Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产和装填容器的方法,其中至少一个增塑塑料材料软管被挤入一个打开的模具中,当所述模具关闭时,该软管的前端被粘合以便成型容器的底部,通过产生一个作用在软管上并且使软管膨胀的压力梯度,使软管在模具中成型,在此之后,由一个分离元件在模具上方将所述软管切断以便形成一个装填开口,并且所述模具与带有开口的软管一同被移动到装填位置,在该装填位置上,容器被装填。本发明还涉及一种用于实施所述方法的设备。
背景技术
一种这种类型的已知方法在相关技术中被称为瓶包装(bottlepack)系统。该方法允许以一种有成本效益的方式自动进行容器的成型(吹塑成型或真空模塑成型)、装填和封闭。如果要生产高敏感的产品,例如是必须达到无菌包装国际标准的医药品产品,则模具在移动到装填位置时,必须处于一个所谓的无菌装填空间(ASR)之下,在该无菌装填空间中,无菌的空气流过容器打开的装填开口,并且产生了有效的保护,以防止细菌进入,这种状态一直持续到装填过程完成之后可移动的顶部夹具关闭为止,其中顶部夹具的关闭是为了通过组合的真空粘合过程来设置理想的容器顶部密封。
装填开口在装填位置由无菌装填空间有效保护,然而,在模具从挤出位置转移的过程中装填开口并没有充分地得到保护,即使该工艺在干净的房间中进行也是如此,其中,在上述的转移过程中成型的软管在挤出喷嘴下被切断。换句话说,在模具移动到装填位置的过程中,具有装填开口的软管形成了一个在顶部开口的容器。
发明内容
从现有技术出发,本发明的目的是提供一种方法,该方法较好地确保了对未覆盖装填开口的保护。根据本发明,所述目的是在一种开头所述类型的方法中这样得以实现的,即在模具移动到装填位置的过程中,软管的装填开口由一个无菌挡板覆盖。
结果,这样不仅防止了外来物体在软管被切断之后在模具到达无菌装填空间之前落入到装填开口中这种危险的可能性,而且无菌挡板还在这一阶段中阻止了细菌进入装填开口。本发明的方法因此特别适合应用于医学/制药领域中高敏感产品的生产。
在一个特别有利的示范性实施例中,无菌挡板由一个可以与切断软管的分离元件一同移动的可加热的板构成,该板被加热到灭菌温度,最好高于150℃。由于该板与切断软管的切割刃一起移动,所以正当软管成型时,装填开口被加热的挡板所覆盖,即装填开口无时无刻没有被盖住。
如果分离元件是一个无间距地连接在可加热的板上的切割刃,情况是特别有利的。
如果前端装有用于切断软管的切割刃的可加热的板从一个缩入初始位置移动到一个操作位置,其移动方向使得该板被置于模具进入装填位置的移动路径之上,其移动方式使得装填开口在移动到装填位置的整个路程中都被所述板覆盖,并且在模具到达装填位置后,所述板和切割刃从操作位置退回到初始位置,这样就可以获得一个短周期的有成本效益的过程。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种用于生产和装填容器的设备,该设备具有权利要求9所述特征。

具体实施方式
图1和图2显示了一个部件,该部件例如被使用在传统的瓶包装(bottlepack)系统的结构中,用于在吹塑成型工艺中生产塑料容器,一根融熔塑料的软管3由挤出部件1挤入到一个模具6的两个模具半体5之间,如图1所示。在软管3被挤入到打开的模具6中之后,该软管在挤出部件1的喷嘴出口与模具6的顶部之间被切断。在图1中,切断线被表示为虚线,并且被标示为8。图2显示了处于部分关闭状态的模具6,用于将软管3造型为容器12的造型部件即模具半体5相互接触,从而使得在软管3下端的底部粘合边缘7完成一个粘合过程,以便将软管3密封到底面上的粘合缝9上(图2)。
图2显示了在装填位置的模具6,其中与图1所示的位置相比,所述模具已经朝着挤出部件1的位置横向转移。在该装填位置上,将先前已成型的容器12通过装填开口15装入内容物,同时借助一根没有显示出的送风轴将鼓风空气通过打开的装填开口15导入。图2显示了为此插入装填开口15的装填轴11的端部。容器的成型和装料也可以通过一个代替装填轴11和上述插入的送风轴的送风-装填组合轴来实现。
在图2所示的装填位置,所述模具位于所谓的无菌装填空间(ASR)之下,所述的无菌装填空间在图2中没有显示,它起到了装填开口15的无菌保护罩的作用,而所述的装填开口15由先前沿图1所示的分离线8对软管3进行的分离过程所形成。在容器12被装填完之后,装填轴11向上移开,而模具6顶部上原来打开的可移动粘合夹具13合到一起,以便实现容器颈部的成型和/或同时通过粘合封闭所述夹具。借助于图1和图2所示的粘合夹具13在容器的颈部形成适合于旋盖的外螺纹,所述旋盖可以在进行粘合封闭的同时另外提供,这种盖例如可以是一种带有一个穿孔销的旋盖。
图3到图5以一个实例为基础,通过极大简化的示图显示了本发明的方法的过程,其中在该实例中,为了同时生产两个体积小的容器,通过挤出部件1将两根软管3挤入到打开模具6的并列型腔中,见图3,其中模具6仅由模具半体5的轮廓线来表示,而所述模具半体5可以沿双箭头22所示的方向移动,以便打开或关闭模具。
图3显示在切断挤出软管3之前的操作阶段,一个可加热切割刃21和一个可加热的板23处于缩入的初始位置,其中所述的可加热切割刃21作为分离元件,而可加热的板23的前端安装了所述切割刃21,以便与所述切割刃相邻接。为了切断软管3,板23和切割刃21从图3所示的初始位置移动到操作位置,其中所述板23和切割刃21可以在双箭头25所示的方向上前后移动,见图4。
其表面由不锈钢制成的可加热的板23的内部被植入了一个没有显示的加热部件,该加热部件的行为由温度传感器27控制。板23与切割刃21一同被加热到灭菌温度,最好被加热到约200℃左右的温度,这样板23就相当于一个无菌挡板,当该无菌挡板位于其先前的操作位置时,处于软管3在分离过程中形成的开口15之上。在图4所示的下一个步骤中,模具6随后沿双箭头29所示的方向被从挤出位置(图3)转移到图4所示的装填位置,这时模具6顶部打开的装填开口15被置于板23之下,所述板23停留在先前的操作位置上,因此所述装填开口15被所述无菌挡板所覆盖。图4显示了操作状态,其中模具6已经到达装填位置,而装填开口15然后处于一个无菌装填空间31之下。从图4中可见,板23沿着模具6通向装填位置的路径延伸足够远的距离,从而使得该移动路径的整个区域都被覆盖,即装填开口15仅仅在其已经进入无菌装填空间31后才离开板23的区域。
只有在达到装填位置之后,板23和切割刃21才再次从先前的操作位置缩回到初始位置,其中切割刃21又处于初始位置,以便切断在下一次挤出周期中形成的软管3,见图5。
前面已经以前端带有一个可加热切割刃21的可加热的板23的实例说明了本发明的一个基本特征,该特征是,在被挤出软管的切断过程中形成的装填开口从其成型之时开始,到其到达由无菌装填空间31保护的装填位置为止,一直由一个无菌挡板覆盖。必须注意到,原则上也可能采用不同种类的分离元件和不同结构的、可加热的、构成一个无菌挡板的结构件。这样,例如,可以配置一根加热的金属丝来替代刀型切割刃21,或者用一个可加热的、非常密的其开口大小在微米范围内的细网格栅替代板23。如图3到5所示,该方法可以应用于同时生产多个容器,最好是多个以安瓿形式出现的小体积容器,或者用于生产这样的容器,其中每个容器都可以在一个操作周期中独立地由挤出软管生产。所述容器可以由吹塑成型,或者在容器体积非常小的情况下,由真空模塑成型。
Claims (13)
1.用于生产和装填容器(12)的方法,其中至少一根增塑塑料材料软管(3)被挤入到一个打开的模具(6)中,当所述模具(6)关闭时,所述软管(3)的前端被粘合以便形成容器的底部,通过产生一个作用在软管(3)上并且使所述软管(3)膨胀的压力梯度,使所述软管(3)在所述模具(6)中成型,在此之后,由一个分离元件(21)在模具(6)上方将所述软管(3)切断以便形成一个装填开口(15),并且所述模具(6)与带有开口(15)的软管(3)一同被移动到装填位置,在该装填位置上,容器(12)被装填,其特征在于:在所述模具(6)移动到装填位置的过程中,所述软管(3)的装填开口(15)被一个无菌挡板(23)覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述无菌挡板由一个可与切断所述软管(3)的分离元件(21)一同移动的、可加热的板(23)构成,所述板被加热到灭菌温度,最好高于150℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述分离元件是一个无间距地连接在所述可加热的板(23)上的切割刃(21)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于:为了切断所述软管(3),所述可加热的板(23)与布置在其前边缘的切割刃(21)一同从一个缩入的初始位置移动到一个操作位置,其移动的方向使得所述板(23)被置于所述模具(6)进入装填位置的移动路径之上,这样所述装填开口(15)在移动到装填位置的整个路程都被所述板(23)覆盖,并且,在所述模具(6)到达装填位置后,所述板(23)和切割刃(21)从操作位置退回到初始位置。
5.根据权利要求2到4之一所述的方法,其特征在于:所述板(23)被加热到高于170℃的温度,最好被加热到200℃左右的温度。
6.根据权利要求1到5之一所述的方法,其特征在于:为了同时生产多个容器(12),将多根增塑塑料材料软管(3)挤入到一个由多个部件组成的模具(6)中,并且,所述软管(3)被所述分离元件(21)一同切断。
7.根据权利要求1到6之一所述的方法,其特征在于:将一个吹塑模(6)作为模具,这样通过供给鼓风产生压力梯度,该压力梯度作用在软管(3)上并且使所述软管(3)膨胀,从而成型容器(12)。
8.根据权利要求1到6之一所述的方法,其特征在于:采用一种模具,其中作用在所述软管(3)上并使所述软管(3)膨胀以便成型容器(12)的压力梯度由发生在模具壁与软管(3)外面之间的负压产生。

11.根据权利要求10所述的设备,其特征在于:所述切割刃(21)是可加热的并且无间距地沿着所述板(23)的前边缘布置,并且,在切断软管(3)的过程中,所述板(23)可以沿着模具(6)移动路径的横向方向从其缩入的初始位置移动到覆盖模具(6)移动路径的操作位置。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的设备,其特征在于:所述可加热的板(23)具有一个植入内部的加热装置和至少一个用于控制该加热装置的温度测量传感器(27)。
13.根据权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于:所述可加热的板(23)为多层结构,并且至少在宽大表面的外层由不锈钢制成。
