技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂技术领域,具体涉及一种以高粘度精制矿油为基础油,以有机和无机混合皂为稠化剂,加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、增粘剂而制成的蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂及其制备方法。
背景技术
对于减速机的蜗轮蜗杆的润滑,过去主要使用润滑油,存在几个缺点:
1.由于工作环境温度高,油粘度下降,易漏失,既污染了环境,又造成浪费,蜗轮蜗杆达不到润滑、防护的效果,造成蜗轮与蜗杆、轴承磨损严重,过早报废。
2.油使用寿命短,在高温遇水条件下,油很快发生乳化、变质、腐败,这就需要不断更换新油;使用成本上升。
近年,逐渐发展采用半流体润滑,要求产品即具有油的流动性,满足蜗轮蜗杆飞浸泡润滑的要求,又要有脂的高温性,能起到润滑、密封双重功效。
国内市场现有的蜗轮蜗杆润滑脂,是一种通用的半流体极压锂基润滑脂,可以替代齿轮油,满足一般蜗轮蜗杆的润滑、密封的要求。但是随着减速机行业的发展,对蜗轮蜗杆减速提出了更高的要求,相应对所需润滑脂品质要求很高,而现有的蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂在高温润滑性能、降低设备运转噪音、满足设备长的使用寿命方面达不到要求。
本发明的蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂具有高温润滑性、高粘附性,保证蜗轮与蜗杆运转有足够的油膜厚度,并能够有效降低运转噪音,精心挑选的极压抗磨剂大大提高了使用寿命,可以满足中高档蜗轮蜗杆润滑的要求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂在高温润滑性能、降低设备运转噪音、满足设备长的使用寿命方面达不到要求的问题,该脂以高粘度精制矿油为基础油,以有机和无机皂混合为稠化剂,加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂,并加入特殊合成材料而制成,具有高温润滑性、高粘附性,保证蜗轮与蜗杆运转有足够的油膜厚度,并能够有效降低运转噪音,精心挑选的极压抗磨剂大大提高了使用寿命,可以满足中高档蜗轮蜗杆润滑的要求。。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂及其制备方法,该脂以高粘度精制矿油为基础油,以有机和无机混合皂为稠化剂,加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、增粘剂而制成,其中各成分的重量配比如下:
高粘度精制矿油:50-80;
胺:1-3;
抗氧剂:0.5-1;
异氰酸酯:2-4;
无机土:5-10;
极压抗磨剂:1-3;
增粘剂A:1-10;
增粘剂 B:10-40。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的高粘度精制矿油,其40℃的运动粘度为280-300mm2/s。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的胺是指十八胺、苯胺或其混合物,市场有售。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的异氰酸酯是指工业品,市场有售。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述的抗氧剂是指二烷基二苯胺或二叔丁基对甲酚或二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或其混合物。

本发明还公开了一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂的制备方法,它包含如下步骤:
(1) 采用高速对流接触器,在不超过80℃的条件下,按规定的重量配比加入高粘度精致矿油(油总量的80%)、胺、增粘剂B,异氰酸酯,升温到100℃-115℃进行皂化反应,皂化1-2小时;
(2)升温至190-200℃进行炼制,保温60-90分钟;
(3)移送至中间釜,加油稠化(加入油总量的20%);
(4)冷却,温度至140---160℃,分散循环剪切;
(5)降温至100-130℃均化一遍;
(6)降温至80-100℃加入无机土、增粘剂A、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂,搅拌均匀;
(7)检测合格后脱气,过虑,包装。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:
1.具有良好的泵送性。
2.使用温度范围内具备很好的金属粘着力。
3.有很好的粘附性,保证齿轮运转有较好的油膜厚度,并能够降低设备运转噪音,大大提高设备寿命;
4.具有良好的低温性,保证设备在低温情况下能够正常使用。
5.具有较高的承载能力和抗摩擦性能,降低齿轮磨损,延长使用寿命,达到与设备同寿命。
6.具有良好的高温性,保证设备在高温下有足够的润滑油膜。

采用高速对流接触器,在60℃,按规定的重量配比加入高粘度精制矿油(加入油总量的80%)、十八胺、苯胺、乙丙共聚物,异氰酸酯,升温到100℃-115℃进行皂化反应,皂化1小时;升温至190℃进行炼制,保温60分钟;移送至中间釜,加油稠化(加入油总量的20%);冷却,温度至140℃,分散循环剪切;降温至100℃均化一遍;降温至80℃加入无机土、聚异丁烯、二烷基二苯胺、硫化异丁烯,搅拌均匀;检测合格后脱气,过虑,包装。
实施例2:
一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,该脂以高粘度精制矿油为基础油,以有机和无机混合皂为稠化剂,加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、增粘剂而制成,其中各成分的重量配比如下:
环烷基精制矿油:65;
十八胺:1.8;
苯胺:1.2;
二叔丁基对甲酚:0.7;
异氰酸酯:2.5;
磷酸三甲酚酯:1;
无机土:7.5;
硫化异丁烯:1;
乙丙共聚物:5;
聚异丁烯:24。
所述一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂的制备方法为:
采用高速对流接触器,在60℃,按规定的重量配比加入高粘度精制矿油(加入油总量的70%)、十八胺、苯胺、乙丙共聚物,异氰酸酯,升温到100℃-115℃进行皂化反应,皂化1.5小时;升温至195℃进行炼制,保60分钟;移送至中间釜,加油稠化(加入油总量的30%);冷却,温度至150℃,分散循环剪切;降温至120℃均化一遍;降温至95℃加入无机土、聚异丁烯、二叔丁基对甲酚、磷酸三甲酚酯、硫化异丁烯,搅拌均匀;检测合格后脱气,过虑,包装。
实施例3:
一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,该脂以高粘度精制矿油为基础油,以有机和无机混合皂为稠化剂,加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、增粘剂而制成,其中各成分的重量配比如下:
高粘度精制矿油:75;
十八胺:4;
苯胺:1;
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌:0.5;
异氰酸酯:2.9;
二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌:1;
无机土:10;
硫化异丁烯:1; 乙丙共聚物:7;
聚异丁烯:10。
所述一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂的制备方法为:
采用高速对流接触器,在60℃,按规定的重量配比加入高粘度精制矿油(加入油总量的80%)、十八胺、苯胺、乙丙共聚物,异氰酸酯,升温到100℃-115℃进行皂化反应,皂化2小时;升温至190℃进行炼制,保温90分钟;移送至中间釜,加油稠化(加入油总量的20%);冷却,温度至160℃,分散循环剪切;降温至130℃均化一遍;降温至90℃加入无机土、聚异丁烯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌、硫化异丁烯,搅拌均匀;检测合格后脱气,过虑,包装。
根据实施例1—实施例3所制得的润滑脂,其理化性能分析结果见下表:
综上所述,本发明中的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂有优良的泵送性能;使用温度范围内具备很好的金属粘着力;有很好的粘附性,保证齿轮运转有较好的油膜厚度;有效降低设备运转噪音;具有良好的低温性,满足设备低温使用要求;有良好的极压抗磨性,降低齿轮磨损,延长使用寿命,达到与设备同寿命;具有良好的高温性,保证设备在高温下有足够的润滑油膜。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化囊括在本发明内。

Claims (8)
1.一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,该脂以高粘度精制矿油为基础油,以有机和无机混合皂为稠化剂,加入极压抗磨剂、抗氧剂、增粘剂而制成,其中各成分的重量配比如下:
高粘度精制矿油:50-80;
胺:1-3;
抗氧剂:0.5-1;
异氰酸酯:2-4;
无机土:5-10;
极压抗磨剂:1-3;
增粘剂A:1-10;
增粘剂 B:10-40。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的高粘度精制矿油,其40℃的运动粘度为280-300mm2/s。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的胺是指十八胺、苯胺或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂是指二烷基二苯胺或二叔丁基对甲酚或二烷基二硫代磷酸锌或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的极压抗磨剂是指硫化异丁烯、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸锌或磷酸三甲酚酯或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的增粘剂A是指聚异丁烯,分子量为2000-5000。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的增粘剂B是指乙丙共聚物。
8.一种蜗轮蜗杆专用润滑脂的制备方法,其特征在于,它包含如下步骤:
(1) 采用高速对流接触器,在不超过80℃的条件下,按规定的重量配比加入高粘度精致矿油(油总量的80%)、胺、增粘剂B,异氰酸酯,升温到100℃-115℃进行皂化反应,皂化1-2小时;
(2)升温至190-200℃进行炼制,保温60-90分钟;
(3)移送至中间釜,加油稠化(加入油总量的20%);
(4)冷却,温度至140---160℃,分散循环剪切;
(5)降温至100-130℃均化一遍;
(6)降温至80-100℃加入无机土、增粘剂A、抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂,搅拌均匀;
(7)检测合格后脱气,过虑,包装。
