技术领域
本发明涉及石塑地板制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板。
背景技术
石塑地板又称之为石塑地砖,是"PVC片材地板"的简称。石塑地板是一种高品质、高科技研究开发出来的新型地面装饰材料,采用天然的大理石粉构成高密度、高纤维网状结构的坚实基层,表面覆以超强耐磨的高分子PVC耐磨层,经上百道工序加工而成。与传统的地板相比,石塑地板具有绿色环保、超轻超薄、超强耐磨、超强防滑、高弹性和超强抗冲击性等优点。然而,现在的石塑地板大多功能单一,缺乏功能性。
茶叶中含有茶生物活性成分,主要包括生物碱以及茶生物活性成分,茶生物活性成分中含有黄烷醇类、花色苷类、黄酮类、黄酮醇类和酚酸类等,茶生物活性成分具有很强的抗氧化性以及抗菌防腐性能。因此,利用茶生物活性成分与石塑材料相结合制备一种具有抗菌性能的石塑地板具有一定的市场前景。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,在石塑地板中添加茶生物活性成分,能够增加石塑地板的抗菌性能,且制备的石塑地板无异味,绿色环保。
本发明提供的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层;所述树脂基材包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂200~300份、白云石400~600份、茶生物活性成分50~100份、稳定剂10~20份、分散剂15~20份、润滑剂10~15份;
所述茶生物活性成分为茶多酚。
优选的,所述表面耐磨层包括以下重量份的原料:热塑性丁苯橡胶100~150份、PVC树脂100~150份和茶生物活性成分50~70份;
所述茶生物活性成分为茶多酚。
优选的,所述树脂基材的厚度为10~20mm,所述表面耐磨层的厚度为0.1~2mm。

本发明的另一目的是提供一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白云石粉碎至400~500目后与PVC树脂按比例加入混料机中,在温度为140℃~150℃下进行加热搅拌20~30min;
(2)再将茶生物活性成分、稳定剂、分散剂和润滑剂按比例加入步骤(1)的混料机中,继续混合10~15min,得到均匀的混合物料;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物料冷却至50~60℃;
(4)将冷却后的混合物料加入挤出机中,于温度为165~180℃下挤出成型,得到树脂基材;
(5)按比例称取热塑性丁苯橡胶、PVC树脂和茶生物活性成分,并在温度为140℃~150℃下加热搅拌混合30~50min,冷却至50~60℃后,在温度为165~180℃下挤出成型得到表面耐磨层;
(6)将树脂基材与表面耐磨层进行热压处理,然后进行分板、养生、开槽处理。
优选的,步骤(6)所述热压的温度为120~140℃,压力为15~20MPa。
优选的,步骤(6)所述养生过程是将石塑地板置于温度15~25℃,湿度为50~60%的室内静置30~50小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明制备的大生物石塑地板,制备方法工艺简单,能够在线连续生产。本发明的石塑地板的树脂基材采用PVC树脂、白云石和茶多酚为主要原料,加入少量的稳定剂、分散剂和润滑剂,由此得到的石塑地板不仅具有良好的力学强度、弯曲弹性、尺寸稳定性好等特点,在树脂基材及表面耐磨层中分别添加茶多酚,茶多酚作为天然的添加剂,无污染、绿色环保,使石塑地板具有良好的抗菌、抗氧化性能。本发明的石塑地板在树脂基材的表面增加了一层耐磨层,进一步增强了石塑地板的耐磨性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层。
其中树脂基材由以下重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂250份、白云石500份、茶多酚50份、钙锌稳定剂10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、聚乙烯蜡10份;表面耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:热塑性丁苯橡胶150份、PVC树脂100份和茶多酚70份。
该含茶生物活性成分的石塑地板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将白云石粉碎至450目,与PVC树脂混合加入混料机中,升温至140℃,加热搅拌20min;
(2)将茶多酚、钙锌稳定剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙烯蜡按比例加入混料机中,继续混合15min,得到均匀的混合物料;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物料冷却至50℃;
(4)将冷却后的混合物料加入挤出机中,165℃挤出成型,得到树脂基材;
(5)将热塑性丁苯橡胶、PVC树脂和茶多酚按比例加入到混料机中,升温至140℃加热搅拌50min,冷却至60℃后,加入挤出机中,170℃挤出成型得到表面耐磨层;
(6)将树脂基材与表面耐磨层进行热压后,再进行分板、养生、开槽处理;其中热压的温度为120℃,压力为15MPa,养生过程是将石塑地板置于温度15℃,湿度为60%的室内静置30小时。
本发明所得到树脂基材的厚度为15mm,表面耐磨层的厚度为1.5mm的石塑地板。
实施例2
一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层。

该含茶生物活性成分的石塑地板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将白云石粉碎至450目,与PVC树脂混合加入混料机中,升温至140℃,加热搅拌30min;
(2)将茶多酚、钙锌稳定剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙烯蜡按比例加入混料机中,继续混合10~15min,得到均匀的混合物料;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物料冷却至55℃;
(4)将冷却后的混合物料加入挤出机中,165℃挤出成型,得到树脂基材;
(5)将热塑性丁苯橡胶、PVC树脂和茶多酚按比例加入到混料机中,升温至140℃加热搅拌50min,冷却至50℃后,加入挤出机中,170℃挤出成型得到表面耐磨层;
(6)将树脂基材与表面耐磨层进行热压后,再进行分板、养生、开槽处理;其中热压的温度为120℃,压力为17MPa,养生过程是将石塑地板置于温度25℃,湿度为60%的室内静置30小时。
本发明所得到树脂基材的厚度为17mm,表面耐磨层的厚度为1.2mm的石塑地板。
实施例3
一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层。
其中树脂基材由以下重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂300份、白云石400份、茶多酚50份、钙锌稳定剂10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、聚乙烯蜡10份;表面耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:热塑性丁苯橡胶150份、PVC树脂150份和茶多酚70份。
该含茶生物活性成分的石塑地板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将白云石粉碎至450目,与PVC树脂混合加入混料机中,升温至~150℃,加热搅拌30min;
(2)将茶多酚、钙锌稳定剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和聚乙烯蜡按比例加入混料机中,继续混合10~15min,得到均匀的混合物料;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物料冷却至60℃;
(4)将冷却后的混合物料加入挤出机中,170℃挤出成型,得到树脂基材;
(5)将热塑性丁苯橡胶、PVC树脂和茶多酚按比例加入到混料机中,升温至140℃加热搅拌50min,冷却至60℃后,加入挤出机中,170℃挤出成型得到表面耐磨层;
(6)将树脂基材与表面耐磨层进行热压后,再进行分板、养生、开槽处理;其中热压的温度为130℃,压力为15MPa,养生过程是将石塑地板置于温度25℃,湿度为60%的室内静置30小时。
本发明所得到树脂基材的厚度为16mm,表面耐磨层的厚度为0.9mm的石塑地板。
实施例4
一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层。
其中树脂基材由以下重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂250份、白云石500份、茶多酚50份、钙锌稳定剂10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、氧化石蜡10份;表面耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:热塑性丁苯橡胶100份、PVC树脂100份和茶多酚50份。
该含茶生物活性成分的石塑地板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将白云石粉碎至450目,与PVC树脂混合加入混料机中,升温至140℃~150℃,加热搅拌30min;
(2)将茶多酚、钙锌稳定剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和氧化石蜡按比例加入混料机中,继续混合10~15min,得到均匀的混合物料;

(6)将树脂基材与表面耐磨层进行热压后,再进行分板、养生、开槽处理;其中热压的温度为120℃,压力为15MPa,养生过程是将石塑地板置于温度25℃,湿度为50%的室内静置50小时。
本发明所得到树脂基材的厚度为20mm,表面耐磨层的厚度为2mm的石塑地板。
对比例1
一种石塑地板,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层。
其中树脂基材由以下重量份的原料组成:PVC树脂250份、白云石500份、钙锌稳定剂10份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚20份、氧化石蜡10份;表面耐磨层由以下重量份的原料组成:热塑性丁苯橡胶100份、PVC树脂100份。
该石塑地板的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将白云石粉碎至450目,与PVC树脂混合加入混料机中,升温至140℃~150℃,加热搅拌30min;
(2)将钙锌稳定剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚和氧化石蜡按比例加入混料机中,继续混合10~15min,得到均匀的混合物料;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物料冷却至55℃;
(4)将冷却后的混合物料加入挤出机中,180℃挤出成型,得到树脂基材;
(5)将热塑性丁苯橡胶和PVC树脂按比例加入到混料机中,升温至140℃加热搅拌50min,冷却至60℃后,加入挤出机中,170℃挤出成型得到表面耐磨层;

根据国家标准GB/T4085-2015半硬质聚氯乙烯块状地板对实施例1~4制备的石塑地板进行性能测试,结果如表1:

根据国家标准GB/T31402-2015塑料塑料表面抗菌性能试验方法对实施例1~4和对比例1制备的石塑地板进行抗菌性能测试,结果如表2:

Claims (9)

1.一种含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,其特征在于,包括树脂基材及表面耐磨层;所述树脂基材包括以下重量份的原料:PVC树脂200~300份、白云石400~600份、茶生物活性成分50~100份、稳定剂10~20份、分散剂15~20份、润滑剂10~15份;
所述茶生物活性成分为茶多酚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,其特征在于,所述表面耐磨层包括以下重量份的原料:热塑性丁苯橡胶100~150份、PVC树脂100~150份和茶生物活性成分50~70份;所述茶生物活性成分为茶多酚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含茶生物活性成分的石塑地板,其特征在于,所述树脂基材的厚度为10~20mm,所述表面耐磨层的厚度为0.1~2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,其特征在于,所述稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,其特征在于,所述分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡或氯化石蜡。
7.根据权利要求1~6任意一项所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将白云石粉碎至400~500目后与PVC树脂按比例加入混料机中,在温度为140℃~150℃下进行加热搅拌20~30min;
(2)再将茶生物活性成分、稳定剂、分散剂和润滑剂按比例加入步骤(1)的混料机中,继续混合10~15min,得到均匀的混合物料;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物料冷却至50~60℃;
(4)将冷却后的混合物料加入挤出机中,于温度为165~180℃下挤出成型,得到树脂基材;
(5)按比例称取热塑性丁苯橡胶、PVC树脂和茶生物活性成分,并在温度为140℃~150℃下加热搅拌混合30~50min,冷却至50~60℃后,在温度为165~180℃下挤出成型得到表面耐磨层;
(6)将树脂基材与表面耐磨层进行热压处理,然后进行分板、养生、开槽处理。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述热压的温度为120~140℃,压力为15~20MPa。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含茶生物活性成分的大生物石塑地板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所述养生过程是将石塑地板置于温度15~25℃,湿度为50~60%的室内静置30~50小时。
