Description

Sheep manure organic biological fertilizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, in particular to a sheep manure organic biological fertilizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the intensification and continuous acceleration of large-scale process of mutton sheep industry in China, epidemic prevention, coarse feed supply and fecal sewage treatment in the sheep industry become more and more important. The development of the whole-house feeding sheep industry is seriously influenced by how the sheep manure, particularly the sheep manure in a large-scale sheep farm is treated. A large amount of sheep manure can be generated in a large-scale sheep farm in the operation process, if the sheep manure cannot be effectively treated in time, harmful substances such as sulfur-containing compounds, nitrogen-containing compounds, hydrocarbon and the like can be generated, various parasites and pathogenic microorganisms can be bred, the surrounding environment can be polluted, and the health of human beings and animals is harmed to a certain extent.
Meanwhile, the negative effects of water pollution, soil physicochemical properties and biological environment deterioration caused by long-term use of fertilizers in the planting industry are increasingly prominent, so that the biological organic fertilizer is more and more concerned. The biological organic fertilizer mainly takes green manure, human excrement, stable manure, compost, retting fertilizer, biogas fertilizer, waste fertilizer and the like as basic raw materials, and microbial strains for promoting decomposition and transformation are added, so that the microbial strains can be absorbed by plants after the microbial decomposition and transformation; the biological organic fertilizer has the advantages of complete nutrients, long fertilizer efficiency and good soil improvement and fertility improvement effects. Therefore, the method is an important way for processing the sheep manure, producing organic fertilizer and returning the organic fertilizer to the field. Relevant practical researches show that by means of the application of a natural composting fermentation technology, sheep manure can be effectively treated, so that indexes of organic substances, water content, various nutrients and the like in the sheep manure reach the standard of organic fertilizers, the utilization rate of the sheep manure is effectively improved, and the economic benefit of a large-scale sheep farm is promoted on the basis of solving the pollution problem.
However, in the prior art, the fermentation and decomposition period of the sheep manure bio-organic fertilizer is too long, and is generally more than 30 days. For example, the patent application with the publication number of CN105175164A discloses a sheep manure organic fertilizer which is prepared from the following raw materials, by weight, 60-80 parts of pretreated sheep manure, 10-20 parts of plant ash, 10-15 parts of a sheep manure leavening agent, 3-5 parts of banana mud, 10-20 parts of saw dust and 20-40 parts of straw powder. When the sheep manure organic fertilizer is fermented by using the formula, the fermentation time needs 30-45 days, and the patent application with the publication number of CN108911892A discloses a sheep manure organic fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: 60-100 parts of sheep manure, 40-80 parts of mushroom dregs, 15-30 parts of tobacco powder and 15-25 parts of weathered coal humic acid raw powder. Therefore, the development of a low-cost sheep manure organic biological fertilizer which has a short fermentation period, a lasting fertilizer effect and a wide application range, can provide nutrients required by the growth of crops, can improve the quality of soil and crops, improve the yield of the crops, promote the high and stable yield of the crops and maintain the soil fertility is urgently needed.

The common treatment methods of the carcasses, such as a burying treatment method, an incineration treatment method, a cadaver cellaring method, a chemical preparation method and the like, can cause the problems of soil and underground water pollution, pathogenic bacteria diffusion, harmful smoke generation and the like, and form secondary pollution. The animal carcass and the sheep manure are fermented together, so that the fermentation process is accelerated, and meanwhile, pathogenic microorganisms in the animal carcass and the sheep manure are effectively killed by high temperature generated in the fermentation process, so that the organic fertilizer is further improved, and the utilization rate of the fertilizer is improved. In addition, the sheep manure bio-organic fertilizer is prepared by taking the animal carcass as a raw material, so that harmless treatment on the animal carcass is realized.
