技术领域
本发明涉及抗菌布料技术领域,尤其是指一种防紫外线抗菌布料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对服装性能的要求不断提高。在人类的生活环境中,病菌无处不在,尤其是我们贴身穿用的纺织品,会吸收大量的分泌物和汗液,为了抑制病菌的产生和繁殖,目前,出现了大量的抗菌面料,这些面料基本上是通过后染整理中加入助剂方法来抗菌,这种面料在性能上具有一定局限性,经过多次洗涤后,面料的抗菌功能会大大减弱以致消失。紫外线是电磁波谱中波长为10~400纳米辐射的总称,紫外线可以用来灭菌,不过,过多的紫外线进入人体内会导致皮肤癌。因此需要提供一种防紫外线的抗菌布料来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种防紫外线抗菌布料,具有良好的杀菌功能,且能有效防紫外线,亲肤舒适,使用寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防紫外线抗菌布料,包括亲肤内层和透气中层和防护外层,所述亲肤内层由经纱和纬纱纺织而成,所述经纱由棉纤维和蚕丝纤维相互缠绕的混合纤维,所述纬纱由纺丝液纺丝而成,所述纺丝液中添加有抗菌剂,所述防护外层由棉纤维和聚氨酯纤维纺织成基布,所述基布上喷涂有防紫外线涂层,所述防紫外线涂层包括以下重量份的原料制成:聚氨酯40~60份、紫外线吸收剂10~15份、纳米二氧化钛5~15份和常规溶剂。
优选地,所述抗菌剂包括以下重量份的原料研磨成粉加醋混合后萃取制成:轻粉2~5份、紫草8~12份、白芷8~12份、当归8~12份、血竭3~6份、甘草13~17份、防风8~12份、乳香2~4份、没药4~6份和虫白蜡提取物0.3~0.7份。
优选地,所述紫外线吸收剂优选为UV-425紫外线吸收剂。
优选地,所述防紫外线涂层的制备:选择纳米二氧化钛和2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑为原料进行剪切共混,将2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑接枝到纳米二氧化钛的表面,加入UV-425紫外线吸收剂,氢键作用得到改性纳米二氧化钛;然后将改性纳米二氧化钛、聚氨酯和常规涂层溶剂混合得到防紫外线涂层喷涂到所述基布上。
优选地,所述透气中层优选为麻织物,所述透气中层与所述亲肤内层和基布堆叠采用多层面料合并刺绣法合并在一起。
本发明的有益效果:
纳米二氧化钛和2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑为原料进行剪切共混,在剪切共混的过程中,纳米二氧化钛表面的羟基与2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑中的羟基发生了脱水反应,生成了醚键,从而将2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑接枝到了纳米二氧化钛的表面,加入紫外线吸收剂UV-425后,紫外线吸收剂UV-425中的羟基与纳米二氧化钛表面的羟基产生了氢键作用,从而将纳米二氧化钛、2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑和紫外线吸收剂UV-425结合为一体得到了改性纳米二氧化钛,提高了其对紫外光的散射与吸收,纳米二氧化钛具有紫外线屏蔽的作用。抗菌剂采用中草药轻粉、紫草、白芷、当归、血竭、甘草、防风、乳香、没药和虫白蜡提取物混合萃取制得,对皮肤表面的有良好的杀菌抑菌作用,且具有一定的清热解毒功效,将上述成分混合在纺丝液中纺丝制成的布料长久使用仍能保持良好的抗菌效果,结合防护外层的防紫外线功能,能更好保护皮肤。

实施例1
1、将轻粉2份、紫草8份、白芷8份、当归8份、血竭3份、甘草13份、防风8份、乳香2份、没药4份和虫白蜡提取物0.3份研磨成细粉混合均匀,加醋浸泡后萃取得到抗菌剂备用。
2、选择纳米二氧化钛和2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑为原料进行剪切共混,将2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑接枝到纳米二氧化钛的表面,加入UV-425紫外线吸收剂,氢键作用得到改性纳米二氧化钛;然后将改性纳米二氧化钛10份、聚氨酯50份和常规涂层溶剂混合得到防紫外线涂层原料备用。
3、将棉纤维和蚕丝纤维相互缠绕成混合纤维作为经纱,然后用添加抗菌剂的纺丝液纺丝成纬纱,将纬纱和经纱利用织布机支撑亲肤内层布料;将棉纤维和聚氨酯纤维纺织成基布,将防紫外线涂层原料喷涂到基布上形成防紫外线涂层,再将上述制得的亲肤内层面料、麻织透气中层以及防紫外线防护外层堆叠采用多层面料合并刺绣法合并在一起得到防紫外线抗菌布料。
实施例2
1、将轻粉3份、紫草10份、白芷10份、当归10份、血竭4份、甘草15份、防风10份、乳香3份、没药5份和虫白蜡提取物0.5份研磨成细粉混合均匀,加醋浸泡后萃取得到抗菌剂备用。
2、选择纳米二氧化钛和2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑为原料进行剪切共混,将2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑接枝到纳米二氧化钛的表面,加入UV-425紫外线吸收剂,氢键作用得到改性纳米二氧化钛;然后将改性纳米二氧化钛10份、聚氨酯50份和常规涂层溶剂混合得到防紫外线涂层原料备用。
3、将棉纤维和蚕丝纤维相互缠绕成混合纤维作为经纱,然后用添加抗菌剂的纺丝液纺丝成纬纱,将纬纱和经纱利用织布机支撑亲肤内层布料;将棉纤维和聚氨酯纤维纺织成基布,将防紫外线涂层原料喷涂到基布上形成防紫外线涂层,再将上述制得的亲肤内层面料、麻织透气中层以及防紫外线防护外层堆叠采用多层面料合并刺绣法合并在一起得到防紫外线抗菌布料。

2、选择纳米二氧化钛和2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑为原料进行剪切共混,将2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑接枝到纳米二氧化钛的表面,加入UV-425紫外线吸收剂,氢键作用得到改性纳米二氧化钛;然后将改性纳米二氧化钛10份、聚氨酯50份和常规涂层溶剂混合得到防紫外线涂层原料备用。
3、将棉纤维和蚕丝纤维相互缠绕成混合纤维作为经纱,然后用添加抗菌剂的纺丝液纺丝成纬纱,将纬纱和经纱利用织布机支撑亲肤内层布料;将棉纤维和聚氨酯纤维纺织成基布,将防紫外线涂层原料喷涂到基布上形成防紫外线涂层,再将上述制得的亲肤内层面料、麻织透气中层以及防紫外线防护外层堆叠采用多层面料合并刺绣法合并在一起得到防紫外线抗菌布料。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线抗菌布料,其特征在于:所述防紫外线涂层(32)的制备:选择纳米二氧化钛和2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑为原料进行剪切共混,将2-(2'-羟基-5'-叔辛基苯基)苯并三唑接枝到纳米二氧化钛的表面,加入UV-425紫外线吸收剂,氢键作用得到改性纳米二氧化钛;然后将改性纳米二氧化钛、聚氨酯和常规涂层溶剂混合得到防紫外线涂层(32)喷涂到所述基布(31)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防紫外线抗菌布料,其特征在于:所述透气中层(2)优选为麻织物,所述透气中层(2)与所述亲肤内层(1)和基布(31)堆叠采用多层面料合并刺绣法合并在一起。
