Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车外后视镜转向灯,设置在外后视镜壳体(1)上,所述的外后视镜壳体(1)上设置转向灯罩(6);在所述的转向灯罩(6)内设置灯带(3);在所述的外后视镜壳体(1)上设置反光板(2),所述的反光板(2)的反光部位为一个弧面,其反光面为凹凸不平的镜面。采用上述技术方案,适用性更广,可以改善外部灯光视觉效果,使得灯光的观感更加柔和、舒适,进而使得会车、变道更加安全;其结构简单,易于推广应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于汽车照明及指示灯具的技术领域。更具体地,本发明涉及一种汽车外后视镜转向灯。
背景技术
汽车外后视镜在使用过程中有较多视觉观感问题,如灯珠外漏、亮度不均、瞬息灯光不连续、灯光刺眼等问题,常用的方法是通过弱化灯罩透光度或降低灯珠亮度增加灯珠数量来改善问题。由于该方法有局限性,即增加成本又浪费资源,改善效果也不甚理想。
现为了解决该问题,发明此专利,一种汽车外后视镜转向灯,该转向灯结构简单,易于使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车外后视镜转向灯,其目的是改善和提高转向灯的灯光效果。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
本发明的汽车外后视镜转向灯,设置在外后视镜壳体上,所述的外后视镜壳体上设置转向灯罩;在所述的转向灯罩内设置灯带;在所述的外后视镜壳体上设置反光板,所述的反光板的反光部位为一个弧面,其反光面为凹凸不平的镜面。
在所述的转向灯罩与灯带之间遮光板,所述的遮光板上设有将反光板反射的光线射向转向灯罩的透光空隙。
所述的灯带设置在偏离转向灯罩的透光空隙的位置,位于该透光空隙的上方;所述的反光板的反光部位的弧面,在朝向灯罩与灯带的方向是内凹的。
所述的遮光板与转向灯罩的透光空隙之间,设置导光条;所述的导光条是光线散射的磨玻璃状材料。
所述的灯带为LED灯带。
本发明采用上述技术方案,适用性更广,可以改善外部灯光视觉效果,使得灯光的观感更加柔和、舒适,进而使得会车、变道更加安全;其结构简单,易于推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,以帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的发明构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解。
如图1所示本发明的结构,为一种汽车外后视镜转向灯,设置在外后视镜壳体1上,所述的外后视镜壳体1上设置转向灯罩6。本发明属于汽车设计领域,具体解决汽车使用过程中有较多视觉观感问题,如灯珠外漏、亮度不均、瞬息灯光不连续、灯光刺眼等问题。
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,实现改善和提高转向灯的灯光效果的发明目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
如图2所示,本发明的汽车外后视镜转向灯,其中,在所述的转向灯罩6内设置灯带3;在所述的外后视镜壳体1上设置反光板2,所述的反光板2的反光部位为一个弧面,其反光面为凹凸不平的镜面。
图2的结构是后视镜内部的剖面结构。其右侧表示的是光线反射的路径。
本发明通过漫反射原理,间接反射灯带3所发出的光线,将原本直射的光线变得散乱无章,再通过导光板与遮光条的改善过滤,使灯光到达外界时观感更柔和、更,在会车、变道时更安全。
在所述的转向灯罩6与灯带3之间遮光板5,所述的遮光板5上设有将反光板2反射的光线射向转向灯罩6的透光空隙。
图3是转向灯在后视镜内部的安装示意图。
所述的灯带3设置在偏离转向灯罩6的透光空隙的位置,位于该透光空隙的上方;所述的反光板2的反光部位的弧面,在朝向灯罩6与灯带3的方向是内凹的。
所述的遮光板5与转向灯罩6的透光空隙之间,设置导光条4;所述的导光条4是光线散射的磨玻璃状材料。
光线由内部灯带3上的灯珠发出,照射到反光板2以后,通过反光板2的凹凸不平的表面,利用漫反射原理,将灯珠所发出的原本比较整齐规则的直射光线变得散乱无章,再通过导光板4与遮光条5的改善过滤,使光线到达外界时不再集中到一个方向,削弱了光线亮度,眼睛观感更加柔和。
所述的灯带3为LED灯带。
LED灯带的光线柔和、不刺眼,且耗电量小,节能效果好,寿命更长。
图4和图5为转向灯的正面和背面的示意图;图6是转向灯的结构爆炸图,表示了各构件的安装位置关系。
综上所述,本发明的优点是:适用性更广,可以改善外部灯光视觉观感,使得会车、变道更加安全;结构简单,易于推广应用。

1.一种汽车外后视镜转向灯,设置在外后视镜壳体(1)上,所述的外后视镜壳体(1)上设置转向灯罩(6);其特征在于:在所述的转向灯罩(6)内设置灯带(3);在所述的外后视镜壳体(1)上设置反光板(2),所述的反光板(2)的反光部位为一个弧面,其反光面为凹凸不平的镜面。
2.按照权利要求1所述的汽车外后视镜转向灯,其特征在于:在所述的转向灯罩(6)与灯带(3)之间遮光板(5),所述的遮光板(5)上设有将反光板(2)反射的光线射向转向灯罩(6)的透光空隙。
3.按照权利要求2所述的汽车外后视镜转向灯,其特征在于:所述的灯带(3)设置在偏离转向灯罩(6)的透光空隙的位置,位于该透光空隙的上方;所述的反光板(2)的反光部位的弧面,在朝向灯罩(6)与灯带(3)的方向是内凹的。
4.按照权利要求2所述的汽车外后视镜转向灯,其特征在于:所述的遮光板(5)与转向灯罩(6)的透光空隙之间,设置导光条(4);所述的导光条(4)是光线散射的磨玻璃状材料。
5.按照权利要求1所述的汽车外后视镜转向灯,其特征在于:所述的灯带(3)为LED灯带。
