Preferably, said mixing of said a phase component and said B phase component comprises:
(1) mixing the components in the phase A at 70-85 ℃ to obtain a material a;
(2) mixing II the material a with the components of the B phase at 40-50 ℃, and then filtering.
The order and method of adding the components of phase a are not particularly limited, as long as the components of phase a are dissolved to obtain the material a in a solution state.
The order and method of adding the components of phase B are not particularly limited, as long as the components of phase B are dissolved in water. Preferably, tocotrienols, jojoba oil, sweet osmanthus essential oil, perilla seed oil, cucumber seed oil and watermelon seed oil are added first. The long-time heating of the vegetable oils rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids is shortened as much as possible.
In the present invention, in the step (2), the method of mixing the material a with the components in the phase B may not be particularly limited, and preferably, the mixing is performed by a homogenizing and stirring method. Among them, the condition of homogenization may be a condition conventional in the art, and preferably, the condition of homogenization preferably includes: the rotation speed is 2000-2500rpm, and the time is 5-10 min.
Among them, the conditions of stirring preferably include: the rotation speed is 40-60rpm, and the time is 40-60 min.
In the present invention, in the above steps, in order to ensure aseptic conditions, it is preferable to use sterile water or to use water after sterilizing it.
In the present invention, in order to ensure the quality of the cosmetic, the obtained cosmetic may be subjected to post-treatment, for example, filtration, sterilization, packaging treatment, and the like. In the present invention, the method of filtration may be a method conventionally employed in the art. The present invention will be described in detail below by way of examples.
In each 100g of osmanthus fragrans essential oil used in the following examples, the content of the osmanthus fragrans flower extract is 50g, the content of the magnolia oil is 20g, the content of the myrrh oil is 15g, and the content of the mastic oil is 15 g.
The osmanthus flower extract is obtained by adopting the extraction process of extracting osmanthus oil by using supercritical carbon dioxide fluid in CN111254017A in example 1.
The magnolia oil was obtained using the extraction process of example 1 in CN 105441189A.
The myrrh oil and the frankincense oil are obtained by adopting the following extraction process, and the specific steps are as follows: putting the frankincense and myrrh powder into an extraction kettle, adding entrainer absolute ethyl alcohol, wherein the adding amount is as follows: adding 150ml of anhydrous ethanol into every 400g of medicinal powder, and setting CO2The flow is 22kg/h, the pressure is 35MPa, the temperature is 55 ℃, and the extraction time is 2 h; after the extraction was completed, the extract was collected.

Comparative example 1

Comparative example 3
This comparative example illustrates a composition for cosmetics according to the present invention essential oil DR3 was formulated according to formulation R1 and the method described in example 1, except that 20 wt% carnosine, 2 wt% silymarin, 2 wt% arginine, 2 wt% glucosamine, 2 wt% naringin, 1 wt% citrus fruit extract, 45 wt% water, 6 wt% phospholipid, and 20 wt% glycerin were used instead of the liposome-encapsulated active ingredient in example 1, to prepare essential oil DR 3.
Test example 1: measurement of physical and chemical Properties
And measuring the physicochemical property of the essential oil according to the national standard GB/T26516-2011.
The test results show that the essential oils R1-R11 prepared in the previous examples and comparative examples have good sensory indexes and are transparent and limpid oil liquid; standing at 45 deg.C for 24 hr, and recovering to room temperature to obtain golden yellow atomized oil solution; the essence oil is placed at the temperature of minus 16 ℃ for 24 hours, is still golden yellow fog-like oil after the room temperature is recovered, and after cold resistance and heat resistance, the using effect and the state of the essence oil have no obvious adverse effect, all microbial indexes reach the standard, and therefore, the essence oil prepared by the method has good heat resistance and cold resistance.
Test example 2: evaluation of anti-aging efficacy
The essential oils prepared in the examples and comparative examples were tested in 220 subjects, 20 subjects per essential oil, who were healthy women (i.e., non-allergic constitution) and had an age between 35 and 65, and were mainly characterized by facial skin aging, appearance of wrinkles and spots, large pores, and uneven skin color.
The use method comprises the following steps: after cleaning the face every day, the face is smeared with a proper amount of essential oil once in the morning and at night and continuously used for 9 weeks.
The specific detection method comprises the following steps: after 10 minutes of intervals of face cleaning, the subjects collected facial images of the subjects using a skin image and beauty management system Visia (model Generation 7, Canfield Scientific Co., U.S.A.), collected facial images of the subjects before and after 3, 6 and 9 weeks of use of the essential oil, analyzed and recorded the numbers of features such as spots, wrinkles, textures, pores, brown stains, red zones and purple on the faces of the subjects based on the facial images collected each time, and calculated the respective improvement rates of spots, wrinkles, textures, pores, brown stains, red zones and purple. As can be seen from tables 2 and 3, the essential oil formed by the composition provided by the present invention has the effects of significantly reducing or eliminating wrinkles, shrinking pores, smoothing and increasing skin elasticity, having no oily feeling, lightening skin color, moisturizing, etc. after being continuously used for 9 weeks. Meanwhile, in the using process, the safety is high, and only one subject has slight allergy.
In addition, the present invention exemplarily provides facial images collected by a skin test instrument Visia before and after a subject continuously uses the essential oil of example 1 for 3 weeks, as shown in fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 1 is a graph comparing facial textures of subjects before and after 3 weeks using the essence oil of example 1, fig. 2 is a graph comparing facial red regions of subjects before and after 3 weeks using the essence oil of example 1, and fig. 3 is a graph comparing facial wrinkles of subjects before and after 3 weeks using the essence oil of example 1.
As can be seen from fig. 1 to 3, the essential oil formed by the composition provided by the invention can remarkably reduce or reduce wrinkles, improve skin inflammation and improve plumpness and smoothness of skin after being continuously used for 3 weeks.

the cinnamon shadow essential oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.8: 0.1-0.6: 0.1-0.6 of flos Osmanthi Fragrantis extract, flos Magnoliae oil, Myrrha oil, and Olibanum oil;
the liposome inclusion comprises, by taking the total weight of the liposome inclusion as a reference, 5-10 wt% of carnosine, 5-10 wt% of decarboxylated carnosine, 1-5 wt% of ferulic acid, 1-5 wt% of lysine, 1-5 wt% of resveratrol, 1-5 wt% of arginine, 0.5-2 wt% of licoflavone, 40-60 wt% of water, 3-8 wt% of phospholipid and 10-30 wt% of glycerol.

The composition for cosmetics according to claim 1, wherein the liposome inclusion comprises 8-10 wt% carnosine, 8-10 wt% decarboxylated carnosine, 1-3 wt% ferulic acid, 1-3 wt% lysine, 1-3 wt% resveratrol, 1-3 wt% arginine, 0.5-1.5 wt% licoflavone, 40-50 wt% water, 5-8 wt% phospholipid, and 15-30 wt% glycerol, based on the total weight of the liposome inclusion;
preferably, the phospholipid is soybean lecithin or egg yolk lecithin.
3. The composition for cosmetics according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a glycolipid in an amount of 15-30 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the cinnamon shadow essential oil;
preferably, the glycolipid is CERAMELA-HG from Toyobo Co, Japan.

The composition for cosmetics according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising peony seed oil, cucumber seed oil, watermelon seed oil and perilla seed oil, wherein in the composition, the content of the peony seed oil is 630-610 parts by weight, the content of the cucumber seed oil is 1050-1000 parts by weight, the content of the watermelon seed oil is 630-610 parts by weight and the content of the perilla seed oil is 3200-80 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the cinerea essential oil.
5. The composition for cosmetics according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising tocotrienols, dimethylmethoxychromanol and tetrahydrocurcumin, wherein the tocotrienols are contained in the composition in an amount of 110-130 parts by weight, the dimethylmethoxychromanol is contained in an amount of 4-10 parts by weight, and the tetrahydrocurcumin is contained in an amount of 10-15 parts by weight, relative to 100 parts by weight of the cinnamon essential oil;
preferably, the tocotrienol is tocotrienol constructed in japan;
preferably, the tetrahydrocurcumin is tetrahydrocurcumin having a purity of 96 wt% or more.
6. The composition for cosmetics according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the composition further comprises adjuvants including jojoba oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, squalane, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, glycyrrhetinate stearate, phytosterol esters, liposomal lipoic acid;
preferably, in the composition, relative to 100 parts by weight of the cinerea essential oil, the content of the jojoba seed oil is 2920-80 parts by weight, the content of the caprylic/capric triglyceride is 1000-1050 parts by weight, the content of the squalane is 2100-2130 parts by weight, the content of the dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline is 100-130 parts by weight, the content of the stearic glycyrrhetinic ester is 10-15 parts by weight, the content of the phytosterol ester is 240-280 parts by weight, and the content of the liposome lipoic acid is 100-150 parts by weight.
7. The composition for cosmetics according to claim 6, wherein, in the composition, relative to 100 parts by weight of the cinerea essential oil, the content of jojoba seed oil is 2950-;

9. Use of the composition for cosmetics according to any one of claims 1 to 8 in cosmetics.
10. A method of preparing a composition for use in cosmetics, the method comprising: mixing the phase A component and the phase B component;
the phase A component contains jojoba seed oil, caprylic capric triglyceride, squalane, dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline, glycyrrhetinic stearate, phytosterol ester, dimethyl methoxy hydrocinnamoyl dihydropyranyl alcohol, glycolipid and tetrahydrocurcumin;
the phase B component contains liposome lipoic acid, peony seed oil, cucumber seed oil, watermelon seed oil, perilla seed oil, tocotrienols, liposome inclusion and cinnamon shadow essential oil;
relative to 100 parts by weight of the cinerea extract oil, the using amount of the liposome inclusion is 130 portions by weight of 100-130 portions by weight, the using amount of the glycolipid is 15-30 portions by weight, the using amount of the peony seed oil is 630 portions by weight of 610-1050 portions by weight, the using amount of the watermelon seed oil is 630 portions by weight of 610-630 portions by weight, the using amount of the perilla seed oil is 3200-3280 portions by weight, the using amount of the tocotrienol is 130 portions by weight of 110-130 portions by weight, the using amount of the dimethyl methoxy hydrocinnamoyl dihydropyranol is 4-10 portions by weight, the using amount of the tetrahydrocurcumin is 10-15 portions by weight, the using amount of the jojoba seed oil is 2920-2980 portions by weight, the using amount of the caprylic/capric triglyceride is 1050 portions by weight, and the using amount of the squalane is 2100-2130 portions by weight, the dosage of the dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline is 130-100 parts by weight, the dosage of the stearic acid glycyrrhetinate is 10-15 parts by weight, the dosage of the phytosterol ester is 280-240 parts by weight, and the dosage of the liposome lipoic acid is 150-100 parts by weight;
the cinnamon shadow essential oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.1-0.8: 0.1-0.6: 0.1-0.6 of flos Osmanthi Fragrantis extract, flos Magnoliae oil, Myrrha oil, and Olibanum oil;
the liposome inclusion contains, by taking the total weight of the liposome inclusion as a reference, 5-10 wt% of carnosine, 5-10 wt% of decarboxylated carnosine, 1-5 wt% of ferulic acid, 1-5 wt% of lysine, 1-5 wt% of resveratrol, 1-5 wt% of arginine, 0.5-2 wt% of licoflavone, 40-60 wt% of water, 3-8 wt% of phospholipid and 10-30 wt% of glycerol;
preferably, said mixing of said a phase component and said B phase component comprises:
(1) mixing the components in the phase A at 70-85 ℃ to obtain a material a;
