此外在现有技术中公知的是,预制坯件首先设置有适配元件或延长元件,所述适配元件或延长元件随后与预制坯件一起运动通过另外的加工站。因此例如US 10,350,815B2示出一种延长元件,所述延长元件安装到预制坯件的嘴部区域上,并且所述延长元件随后与预制坯件一起被转送到围绕地布置在工作轮上的成型和灌装站中。在成型和灌装预制坯件之后,被灌装的容器与被安装的延长件一起最后被继续输送到另外的工作轮,在那里将容器与延长件分离,以便然后封闭容器。所述延长件应该作为防溢装置避免填料溢出。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提出一种尽可能无填料可到达模具的内面上的方法和/或装置。
为了解决该任务,根据本发明的方法具有权利要求1的特征。特别是设置,在将成型和灌装元件以及底部模具与容器分离之前,将模具半件从相应的容器取下。将模具半件首先从相应的容器松开,从而在之后抬起成型和灌装元件时填料的喷溅物或在容器上流下的液滴尽可能不能到达模具半件的内面。在此,相应的容器被保持夹紧在成型和灌装元件和底部模具之间。随后才将成型和灌装元件以及底部模具与容器分离。根据本发明的方法的主要的特点是各个步骤的所述的顺序。而在现有技术中底部模具和侧模具半件同时、通常甚至运动耦合地从容器被取下。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,将模具半件在侧向方向上和/或斜向下地从相应的容器取下。由此可以使模具半件在安全的位置中运动,也就是说,被保护免受由填料的污染。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,模具半件在侧向地和/或斜向下取向地运动之后向下运动。因此也能实现组合的运动,首先以侧向分量运动并且然后相对于容器在向下方向上运动。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,在容器与成型和灌装元件彼此分离期间,相应的容器在容器颈部或支撑环的区域被保持。支撑环优选地设置在容器颈部上。容器颈部和支撑环本来比容器其余部分更厚壁和更稳固并且可以承担另外由成型和灌装元件承受的力。在容器与成型和灌装元件彼此分离之前,容器在容器颈部的区域中、优选地在容器颈部上、在支撑环上或在支撑环下方被抓住。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,在容器与成型和灌装元件彼此分离期间,相应的容器在容器颈部区域中并且在底部模具上被保持。在这个阶段,容器可以被夹紧在容器颈部和底部模具之间。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,当容器在容器颈部的区域中被保持期间,将底部模具向下从相应的容器取下。因此,在将模具半件以及成型和灌装元件从容器取下之后,优选地最后取下底部模具。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,在将底部模具向下从容器取下期间,相应的容器在支撑环处或下方被保持。容器优选地在容器颈部的区域中设置有支撑环并且可以在那里被保持。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,底部模具在时间上在成型和灌装元件之后与相应的容器分离。时间偏移可以处于秒范围内。由此确保,填料的剩余物不能到达底部模具的内面上,而是预先滴落。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,相应的容器在取下模具半件之后和在底部模具分离之前通过取出保持装置在容器颈部或支撑环的区域中被抓住。因此,容器在所述的区域中并且在这个阶段通过特定的保持装置被抓住。优选地,取出保持装置在支撑环上或下方保持容器。取出保持装置可以在之前由模具半件覆盖的区域中抓住容器。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,相应的容器在成型和灌装站中由站侧的保持装置保持,在底部模具以及成型和灌装元件与容器分离期间,站侧的保持装置将容器与取出保持装置一起保持,然后将站侧的保持装置与容器松开。通过所述顺序确保,容器始终通过这些保持装置中的至少一个保持装置被抓住。
用于解决该任务所设置的装置具有权利要求11的特征。优选地设置一种用于由预制坯件制造被灌装的容器的装置,其具有特别是旋转木马式地回转的成型和灌装站,所述成型和灌装站具有成型和灌装元件和用于接收预制坯件的模具,其中,预制坯件能够分别被转送到成型和灌装元件上并且能够在模具中通过输送的填料的压力作用而成型成相应的容器,其中,模具以底部模具和模具半件多件式地构造,并且相应的预制坯件能够在成型和灌装过程期间被夹紧在下方的底部模具和上方的成型和灌装元件之间,其中,容器能够在成型和灌装之后与相应的成型和灌装元件以及相应的模具分离。根据本发明可以设置,在成型和灌装元件以及底部模具与容器分离之前,模具半件能够从相应的容器被取下。所述装置为此具有适合的控制装置和机构用于使模具半件、底部模具以及成型和灌装元件运动。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,模具半件能够从成型和灌装位置侧向地和/或斜向下运动到取出位置中。
根据本发明的一个另外的构思可以设置,模具半件能够侧向地和向下地运动到取出位置中。
以自身已知的方式可以将站侧的保持装置设置在每个成型和灌装站上用于在容器颈部或支撑环的区域中抓住预制坯件和容器。同样可以将自身已知的取出保持装置设置在取出站的区域中用于在容器颈部或支撑环的区域中抓住容器。被灌装的容器暂时地应该在所述站侧的保持装置松开之前特别是同时由所述站侧的保持装置并且由取出保持装置保持。

具体实施方式
首先参考图1。如同在WO 2012/156014 A1中的那样,多个成型和灌装站11.1-11.8在周向方向上彼此相继地布置在工作轮10的周边上。编号和数量任意地被选择。也可以设置更多个或更少个成型和灌装站。工作轮10以及成型和灌装站11.1-11.8构成具有竖直旋转轴线的旋转木马,借助于转送输送装置12将由热塑性材料构成的预制坯件13基本上切向地输送到所述旋转木马。
每个成型和灌装站11.1-11.8具有成型和灌装元件14,所述成型和灌装元件包含喷嘴15。当在工作轮10上旋转期间,预制坯件13由成型和灌装元件14灌装并且在此同时变形成容器16。完成成型的容器16在转送部位17的区域中基本上切向地被转送到取出输送装置18。与此相应地,在恰好位于取出输送装置18和转送输送装置12之间的成型和灌装站11.8中不存在容器16。工作轮10在示出的俯视图中从上方沿着顺时针方向旋转,而转送输送装置12和取出输送装置18逆时针地旋转。
在每个成型和灌装站11.1-11.8中,除了成型和灌装元件14以外还设置图1中未示出的用于接收预制坯件13并且用于将所述预制坯件成型成容器16的模具。模具在图2至4中是可见的并且在此以已知的方式由两个模具半件19,20和底部模具21构成。图2至4涉及完成构造的容器16以及大致在成型和灌装站11.6的位置和取出输送装置18之间的过程。在这个区域中结束对容器16的灌装和成型。容器在那里被冷却到如此程度,以使得实现足够的成型稳定性。此外,一方面模具的部分(模具半件19,20和底部模具21)和另一方面成型和灌装元件14以及另外的示出的装置部分以特别的方式运动。
如图2中所示地,容器16保持在模具半件19,20、底部模具21和成型和灌装元件14的喷嘴15之间。为了确保在容器颈部23的上端部上的容器开口22和喷嘴15之间的密封性,容器16被夹紧在底部模具21和喷嘴15之间。
容器16此外在容器颈部23的区域中由具有保持臂25,26的站侧的保持装置24来保持。保因此,保持装置24是每个成型和灌装站11.1-11.8的组成部分。
容器16在容器颈部23的下端部上具有支撑环27并且此外在外侧设置有未详细示出的用于拧上封盖的螺纹。关于所述容器的外部构型,容器16相应于商业通用的用于矿泉水或者其他所谓的软饮料的PET瓶子。
喷嘴15以环形的密封件28贴靠在容器颈部23上。
在灌装和成型容器16之后,在此首先将两个模具半件19,20从容器16松开并且侧向地运动,参见箭头29a。为此设置附图中未示出的保持和运动装置、例如能旋转地或平移地运动的并且驱动的承载臂或杠杆。模具半件的通过侧向运动实现的新位置在图2和3中在以点表示的模具半件19'和20'的视图中示出。底部模具21在这个阶段还贴靠在容器16上,从而在模具半件19,20侧向地远离容器运动期间,容器16保持被夹紧在成型和灌装元件14与底部模具21之间。
如同在图2中可看到的那样,模具半件19,20直至直接到达支撑环27下方。在模具半件19,20的所述的侧向运动之后,容器在现在能自由到达的支撑环27的区域通过取出保持装置32的保持臂30,31被抓住,从而暂时地不仅站侧的保持装置24而且取出保持装置32保持所述容器16。
在下一个步骤中,模具半件19,20向下或斜向下地运动,参见箭头29b,并且在图2和3中以虚线边界示出模具半件19”和20”。模具半件19”和20”与容器16的间距优选地相应于一至四倍的容器直径。如图3所示地,模具半件19”和20”相对于容器高度下降优选地20-100%、特别是例如30%。填料喷溅物由此在下一个阶段中不能碰到模具半件。
根据图4在下一个阶段中,成型和灌装元件14从容器开口22被抬起。在此,容器16还由站侧的保持装置24并且由取出保持装置32来保持。底部模具21也还贴靠在容器16下方。
由于容器16内部的压力特别是在以碳酸化的填料灌装之后现在使来自成型和灌装元件14或者来自容器开口22的填料剩余物33到达外部,所述填料剩余物如图4中所示地例如侧向地作为喷溅物或者作为在容器16处跑出来的液滴落下。模具半件19”和20”这样远地被移开,以使得所述模具半件的内面不能由喷溅物或液滴润湿。液滴在容器16外部和在底部模具21外部向下流。喷溅物越过模具半件飞走。底部模具21的内面也不会被润湿。最优的卫生情况被满足。在制造另外的容器时在接收新的预制坯件之后避免缺陷。
图4中所示的情况被长时间地保持,以便由此确保完全滴下。在此之后,底部模具21下降并且由此与容器16分离,参见箭头34。设置用于滴下的时间段相应于工作轮4的部分旋转或扫过的角度α,参见图1。所述角度α为优选地5°-30°。
在填料剩余物33流完之后,底部模具21才下降。基于工作轮10的旋转将填料剩余物也部分地离心分离。
然后容器16被转送到取出输送装置18。为此,站侧的保持装置24使其保持臂25,26与容器颈部23松开。
在容器16被转送到取出输送装置18上之后,模具半件和底部模具运动回到下述位置中,在该位置中总地能实现接收下一个预制坯件13并且快速地闭合模具。
一方面图2和3和另一方面图4示出不同的底部模具21。所述底部模具可以在直径上小于容器16或者侧向地略微突出于容器16,参见图4。在这两种情况中能实现填料剩余物33滴下。在根据图2和3的底部模具21的例如更窄的构型中,滴下过程是更可靠的。在使用根据图4的另外的底部模具21的情况中,模具半件在下方区域中相匹配。
模具半件19,20不是真正的“半件”,因为至少底部模具21附加地存在。替代两个模具半件也可以设置更多个部分,所述部分共同实施在此示出的模具半件的功能。通常模具的下述部分理解为模具半件,该部分限定容器16的、在本实例中直至在支撑环27下方的容器颈部23的侧轮廓和肩部轮廓。所使用的预制坯件13典型地已经设置有容器颈部23和支撑环27。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于由预制坯件(13)制造被灌装的容器(16)的方法,其中,将所述预制坯件(13)分别转送到成型和灌装站(11.1-11.8)的回转的成型和灌装元件(14)上并且在然后的成型和填充过程中在模具中通过被输送的填料的压力作用而成型成相应的容器(16),其中,所述模具以底部模具(21)和模具半件(19,20)多件式地构造,并且相应的容器(16)至少在所述成型和灌装过程结束时夹紧在下方的底部模具(21)与上方的成型和灌装元件(14)之间,其中,将所述容器(16)在所述成型和灌装之后与相应的成型和灌装元件(14)以及相应的模具分离,其特征在于,在将所述成型和灌装元件(14)以及所述底部模具(21)与所述容器(16)分离之前,将所述模具半件(19,20)从相应的容器(16)取下。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述模具半件(19,20)在侧向方向上和/或斜向下地从相应的容器(16)取下。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述模具半件(19,20)在侧向地和/或斜向下取向地运动之后向下运动。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在容器(16)与成型和灌装元件(14)彼此分离期间,相应的容器(16)在容器颈部(23)或支撑环(27)的区域中被保持。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在容器(16)和成型和灌装元件(14)彼此分离期间,相应的容器(16)在容器颈部(23)的区域中并且在所述底部模具(21)上被保持。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述容器(16)在所述容器颈部(23)的区域中被保持期间,将所述底部模具(21)向下从相应的容器(16)取下。
7.根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述底部模具(21)向下从所述容器(16)取下期间,相应的容器(16)在支撑环(27)处或下方被保持。
8.根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述底部模具(21)在时间上在所述成型和灌装元件(14)之后与相应的容器(16)分离。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,相应的容器(16)在取下所述模具半件(19,20)之后和在所述底部模具(21)分离之前通过取出保持装置(32)在容器颈部(23)或支撑环(27)的区域中被抓住。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,相应的容器(16)在所述成型和灌装站(11.1-11.8)中由站侧的保持装置(24)保持,在将底部模具(21)以及成型和灌装元件(14)与所述容器(16)分离期间,站侧的保持装置(24)将所述容器(16)与所述取出保持装置(32)一起保持,然后将站侧的保持装置(24)与所述容器(16)松开。

12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述模具半件(19,20)能够从成型和灌装位置侧向地和/或斜向下地运动到取出位置中。
13.根据权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述模具半件(19,20)能够侧向地和向下地运动到所述取出位置中。
