Description

Cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fermented organic fertilizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of agricultural fertilizers, and in particular relates to a cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fermented organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cinnamomum longepaniculatum is a unique species in Sichuan, and cinnamomum longepaniculatum oil extracted from cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues is an important raw material for foreign trade and mass selling and related daily chemical industry. The oil of Cinnamomum camphora contains more than 40 kinds of components, wherein 1, 8-cineole accounts for about 60%, and the product has important antibacterial and antiviral effects, especially has strong effect in preventing coronavirus. However, in recent years, with the increasing production of camphor oil, the accumulation and waste of byproduct camphor leaf residue become more serious, and the harmless treatment of camphor leaf residue is also receiving attention. At present, some workshops and farmers mostly adopt a direct incineration method to treat cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues, so that a large amount of smoke pollution is caused, the emission of carbon dioxide is increased, great hidden dangers are brought to fire safety, and meanwhile, resources are greatly wasted. Researches show that the distilled cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue is a natural pollution-free high-quality organic fertilizer raw material (publication number)CN104306443B) It contains a large amount of high-quality organic matters, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and various medium and trace elements; the fermented and decomposed cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue organic fertilizer is rich in humic acid, and has the effects of improving soil, stimulating crop growth, improving the quality of agricultural products and the like. Particularly, the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues contain various active substances with antibacterial and insecticidal effects, the fertilizer prepared from the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues can have the special effects of expelling insects and inhibiting soil-borne diseases, is purely natural and pollution-free, and has a positive effect of reducing the application of pesticides. However, the conventional method for preparing the fertilizer by fermenting the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues directly refers to the conventional organic fertilizer fermentation technology, and although the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fertilizer with good fertilizer efficiency can be prepared, the active substances with bacteriostatic and insecticidal effects in the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues are greatly decomposed and lost due to improper fermentation method, so that the bacteriostatic and insecticidal effects of the obtained cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fertilizer are far different from the theoretical effects; meanwhile, the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue has the antibacterial effect, so that the fermentation process is slow, the fermentation degree is low, and the large-scale industrial production and agricultural popularization of cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fertilizer are seriously influencedThe preparation is used.

Comparative example 4
The cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fermented organic fertilizer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues, 30 parts of vinasse, 15 parts of cow dung and 0.15 part of fermentation decomposition agent; the fermentation decomposing inoculant is a compound microbial zymophyte which is obtained by screening cinnamomum camphora leaves in a natural composting state through specific culture conditions and screening conditions; the culture conditions are that the culture temperature is 70 ℃, and the culture humidity is 65% RH;
the screening conditions are as follows: the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues are used as fermentation raw materials, and the loss amount of the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues is not less than 3% after the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues are cultured and fermented for 15 days under the condition that the addition amount of a fermentation decomposition agent is 0.1%.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) crushing cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues, adding raw materials according to a formula, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
(2) after the moisture content of the mixture is adjusted to 60%, carrying out composting fermentation treatment for 14 d; in the compost fermentation treatment process, the fermentation temperature is controlled to be 65 ℃; when the temperature of the fertilizer pile reaches 75 ℃, turning and throwing treatment needs to be carried out for 1 time every day;
(3) aging the mixture subjected to compost fermentation treatment at normal temperature for 40 d;
(4) and drying and crushing the mixture subjected to the aging treatment at 65 ℃, and sieving the mixture by a 30-mesh sieve to obtain a finished product of the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fermented organic fertilizer with the water content of 8%.
Experimental example 1:
the content of bacteriostatic components, the content of organic matters and the content of humic acid in the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fermented organic fertilizer prepared in the above examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were detected, and the results were as follows:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE002A
according to the detection results, in the organic fertilizer prepared by fermenting the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues by the formula and the fermentation method in the embodiments 1-4 of the invention, the content of antibacterial components is remarkably increased, and the content of organic matters and humic acid is also improved to a great extent; in the comparative example 1, conventional fermentation bacteria are adopted for fermentation treatment under a low-temperature condition, although the content of bacteriostatic components is high, the conventional fermentation bacteria are more suitable for high-temperature fermentation, and the bacteriostatic components of the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residues have an inhibiting effect, so that the fermentation is not thorough, and the content of organic matters and humic acid in the fertilizer is remarkably reduced; in the comparative example 2, conventional zymophyte is adopted for fermentation treatment under the high-temperature condition, but the fermentation effect is poor due to the inhibition effect of the bacteriostatic component of the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue, the content of organic matters and humic acid in the fertilizer is reduced, the bacteriostatic component in the fertilizer is greatly lost, and the content of the bacteriostatic component in the material is obviously reduced; in the comparative example 3, the specific fermentation decomposition agent is adopted for high-temperature fermentation, the fermentation decomposition agent is not matched with the fermentation temperature, so that the fermentation effect of the fermentation decomposition agent is obviously reduced, the organic matter and humic acid content in the fertilizer is reduced to a large extent, and the antibacterial component is greatly lost and the antibacterial component content in the fertilizer is also obviously reduced due to high-temperature fermentation; in comparative example 4, the fermentation decomposing agent is screened at high temperature, so the combination of the compound microorganism zymophyte is different from the invention, and the fermentation is performed at low temperature, although the loss of bacteriostatic components is less, the fermentation decomposing agent is not adaptive to the fermentation temperature, so the fermentation effect of the fermentation decomposing agent is reduced, and the organic matter and humic acid content in the fertilizer are reduced to a large extent.
Experimental example 2

The test results are as follows:
the tobacco morbidity statistic result is as follows:
Figure 184044DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
the statistical result of the underground insect pest hazard rate of the tobacco is as follows:
Figure 963781DEST_PATH_IMAGE004
tobacco growth, soil pH change and yield (kg) statistics:
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE005
according to the experimental example 2, the cinnamomum longepaniculatum leaf residue fermented organic fertilizer prepared in the embodiment 3 of the invention has remarkable effects on reducing plant diseases and insect pests of tobacco leaves, improving soil and increasing yield.
