛋白纤维15%,100D聚酯纤维17%。经纱密度为175根/英寸,纬纱密度为130根/英寸。
如上所述,便可很好的实现本发明。

1.一种安神梭织面料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的原料混纺:

其中,天丝纤维和棉纤维加捻成60S紧密纺,作为经纱;莫代尔纤维和睡莲蛋白纤维加捻成40S赛紧纺,40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维混纺成纬纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种安神梭织面料,其特征在于,所述40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维按1:1排列混纺成纬纱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种安神梭织面料,其特征在于,所述经纱密度为173~180根/英寸,所述纬纱密度为123~130根/英寸。
4.一种权利要求1~3任一项所述的安神梭织面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:整经;将加捻好的60S紧密纺排放到纱架上,通过拉经机整经成织轴;
步骤2:浆纱;将整经后的经轴通过上浆机进行上浆,上浆后的多个经轴合并成一个轴,并将合并好的轴分成上下纹线;
步骤3:穿综;将60S紧密纺穿过停经片、综丝及钢筘;
步骤4:送纬;将40S赛紧纺和100D聚酯纤维各两个储纬器分别按1:1比例送入纬纱;
步骤5:织布;将经轴挂在织布机上,配合纬纱的输入,由织布机完成织布,得到胚布;
