Abstract
本发明公开了一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括;1)将干马铃薯皮粉末分散在水中,加入硫代乙酰胺和次磷酸钠,充分混合后得到同时含硫和磷的前驱体;2)将所述前驱体置于水热反应釜中碳化,清洗干燥后得到生物碳中间产物;3)将所述生物碳中间产物和氢氧化钾混合均匀,高温碳化并活化造孔,将产物清洗干燥后,得到硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。本发明的原料廉价,工艺简单,反应周期短,生产容易放大的优点,所制备的生物质多孔碳材料具有比表面积大、掺杂元素比例高的特点,可用于超级电容器的电极材料等。

技术领域
本发明属于碳材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳材料因其电导率高、比表面积大的优势,在超级电容器、电催化剂等若干领域的广泛应用。掺杂是碳材料性能提升的主要策略之一。对于超级电容器电极中采用的碳材料而言,其电化学性能受杂原子掺杂的影响很大,如氮、硫、硼、磷掺杂已被证明可以有效地提高碳材料的电极性能。由于其不同的电负性,这些掺杂原子可以通过改变电子分布、形成表面官能团、诱导缺陷的形成、增强孔隙率和优化碳夹层等多种途径,提高碳材料的电荷存储能力(W.Li et al,Chem.Eng.J.384(2020)123309.)。
从制备方法的角度来看,高性能碳基电极材料的制备主要难点在于需要同时顾及三个方面,即既需要让材料有较大的比表面积,又需要在材料中掺入足量的硫、磷等掺杂原子,同时还需要降低合成工艺的难度以满足批量生产的需要。实际制备中,为了满足其中一部分要求,往往需要牺牲其它要求。例如,林天全等人2015年的一项研究采用了化学气相沉积(Chemical vapor deposition,CVD)方法,以有序多孔SiO2阵列作为硬模板,制备了氮掺杂的少层碳(Few-layer carbon)材料,系统地研究了不同掺杂位点的N原子多材料性能的影响(Tianquan Lin et al.Science 350(2015)1508-1513.)。这项研究兼顾了材料的比表面积和氮掺杂量,但其工艺复杂、成本高,不适合大规模生产。再例如,Chao Wang等报道了以木屑、橘皮等多种生物质废物制备的氮掺杂分级多孔碳(Chao Wang et al.RenewableEnergy 156(2020)370-376.),该方法的产量较大,但其含氮量仅为1%左右,比表面积仅为868m2/g,较低的含氮量和比表面积导致其比电容仅为150F/g。类似地,Yang等人通过直接热解方法将磷杂原子掺入多孔碳中(Wang Yang et al.Carbon 127(2018)557-567.),该方法没有使用任何硬模板,结果表明孔结构与有效的磷掺杂相结合可以协同引入赝电容并改善碳材料的电容性能,但该方法制备的碳材料同样面临有效掺杂量低(~1%)、比表面积小(<1000m2/g)的情况。可见低制备成本、高比表面积和高掺杂量之间存在一定的矛盾,目前这个矛盾尚未得到充分的解决。此外,两种及以上元素的共掺杂产生的协同效应对碳材料的性能提升也有极大的帮助(Yiju Li et al.Nano Energy 19(2016)165-175.;ZhengLing et al.Adv.Func.Mater.26(2016)111-119.),但目前文献中尚缺乏采用较为简便的工艺制备出两种及以上元素共掺的生物质碳材料的报道。
根据以上内容总结,目前关于生物质碳基电极材料的关键问题在于需要同时实现四个目标:第一,生产工艺简便、成本低廉,采用廉价的生物质原料,无需借助模板法、CVD等复杂的工艺;第二,可以实现两种及两种以上元素共掺;第三,掺杂浓度要足够高,一般认为2%以上是较为理想的水平;第四,材料需要具有较大的比表面积,一般认为1500m2/g以上是较好水平。因此,根据上述目标提供一种新的制备硫、磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的方法是十分必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺陷,并提供一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料及其制备方法。该方法成本低廉、反应简单、适用范围广,可用于制备硫和磷共掺的多孔碳材料,该材料可应用于超级电容器等领域。
本发明所采用的具体技术方案如下:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,具体如下:
1)将干马铃薯皮粉末分散在水中,加入硫代乙酰胺和次磷酸钠,充分混合后得到同时含硫和磷的前驱体;
2)将所述前驱体置于水热反应釜中碳化,清洗干燥后得到生物碳中间产物;
3)将所述生物碳中间产物和氢氧化钾混合均匀,高温碳化并活化造孔,将产物清洗干燥后,得到硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
作为优选,所述干马铃薯皮是将马铃薯皮置于90~200℃干燥后制得。
作为优选,所述步骤1)中,干马铃薯皮、硫代乙酰胺和次磷酸钠的混合质量比为1:1:1~4:1:1。
作为优选,所述前驱体的碳化温度为150~200℃,碳化时间为12h以上。
作为优选,所述步骤2)中,用水和乙醇多次清洗碳化后的前驱体。
作为优选,所述生物碳中间产物和氢氧化钾的混合质量比为1:1~1:8;所述质量比为干燥的固体原料质量比。
作为优选,所述步骤3)中,用酸溶液和水多次清洗产物;作为优选,所述酸溶液为盐酸、硝酸或两者的混合物。
作为优选,所述步骤3)中,高温碳化的温度不低于700℃。
作为优选,所述步骤3)中的氢氧化钾为氢氧化钾固体或氢氧化钾溶液。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种利用第一方面任一所述制备方法得到的硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
本发明相对于现有技术而言,具有以下有益效果:
本发明以马铃薯皮为碳源,硫代乙酰胺和次磷酸钠分别作为硫源和磷源,KOH为活化剂和造孔剂,通过水热碳化加高温活化的方法,制备得到了一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。本发明制备的生物质多孔碳材料同时具有以下四个优势:生产工艺简便;比表面积大(1500-2000m2/g);掺杂量高(硫和磷占总材料的摩尔比均在2%至3%水平);可以同时掺杂硫、磷两种元素。该碳材料作为超级电容器的电极材料有较良好的应用潜力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步阐述和说明。本发明中各个实施方式的技术特征在没有相互冲突的前提下,均可进行相应组合。
实施例1
(1)将新鲜的马铃薯皮在90℃的烘箱中干燥,称取1g干燥的马铃薯皮切碎、研磨成粉末。
(2)将干燥后的马铃薯皮粉末超声分散在60ml去离子水中,加入0.5g硫代乙酰胺和0.5g次磷酸钠,充分搅拌3h至分散均匀,得到同时含硫和磷的前驱体悬浊液浆料。
(3)将驱体悬浊液浆料置于100ml高压水热反应釜中,在180℃下密闭加热15h,随后将固体产物用去离子水和乙醇交替清洗两次以上,在60℃真空干燥箱中烘干过夜,得到水热碳化的生物碳中间产物。
(4)称取200mg干燥后的生物碳中间产物和600mg氢氧化钾(KOH),在研钵中研磨15min以上至形成均匀的浆料。
(5)将上述浆料在管式炉中通氮气加热至750℃,加热速率5℃/min,保温3h,随炉冷却。在该过程中,浆料当中的有机质会发生碳化,同时发生分解、释放出气体,从而在形成的生物质碳中形成大量孔隙。
(6)将冷却后的产物用稀盐酸超声清洗15min,然后用去离子水多次超声清洗,然后在60℃下真空干燥12h,即得到硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
本实施例制备得到的生物质多孔碳材料的扫描电镜照片如图1所示,其形貌为复杂的多孔结构,经计算后材料的比表面积为1911.5m2/g。电化学测试结果如图2所示,循环伏安测试曲线(图2a)由内到外分别为2mV/s~100mV/s的曲线,恒电流充放电曲线(图2b)从右到左分别为1A/g~25A/g的测试曲线,根据恒电流充放电曲线,计算得到该材料在1MNa2SO4电解液中的比电容为323F/g。根据电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)计算得到该材料中同时掺有硫、磷两种元素,其含量分别为2.04%和2.78%(摩尔比)。
实施例2
(1)将新鲜的马铃薯皮在120℃的烘箱中干燥,称取2g干燥的马铃薯皮切碎备用。
(2)将干燥后的马铃薯皮粉末浸润在10ml去离子水中,加入1.5g硫代乙酰胺和1g次磷酸钠,用球磨机研磨30min至分散均匀,得到同时含硫和磷的前驱体悬浊液浆料。
(3)将前驱体悬浊液浆料置于20ml高压水热反应釜中,在160℃下密闭加热24h,随后将固体产物用去离子水和乙醇交替清洗两次以上,在60℃真空干燥箱中烘干过夜,得到水热碳化的生物碳中间产物。
(4)称取200mg干燥后的生物碳中间产物和800mg氢氧化钾(KOH),加入1ml水研磨5min形成均匀的浆料。
(5)将上述浆料在管式炉中通氮气加热至800℃,加热速率5℃/min,保温1h,随炉冷却。在该过程中,浆料会发生碳化并活化造孔。
(6)将冷却后的产物用稀硝酸搅拌清洗1h,然后用去离子水多次清洗、离心分离,然后在60℃鼓风干燥箱中烘干过夜,即得到硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
本实施例制备得到的硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的透射电镜照片如图3所示,其形貌为复杂的纳米多孔结构,比表面积为1645.8m2/g。根据X射线光电子能谱计算得到该材料中硫和磷含量都在2%左右(摩尔比)。通过恒电流充放电曲线计算得到,材料在1MNa2SO4电解液中比电容为211F/g。
实施例3
(1)将新鲜的马铃薯皮在100℃真空烘箱中干燥,称取1g干燥的马铃薯皮用研磨机研磨成粉末备用。
(2)在20ml去离子水中加入0.5g次磷酸钠制成溶液,加入干马铃薯皮粉末中,反复超声、剧烈搅拌15min,再加入1g硫代乙酰胺,研磨均匀,得到同时含硫和磷的前驱体悬浊液浆料。
(3)将前驱体悬浊液浆料置于100ml高压水热反应釜中,加入40ml去离子水,然后在200℃下密闭加热12h,将产物用去离子水和乙醇交替清洗两次以上,冷冻干燥,得到水热碳化的生物碳中间产物。
(4)称取500mg干燥后的生物碳中间产物和1g氢氧化钾(KOH),在球磨机中研磨15min以上至形成均匀的浆料。
(5)将上述浆料在管式炉中通氮气加热至700℃,加热速率2.5℃/min,保温8h,随炉冷却。在该过程中,浆料会发生碳化并活化造孔。
(6)将冷却后的产物用稀盐酸搅拌清洗15min并抽滤分离,然后用去离子水多次淋洗滤饼,然后在80℃下真空干燥过夜,即得到硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
通过本实施例制备得到的硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料,如图4所示,由X射线光电子能谱(XPS)测试计算得到其硫、磷含量约2-3%。根据材料的透射电镜照片计算得到其比表面积约为1500m2/g。
本发明1)生产工艺简便、成本低廉,采用廉价的生物质原料,无需借助模板法、CVD等复杂的工艺;2)可以实现两种及两种以上元素共掺;3)掺杂的硫和磷的浓度足够高,可以达到2%以上;4)材料具有较大的比表面积,能够达到1500m2/g以上。
本发明通过调节硫源、磷源的比例,可以得到不同掺杂量的硫、磷共掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。该制备具有方法原料廉价,工艺简单,反应周期短,生产容易放大的优点,所制备的生物质多孔碳材料具有比表面积大、掺杂元素比例高的特点,可用于超级电容器的电极材料等。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,然其并非用以限制本发明。有关技术领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,还可以做出各种变化和变型。因此凡采取等同替换或等效变换的方式所获得的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体如下:
1)将干马铃薯皮粉末分散在水中,加入硫代乙酰胺和次磷酸钠,充分混合后得到同时含硫和磷的前驱体;
2)将所述前驱体置于水热反应釜中碳化,清洗干燥后得到生物碳中间产物;
3)将所述生物碳中间产物和氢氧化钾混合均匀,高温碳化并活化造孔,将产物清洗干燥后,得到硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述干马铃薯皮是将马铃薯皮置于90~200℃干燥后制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)中,干马铃薯皮、硫代乙酰胺和次磷酸钠的混合质量比为1:1:1~4:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述前驱体的碳化温度为150~200℃,碳化时间为12h以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中,用水和乙醇多次清洗碳化后的前驱体。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述生物碳中间产物和氢氧化钾的混合质量比为1:1~1:8;所述质量比为干燥的固体原料质量比。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,用酸溶液和水多次清洗产物;作为优选,所述酸溶液为盐酸、硝酸或两者的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,高温碳化的温度不低于700℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中的氢氧化钾为氢氧化钾固体或氢氧化钾溶液。
10.一种利用权利要求1~9任一所述制备方法得到的硫和磷掺杂的生物质多孔碳材料。
