Abstract

本发明公开了一种油溶性高效杀菌剂。本发明杀菌剂按重量百分比由以下组分组成:聚癸二胺盐酸胍40‑60%、其他复配油溶性杀菌剂10‑30%,余下为水。本发明的油溶性高效杀菌剂的制备方式如下:采用癸二胺与盐酸胍反应制备获得的长链聚合物聚癸二胺盐酸胍(TS‑G11),加入水,加酸调节至酸性后,在40℃以下时,加入其他复配油溶性杀菌剂和水,搅拌均匀后制得。本发明杀菌剂可用于油田水处理中的细菌抑制及杀灭。

Description

一种油溶性高效杀菌剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于油田水处理技术领域,涉及一种油溶性高效杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在油田回注水系统中,存在大量微生物,各种微生物及其分泌物和水体中的泥沙、水垢、粉尘以及微生物死亡体一起形成了生物粘泥。生物黏泥同有害的微生物分泌物一起作用,引起金属设备垢下腐蚀和损坏,从而缩短设备的使用寿命,降低换热器的热交换效果,严重影响生产。在油田开采中,这些细菌及微生物不仅会导致钻采和地面油水处理设备的腐蚀和管路堵塞,还会破坏油层使孔隙渗透率下降、大大降低注水采油效率等危害。这些都给油田生产运行带来巨大的经济损失。因此,必须对油田回注水系统中的细菌微生物进行有效的抑制。
作为最方便有效和经济的灭菌手段,在水系统中添加杀菌剂一直是被全球各水处理用户广为应用。水处理用杀菌剂包括氧化型和非氧化型两大类产品,非氧化型杀菌剂中以季铵盐类杀菌剂使用最为广泛,其次常用的还有异噻唑啉酮类、有机溴类以及有机胍等杀菌剂。季铵盐类虽然杀菌效果较好,但具有泡沫丰富、易产生耐药性等不足;异噻唑啉酮和有机溴类杀菌剂虽然配伍性好,但杀菌效率不是很高,药效的持久性也较差。
有机胍类当中的聚合有机胍化合物具有:环境友好、无泡、耐药性好、药效持久等优点,以往一般都是应用于医药、农药、染料、催化剂和环境消毒等特定领域,适合水处理应用的有机胍产品种类较少,其主要原因是部分价格太高,部分杀菌性能不足,使其应用受到限制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有杀菌剂存在的不足,提供了一种对油田回注水中常见的异养菌、铁细菌硫酸盐还原菌具有非常优异的杀灭抑制效果的新型油溶性高效杀菌剂。
本发明通过如下技术方案予以实现:
一种油溶性高效杀菌剂,按重量百分比由以下组分组成:聚癸二胺盐酸胍40-60%、其他复配油溶性杀菌剂10-30%,余量为水;
其中聚癸二胺盐酸胍的结构如(I)所示:

本发明所述的油溶性高效杀菌剂,其中其他复配油溶性杀菌剂优选为二硫氰基甲烷、五氯苯酚、棉隆(3,5-二甲基-1,3,5-2H噻二嗪-2-硫酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或一种以上混合药剂。
本发明还提供了一种制备本发明所述的油溶性高效杀菌剂的制备方法,包括:在室温条件下,将聚癸二胺盐酸胍用盐酸调节pH至<6,再加入所述其他复配油溶性杀菌剂和水,搅拌全溶后制得;
所述的聚癸二胺盐酸胍由如下方法制得:将癸二胺、盐酸胍按等摩尔比加入反应器中,再加入溶剂后,加热升温至70-90℃后反应3-5h后,升温至170-190℃后继续反应1.5-2.5h后,加水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后制得,其中产物固含量为40-60%。
本发明油溶性高效杀菌剂具有的优点和积极效果:本发明杀菌剂采用具有长碳链的高分子聚癸二胺盐酸胍产品,该聚癸二胺盐酸胍产品更易交联,具有更高分子量;其与其他复配油溶性杀菌剂复配后,具有极其高效的杀菌效果,且抑菌时间长、无抗药性、无泡、使用安全;对各种金属材料无腐蚀、对环境友好,适用于油田注水,对水中异养菌(TGB)、铁细菌、硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)和有极其优异的杀灭效果;经动态缓蚀性能评价,结果显示本发明油溶性杀菌剂有较高的缓蚀性能。

具体实施方式
以下实施例为进一步了解说明本发明的内容。
实施例1聚癸二胺盐酸胍的制备
聚癸二胺盐酸胍的制备:在装有机械搅拌、回流冷凝管、温度计和氨气吸收装置的1000ml四口烧瓶中,分别加入癸二胺172g(1.0mol),盐酸胍95.5g(1.0mol),乙二醇100g,加热升温至80℃,反应4h;再升温至180℃,继续反应2h。然后加入水133.5g,搅拌均匀,冷却至室温,即得固含量为50%的聚癸二胺盐酸胍产品,标注为“TS-G11”。
由其红外谱图(附图1)分析可见:3323cm-1和3182cm-1为N-H键的变形振动吸收峰;1634cm-1为胍基中C=N的伸缩振动吸收峰;1354cm-1和1311cm-1为C-N-C结构中的C-N伸缩振动吸收峰,因存在C-N-C结构,偶合为两个特征频率的吸收峰;以上为胍基的特征吸收峰。2929cm-1、2857cm-1、1468cm-1为CH2的C-H伸缩振动吸收峰。由红外谱图分析,合成产品中同时具有了胍基和长链CH2,与目标产物聚癸二胺盐酸胍结构相合。
实施例2油溶性高效杀菌剂的制备
向反应瓶中依次加入聚癸二胺盐酸胍产品,以盐酸调节pH值到6以下,加入其它复配油溶性杀菌剂和水,搅拌至全溶后,得到本发明所述油溶性高效杀菌剂。采用该制备方法,制备表1所示不同比例(质量百分比)的油溶性高效杀菌剂产品:

实施例3杀菌性能评价
杀菌剂的性能评价方法采用绝迹稀释法的测试瓶法,参照标准为《杀菌剂性能评价方法》(SY/T 5890-1993),《工业循环冷却水中菌藻的测定方法(GB/T14643.(1,5,6)-2009)》。硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)菌种来自大港油田采油厂采出水,菌悬液采用大港油田采出水配制,菌药接触时间2h,T=50℃;异养菌(TGB)和铁细菌(FB)菌种来自大港油田回注水,菌药接触时间4h,T=37℃。
将本发明实施例2中的T1-T6杀菌剂与其他药剂F进行了杀菌性能比较,加药浓度根据各种药剂的价格,按照成本基本一致的原则选取。表2为杀菌测试结果。

注:(1)TGB、SRB、FB的空白菌数依次为:1.4×107个/mL、2.5×105个/mL、6.0×104个/mL。
从表2数据可见,本发明的油溶性高效杀菌剂T1-T6的杀菌效果大大优于TS-G11、二硫氰基甲烷、五氯苯酚、棉隆(3,5-二甲基-1,3,5-2H噻二嗪-2-硫酮)等各单剂的杀菌效果。
实施例4动态药剂缓蚀性能评价
参考中海油Q/HS 2064-2011《海上油气田生产工艺系统内腐蚀控制及效果评价要求》。将现场水样加入高压旋转挂片釜中升温至试验温度(现场使用温度),通氮气除氧10min并加入30mg/L的亚硫酸钠充分除氧。将A3试片挂入试验介质中,密闭,再通氮气置换除氧两次。通氮气加压至1.0MPa,再通CO2升压至1.2MPa。确认试验装置的气密性后,启动搅拌装置,控制转速200r/min(约0.8m/s)。48hr后取出试片,清洗干燥处理后称量。由试片的质量损失计算出平均腐蚀速率和缓蚀率,试验结束后试验介质中溶解氧浓度小于0.2mg/L的数据为有效数据。

从表3数据看出,在30mg/L加药浓度下,模拟油田采油现场,动态评价试验结果,T1-T6,TS-G11均有较高的缓蚀性能,复配后的油溶性杀菌剂产品缓蚀效果优于单剂,其缓蚀率>89%。

Claims (3)

1.一种油溶性高效杀菌剂,其特征在于:按重量百分比由以下组分组成:聚癸二胺盐酸胍40-60%、其他复配油溶性杀菌剂10-30%,余下为水;

2.根据权利要求1所述的油溶性高效杀菌剂,其特征在于,所述的其他复配油溶性杀菌剂为二硫氰基甲烷、五氯苯酚、棉隆(3,5-二甲基-1,3,5-2H噻二嗪-2-硫酮、4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮中的一种或一种以上药剂混合。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的油溶性高效杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在室温条件下,按比例将聚癸二胺盐酸胍用盐酸调节pH至<6,再加入复配油溶性杀菌剂和水,搅拌全溶后制得;
所述的聚癸二胺盐酸胍由如下方法制得:将癸二胺、盐酸胍按等摩尔比加入反应器中,再加入溶剂后,加热升温至70-90℃后反应3-5h后,升温至170-190℃后继续反应1.5-2.5h后,加水搅拌均匀,冷却至室温后制得,其中产物固含量为40-60%。
