Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,包括无纺布层、竹炭过滤层和抗菌过滤层;所述抗菌过滤层包括高熔融指数聚丙烯、纳米铜离子粉体、PP静电驻级母粒、纳米二氧化钛粉体和扩散剂NNO。本发明增加了抗菌、消杀病毒的功能,使滤芯的功能多样化。

技术领域
本发明涉及车载滤芯技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯。
背景技术
随着整个社会的发展,汽车的普及率越来越高,而道路上的空气质量也急剧下降,特别是城市区域。道路的空气主要混合了微小颗粒物、细菌、废气和灰尘等,而现如今以空气为传播媒介的各种病毒也在全球传播。
汽车空调滤芯为驾驶人挡住了上述有害物质,也给车内乘用人员创造了一个良好的空气环境,保护车内人员的身体健康。但现有的汽车空调滤芯只能过滤上述常见的物质和部分细菌,无法过滤病毒,不具有灭活,杀灭病毒的作用,功能单一。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,以增加抗菌、消杀病毒的功能,功能多样化。本发明提供一种汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,包括无纺布层、竹炭过滤层和抗菌过滤层;所述抗菌过滤层包括高熔融指数聚丙烯、纳米铜离子粉体、PP静电驻级母粒、纳米二氧化钛粉体和扩散剂NNO。
优选地,高熔融指数聚丙烯80-90份、纳米铜离子粉体4-8份、PP静电驻级母粒2-4份、纳米二氧化钛粉体1-3份、扩散剂NNO0.6-0.8份。
优选地,所述高熔融指数聚丙烯的熔融指数为1500。
优选地,所述抗菌过滤面料由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:高熔融指数聚丙烯80份、纳米铜离子粉体4份、PP静电驻级母粒2份、纳米二氧化钛粉体1份、扩散剂NNO0.6份。
优选地,所述抗菌过滤面料由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:高熔融指数聚丙烯85份、纳米铜离子粉体6份、PP静电驻级母粒3份、纳米二氧化钛粉体2份、扩散剂NNO0.7份。
优选地,所述抗菌过滤面料由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:高熔融指数聚丙烯90份、纳米铜离子粉体8份、PP静电驻级母粒4份、纳米二氧化钛粉体3份、扩散剂NNO0.8份。
优选地,所述无纺布层、竹炭过滤层和抗菌过滤层依次固定连接并形成一层组合滤纸。
优选地,所述组合滤纸经多次折叠进而使组合滤纸的横断面形状为波浪形。
优选地,所述组合滤纸的四周镶嵌外框体。
本发明的有益效果体现在:
采用纳米铜离子粉体、竹炭过滤层和纳米二氧化钛粉体作为抗菌去异味的有效组分,其中铜离子具有干扰微生物的代谢过程,可达到抑制其的活动、生长和繁殖的效果,进而具有杀菌和抑制病毒的作用;纳米二氧化钛粉体具有光催化作用,在光照下可以产生强氧化物质,这些强氧化性物质可以使得有害生物失活、分解几乎所有对人体或环境有害的有机物质和部分无机物质,因此具有抗菌、降解有机物、净化空气和自洁功能。竹炭过滤层的孔隙、表面积大,具有较强的吸附和分解力,可以有效吸附细菌和病毒,在铜离子和纳米二氧化钛粉体的协效下,可以更有效的抑菌杀菌,去异味。原料组分中还添加了扩散剂NNO可以防止粉体材料的团聚,使得滤芯具有现有滤芯的功能前提下,还具有抗病毒、灭活病毒的功能。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明技术方案的实施例进行详细的描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,因此只作为示例,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
需要注意的是,除非另有说明,本申请使用的技术术语或者科学术语应当为本发明所属领域技术人员所理解的通常意义。
如图3所示,本实施例提供了一种汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,包括无纺布层1、竹炭过滤层2和抗菌过滤层3;所述抗菌过滤层3包括高熔融指数聚丙烯、纳米铜离子粉体、PP静电驻级母粒、纳米二氧化钛粉体和扩散剂NNO。具体地,高熔融指数聚丙烯80-90份、纳米铜离子粉体4-8份、PP静电驻级母粒2-4份、纳米二氧化钛粉体1-3份、扩散剂NNO0.6-0.8份。所述的高熔融指数聚丙烯的熔融指数为1500。
抗菌过滤层3的具体重量份数可以是:高熔融指数聚丙烯80份、纳米铜离子粉体4份、PP静电驻级母粒2份、纳米二氧化钛粉体1份、扩散剂NNO0.6份。也可以是:高熔融指数聚丙烯85份、纳米铜离子粉体6份、PP静电驻级母粒3份、纳米二氧化钛粉体2份、扩散剂NNO0.7份。还可以是:高熔融指数聚丙烯90份、纳米铜离子粉体8份、PP静电驻级母粒4份、纳米二氧化钛粉体3份、扩散剂NNO0.8份。
如图1、图2所示,在实际的制造方式是将无纺布层1、竹炭过滤层2和抗菌过滤层3依次固定连接并形成一层组合滤纸4,组合滤纸4经多次折叠进而使组合滤纸4的横断面形状为波浪形。为了满足安装要求,通常会在组合滤纸4的四周镶嵌外框体5,外框体5安装于汽车过滤腔中。
本实施例灭活病毒的原理是:在外循环模式下,汽车外部的空气经过组合滤纸4进入车内,或者在内循环模式下,汽车内部的空气重复流经组合滤纸4。两种模式下组合滤纸4均能对流经的空气进行有效过滤。组合滤纸4中的铜离子具有干扰微生物的代谢过程,可达到抑制其的活动、生长和繁殖的效果,进而具有杀菌和抑制病毒的作用;纳米二氧化钛粉体具有光催化作用,在光照下可以产生强氧化物质,这些强氧化性物质可以使得有害生物失活、分解几乎所有对人体或环境有害的有机物质和部分无机物质,因此具有抗菌、降解有机物、净化空气和自洁功能。竹炭过滤层具有较强的吸附和分解力,可以有效吸附细菌和病毒,在铜离子和纳米二氧化钛粉体的协效下,可以更有效的抑菌杀菌,去异味。原料组分中还添加了扩散剂NNO可以防止粉体材料的团聚,使得滤芯具有现有滤芯的功能前提下,还具有抗病毒、灭活病毒的功能。

1.一种汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:包括无纺布层、竹炭过滤层和抗菌过滤层;所述抗菌过滤层包括高熔融指数聚丙烯、纳米铜离子粉体、PP静电驻级母粒、纳米二氧化钛粉体和扩散剂NNO。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:高熔融指数聚丙烯80-90份、纳米铜离子粉体4-8份、PP静电驻级母粒2-4份、纳米二氧化钛粉体1-3份、扩散剂NNO0.6-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述高熔融指数聚丙烯的熔融指数为1500。
4.根据权利要求2所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述抗菌过滤面料由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:高熔融指数聚丙烯80份、纳米铜离子粉体4份、PP静电驻级母粒2份、纳米二氧化钛粉体1份、扩散剂NNO0.6份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述抗菌过滤面料由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:高熔融指数聚丙烯85份、纳米铜离子粉体6份、PP静电驻级母粒3份、纳米二氧化钛粉体2份、扩散剂NNO0.7份。
6.根据权利要求2所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述抗菌过滤面料由如下重量份数的原料组分制成:高熔融指数聚丙烯90份、纳米铜离子粉体8份、PP静电驻级母粒4份、纳米二氧化钛粉体3份、扩散剂NNO0.8份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述无纺布层、竹炭过滤层和抗菌过滤层依次固定连接并形成一层组合滤纸。
8.根据权利要求7所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述组合滤纸经多次折叠进而使组合滤纸的横断面形状为波浪形。
9.根据权利要求7所述的汽车空调灭活病毒空气滤芯,其特征在于:所述组合滤纸的四周镶嵌外框体。
