(5) Results of the experiment
The water replenishing effect is shown in Table 2

According to the detection data in the table 2, the freckle removing cream prepared by the invention has the moisturizing effect, and can increase the water content of skin. However, the skin water content of the freckle removing cream prepared in the embodiment is increased more obviously after the freckle removing cream is used, so that the freckle removing cream prepared in the embodiment has an obvious moisturizing effect.
3. Product stability testing
Centrifugal investigation: and (3) taking 10g of sample, placing the sample in a centrifugal tube, rotating the sample at 2000r/min for 30min, and observing whether the sample is layered or not.
The freckle removing cream prepared by the invention in the embodiments 1-5 is subjected to a centrifugal investigation test according to the above conditions, and the layering condition of the freckle removing cream is observed.
And (3) stability investigation: the spot removing creams prepared in the embodiments 1-5 and the comparison examples 5-8 of the present invention are respectively put in the environment of 40 ℃ and-15 ℃ for stability test, and are continuously observed for 1 month after being compared and observed once a week (the sample needs to be restored to room temperature for observation again), and then, are observed once a month. And (3) placing for 3 months, and observing the layering condition of the product, wherein the layering condition is that 0 grade is not layered, 1 grade is slight layering and does not influence the use, 2 grade is layering and influences the use, and 3 grade is serious layering and can not be used.

According to the detection results in the above table 3, it can be seen that the contents and mass ratio of nicotinamide and tranexamic acid, and EMULIUM KAPPA 2 and Acticire in the components of the spot removing cream prepared by the present invention obviously affect the stability of the product, and only the spot removing cream prepared by using the components provided by the present invention in the mass ratio range has higher stability.
