2 method
2.1 preparation of herb tea

2.2 animal grouping and handling
Kunming mouse 70 was divided into 7 groups by the random number table method, and each group consisted of 10 mice, namely normal group, model group, Huangqi Fuzheng tea No. I square group, Huangqi Fuzheng tea No. II square group, Huangqi Fuzheng tea No. III square group, Huangqi Fuzheng tea No. IV square group and Huangqi Fuzheng tea No. V square group. 1d to 3d, except normal group intraperitoneal injection of normal saline, other groups of mice are intraperitoneal injection of CTX (80mg/kg/d), and an immunosuppressive mouse model is established. From the 4 th day, the mice in the square groups of the astragalus root strengthening tea I, II, III, IV and V are respectively filled with corresponding herb tea at the ratio of 3.2g/kg/d and 0.2 mL/time for 28 days continuously, and the normal group and the model group are given with the same volume of normal saline. Sampling tests were performed 24h after the last administration.
2.3 detection index and method

After 24h of the last administration, the mouse eyeballs were removed with sterilized ophthalmic forceps and whole blood was collected with an anticoagulation tube to prevent blood coagulation. 3 results
3.1 Effect on blood routine
Peripheral blood WBC, RBC and PLT were analyzed in 7 groups of mice, and the results are shown in table 1. Compared with the normal group, 3 indexes of WBC, RBC and PLT of the immunosuppressed mice in the model group are obviously reduced, and the difference is obvious (P <0.01), which indicates that the model building is successful. Compared with the model group, the WBC, RBC and PLT of the astragalus strengthening tea I and III are obviously increased (P is less than 0.01); the three indexes of the IV prescription of the astragalus strengthening tea are also obviously increased (P is less than 0.05); WBC of the radix astragali body resistance strengthening tea No. II square group is increased (P is less than 0.05), and RBC and PLT have ascending trend; the WBC and RBC of the astragalus strengthening tea V-type square mouse are increased obviously, and the PLT also tends to increase.

3.2 Effect on immune organ index
The organ indexes of 7 groups of mice were measured and analyzed, and the results are shown in table 2. Compared with the normal group, the spleen index and the thymus index of the model group immunosuppression type mice are both obviously reduced (P <0.01), which indicates that the CTX can damage the mouse organs and obviously shrink the mouse organs. The immunity is a self defense mechanism of a human body and is the capability of resisting external invasion and maintaining the stability of the internal environment of the body. It is widely believed that the health condition of the body is closely related to immune function, and when the immune function of the body is reduced or inhibited, the body resistance is reduced, the body constitution is deteriorated, foreign bacteria, viruses and other substances cannot be effectively recognized and eliminated, the incidence of diseases is increased, and the body often feels fatigue[1]. The immunity of the human body is improved, and the human body is protected from being damaged,the development of functional herbal tea with high safety and immune enhancement is one of the hot spots of current researchers.
The traditional Chinese medicine holds that healthy qi is a basic substance for resisting exogenous pathogenic factors and preventing and treating diseases, maintains normal life activities of human bodies, leads the life activities of the human bodies and the diseases to return due to the exuberant decline and decay of the healthy qi, and is functional activities, disease resistance and rehabilitation capability of the human bodies. Su Wen (plain questions) includes that the healthy qi exists in the interior and the pathogenic factors cannot be dried. In this respect, the healthy qi of traditional Chinese medicine is reflected in the immunity of human body in modern medicine[2]. The deficiency of healthy qi causes the pathogenic qi to enter the body, resulting in disorder of function and hypoimmunity. The traditional Chinese medicine has proved to have high safety and clinical effectiveness in long-term development, and the regulation and control effect on the immune system is continuously explored[3-4]。
The astragalus root is mild in nature and sweet in taste, is rich in various compounds such as polysaccharides, saponins, alkaloids and flavonoids, and has the effects of tonifying qi and invigorating yang, consolidating superficial resistance and arresting sweating, inducing diuresis and relieving swelling, and expelling toxin and pus. Modern pharmacological research shows that astragalus root and its extract have obvious immunological regulation, antitumor, antioxidant and other pharmacological activity[5-8]. Radix Codonopsis has effects of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi, invigorating spleen and benefiting lung, and can promote healthy qi and middle-warmer energy of human body. The research of codonopsis pilosula on the aspect of body immune regulation is extensive and deep. The Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide has strong promotion effect on humoral immunity, can promote proliferation of mouse spleen B lymphocytes, improve phagocytic ability of mouse macrophages, and further adjust organism immunity function[9-10]. The astragalus and codonopsis pilosula are combined to tonify qi, nourish spleen and stomach, and have the effects of enhancing immunity, expanding blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, improving microcirculation, enhancing hematopoietic function and the like. Can be used for treating lassitude, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness, amnesia, blurred vision, hyperhidrosis, and diabetes. On the basis, the research observes the immunoregulation effect of the astragalus strengthening tea on immunosuppressive mice.
CTX is commonly used for constructing animal models with low immune function or suppressed immune function, can obviously reduce the body mass of animals and influence cell factors related to peripheral immune organs, lymph organs and organism immunity[11]. Peripheral lymph organ bagIncluding blood, lymphatic vessels and immunocompetent cells, the influence of the astragalus strengthening tea on the immune function of the body is observed by detecting the peripheral blood routine of a mouse in the research. Research results show that the astragalus root healthy-strengthening tea can effectively improve the blood WBC, RBC and PLT of immunosuppressed mice, relieve the inhibition effect of CTX on bone marrow, promote the recovery and progression of bone marrow hematopoietic function and improve the bone marrow hematopoietic function.
The immune organ is a basic place for exerting the immune function, the thymus and the spleen are important immune organs of the body, and the development conditions of the thymus and the spleen are closely related to the immune function of the body. Wherein, the spleen is an important peripheral immune organ in the body, has nonspecific and specific immune functions, and not only can be used as a place for the colonization of immune cells, but also can be used as a place for receiving antigen stimulation to generate immune response; the thymus, as a central immune organ, is the site where the body has an immune response after being stimulated by an antigen, and is the site where cells develop and mature. The results show that after the medicine treatment, the astragalus root healthy-strengthening tea has the most obvious effect of increasing the thymus index and the spleen index of a CTX immunosuppressive mouse model, and the improvement of the immune function of an organism is proved.
In summary, the research is based on an immunosuppressive mouse model, and the astragalus strengthening tea is found to have the functions of protecting and enhancing the immune function in vivo research. The astragalus root body resistance strengthening medicinal tea prepared by the process is safe and effective, has no toxic or side effect, can be taken for a long time, and is a promising medicinal tea capable of obviously improving the immune function.
