Abstract
一种特别用于具有至少一进气管路之内燃机的进气组件,其特征在于:所述进气管路至少具有二个进气管口(5,6),至少一个进气管口(6)以不变的截面引向内燃机,同一进气管路中至少有另一进气管口(5)通过一旋转阀(4)同内燃机相接。
Description
本发明涉及一种特别是用于带至少一进气管路的内燃机的进气组件。此类进气组件可以例如从德国专利申请DE4032250中得知。
如果将上述类型的进气组件用于(例如)轿车中,则会产生如下的缺点,即在整个运转周期内进气组件的流动横截面中具有一个旋转阀,从而造成流动损失。另一个缺点是由于整个旋转阀具有一定的结构长度,会遇到公差问题。
目前可用铸造手段将整个构件生产出来。但这种制造方式的成本较高,使得进气组件昂贵,另外还增加了重量。
为此,本发明的任务是改进开头所述类型的进气组件,提供一种制造简单、安装容易、工作可靠且成本低的进气组件。
本发明的任务可通过以下特征来完成,即所述进气管路至少具有二个进气管口,该管路的至少一个进气管口以不变的截面积引向内燃机,同一管路至少有另一进气管口通过一旋转阀同内燃机相接。
在处于只需一部分进气管截面开通的工作状况时,无多余部分构成流动阻力,从而降低了损耗。在需要较大截面的工作状况时,通过该可接通的旋转阀将截面积调整到最佳。
进一步有利的结构是,所述旋转阀布置在进气组件的法兰上。这种结构不仅有利于安装,而且也有利于旋转阀构件的保养。此外,本发明还使气缸头、法兰及旋转阀之间可以采用不同的材料进行组合。
再进一步优选的方案是,该旋转阀相对于纵轴成对称布置。这种对称结构不仅在制造方面而且在旋转阀工作中均有好处。
再进一步有利的结构是该旋转阀是以浮动方式支承的。这样上述各种结构有关安装误差、噪音产生及传播方面均具有明显的优点。
还有一个有利的结构是,该旋转阀和/或进气组件由塑料制成。采用塑料可达到重量和费用大幅度降低之目的。
本发明优选的结构的这些及其它特征除了权利要求书给出外,还可从说明书及附图中获得,其中这些特征在本发明实施形式及其它领域中可以单独或多个结合起来的方式体现出来,这些特征和优点及可保护的实例在此作一叙述,它们均属要求保护之列。

如图1所示,进气组件由进气管1、法兰2及负压箱3组成。旋转阀4的整体在图2及图3中以剖面形式表示出来,该阀处于法兰2中的安装位置。除了负压箱3外,还可借助于电磁和/或液压装置对旋转阀进行控制。借助于耦接的推拉杆对至少二个旋转阀进行控制。
旋转阀4关于纵轴的对称性特别在图3中清楚地表示出来。该旋转阀4只调节两个进气管口中一个管口5的流动截面,因而另一进气管口6可以在没有增加流动阻力的元件的情况下连续不断地输入燃烧混合物。图3清楚地表示出属进气管口5和6的分离区。该管口分离区及需要时借助旋转阀4的开通与关闭保证在任一种工作状态下能获得最佳的燃烧条件,从而减少了燃油的消耗。还可以在所有工作状态下使用贫(低标号)燃油混合物。采用塑料作为进气管1、法兰2及旋转阀4的材料降低了重量及制造费用。
借助于旋转阀轴7上添加有润滑材料的塑料衬套8及其O型环9,旋转阀4被浮动支承。所述的O型环9位于箱体的凹槽中。
在图6所示的另一实施例中,旋转阀轴7以球状支承,轴/衬套的材料组合选用添加有润滑材料的塑料。
Claims (10)
1.一种特别用于具有至少一进气管路之内燃机的进气组件,其特征在于:所述进气管路至少具有二个进气管口(5,6),至少一个进气管口(6)以不变的截面引向内燃机,同一进气管路中至少有另一进气管口(5)通过一旋转阀(4)同内燃机相接。
2.按权利要求1所述的进气组件,其特征在于:所述旋转阀(4)布置在进气组件的法兰(2)中。
3.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:旋转阀(4)相对于旋转阀纵轴(7)呈对称结构。
4.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:旋转阀(4)是浮动支承的。
5.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:旋转阀(4)和/或进气组件由塑料组成。
6.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:旋转阀轴具有一个衬套(8)及一个O型环(9)。
7按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:对旋转阀的控制是借助负压装置来完成的。
8.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:对旋转阀的控制是借助于电磁和/或液压装置完成的。
9.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:借助于相连的推拉杆对至少二个旋转阀进行控制。
10.按前述权利要求之一或多个所述的进气组件,其特征在于:旋转阀之塑料添加有润滑材料。
