本发明公开了一种米粉切割机,包括机架和安装在机架上的输送机构、上刀架机构、下刀架机构,成品书送带包括多条输送带;所述上刀架机构、下刀架机构分别位于输送机构的上下两侧,所述刀架机构由刀架体、刀片、切割轴、轴承组件、刀架驱动机构组成,上刀片为圆形锯齿刀片,所述下刀片为圆形刀片。本发明米粉杆切割过程中,始终处于有序、被压紧的状态,不会有乱杆、掉杆、切不断等现象,切割后的米粉长度精准、米粉排列有序,便于后续称重包装;同时可实现连续切割,切割效率高;使用可调节上刀片组件,便于调节上、下刀片左右相距距离,提高米粉切割效率;本发明适用性强,使用的上、下刀架机构均可上下移动,适应不同规格米粉。

技术领域
本发明涉及米粉切割技术领域,尤其涉及一种米粉切割机。
背景技术
在米粉的生产加工工艺中,米粉切割是不可或缺的一个环节,此环节需将长条状的米粉切割至相应要求的长度,这关系到米粉的后续称重包装。现有的米粉切割机存在以下问题:
切割米粉时,米粉不能处于有序、被压紧的状态,导致切割过程中,米粉移动,切割后的米粉长度不一,且相互交错,不利于后续称重包装;不能实现连续切割,切割效率低。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种米粉切割机,使用锯齿状的上刀片压紧米粉,圆形状的下刀片切割米粉,米粉杆切割过程中,始终处于有序、被压紧的状态,不会有乱杆、掉杆、切不断等现象,切割后的米粉长度精准、米粉排列有序,便于后续称重包装;利用包括多条输送带的输送机构,实现米粉的连续切割,切割效率高。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种米粉切割机,包括有机架以及安装在机架上的输送机构、上刀架机构、下刀架机构,所述的输送机构包括有输送带以及驱动输送带前进的滚筒组件,所述的输送带包括有多个并列间隔设置的成品输送带和一个角料输送带,其中角料输送带位于输送带的侧边,所述的上刀架机构包括有上刀架驱动机构、上刀架驱动轴以及间隔设置在上刀架驱动轴上的多个上刀片,所述的下刀架机构包括有下刀架驱动机构、下刀架驱动轴以及间隔设置在下刀架驱动轴上的多个下刀片,其中上刀片与下刀片一一对应,上刀片采用圆形锯齿状刀片,下刀片采用圆形刀片,上刀架机构和下刀架机构分别安装在输送机构的上方和下方,一一对应的上刀片、下刀片左右错开并均位于输送带中间的间隔位置处,将待切割的米粉放在输送带上,米粉挂架位于角料输送带上,输送带将米粉往上刀架机构、下刀架机构方向输送,上刀片压紧米粉,下刀片将米粉切断,输送带将切断后的米粉输送出去。
所述的输送机构还包括有输送机构支架,所述的滚筒组件安装在输送机构支架上,所述滚筒组件包括有主动滚筒组件、从动滚筒组件、张紧滚筒组件以及分别驱动主动滚筒组件、从动滚筒组件、张紧滚筒组件的主动滚筒组件驱动机构、从动滚筒组件驱动机构、张紧滚筒组件驱动机构。
所述的主动滚筒组件、从动滚筒组件、张紧滚筒组件均包括有圆钢辊,在圆钢辊上间隔的设有多个环形隔板槽,在圆钢辊的两端安装有轴承组件一及张紧滑块,张紧滑块固定在输送机构支架上,在圆钢辊的一端安装有传动链轮,所述主动滚筒组件驱动机构、从动滚筒组件驱动机构、张紧滚筒组件驱动机构均包括减速电机、主动链轮、从动链轮、链条,通过链条将从动链轮与其对应的传动链轮连接。
在所述的成品输送带和角料输送带的背面中间位置均设置有环形凸台,环形凸台嵌入到所述的主动滚筒组件、从动滚筒组件、张紧滚筒组件上的隔板槽内,防止输送带跑偏,在所述的角料输送带的正面侧边设有多个间隔设置的凸钉,两凸钉距离小于挂杆长度的一半。
在所述的机架上焊接有多个出料挡板,所述的出料挡板与输送带的出料端对接,多个出料挡板与成品输送带和角料输送带一一对应。
在所述机架上焊接有挂杆出料框,所述的挂杆出料框与角料输送带的外侧边对接;在机架上还安装有废料接料斗,所述的废料接料斗位于输送带远离角料输送带的一侧的下方,废料接料斗与上刀片、下刀片切割位置对准;在机架上焊接有挡板,所述的挡板位于角料输送带的侧面。
所述的上刀架机构包括有上刀架体,在上刀架体上面安装有所述上刀架驱动机构,在上刀架体下面安装有上刀架驱动轴,上刀架驱动轴两端安装有轴承组件二,上刀架驱动机构与上刀架驱动轴通过链条连接,多个上刀片间隔安装在上刀架驱动轴上,在每个上刀片的两侧分别设有挡料板,所述挡料板固定在上刀架体上,所述的上刀片在上刀架驱动轴上左右可调。
通过胀紧套和螺钉组件实现上刀片在上刀架驱动轴上左右可调。
所述的下刀架机构包括有下刀架体,在下刀架体下面安装有所述下刀架驱动机构,在下刀架体上面安装有下刀架驱动轴,下刀架驱动轴两端安装有轴承组件三,下刀架驱动机构与下刀架驱动轴通过链条连接,多个下刀片间隔安装在下刀架驱动轴上。
本发明的优点是:1、本发明使用锯齿状的上刀片压紧米粉,圆形状的下刀片切割米粉,米粉杆切割过程中,始终处于有序、被压紧的状态,不会有乱杆、掉杆、切不断等现象,切割后的米粉长度精准、米粉排列有序,便于后续称重包装;
2、本发明可实现米粉的连续切割,切割效率高;
3、本发明中,使用可调节上刀片组件,便于调节上、下刀片左右相距距离,提高米粉切割效率;
4、本发明适用性强,使用的上、下刀架机构均可上下移动,适应不同规格米粉。

如图1所示,一种米粉切割机,包括有机架1以及安装在机架1上的输送机构2、上刀架机构3、下刀架机构4,所述的输送机构2包括有输送带以及驱动输送带前进的滚筒组件,所述的输送带包括有多个并列间隔设置的成品输送带5和一个角料输送带6,其中角料输送带6位于输送带的侧边,所述的上刀架机构3包括有上刀架驱动机构7、上刀架驱动轴8以及间隔设置在上刀架驱动轴8上的多个上刀片9,所述的下刀架机构4包括有下刀架驱动机构10、下刀架驱动轴11以及间隔设置在下刀架驱动轴11上的多个下刀片12,其中上刀片9与下刀片12一一对应,上刀片9采用圆形锯齿状刀片,下刀片12采用圆形刀片,上刀架机构3和下刀架机构4分别安装在输送机构2的上方和下方,一一对应的上刀片9、下刀片12左右错开并均位于输送带中间的间隔位置处,将待切割的米粉13放在输送带上,米粉挂架14位于角料输送带6上,输送带将米粉13往上刀架机构3、下刀架机构4方向输送,上刀片9压紧米粉13,下刀片12将米粉13切断,输送带将切断后的米粉输送出去。
所述的输送机构2还包括有输送机构支架15,所述的滚筒组件安装在输送机构支架15上,所述滚筒组件包括有主动滚筒组件16、从动滚筒组件17、张紧滚筒组件18以及分别驱动主动滚筒组件16、从动滚筒组件17、张紧滚筒组件18的主动滚筒组件驱动机构、从动滚筒组件驱动机构、张紧滚筒组件驱动机构。
所述的主动滚筒组件16、从动滚筒组件17、张紧滚筒组件18均包括有圆钢辊19,在圆钢辊19上间隔的设有多个环形隔板槽20,在圆钢辊19的两端安装有轴承组件一21及张紧滑块22,张紧滑块22固定在输送机构支架15上,在圆钢辊19的一端安装有传动链轮23,所述主动滚筒组件驱动机构、从动滚筒组件驱动机构、张紧滚筒组件驱动机构均包括减速电机、主动链轮、从动链轮、链条,通过链条将从动链轮与其对应的传动链轮23连接。
在所述的成品输送带5和角料输送带6的背面中间位置均设置有环形凸台24,环形凸台24嵌入到所述的主动滚筒组件16、从动滚筒组件17、张紧滚筒组件18上的隔板槽20内,防止输送带跑偏,在所述的角料输送带6的正面侧边设有多个间隔设置的凸钉25,相邻两凸钉25距离小于米粉挂杆14长度的一半。
在所述的机架1上焊接有多个出料挡板26,所述的出料挡板26与输送带的出料端对接,多个出料挡板26与成品输送带5和角料输送带6一一对应。
在所述机架1上焊接有挂杆出料框27,所述的挂杆出料框27与角料输送带6的外侧边对接;在机架1上还安装有废料接料斗28,所述的废料接料斗28位于输送带远离角料输送带6的一侧的下方,废料接料斗28与上刀片9、下刀片12切割位置对准;在机架1上焊接有挡板29,所述的挡板29位于角料输送带6的侧面。
所述的上刀架机构3包括有上刀架体30,在上刀架体30上面安装有所述上刀架驱动机构7,在上刀架体30下面安装有上刀架驱动轴8,上刀架驱动轴8两端安装有轴承组件二31,上刀架驱动机构7与上刀架驱动轴8通过链条连接,多个上刀片9间隔安装在上刀架驱动轴8上,在每个上刀片9的两侧分别设有挡料板32,所述挡料板32固定在上刀架体30上,所述的上刀片9在上刀架驱动轴8上左右可调。
通过胀紧套33和螺钉组件34实现上刀片9在上刀架驱动轴8上左右可调。
所述的下刀架机构4包括有下刀架体35,在下刀架体35下面安装有所述下刀架驱动机构10,在下刀架体35上面安装有下刀架驱动轴11,下刀架驱动轴1两端安装有轴承组件三36,下刀架驱动机构10与下刀架驱动轴11通过链条连接,多个下刀片12间隔安装在下刀架驱动轴11上。
本实施例的一种米粉切割机作业过程如下:
1)来料:米粉挂杆14连同其上的米粉13横放在输送机构2,即放置在成品输送带5、角料输送带6上,其中,米粉挂杆14端放置在角料输送带6上,角料输送带6正面侧边均布的凸钉25可防止挂杆左右倾斜,进入切割区域,损坏上、下刀片;
米粉13随各输送带往上、下刀架机构方向移动,被送至切割位置处,切割位置处设有多个切割位,每个切割位设有上、下刀架机构。
2)压紧:切割位置处的上刀片9旋转方向与输送带前进方向相反,下刀片12旋转方向与输送带前进方向一致,米粉13沿各输送带继续前行,进入上刀片的锯齿边线与下刀片的圆形边线形成的封闭槽内。随着上刀片的旋转,米粉处于压紧状态;
3)切割:米粉继续前行,上刀片9旋转,压紧米粉13,同时下刀片12旋转,切割米粉13;上刀架机构3切割位置处设置有挡料板32,防止切割米粉时,米粉弹起,使米粉错乱、切割长度不一,不利于米粉的后续称重包装。
4)出料:切割后的米粉成品,沿成品输送带输出至出料挡板26处,由人工收集或直接输出称量包装,米粉挂杆和其端的角料由角料输送带送至挂杆出料框和出料挡料板处,由人工收集、清理;另一端废料,切割后直接落入废料接料斗内,由人工收集、清理。
需要说明的是,本实施例的米粉切割机锯齿状的上刀片压紧米粉,圆形状的下刀片切割米粉,米粉杆切割过程中,始终处于有序、被压紧的状态,不会有乱杆、掉杆、切不断等现象,切割后的米粉长度精准、米粉排列有序,便于后续称重包装;实现米粉的连续切割,切割效率高;适用性强,使用的上、下刀架机构均可上下移动,适应不同规格米粉。

1.一种米粉切割机,其特征在于:包括有机架以及安装在机架上的输送机构、上刀架机构、下刀架机构,所述的输送机构包括有输送带以及驱动输送带前进的滚筒组件,所述的输送带包括有多个并列间隔设置的成品输送带和一个角料输送带,其中角料输送带位于输送带的侧边,所述的上刀架机构包括有上刀架驱动机构、上刀架驱动轴以及间隔设置在上刀架驱动轴上的多个上刀片,所述的下刀架机构包括有下刀架驱动机构、下刀架驱动轴以及间隔设置在下刀架驱动轴上的多个下刀片,其中上刀片与下刀片一一对应,上刀片采用圆形锯齿状刀片,下刀片采用圆形刀片,上刀架机构和下刀架机构分别安装在输送机构的上方和下方,一一对应的上刀片、下刀片左右错开并均位于输送带中间的间隔位置处,将待切割的米粉放在输送带上,米粉挂架位于角料输送带上,输送带将米粉往上刀架机构、下刀架机构方向输送,上刀片压紧米粉,下刀片将米粉切断,输送带将切断后的米粉输送出去;
