Abstract
本发明提供一种枕下橡胶垫板,包括硬胶层和软胶层,所述软胶层放置于上层用于与轨枕接触,所述硬胶层的下表面还粘附有尼龙布层。本发明提供一种枕下橡胶垫板及其制备工艺,其在车轮反复碾压持续作用下尤其在高温环境下不容易变形,而且不易磨损或粘连等,弹性保持较好,使用寿命长,可大幅度减少线路维护成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及铁轨用橡胶材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种枕下橡胶垫板及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现代铁路运行模式是以高速、高密度为基本模式。采用钢筋混凝土轨枕支撑钢轨,为了缓和列车运行中的冲击力,必须在轨下放置缓冲垫板,这类缓冲垫的外形尺寸、材料、性能指标必须符合铁道行业标准。
目前使用的的垫板大多数是由单纯的橡胶材料制成,其在车轮反复碾压持续作用下尤其在高温环境下容易变形、磨损、粘连等,弹性衰退较快,而且其在使用时容易磨损,使用寿命较短,提高了线路维护成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种枕下橡胶垫板及其制备工艺,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种枕下橡胶垫板,包括硬胶层和软胶层,所述软胶层放置于上层用于与轨枕接触,所述硬胶层的下表面还粘附有尼龙布层。

一种枕下橡胶垫板的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
S10、硬胶层的制练:将天然胶进行塑炼,停放24小时待用,然后将丁苯胶、顺丁胶放入停放后的天然胶中进行并练并停放24小时,然后将其它附料投入并练后的橡胶内进行混练;
S20、硬胶层的薄通:将混练后的橡胶回车,两遍薄通出所需尺寸,随后停放待用;
S30、软胶层的制练:将天然胶进行塑炼,停放24小时待用,然后将丁苯胶、顺丁胶放入停放后的天然胶中进行并练并停放24小时,然后将其它附料投入并练后的橡胶内进行混练;
S40、软胶层的薄通:将混练后的橡胶回车,两遍薄通出所需尺寸,随后停放待用;
S50、硫化:将相同尺寸的硬胶层、软胶层、尼龙布层按顺序叠放在模具中在硫化环境中进行硫化最终形成枕下橡胶垫板。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述硬胶层是邵氏硬度为80度的橡胶层,所述软胶层是邵氏硬度为70度的橡胶层。

上述技术方案的工作原理及有益效果:基于优化轨道刚度,组成弹性软轨的橡胶垫板的主要作用是:
(1)优化轨道刚度,降低列车竖向动力作用,从而降低列车对桥涵涉笔的动力危害;
(2)减小轮载动力波动;
(3)防止道碴粉化,以保持和延长道床清筛、更新周期;
(4)在强化了轨道强度的基础上,优化轨道刚度,从而能够降低轨道养护维修工作量,降低维修成本。
在材料选择上,枕下橡胶材料的工作环境是材料选择的主要因素,对于材料的选择应满足一下几个方面:
(1)能长期持久地承受列车载荷冲击振动的作用;
(2)能够很好的减缓列车载荷冲击振动的传递作用;
(3)具有良好的耐天候、抗挤压、抗剪切、抗撕裂、耐磨损、耐腐蚀性能;
(4)与混凝土粘接性强,不易剥离脱落,耐久性强;
(5)便于工业化标准化,成本低。
按照上述几个方面的基本要求,选用天然橡胶。对弹性轨枕而言,考虑其使用的耐久性,应将抗拉强度、伸长率、撕裂强度、弹性模量及其抗老化特性、疲劳性能、压缩永久变形、耐热性、耐水性、耐碱性等作为评估耐久性的特性。基于以上原因,确定减震层(上层)采用天然橡胶制成的软胶材料,承压层(下层)采用天然橡胶制成的硬胶材料,并在底面用尼龙布复合制成。同时添加一定比例的碳黑等填料。
静刚度设计计算:弹性轨枕橡胶垫板的设计静刚度可按垫板静刚度试样尺寸计算。试样整体尺寸:长度a=180mm。宽度b=150mm,高度h=20mm。上表面:沟槽数量n=6,沟槽间距z=30mm,沟槽宽度e=10mm,沟槽深度h1=5mm。下表面:圆形凸台数量为直径30mm,高度5mm。具体计算公式如下:
(1)平均承压面积:
Ac=(A上+A下)/2=1.37*104mm2
(2)自由侧面积:
Af=2(ah+bh-nA上槽端)+2nA上槽侧=2.45*104mm2
(3)外形系数:
S=Ac/Af=1.37/2.45=0.56
(4)垂向形状系数:
u=1.33+1.1S2=1.33+1.1*0.562=1.67
(5)剪切弹性模量
u=(7.55HS+55)/(100-HS)=3.295N/mm2。
根据实验数据证明,本实施例提供的枕下橡胶垫板,不仅能改变列车冲击振动在轨道结构中的传递特性,同时也能改变钢轨、轨枕、道床振动的响应特性,钢轨、轨枕的响应频率大幅度降低,改善桥涵受力状态,减少维修工作量,延长道床清筛大修周期等。
本发明提供一种枕下橡胶垫板及其制备工艺,其在车轮反复碾压持续作用下尤其在高温环境下不容易变形,而且不易磨损或粘连等,弹性保持较好,使用寿命长,可大幅度减少线路维护成本。

1.一种枕下橡胶垫板,其特征在于,包括硬胶层和软胶层,所述软胶层放置于上层用于与轨枕接触,所述硬胶层的下表面还粘附有尼龙布层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种枕下橡胶垫板,其特征在于:所述硬胶层、软胶层、尼龙布层的外形尺寸相同。
5.一种枕下橡胶垫板的制备工艺,用于制备权利要求1-4任意一项所述的枕下橡胶垫板,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S10、硬胶层的制练:将天然胶进行塑炼,停放24小时待用,然后将丁苯胶、顺丁胶放入停放后的天然胶中进行并练并停放24小时,然后将其它附料投入并练后的橡胶内进行混练;
S20、硬胶层的薄通:将混练后的橡胶回车,两遍薄通出所需尺寸,随后停放待用;
S30、软胶层的制练:将天然胶进行塑炼,停放24小时待用,然后将丁苯胶、顺丁胶放入停放后的天然胶中进行并练并停放24小时,然后将其它附料投入并练后的橡胶内进行混练;
S40、软胶层的薄通:将混练后的橡胶回车,两遍薄通出所需尺寸,随后停放待用;
S50、硫化:将相同尺寸的硬胶层、软胶层、尼龙布层按顺序叠放在模具中在硫化环境中进行硫化最终形成枕下橡胶垫板。
6.一种枕下橡胶垫板的制备工艺,根据权利要求5所述的一种枕下橡胶垫板的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述硬胶层是邵氏硬度为80度的橡胶层,所述软胶层是邵氏硬度为70度的橡胶层。
