Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating rehabilitation of tumor patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Along with the continuous improvement of living conditions, the continuous enrichment of material conditions, the continuous acceleration of life rhythm, the urbanization and the modernization bring rich material living conditions to people, and simultaneously, the pressure of strengthening life to people is continuously increased, and the 'time' becomes more and more valuable. All people get up "fast", and modern people become "vexation", "depression" and get up because of various pressures unconsciously, and the communication among friends, colleagues, the old and the country, even couples and wives becomes less and less, however, various diseases can be brought to the home slowly, and even more and more patients with tumors and cancers become younger and more. At the current medical level of the world, most patients with the tumor disease in the middle and late stages can only be treated by means of operation or radiotherapy and chemotherapy. However, the radiotherapy and chemotherapy has great damage to human bodies, influences the physique of patients, has poor prognosis and not very ideal effect, and although the 'life' is temporarily kept, the sequelae caused by the radiotherapy and chemotherapy are bitter and unappealing to pain. Most of the existing antitumor drugs in western medicine have great toxic and side effects and also have strong killing effect on normal cell tissues. Some patients and old patients cannot tolerate the treatment of western medicines due to extreme weakness.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that: the local and whole body of the human body are unified in terms of dialectics, and pathological changes in a certain local area of the human body are usually related to the abundance or insufficiency of the viscera, qi and blood, and yin and yang of the whole body. Because the mutual connection and influence of the viscera, tissues and organs in physiology and pathology determine that the tumor patients after diagnosis, treatment or radiotherapy and chemotherapy can recover the physiological activities of the viscera and the meridians of the patients by taking the proper traditional Chinese medicine formula and using the strength of the traditional Chinese medicine formula, so that the coordination of qi, blood and yin and yang reaches new balance.
Chinese patent application CN201410371331.6 discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for rehabilitation of tumor patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy, which comprises raw material medicines of astragalus, angelica, codonopsis pilosula, donkey-hide gelatin, prepared rehmannia root, rhizoma polygonati, adenophora tetraphylla, radix glehniae, cornus officinalis, caulis spatholobi, radix ophiopogonis, rhizoma dioscoreae, rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae, honey-fried licorice root and the like, has the effects of tonifying qi and soothing nerves, nourishing spleen and tonifying kidney, tonifying qi and blood, treating both symptoms and root causes, has obvious drug effect and can balance human immunity. The medicine has good use effect, and can effectively relieve gastrointestinal discomfort and other symptoms caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of strengthening spleen and stomach, benefiting qi and nourishing blood, and can effectively treat gastrointestinal discomfort, deficiency of qi and blood, low immunity and the like caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumor patients.
The Chinese patent application: CN202010989445.2 discloses a pharmaceutical formulation for enhancing resistance and immunity and its preparation process, which comprises astragalus root, American ginseng, schisandra fruit, pilose asiabell root, chrysanthemum flower, pseudostellaria root, poria cocos wolf. The radix pseudostellariae has the function of enhancing the immunity and the resistance, promoting the blood circulation and enhancing the physique, wherein the two components of the radix astragali and the radix codonopsitis both enter lung channels in the traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology and have the function of tonifying qi, the two medicines have the functions of tonifying spleen and lung, tonifying qi, promoting the production of body fluid, tonifying qi, generating blood and the like, meanwhile, the radix pseudostellariae has the function of enhancing the immunity function, after the medicines are taken, the radix astragali and the radix codonopsitis promote the blood circulation so that the body can better absorb the medicines, and meanwhile, the radix Panacis Quinquefolii and the fructus schizandrae can excite nerves and resist fatigue, so that the functions of the human body are effectively adjusted and improved. The chrysanthemum plays roles in dilating coronary artery, increasing coronary blood flow and improving myocardial oxygen consumption, and can further improve the blood circulation of the body, so that the drug effect can be better played along with the accelerated flow of blood.
However, the inventor finds that the traditional Chinese medicine formula (comprising the traditional Chinese medicine formula of the two patents) in the prior art has the defects of more medicine taste and complicated preparation method or low curative effect, and based on the defects, the inventor summarizes working experience for many years and further optimizes the traditional Chinese medicine formula on the basis of previous work.

TCM holds that the occurrence and changes of diseases are complicated and complicated, but they are generally related to the two aspects of "healthy qi and pathogenic qi" of the human body. The healthy qi is usually stored in the interior, but the pathogenic factors cannot be dried. Only when the healthy qi is weak, the defensive exterior is weak, and the resistance to pathogens is weak, the pathogenic qi can enter the body in a deficient manner, the yin and yang of the body are disharmony, and the viscera are dysfunctional, the disease can occur. The invasion of pathogenic factors means that qi is always deficient, and wind, rain, cold and heat cannot be deficient, so that the pathogenic factors cannot solely injure people. When a patient is suddenly suffered from a sudden storm due to blast wind and rain without deficiency, the patient cannot be injured by pathogenic factors alone, so that the deficiency of healthy qi is the intrinsic basis for the occurrence of diseases. The experimental result shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has good curative effect after being used for radiotherapy and chemotherapy of tumor patients, the survival rate of the patients is greatly improved, the survival experience of the patients is greatly improved, the recurrence rate is greatly reduced, the acceptance of the patients is improved, and the medical burden of the patients is reduced.

3 conclusion
The results in the tables show that the 5-fluorouracil group has the best tumor inhibition effect (table 4), and then the experimental group, the control group and the control group are sequentially arranged, but the immune function index and the survival rate of mice in each group are the best in the experimental group, wherein the survival rate of mice in the experimental group can reach 100%, and the survival rate of 5-fluorouracil group is only 10%, which also indicates that although the tumor inhibition rate of the 5-fluorouracil group is the highest, the survival rate is not high, which suggests that the chemoradiotherapy method can effectively inhibit tumor growth for tumor (cancer) patients, but the chemoradiotherapy method cannot be tolerated for cancer patients with poor health at all, so the survival experience of the patients is very poor, and the survival rate is low. The results of experimental groups show that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has a certain tumor inhibition rate, can improve the immunity of patients to a great extent, greatly relieves the side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy to the patients, improves the living experience of the patients, and can greatly improve the survival rate of the patients. The contrast group, the two groups and the three groups have certain improvement effects on tumor inhibition rate and immunity improvement, but the effects of the traditional Chinese medicine composition are still very different (P is less than 0.01) compared with the effects of the experimental group, which also shows that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has synergistic effects among the medicines, and has the effects of tonifying qi and blood, strengthening spleen, calming heart, promoting the production of body fluid, clearing away the lung-heat, and clearing away heat and toxic materials.
