Background
The thickness of the skin of the lips of a human body is much thinner than that of the skin of other parts of the body, so that not only the stratum corneum is thin, but also the granule layer is thin; because the lips do not have melanocytes, melanin cannot be effectively secreted to resist photoaging; meanwhile, the lips are not provided with sebaceous glands and can not spontaneously secrete sebum to form a protective layer of a sebaceous membrane, so that the water loss speed of the skin of the lips is much higher than that of the skin of the face.
Substances such as artificial pigments, artificial essence, heavy metals, high-polarity synthetic ester and the like contained in the existing lipstick cause common skin problems such as sensitive, fragile, dry and peeling of lip skin, even development of chronic exfoliative cheilitis and the like.
With the improvement of living standard and the upgrading of consumption, the requirement of more and more women on lip cosmetic products is increased, the problems of sealing and moisturizing, resisting cheilitis, preventing herpes labialis, resisting aging of lip skin and the like become new requirements of people, and the development of a brand-new and upgraded lip cosmetic composition is urgently needed to meet the upgrading requirements of more and more women.

Test example 1: measurement of physical and chemical Properties
The physicochemical properties of the lipstick were determined according to the standard QB/T1977-2004.
The results show that the lipstick prepared by all the preparation examples has good sensory indexes, smooth appearance, no air bubbles, no obvious impurities, uniform paste color, no layering phenomenon and attractive fragrance. The lipstick prepared by the method has good cold resistance and heat resistance, is taken out and restored to room temperature after being placed for 24 hours at minus 5 ℃ to minus 10 ℃ (cold resistance) and 45 ℃ (heat resistance), has no softening and crack, has no obvious adverse effect on the use effect and the state, and reaches the standards of all microbial indexes.
Test example 2: anti-wrinkle Effect test
The lipsticks prepared in the examples and comparative examples were tested in 30 subjects each of which was a healthy female (i.e., non-allergic constitution) aged between 20 and 50 years and mainly manifested by wrinkles, chapping and inflammation of the skin of the lips.
The use method comprises the following steps: the lipstick was applied to the lips 15min after the subjects cleaned their faces daily, once after breakfast, lunch, dinner and before sleep.
The specific detection method comprises the following steps: the test was carried out by replacing the lips with the inner side of the arm (specifically, the middle part of the forearm), the inner side of the arm was applied with lipstick after the subject cleaned every day, after 2 months of use, the inner side of the arm was subjected to ultrasonic skin test using a skin test system (Dermalab Series skin Lab Combo, Cortex technologies, Denmark), and the test results of the subject were recorded, and the data of the results are shown in Table 4. Wherein LEB represents the connecting gap between epidermis and dermis and has unit of μm; a larger gap indicates more severe aging.
Wherein, FIG. 2 is a graph showing the comparison of the skin ages on the inner side of the arm of the subject before and after 2 months using the lipstick of the preferred embodiment 2 of the present invention. In fig. 2, the left image is the medial arm skin age before use, and the right image is the medial arm skin age after 2 months of use.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the bright yellow part (i.e. the collagen content is much) in the right picture of FIG. 2 is significantly higher than that in the left picture of FIG. 2, and the connecting gap between the epidermis (a) and the dermis (b) in the right picture of FIG. 2 is smaller than that in the left picture of FIG. 2, which indicates that the lipstick provided by the present invention has a significant anti-wrinkle effect.
Wherein, the calculation formula of the LEB value improvement rate is as follows: { (LEB value on the medial side of the subject's arm before lipstick was used-LEB value on the medial side of the same subject's arm after 2 months using lipstick)/LEB value on the medial side of the subject's arm before lipstick was used }. times.100%.
The calculation formula of the dermis thickness improvement rate is as follows: { (thickness of dermis on inner side of arm of subject before lipstick-thickness of dermis on inner side of arm of the same subject after 2 months using lipstick)/thickness of dermis on inner side of arm of subject before lipstick } × 100%.
The calculation formula of the collagen content improvement rate is as follows: { (collagen content on the inner side of arm of subject before lipstick-collagen content on the inner side of arm of the same subject after 2 months using lipstick)/collagen content on the inner side of arm of subject before lipstick }. times.100%.
TABLE 4
Test example 3: anti-inflammatory Effect test
The test subjects and test methods in test example 3 were the same as in test example 2, except for the detection method, specifically as follows:
after the subjects used for 1 week, after face cleaning for 10min, the lips of the subjects were examined using a skin Imaging and beauty management system Visia (model Generation 7, Canfield Imaging Systems, USA), the examination results of the subjects were recorded, the characteristic number of the red color zone of the lips of the subjects was analyzed and recorded based on the examination results collected each time, and the improvement rate of the red color zone was calculated, and the results are shown in Table 5. FIG. 1 is a graph showing a comparison of red areas on the lips of subjects before and after 4 weeks using the lipstick of preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention. The red area of the lips before use is shown on the left of fig. 1, and the red area of the lips after 4 weeks of use is shown on the right.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the red lip color area characteristic numbers of the right image in FIG. 1 are significantly less than those of the left image in FIG. 1, indicating that the lipstick provided by the present invention has significant anti-inflammatory effects.
Wherein, the calculation formula of the improvement rate of the red area is as follows: { (characteristic number of red region of lips of subject before lipstick-characteristic number of red region of lips of the same subject after 4 weeks using lipstick)/characteristic number of red region of lips of subject before lipstick }. times.100%.

As can be seen from tables 4 and 5, the lipstick provided by the present invention has an excellent anti-wrinkle effect and anti-inflammatory effect.
Test example 4: test of moisturizing Effect
The test subjects of test example 4 were the same as those of test example 2, except for the detection method, specifically, as follows:
the specific detection method comprises the following steps: considering that lip application has a large influence on the transdermal water loss rate test due to factors such as expiration, the test was performed by replacing the lip with the inner side of the arm (specifically, the middle part of the forearm), the subject applied lipstick after cleaning the inner side of the arm, the transdermal water loss rate test was performed on the inner side of the arm of the subject 2h, 4h, and 6h after application using a skin test system (dermab Series skin lab Combo, denmark Cortex technologies), the test results of the subject were recorded, and the transdermal water loss rate on the inner side of the arm of the subject was analyzed and recorded according to the test results collected each time, and the results are shown in table 6.
Wherein, the calculation formula of the improvement rate of the percutaneous water loss rate is as follows: { (transdermal water loss rate on the medial side of the arm of the subject before lipstick application-transdermal water loss rate on the medial side of the arm of the same subject after 6h with lipstick)/transdermal water loss rate on the medial side of the arm of the subject before lipstick application }. times.100%.
