技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,具体来说,涉及一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料。
背景技术
随着经济的飞速发展,人类对环境造成的污染也越来越严重,我国的雾霾现象也越来越多,人们越来越关注PM2.5颗粒对身体健康的影响。PM2.5是指环境空气中空气动力学当量直径小于等于2.5μm的颗粒物,细颗粒物进入人体到肺泡后,直接影响肺的通气功能,使机体容易处在缺氧状态,同时颗粒物会对呼吸系统和心血管系统造成伤害,导致哮喘、肺癌、心血管疾病、出生缺陷和过早死亡,对人体健康的危害很大。因此对PM2.5的防护成为人们关注的焦点。雾霾天气时,人们不能开窗通风,在室外活动时也要带着厚厚的口罩,雾霾天气对人们的工作和生活带来很多不便。
现有的口罩用无纺布材料虽然具有过滤的作用,但是抗菌性较差,口罩表面容易滋生细菌,并且吸附性较差,导致口罩内层在使用一段时间后会变得潮湿并且具有异味,易造成佩戴者不适,使得佩戴者的舒适度较差。
针对相关技术中的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料包括外层,所述外层上固定设有防水透气层,所述外层下固定设有抗菌层,所述抗菌层下固定设有过滤层,所述过滤层下固定设有吸附层,所述吸附层下固定设有内层,所述内层下固定设有亲肤层,所述抗菌层包括内置银离子抗菌面料层,所述内置银离子抗菌面料层上涂覆有多孔型纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂涂层,所述多孔型纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂涂层上表面与所述外层固定连接,所述内置银离子抗菌面料层下固定设有多孔型生物多肽类抗菌剂涂层,所述多孔型生物多肽类抗菌剂涂层下表面与所述过滤层固定连接,所述吸附层包括竹原纤维织物层,所述竹原纤维织物层下固定设有竹炭纤维织物层,所述竹炭纤维织物层下固定设有粘胶纤维织物层,所述粘胶纤维织物层下固定设有活性炭面料层,所述竹原纤维织物层上表面与所述过滤层固定连接,所述活性炭面料层下表面与所述内层固定连接。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)、本发明通过设置外层、防水透气层、抗菌层、过滤层、内层和亲肤层,能够大大的增加口罩的抗菌性能,有效的防止细菌滋生,并且能够使得口罩外壁防水透气,有效的对内侧材料进行了防水保护,并且具有良好的吸附作用,能够对口罩内侧的水蒸气和异味进行吸附,使得口罩内侧能够保持干燥。
(2)、本发明通过设置天然蚕丝无纺布,能够改善皮肤触感,使用时皮肤感觉更为舒适,同时能够有效预防过敏,且具有良好的透气性。
(3)、本发明通过设置纤维过滤棉层、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层和熔喷布层,能够大大的增加复合材料的过滤效果,并且纤维过滤棉层和聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层能够对空气进行初步过滤,从而能够降低熔喷布层的过滤负荷量。

通过本发明的上述方案,纤维过滤棉层8、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层9和熔喷布层10能够大大的增加复合材料的过滤效果,并且纤维过滤棉层8和聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层9能够对空气进行初步过滤,从而能够降低熔喷布层10的过滤负荷量。
为了方便理解本发明的上述技术方案,以下就本发明在实际过程中的工作原理或者操作方式进行详细说明。
在实际应用时,内置银离子抗菌面料层11、多孔型纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂涂层12和多孔型生物多肽类抗菌剂涂层13具有优良的抗菌抑菌功能,能够大大的增加口罩的抗菌性能,有效的防止细菌滋生,并且由高分子防水透气材料与布料复合而成的防水透气层2能够使得口罩外壁防水透气,防止外部雨水穿过口罩的外层1,有效的对口罩内侧的材料进行了防水保护,并且竹原纤维织物层14、竹炭纤维织物层15、粘胶纤维织物层16和活性炭面料层17具有良好的吸附作用,能够对口罩内侧的水蒸气和异味进行吸附,使得口罩内侧能够保持干燥,天然蚕丝无纺布能够改善皮肤触感,使用时皮肤感觉更为舒适,同时能够有效预防过敏,且具有良好的透气性,纤维过滤棉层8、聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层9和熔喷布层10能够大大的增加复合材料的过滤效果,并且纤维过滤棉层8和聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层9能够对空气进行初步过滤,从而能够降低熔喷布层10的过滤负荷量。

Claims (6)
1.一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,包括外层(1),所述外层(1)上固定设有防水透气层(2),所述外层(1)下固定设有抗菌层(3),所述抗菌层(3)下固定设有过滤层(4),所述过滤层(4)下固定设有吸附层(5),所述吸附层(5)下固定设有内层(6),所述内层(6)下固定设有亲肤层(7),所述抗菌层(3)包括内置银离子抗菌面料层(11),所述内置银离子抗菌面料层(11)上涂覆有多孔型纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂涂层(12),所述多孔型纳米二氧化钛载银抗菌剂涂层(12)上表面与所述外层(1)固定连接,所述内置银离子抗菌面料层(11)下固定设有多孔型生物多肽类抗菌剂涂层(13),所述多孔型生物多肽类抗菌剂涂层(13)下表面与所述过滤层(4)固定连接,所述吸附层(5)包括竹原纤维织物层(14),所述竹原纤维织物层(14)下固定设有竹炭纤维织物层(15),所述竹炭纤维织物层(15)下固定设有粘胶纤维织物层(16),所述粘胶纤维织物层(16)下固定设有活性炭面料层(17),所述竹原纤维织物层(14)上表面与所述过滤层(4)固定连接,所述活性炭面料层(17)下表面与所述内层(6)固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述外层(1)和所述内层(6)均由无纺布制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述防水透气层(2)由高分子防水透气材料与布料复合而成,所述防水透气材料为PTFE膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述亲肤层(7)由天然蚕丝无纺布制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述过滤层(4)包括纤维过滤棉层(8),所述纤维过滤棉层(8)下固定设有聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(9),所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(9)下固定设有熔喷布层(10),所述纤维过滤棉层(8)上表面与所述多孔型生物多肽类抗菌剂涂层(13)固定连接,所述熔喷布层(10)下表面与所述竹原纤维织物层(14)固定连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤口罩用无纺布复合材料,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯微孔膜层(9)的厚度为0.05-0.09mm,孔径大小为0.2-0.5μm。
