本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种防紫外线透气面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着大气臭氧层总量的减少,户外接受紫外线照射的程度越来越大,对人体皮肤造成的伤害也愈发严重。降低紫外线的照射不仅是爱美女士的选择,也是人们避免各种色斑、皮肤病,甚者皮癌的必要之举。
目前,市场上常见的防晒面料是在面料中加入防晒助剂的防紫外线布料,在面料表层涂抹一层防晒层,可以隔离95%的紫外线光,但这类面料经过多次浸水、洗涤后,防晒效果会明显减弱直至消失;还有部分高档防晒面料是利用陶瓷微粉与纤维结合,增加面料表面对紫外线的反射和散射作用,防止紫外线透过植物损伤人体。
中国专利CN103966694A公开了一种抗紫外线抗菌芦荟纤维面料及其制备方法,由下列重量份的原料制成:可塑性淀粉、芦荟纤维、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑乙酸盐、1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐、纳米碳酸钙、红豆杉纤维、榨蚕丝、维生素C、钛白粉、芦荟原液、红花、纺丝助剂。该专利通过添加钛白粉、维生素C、榨蚕丝使面料具有抗紫外线的功效,但是该专利制备的抗紫外线面料的抗水洗效果不佳,洗涤几次后维生素C和钛白粉会流失,防紫外线效果会明显下降。
中国专利CN103835140A公开了一种防紫外线织物面料,包括织物面料和涂覆在织物面料里层的防紫外线层,其中防紫外线层为咖啡粉体与聚酯的共混层,防紫外线层的厚度为0.05mm~0.3mm,咖啡粉体的粒径为0.5微米~5微米,咖啡粉体与聚酯的质量比为2:10~5:10。该专利通过添加自身具有防紫外线性能的咖啡粉体来代替传统防紫外线整理剂,使面料在使用过程中不会产生对人体有毒的物质而产生健康危害,但是该专利制备的防紫外线织物面料的防紫外线能力不佳。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种防紫外线透气面料及其制备方法,不仅具备较强的防紫外线能力,减少紫外线对皮肤的伤害,还应具有防晒持久性,耐水洗性好,多次洗涤后防晒效果不减弱。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防紫外线透气面料,防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层、透气里层;表层由聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;透气里层由汉麻纤维和棉纤维织造而成;制备防紫外线层的原料包括:聚酯切片、竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖。其中,表层由聚酯纤维和氨纶纤维的混纺而成,聚酯纤维的防晒系数较大,将其放在外层不仅可以提高织物的抗皱保型性,还可以对紫外线进行初步抵御;透气里层在夏日防晒时会靠近人体皮肤,采用汉麻纤维和棉纤维的吸湿透气性好,可以对人体产生的汗液及时排出,提高皮肤的舒适感;防紫外线层利用钛白粉、陶瓷微粉具有的抗紫外线功能,制备得到较强防紫外线作用的面料层;壳聚糖可以提高防紫外线层原料的粘性,提高纺丝效果。
进一步的,聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维的混纺的重量比为100:20~40。
进一步的,制备防紫外线层的原料按其重量份包括:聚酯切片40份~60份、竹炭粉1份~6份、钛白粉0.5份~3.8份、陶瓷微粉0.5份~2.5份、壳聚糖1.2份~4.8份。
更进一步的,制备防紫外线层的原料按其重量份包括:聚酯切片50份、竹炭粉3.5份、钛白粉2.1份、陶瓷微粉1.5份、壳聚糖2.5份。
进一步的,陶瓷微粉的粒径为200目~325目。

本发明的另一发明目的在于提供一种防紫外线透气面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤S10,制备透气里层:以汉麻纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造加工,获得透气里层;
步骤S20,制备表层:按上述重量比将安聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造制得表层;
步骤S30,制备防紫外线层:将上述防紫外线层的原料进行纺丝处理,经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S40,将步骤S10得到的透气里层、步骤S30得到的防紫外线层和步骤S20得到的表层以缝合或粘合的方式连接,得到防紫外线透气面料。
进一步的,步骤S10中,汉麻纤维与棉纤维织造的重量比为1:1~4。
进一步的,步骤S30中,制备防紫外线层的具体步骤为:
步骤S31,按上述重量比称取制备上述防紫外线层的原料,将上述重量份的竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖混合,得到混合粉末;
步骤S32,将上述重量份的聚酯切片进行干燥,在280℃~300℃的温度下加热,加入步骤S31得到的混合粉末,搅拌混合后,经纺丝组件将混合物喷出,将喷出的纺丝拉成纤维长丝;
步骤S33,将步骤S32得到的纤维长丝经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层。

本发明的优点是:
1.本发明制备的防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层和透气里层,根据各层的特点选用原料进行纺织,将防紫外线层放在面料的中间,可以减少防紫外线助剂对皮肤的伤害,还可以提高面料的抗水洗性,达到多次洗涤防晒效果不减弱的效果;表层采用防晒系数较高的聚酯纤维,不仅可以对紫外线产生一定的抵御作用,还具有强度大、抗皱性好的特点,提高了面料的使用寿命;透气里层采用吸湿透气性好的汉麻纤维和棉纤维,不仅可以健康、舒适度高,还能够减少汗液产生的不适感;
2.本发明制备的防紫外线透气面料的透气性好、穿着舒服,紫外防护系数(UPF)可达70以上,UVA的透过率小于2%,经多次水洗后,面料对紫外线的防御能力并没有明显下降,可实现长效防晒的作用,并且制备方法简单,制备工艺易操作,适合大规模生产推广。

实施例1
一种防紫外线透气面料及其制备方法
防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层、透气里层;表层由聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;透气里层由汉麻纤维和棉纤维织造而成;制备防紫外线层的原料包括:聚酯切片40kg、竹炭粉2kg、钛白粉3.8kg、陶瓷微粉2.0kg、壳聚糖2kg;聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维的混纺的重量比为100:40;陶瓷微粉的粒径为200目~300目;钛白粉为粒径为100nm~200nm的锐钛型钛白粉。
防紫外线透气面料,通过如下方法制备:
步骤S10,制备透气里层:以汉麻纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造加工,汉麻纤维与棉纤维织造的重量比为1:1,获得透气里层;
步骤S20,制备表层:按上述重量比将安聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造制得表层;
步骤S30,制备防紫外线层:将上述防紫外线层的原料进行纺丝处理,经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S31,按上述重量比称取制备上述防紫外线层的原料,将上述重量份的竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖混合,得到混合粉末;

防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层、透气里层;表层由聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;透气里层由汉麻纤维和棉纤维织造而成;制备防紫外线层的原料包括:聚酯切片45kg、竹炭粉5kg、钛白粉0.5kg、陶瓷微粉2.5kg、壳聚糖1.2kg;聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维的混纺的重量比为100:35;陶瓷微粉的粒径为300目~325目;钛白粉为粒径为20nm~100nm的锐钛型钛白粉。
防紫外线透气面料,通过如下方法制备:
步骤S10,制备透气里层:以汉麻纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造加工,汉麻纤维与棉纤维织造的重量比为1:2,获得透气里层;
步骤S20,制备表层:按上述重量比将安聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造制得表层;
步骤S30,制备防紫外线层:将上述防紫外线层的原料进行纺丝处理,经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S31,按上述重量比称取制备上述防紫外线层的原料,将上述重量份的竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖混合,得到混合粉末;
步骤S32,将上述重量份的聚酯切片采用脱湿的干空气进行干燥,在295℃的温度下加热,加入步骤S31得到的混合粉末,搅拌混合后,经纺丝组件将混合物喷出,将喷出的纺丝拉成纤维长丝;
步骤S33,将步骤S32得到的纤维长丝经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S40,将步骤S10得到的透气里层、步骤S30得到的防紫外线层和步骤S20得到的表层以缝合或粘合的方式连接,得到防紫外线透气面料。

一种防紫外线透气面料及其制备方法
防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层、透气里层;表层由聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;透气里层由汉麻纤维和棉纤维织造而成;制备防紫外线层的原料包括:聚酯切片60kg、竹炭粉1kg、钛白粉1.0kg、陶瓷微粉0.5kg、壳聚糖4kg;聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维的混纺的重量比为100:20;陶瓷微粉的粒径为200目~325目;钛白粉为粒径为50nm~200nm的锐钛型钛白粉。
防紫外线透气面料,通过如下方法制备:
步骤S10,制备透气里层:以汉麻纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造加工,汉麻纤维与棉纤维织造的重量比为1:4,获得透气里层;
步骤S20,制备表层:按上述重量比将安聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造制得表层;
步骤S30,制备防紫外线层:将上述防紫外线层的原料进行纺丝处理,经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S31,按上述重量比称取制备上述防紫外线层的原料,将上述重量份的竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖混合,得到混合粉末;
步骤S32,将上述重量份的聚酯切片采用脱湿的干空气进行干燥,在280℃的温度下加热,加入步骤S31得到的混合粉末,搅拌混合后,经纺丝组件将混合物喷出,将喷出的纺丝拉成纤维长丝;

防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层、透气里层;表层由聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;透气里层由汉麻纤维和棉纤维织造而成;制备防紫外线层的原料包括:聚酯切片50kg、竹炭粉3.5kg、钛白粉2.1kg、陶瓷微粉1.5kg、壳聚糖2.5kg;聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维的混纺的重量比为100:30;陶瓷微粉的粒径为200目~300目;钛白粉为粒径为50nm~100nm的锐钛型钛白粉。
防紫外线透气面料,通过如下方法制备:
步骤S10,制备透气里层:以汉麻纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造加工,汉麻纤维与棉纤维织造的重量比为1:2.5,获得透气里层;
步骤S20,制备表层:按上述重量比将安聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造制得表层;
步骤S30,制备防紫外线层:将上述防紫外线层的原料进行纺丝处理,经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S31,按上述重量比称取制备上述防紫外线层的原料,将上述重量份的竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖混合,得到混合粉末;
步骤S32,将上述重量份的聚酯切片采用脱湿的干空气进行干燥,在290℃的温度下加热,加入步骤S31得到的混合粉末,搅拌混合后,经纺丝组件将混合物喷出,将喷出的纺丝拉成纤维长丝;
步骤S33,将步骤S32得到的纤维长丝经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S40,将步骤S10得到的透气里层、步骤S30得到的防紫外线层和步骤S20得到的表层以缝合或粘合的方式连接,得到防紫外线透气面料。
实验例
为了进一步说明本发明的技术进步性,现采用实验进一步说明。
实验材料:本发明实施例1~5所生产的防紫外线透气面料。
实验方法:同等情况下比较各种材料的各项性能。

实验结果表明,本发明制备的防紫外线透气面料的紫外线透过率小于2%,UPF值大于70,并且经多次水洗后对紫外线的防御能力并没有明显下降,可实现长效防晒的作用,并且透气性好,穿着舒服。

Claims (10)

1.一种防紫外线透气面料,其特征在于,所述防紫外线透气面料包括表层、防紫外线层、透气里层;所述表层由聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造而成;所述透气里层由汉麻纤维和棉纤维织造而成;制备所述防紫外线层的原料包括:聚酯切片、竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线透气面料,其特征在于,所述聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维的混纺的重量比为100:20~40。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线透气面料,其特征在于,制备所述防紫外线层的原料按其重量份包括:聚酯切片40份~60份、竹炭粉1份~6份、钛白粉0.5份~3.8份、陶瓷微粉0.5份~2.5份、壳聚糖1.2份~4.8份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防紫外线透气面料,其特征在于,制备所述防紫外线层的原料按其重量份包括:聚酯切片50份、竹炭粉3.5份、钛白粉2.1份、陶瓷微粉1.5份、壳聚糖2.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线透气面料,其特征在于,所述陶瓷微粉的粒径为200目~325目。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线透气面料,其特征在于,所述钛白粉为粒径为20nm~200nm的锐钛型钛白粉。
7.一种根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的防紫外线透气面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,制备透气里层:以汉麻纤维为经线,棉纤维为纬线进行织造加工,获得透气里层;
步骤S20,制备表层:按所述重量比将安聚酯纤维与氨纶纤维混纺织造制得表层;
步骤S30,制备防紫外线层:将所述防紫外线层的原料进行纺丝处理,经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层;
步骤S40,将步骤S10得到的透气里层、步骤S30得到的防紫外线层和步骤S20得到的表层以缝合或粘合的方式连接,得到防紫外线透气面料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S10中,所述汉麻纤维与棉纤维织造的重量比为1:1~4。
9.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S30中,所述制备防紫外线层的具体步骤为:
步骤S31,按所述重量比称取制备所述防紫外线层的原料,将所述重量份的竹炭粉、钛白粉、陶瓷微粉、壳聚糖混合,得到混合粉末;
步骤S32,将所述重量份的聚酯切片进行干燥,在280℃~300℃的温度下加热,加入步骤S31得到的混合粉末,搅拌混合后,经纺丝组件将混合物喷出,将喷出的纺丝拉成纤维长丝;
步骤S33,将步骤S32得到的纤维长丝经经纬织造,得到防紫外线层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S32中,所述干燥采用脱湿的干空气。
