2) adding stone needle powder, radix tetrastigme extract and whitening component (one or combination of nicotinamide, vitamin C, tartaric acid or kojic acid) into the spinning solution A, wherein the mass fractions are as follows: stirring uniformly 65% of stone needle powder, 30% of radix tetrastigme powder and 5% of whitening component to obtain a mixed spinning solution B;

1) dissolving organic alcohol ethylene glycol or glycerol and hyaluronic acid in deionized water, heating and stirring uniformly at 70 ℃ to obtain a spinning solution A with the mass fraction of 20%;

Dissolving ethylene glycol and hyaluronic acid in deionized water, heating and uniformly stirring at 50 ℃ to obtain a spinning solution A, wherein the mass fraction of the spinning solution A is 15%; adding stone needle powder, radix tetrastigme powder and vitamin C into the spinning solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed spinning solution B, wherein the mass fraction of each component is as follows: 65% of stone needle powder, 30% of radix tetrastigme powder and 5% of vitamin C; and (2) performing electrostatic spinning on the mixed spinning solution, and collecting the mixed spinning solution through a collecting device to obtain the multifunctional nano stone needle fiber mask for diminishing inflammation and whitening, which is capable of moisturizing and moisturizing, wherein the electrostatic spinning process parameters are as follows: 15 kV, receiving distance 15cm, solution flow rate 0.5 mL/h.

(1) placing the dried folium Apioris Fortunei in a tubular heating furnace for heating and breaking cell wall; heating the tubular heating furnace to 85 ℃ at the speed of 5 ℃/min, treating for 12min, and introducing nitrogen as a protective gas in the heating process;
(2) soaking the wall-broken radix tetrastigme in ethanol water solution to obtain radix tetrastigme ethanol mixed solution;
(3) placing the obtained radix tetrastigme ethanol mixed solution in a microwave extraction instrument, and performing primary leaching extraction for 70 seconds to obtain a first radix tetrastigme extracting solution; the frequency of the microwave extraction instrument is 1000MHz, and the power is 850W;
(4) standing the first extractive solution for 5min, placing in a microwave extraction apparatus, and performing second extraction for 150 s to obtain second extractive solution of radix Apioris Fortunei; the frequency of the microwave extraction instrument is 700MHz, and the power is 300W;
(5) standing the second extractive solution for 8min, and naturally cooling to room temperature; then placing the mixture into a centrifuge, and centrifugally separating and collecting supernatant;

Example 5
Dissolving glycerol and hyaluronic acid in deionized water, heating and stirring uniformly at 80 ℃ to obtain a spinning solution A, wherein the mass fraction of the spinning solution A is 20%; adding stone needle powder, radix tetrastigme powder and nicotinamide into the spinning solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed spinning solution B, wherein the mass fractions of the components are as follows: 70% of stone needle powder, 30% of radix tetrastigme powder and 5% of nicotinamide; and (2) performing electrostatic spinning on the mixed spinning solution, and collecting the mixed spinning solution through a collecting device to obtain the multifunctional nano stone needle fiber mask for diminishing inflammation and whitening, which is capable of moisturizing and moisturizing, wherein the electrostatic spinning process parameters are as follows: 15 kV, receiving distance 10cm, solution flow rate 0.2 mL/h. The preparation method of the radix tetrastigme extract comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the dried folium Apioris Fortunei in a tubular heating furnace for heating and breaking cell wall; heating the tubular heating furnace to 90 ℃ at the speed of 8 ℃/min, wherein the treatment time is 15min, and introducing nitrogen as a protective gas in the heating process;
(2) soaking the wall-broken radix tetrastigme in ethanol water solution to obtain radix tetrastigme ethanol mixed solution;
(3) placing the obtained radix tetrastigme ethanol mixed solution in a microwave extraction instrument, and performing primary leaching extraction for 80 seconds to obtain a first radix tetrastigme extracting solution; the frequency of the microwave extraction instrument is 1200MHz, and the power is 900W;
(4) standing the first extractive solution for 8min, placing in a microwave extraction apparatus, and performing second extraction for 170 s to obtain second extractive solution of radix Apioris Fortunei; the frequency of the microwave extraction instrument is 800MHz, and the power is 350W;
(5) standing the second extractive solution for 9min, and naturally cooling to room temperature; then placing the mixture into a centrifuge, and centrifugally separating and collecting supernatant;
(6) and distilling the supernatant under reduced pressure to obtain the radix tetrastigme extract, wherein the yield of the total flavone in the radix tetrastigme extract is more than 3.35%.
Example 6
Dissolving ethylene glycol and hyaluronic acid in deionized water, heating and stirring uniformly at 80 ℃ to obtain a spinning solution A, wherein the mass fraction of the spinning solution A is 25%; adding stone needle powder, radix tetrastigme powder and tartaric acid into the spinning solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed spinning solution B, wherein the mass fractions of the components are as follows: 75% of stone needle powder, 18% of radix tetrastigme powder and 7% of fruit acid; and (2) performing electrostatic spinning on the mixed spinning solution, and collecting the mixed spinning solution through a collecting device to obtain the multifunctional nano stone needle fiber mask for diminishing inflammation and whitening, which is capable of moisturizing and moisturizing, wherein the electrostatic spinning process parameters are as follows: 10 kV, receiving distance 15cm, solution flow rate 1 mL/h.

The preparation method of the radix tetrastigme extract comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the dried folium Apioris Fortunei in a tubular heating furnace for heating and breaking cell wall; heating the tubular heating furnace to 95 ℃ at the speed of 10 ℃/min, wherein the treatment time is 16min, and introducing nitrogen as a protective gas in the heating process;
(2) soaking the wall-broken radix tetrastigme in ethanol water solution to obtain radix tetrastigme ethanol mixed solution;

Comparative example 2
The same as example 2, except that the spinning dope B did not contain the extract of Hevea hemsleyana.
The anti-inflammatory acne-removing, antibacterial and whitening effects of the mask product are tested in an experiment, and the anti-inflammatory acne-removing, antibacterial and whitening effects are as follows:
respectively selecting 40 people (20 people for each man and woman) with face having pox problem in three age groups of 15-25, 26-35 and 35-45, and continuously using for more than 30 days. The recording effect is divided into five grades: the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of obvious effect (acne disappears, skin becomes white and tender), good effect (acne is greatly improved, skin becomes white and tender), general effect (acne is slightly improved), no effect (no change) and adverse effect (acne aggravation).

1. compared with the facial mask prepared by different formulas or different reaction temperatures in comparative examples, the facial mask prepared by adopting the specific formula and the preparation method in the embodiments 1-12 has better whitening, acne eliminating and antibacterial effects;
2. compared with the facial mask prepared in the embodiment 1-3, the facial mask prepared by the radix tetrastigme extract extracted by the specific preparation process of the radix tetrastigme extract in the embodiment 4-6 has better whitening, acne eliminating and antibacterial effects;
3. the facial mask prepared by the electrostatic spinning device for preparing facial mask fibers of the specific facial mask in the embodiments 7 to 9 is better in performance effect compared with the facial mask prepared by the common spinning device in the embodiments 1 to 6;
4. the facial mask prepared by the specific compound modified additive in the embodiment 10-12 of the invention has better antibacterial property and whitening effect compared with the facial mask prepared in the embodiment 1-9.
