The astragalus contains triterpene saponin, flavonoid compounds and polysaccharide, wherein the saponin components comprise astragalus saponins I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, acetyl astragalus saponins I, iso-astragalus saponins I and II, soybean saponins I and membranous astragalus saponins I and II. The flavonoid component comprises kaempferol, quercetin, isorhamnetin, rhamnocitrin, and phyllostachys pubescens and glycosides thereof. The astragalus polysaccharides include AG-1, AG-2, AH-1, AH-2 and astragalus polysaccharides I, II and III. CN103584092 discloses a health care composition for enhancing immunity and resisting fatigue and a preparation thereof, which mainly comprises: astragalus root, pilose asiabell root, wolfberry fruit and malt.
The prior art does not disclose astragalus strengthening tea which is completely the same as the application.

Cyclophosphamide (CTX, lot number 2011027) is available from Shanghai Hualian pharmaceutical Co., ltd; normal saline and other conventional reagents are purchased from beijing solebao technologies.
2 method
2.1 preparation of herbal tea

2.2 grouping and treatment of animals

From 1d to 3d, each group of mice was intraperitoneally injected with CTX (80 mg/kg/d) except normal group of intraperitoneally injected with physiological saline, and an immunosuppressive mouse model was established. From 4d, the mice in the astragalus root body resistance-strengthening tea I, II, III, IV and V groups are respectively infused with the corresponding medicinal tea in the stomach, 3.2g/kg/d,0.2 mL/time, 28d continuously, and the normal group and the model group are given with equal volumes of physiological saline. Sampling assays were performed 24h after the last dose.
2.3 detection index and method
2.3.1 blood routine determination
24 hours after the last administration, the eyeballs of the mice were removed with sterilized ophthalmic forceps, and whole blood was collected with an anticoagulant tube to prevent blood coagulation. The white blood cell count (WBC), red blood cell count (RBC) and platelet count (PLT) were measured within 12h using a fully automatic blood cell analyzer.

2.3.3 statistical methods

3 results
3.1 effects on blood routine
The 7 groups of mice were analyzed for WBC, RBC and PLT, and the results are shown in table 1. Compared with the normal group, WBC, RBC, PLT indexes of the immune suppression type mice in the model group are obviously reduced, and the difference is obvious (P < 0.01), which indicates that the modeling is successful. Compared with the model group, WBC, RBC and PLT of the astragalus root strengthening tea I and III square groups are obviously increased (P is less than 0.01); three indexes of the astragalus root strengthening tea formula IV are obviously increased (P is less than 0.05); the WBC of the formula II of the astragalus strengthening tea is increased (P is less than 0.05), and RBC and PLT have rising trend; the WBC and RBC of mice in the formula V of astragalus root body resistance strengthening tea are obviously increased, and PLT also has an ascending trend.

3.2 Effect on immune organ index
The organ indexes of the 7 groups of mice were measured and analyzed, and the results are shown in table 2. Compared with the normal group, the spleen index and thymus index of the model group immune suppression mice can be obviously reduced (P < 0.01), which indicates that CTX damages the organs of the mice and obviously atrophy the organs of the mice. Compared with the model group, the viscera index of mice in each group of astragalus root strengthening tea is increased to different degrees. Wherein, spleen index and thymus index of mice in the group I and III of astragalus root strengthening tea are obviously increased (P < 0.01); the organ index of mice in the group II and V of astragalus root healthy-energy-strengthening tea is obviously up-regulated (P is less than 0.05); the spleen index difference of the mice in the astragalus strengthening tea IV prescription is obvious (P < 0.05), and the thymus index difference is obvious (P < 0.01).

Immunization refers to the function of the immune system of the body to recognize self and foreign substances and to eliminate antigenic foreign substances through immune response so as to maintain the normal physiological balance of the body. Immunity is the body's own defense mechanism, which is the body's ability to resist external invasion and maintain the stability of the in vivo environment. It is generally believed that the health condition of the body is closely related to immune function, and when the immune function of the body is reduced or inhibited, the body resistance is reduced, the constitution is poor, foreign bacteria, viruses and other substances cannot be effectively identified and removed, the incidence of diseases is increased, and the body also often feels tired [1] . Improving autoimmune power, and has high development safety and immunity enhancementFunctional herbal tea with effect is one of the hot spots studied by current scholars.
The traditional Chinese medicine holds that healthy qi is a basic substance for resisting exogenous evil and preventing and treating diseases, maintains normal vital activity of human body, and the strong and decline of healthy qi relates to vital activity and disease prognosis of human body, and is the functional activity, disease resistance and rehabilitation capability of human body. The "Su Wen" has the functions of keeping healthy qi, keeping internal qi, and not drying pathogenic factors. At this level, the positive qi of traditional Chinese medicine is reflected in the immune function of modern medicine [2] . Deficiency of healthy qi leads to deficiency of pathogenic qi, resulting in irregular function and hypoimmunity. The traditional Chinese medicine has proved to have high safety and clinical effectiveness in long-term development, and the regulation and control effect on the immune system are also continuously explored [3-4] 。
Astragalus root has slightly warm nature and sweet taste, is rich in polysaccharides, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids and other compounds, and has the effects of invigorating qi, raising yang, consolidating exterior, suppressing sweating, inducing diuresis to alleviate edema, expelling toxin and expelling pus. Modern pharmacological research shows that astragalus root and its extract have obvious immunological regulation, anti-tumor, antioxidant and other pharmacological activities [5-8] . The radix codonopsis has the effects of tonifying middle-jiao and Qi, strengthening spleen and tonifying lung, and can promote the vital qi and middle-jiao of a human body. The dangshen has been widely and deeply studied in the aspect of body immunoregulation. The Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide has strong promoting effect on humoral immunity, can promote proliferation of mouse spleen B lymphocyte, improve phagocytic ability of mouse macrophage, and further regulate organism immunity [9-10] . The astragalus and codonopsis pilosula are combined, so that the Chinese medicinal composition has the effects of tonifying qi, supplementing qi, nourishing spleen and stomach, enhancing immunity, dilating blood vessels, reducing blood pressure, improving microcirculation, enhancing hematopoietic function and the like. Can be used for treating listlessness, soreness of waist and knees, dizziness, amnesia, blurred vision, hyperhidrosis, and diabetes. Based on the research, the immunoregulation effect of astragalus root strengthening tea on immunosuppressive mice is observed.
CTX is commonly used for constructing animal models with low immune function or immune function inhibition, can obviously reduce the body quality of animals, and affects peripheral immune organs, lymphoid organs and cell factors related to organism immunity [11] . Peripheral lymphoid organs include blood, lymphatic vessels and immunocompetent cellsThe study observes the influence of astragalus root healthy energy strengthening tea on the immune function of organisms through detecting the peripheral blood routine of mice. Research results show that the astragalus root strengthening tea can effectively improve the blood WBC, RBC and PLT of an immunosuppressed mouse, lighten the inhibition effect of CTX on bone marrow, promote the recovery and the proceeding of the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow and promote the hematopoietic function of the bone marrow.
The immune organ is a basic place for playing immune function, thymus and spleen are important immune organs of the organism, and the development conditions of the thymus and spleen are closely related to the immune function of the organism. Wherein, the spleen is an important peripheral immune organ in the organism, has nonspecific and specific immune functions, and is not only a place where immune cells colonize, but also a place where antigen stimulation can be received to generate immune response; thymus is used as a central immune organ, and is a part of an organism which generates an immune response after being stimulated by antigens, and is a place where cells develop and mature. The increase in spleen and thymus organ weight represents proliferation of lymphocytes in the organ, and the intensity of the immune response level of the organism is often reflected by the proliferation degree of the lymphocytes [12] . Therefore, the thymus index and the spleen index can better reflect the development degree of immune organs and the functions of immune cells, thereby further reflecting the strength of the immune function of the organism [13-14] . In this study, we examined the effect of astragalus healthy energy-strengthening tea on CTX-induced immunosuppression of mice organ index. As a result, after the treatment with the medicine, the increase of thymus index and spleen index of the astragalus strengthening tea on the CTX immunosuppressed mouse model is most obvious, which indicates that the immune function of the organism is enhanced.
In conclusion, the study is based on an immunosuppression mouse model, and the astragalus root strengthening tea is found to have the protection and enhancement effects on immune functions in vivo study. The astragalus root healthy energy-strengthening medicinal tea prepared by the process is safe and effective, has no toxic or side effect, can be taken for a long time, and is a promising medicinal tea capable of obviously improving the immune function.
Crowd observation
According to the basic research, the astragalus root healthy-strengthening tea I formula has stronger protection and enhancement functions on immune functions of immune suppression mice, and the effect is better than that of astragalus root healthy-strengthening tea of other formulas. Therefore, we observe the effect of astragalus root strengthening tea formula I on the crowd with low immunity.
1. Group of people under test
132 middle aged and elderly people, 62 men and 70 women. The main symptoms include less qi and lazy speaking, spontaneous perspiration and night sweat, listlessness, inappetence and the like, and the effect is observed after the administration of the medicinal tea.
2. Administration method
5 g/bag, 1 bag/time, 2 times/d, and warm boiled water for brewing and drinking, and the patients take the medicine for a treatment course of 90 days.

5. Typical cases
