Abstract
本发明公布了一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,它包括机架和设于机架左侧的自动清洗机构,机架的上端设置有面板,面板设置有切料片座,切片座中设置有一个横向通道,切片座的顶部且在位于横向通道的左上端设置有进料斗,横向通道的左侧设置有推料机构,横向通道的右侧设置有盖板,横向通道的底部且在位于接近盖板的一侧设置有落料孔,落料孔的正下方设置有储料盒,横向通道内匹配设置有通过下压实现瓜果切片的切刀组件。本发明通过增压水泵将储水箱中的洁净水传输到高压冲洗器,高压冲洗器对瓜果进行冲洗,同时在钢制网带传输机的作用下实现脱水并将瓜果输送至进料斗内,完成自动化供料,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于农产品加工技术领域,具体为一种瓜果清洗切片一体机。
背景技术
现有农业产品(如瓜果)的加工大多是通过人工来完成的,人工对瓜果洗净然后进行切片,人工清洗费时费力,同时人工切片过程中很难把控切片的厚度,导致厚薄不一,人工切片劳动强度大,效率低下,不能满足规模化生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,通过增压水泵将储水箱中的洁净水传输到高压冲洗器,高压冲洗器对瓜果进行冲洗,同时在钢制网带传输机的作用下实现脱水并将瓜果输送至进料斗内,完成自动化供料,提高了生产效率。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包括机架和设于机架左侧的自动清洗机构,机架的上端设置有面板,面板设置有切料片座,切片座中设置有一个横向通道,切片座的顶部且在位于横向通道的左上端设置有进料斗,横向通道的左侧设置有推料机构,横向通道的右侧设置有盖板,横向通道的底部且在位于接近盖板的一侧设置有落料孔,落料孔的正下方设置有储料盒,横向通道内匹配设置有通过下压实现瓜果切片的切刀组件;自动清洗机构包括储水箱、增压泵体、冲洗水箱和高压冲洗器,高压冲洗器设与冲洗水箱的正上方,高压冲洗器与冲洗水箱设置有钢制网带传输机,钢制网带传输机包括第一水平段、倾斜段和第二水平段,第二水平段的输出端设置在进料斗的正上方,增压水泵连接储水箱和高压冲洗器。
进一步的,切刀组件包括升降机构、端板和斩刀,其中,升降机构安装在框架内,斩刀的数量为多个且均匀分布在端板的底部,端板与升降机构的伸出端固定连接。
进一步的,升降机构为电动推杆、液压缸或气缸中的任意一种。
进一步的,升降机构为丝杆升降机或剪式升降机中的任意一种。
进一步的,端板下端的左右两侧设置有导向杆,导向杆穿插在切片座中的导向孔内。
进一步的,推料机构包括气缸和推料块,推料块连接在气缸的伸出端,推料块与横向通道匹配设置。
进一步的,高压冲洗器包括增压水罐,增压水罐底部设有分流盒,分流盒的底部连接多个喷嘴。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过增压水泵将储水箱中的洁净水传输到高压冲洗器,高压冲洗器对瓜果进行冲洗,同时在钢制网带传输机的作用下实现脱水并将瓜果输送至进料斗内,完成自动化供料,提高了生产效率。
本发明通过推料机构对瓜果输送至切片组件的正下方,切片组件下压对瓜果进行快速切片,切出的效果厚薄统一,不会出现厚薄不均的现象,同时生产具有连续化和高效率等特点,满足了规模化生产的需求。

如图1所示,本发明的具体结构为:它包括机架2和设于机架2左侧的自动清洗机构,机架2的上端设置有面板3,面板3设置有切料片座,切片座中设置有一个横向通道12,切片座的顶部且在位于横向通道12的左上端设置有进料斗11,横向通道12的左侧设置有推料机构,横向通道12的右侧设置有盖板5,横向通道12的底部且在位于接近盖板5的一侧设置有落料孔4,落料孔4的正下方设置有储料盒1,横向通道12内匹配设置有通过下压实现瓜果切片的切刀组件;自动清洗机构包括储水箱22、增压泵体21、冲洗水箱23和高压冲洗器,高压冲洗器设与冲洗水箱23的正上方,高压冲洗器与冲洗水箱23设置有钢制网带传输机,钢制网带传输机包括第一水平段17、倾斜段16和第二水平段15,第二水平段的输出端设置在进料斗11的正上方,增压水泵21连接储水箱22和高压冲洗器。
优选的,切刀组件包括升降机构10、端板9和斩刀7,其中,升降机构10安装在框架6内,斩刀7的数量为多个且均匀分布在端板9的底部,端板9与升降机构10的伸出端固定连接。
优选的,升降机构10为电动推杆、液压缸或气缸中的任意一种。
优选的,升降机构10为丝杆升降机或剪式升降机中的任意一种。
优选的,端板9下端的左右两侧设置有导向杆8,导向杆8穿插在切片座中的导向孔内。
优选的,推料机构包括气缸14和推料块13,推料块13连接在气缸14的伸出端,推料块13与横向通道12匹配设置。
优选的,高压冲洗器包括增压水罐18,增压水罐18底部设有分流盒19,分流盒19的底部连接多个喷嘴20。

1.一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,它包括机架(2)和设于机架(2)左侧的自动清洗机构,机架(2)的上端设置有面板(3),面板(3)设置有切料片座,切片座中设置有一个横向通道(12),切片座的顶部且在位于横向通道(12)的左上端设置有进料斗(11),横向通道(12)的左侧设置有推料机构,横向通道(12)的右侧设置有盖板(5),横向通道(12)的底部且在位于接近盖板(5)的一侧设置有落料孔(4),落料孔(4)的正下方设置有储料盒(1),横向通道(12)内匹配设置有通过下压实现瓜果切片的切刀组件;自动清洗机构包括储水箱(22)、增压泵体(21)、冲洗水箱(23)和高压冲洗器,高压冲洗器设与冲洗水箱(23)的正上方,高压冲洗器与冲洗水箱(23)设置有钢制网带传输机,钢制网带传输机包括第一水平段(17)、倾斜段(16)和第二水平段(15),第二水平段的输出端设置在进料斗(11)的正上方,增压水泵(21)连接储水箱(22)和高压冲洗器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,切刀组件包括升降机构(10)、端板(9)和斩刀(7),其中,升降机构(10)安装在框架(6)内,斩刀(7)的数量为多个且均匀分布在端板(9)的底部,端板(9)与升降机构(10)的伸出端固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,升降机构(10)为电动推杆、液压缸或气缸中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,升降机构(10)为丝杆升降机或剪式升降机中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求3-4中任意一项所述的一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,端板(9)下端的左右两侧设置有导向杆(8),导向杆(8)穿插在切片座中的导向孔内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,推料机构包括气缸(14)和推料块(13),推料块(13)连接在气缸(14)的伸出端,推料块(13)与横向通道(12)匹配设置。
7.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的一种瓜果清洗切片一体机,其特征在于,高压冲洗器包括增压水罐(18),增压水罐(18)底部设有分流盒(19),分流盒(19)的底部连接多个喷嘴(20)。
