The facial mask realizes the beauty effect by promoting the circulation and the penetration of skin liquid through the interaction of facial mask materials and the skin. Due to the defects of sensitization, potential carcinogenicity and the like of the traditional skin whitening agent, the research and development of the natural plant whitening agent (fine chemical industry) which has high safety, good whitening performance and easy addition is very important. The bamboo leaf flavone is a plant flavone preparation which is obtained from Phyllostachys varieties with high content and has the characteristics of local resources and independent intellectual property rights in China, but has the defects of low solubility, deep color, difficult skin absorption and the like. However, the nano-fiber has a series of characteristics of low melting point, high reaction activity, high expansion coefficient, high diffusivity, strong absorptivity and the like, and the defects of the bamboo leaf flavone are just improved. The polymer filament (nanofiber) with nanometer diameter is prepared by an electrostatic spinning technology of a fiber manufacturing process, and the specific process is to carry out jet spinning on polymer solution or melt in a strong electric field. The nano-scale fiber prepared by the method has the advantages of large specific surface area, high porosity, light weight and the like. Electrospinning has been little studied in the field of facial masks. Therefore, in order to bring the advantages of rich raw materials, stable quality, safety and no toxicity of bamboo leaf flavone in China into play, research and development of the composite mask of the bamboo leaf flavone and the nano-fiber are carried out, and the nano-fiber mask with the effects of resisting oxidation, free radicals, bacteria, aging, moisture and the like is prepared by the electrostatic spinning technology, so that the defect problem of the bamboo leaf flavone is solved, and the development and utilization of bamboo leaf resources in China are promoted.
