本发明属于农产品加工技术领域,具体为一种瓜果切片装置。
背景技术
现有农业产品(如瓜果)的加工大多是通过人工来完成的,人工对瓜果洗净然后进行切片,人工切片过程中很难把控切片的厚度,导致厚薄不一,同时人工切片劳动强度大,效率低下,不能满足规模化生产的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对以上问题,提供一种瓜果切片装置,通过推料机构对瓜果输送至切片组件的正下方,切片组件下压对瓜果进行快速切片,切出的效果厚薄统一,不会出现厚薄不均的现象,同时生产具有连续化和高效率等特点,满足了规模化生产的需求。
为实现以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包括机架,其上端设置有面板,面板设置有切料片座,切片座中设置有一个横向通道,切片座的顶部且在位于横向通道的左上端设置有进料斗,横向通道的左侧设置有推料机构,横向通道的右侧设置有盖板,横向通道的底部且在位于接近盖板的一侧设置有落料孔,落料孔的正下方设置有储料盒,横向通道内匹配设置有通过下压实现瓜果切片的切刀组件。
进一步的,切刀组件包括升降机构、端板和斩刀,其中,升降机构安装在框架内,斩刀的数量为多个且均匀分布在端板的底部,端板与升降机构的伸出端固定连接。
进一步的,升降机构为电动推杆、液压缸或气缸中的任意一种。
进一步的,升降机构为丝杆升降机或剪式升降机中的任意一种。
进一步的,端板下端的左右两侧设置有导向杆,导向杆穿插在切片座中的导向孔内。
进一步的,推料机构包括气缸和推料块,推料块连接在气缸的伸出端,推料块与横向通道匹配设置。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过推料机构对瓜果输送至切片组件的正下方,切片组件下压对瓜果进行快速切片,切出的效果厚薄统一,不会出现厚薄不均的现象,同时生产具有连续化和高效率等特点,满足了规模化生产的需求。

如图1-2所示,本发明的具体结构为:它包括机架2,其上端设置有面板3,面板3设置有切料片座,切片座中设置有一个横向通道12,切片座的顶部且在位于横向通道12的左上端设置有进料斗11,横向通道12的左侧设置有推料机构,横向通道12的右侧设置有盖板5,横向通道12的底部且在位于接近盖板5的一侧设置有落料孔4,落料孔4的正下方设置有储料盒1,横向通道12内匹配设置有通过下压实现瓜果切片的切刀组件。
优选的,切刀组件包括升降机构10、端板9和斩刀7,其中,升降机构10安装在框架6内,斩刀7的数量为多个且均匀分布在端板9的底部,端板9与升降机构的伸出端固定连接。
优选的,升降机构10为电动推杆、液压缸或气缸中的任意一种。
优选的,升降机构10为丝杆升降机或剪式升降机中的任意一种。
优选的,端板9下端的左右两侧设置有导向杆8,导向杆8穿插在切片座中的导向孔内。
优选的,推料机构包括气缸14和推料块13,推料块13连接在气缸14的伸出端,推料块13与横向通道12匹配设置。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瓜果切片装置,其特征在于,切刀组件包括升降机构(10)、端板(9)和斩刀(7),其中,升降机构(10)安装在框架(6)内,斩刀(7)的数量为多个且均匀分布在端板(9)的底部,端板(9)与升降机构(10)的伸出端固定连接。
