本发明涉及保健食品领域,涉及一种具有养胃功效的羊奶粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
据2018年世界卫生组织统计,全球共有5亿胃病患者,中国占1.2亿。同时我国胃癌的发病率在目前所有恶性肿瘤占第二位,死亡率高居第三位。尤其是近年来,胃病发病年轻化,越来越多人年纪轻轻就患上胃病。而据最新调查数据显示,年轻人中胃病发作率仍在上升,19岁至35岁青年人胃癌发病率比30年前翻了一番,胃病成为很多年轻人的“新病”和“心病”。
现市面上针对胃病做的保健产品比较多,但是大都口感上会差强人意。通常将药食同源物质配伍添加在保健产品中,导致口感较差,难以满足现代消费者的需求。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有养胃功效的羊奶粉及其制备方法,将药食同源物质及新食品原料配伍添加在羊奶粉中,通过对药食同源物质及新食品原料进行预处理,使其口感及滋气味达到可接受范围,保证制备的羊奶粉满足消费者的需求。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,包括以下组分,各组分按重量份计为:
全脂羊奶粉50~150份,脱盐羊乳清粉75~125份,脱脂羊奶粉50~100份,茯苓粉2~5份,山药粉1~4份,酸枣仁粉1~4份,猴头菇粉1~4份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉4~13份,膳食纤维沙棘粉28~39份,混合益生菌0.12~0.14份。
优选的方案,所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉包括以下组分:全脂羊奶粉125份,脱盐羊乳清粉87.5份,脱脂羊奶粉62.5份,茯苓粉2份,山药粉1份,酸枣仁粉2份,猴头菇粉3份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉11份,膳食纤维沙棘粉35份,混合益生菌0.14份。
优选的方案,所述脱盐羊乳清粉采用D90脱盐羊乳清粉。
优选的方案,所述桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉包括桂花粉、蜂蜜和库拉索芦荟凝胶,各组分以质量份数计:桂花粉1~4份,蜂蜜粉2~6份,库拉索芦荟凝胶1~5份。
更优选的方案,所述桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉的组分以质量份数计:桂花粉3份、蜂蜜粉6份、库拉索芦荟凝胶2份。
优选的方案,所述膳食纤维沙棘粉包括低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖和沙棘,各组分以质量份数计:低聚果糖10~25份,低聚半乳糖5~17份,沙棘1~6份。
更优选的方案,所述膳食纤维沙棘粉的组分以质量份数计:低聚果糖25份,低聚半乳糖5份,沙棘5份。
优选的方案,所述混合益生菌包括双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌,其中,双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌的质量比为(1~4):(2~5):(1~4):(1~4):(1~4);所述混合益生菌的含量≥1×1011CFU/g。
更优选的方案,所述双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌的质量比为3:2:4:3:2。
作为一个总的发明构思,本发明还提供所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制备桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉;
步骤二:制备膳食纤维沙棘粉;
步骤三:按照预定比例将步骤二所制得的膳食纤维沙棘粉与步骤一所制得的桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉与茯苓粉、山药粉、酸枣仁粉、猴头菇粉、混合益生菌及10~40份的全脂羊奶粉过筛,混合均匀,得到混合粉;
步骤四:将剩余的全脂羊奶粉与脱盐羊乳清粉、脱脂羊奶粉过筛,同时打入步骤三所得混合粉混合均匀,即得所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉。
进一步的,所述步骤一中,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉的制备过程如下:
S1.采取新鲜的库拉索芦荟,将库拉索芦荟整叶清洗干净,除去霉斑点和枯死部分,并切成小段,每段用刀将表皮与凝胶分离;
S2.将新鲜桂花洗净,晾干,放入70~80℃的烘箱中进行除水失重,当其失重70~80%时,取出桂花,使用超微粉碎机将桂花粉碎,粉碎后的桂花粉过筛;
S3.将去皮后的库拉索芦荟凝胶加入破壁榨汁机中,并加入库拉索芦荟凝胶重量0.5%~1%的维生素C,同时向破壁榨汁机中加入蜂蜜粉及上述步骤所制桂花粉,启动榨汁机将混合物打碎,过筛,后将物料打入均质机,均质压力为18~22Mpa,得均质后的均匀料液;
S4.将上述步骤所制混合物经过真空低温浓缩器进行浓缩杀菌,其温度控制在60~70℃,浓缩时间为25~30min,得浓缩液;
S5.将浓缩液放入冷冻干燥箱进行冷冻干燥,得桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉。
更进一步的,所述桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉的制备过程如下:
S1.采取新鲜的库拉索芦荟,将库拉索芦荟整叶清洗干净,除去霉斑点和枯死部分,并切成小段,每段用刀将表皮与凝胶分离;
S2.将新鲜桂花洗净,晾干,放入80℃的烘箱中进行除水失重,当其失重80%时,取出桂花,使用超微粉碎机将桂花粉碎,粉碎后的桂花粉过200目筛网;
S3.将去皮后的库拉索芦荟凝胶加入破壁榨汁机中,并加入库拉索芦荟凝胶重量1%的维生素C,同时向破壁榨汁机中加入蜂蜜粉及上述步骤所制桂花粉,启动榨汁机将混合物打碎,过150目筛,后将物料打入均质机,均质压力为21Mpa,得均质后的均匀料液;
S4.将上述步骤所制混合物经过真空低温浓缩器进行浓缩杀菌,其温度控制在65℃,浓缩时间为30min,得浓缩液;
S5.将浓缩液放入冷冻干燥箱进行冷冻干燥,得桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉。
进一步的,所述步骤二中,膳食纤维沙棘粉的制备过程如下:
1.将新鲜的沙棘果洗净,沥干,使用破壁榨汁机进行破壁榨汁,将果汁过筛,得滤液;
2.将低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖加入过筛后的沙棘汁中,搅拌均匀,充分溶解,打入均质机进行均质,均质压力为18~22Mpa,将均质后的物料进行杀菌,用60~80℃的温度,杀菌处理;
3.将所得物料打入喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,得沙棘粉,其进风温度控制在170~180℃,塔内负压为-7pa,塔内温度控制在70~90℃,流化床一段温度控制为50~55℃,流化床二段段温度控制为40~50℃,流化床三段温度控制为20~40℃。
更进一步的,所述膳食纤维沙棘粉的制备过程如下:
1.将新鲜的沙棘果洗净,沥干,使用破壁榨汁机进行破壁榨汁,将果汁过200目筛网,得滤液;
2.将低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖加入过筛后的沙棘汁中,搅拌均匀,充分溶解,打入均质机进行均质,均质压力为21Mpa,将均质后的物料进行杀菌,用75℃的温度,杀菌30min;
3.将所得物料打入喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,得沙棘粉,其进风温度控制在170℃,塔内负压为-7pa,塔内温度控制在85℃,流化床一段温度控制为55℃,流化床二段段温度控制为45℃,流化床三段温度控制为25℃。
进一步的,所述步骤三中,将膳食纤维沙棘粉、桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉与茯苓粉、山药粉、酸枣仁粉、猴头菇粉、混合益生菌及25份的全脂羊奶粉过16目筛网,预混3分钟,混合均匀,得到混合粉。
进一步的,所述步骤四中,将剩余的全脂羊奶粉与脱盐羊乳清粉、脱脂羊奶粉过16目筛网,同时打入步骤三所得混合粉混合5分钟,混合均匀,即得所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉。
本发明以羊奶粉为主要原料,辅以猴头菇、库拉索芦荟凝胶粉、蜂蜜、山药及薏苡仁粉等原料的产品,用以预防或辅助治疗胃病。本发明所使用的原料大多是药食同源及新食品原料,其滋气味与口感较为独特,通过对药食同源物质及新食品原料进行预处理,使其口感及滋气味达到可接受范围,保证奶粉最后的口感滋气味满足消费者的需求。
羊乳甘平润泽,适用人群广泛,古人早已认识到羊乳的价值,并将其应用于于调理脾胃病证。羊乳单用濡养胃气,改善脾胃疾病的症状,如干呕、反胃呕逆、便秘等。羊乳也可组方入药,如治疗消渴“黄连羊乳丸”,取羊乳滋阴润燥之效,羊乳还可作为赋形剂使用,如《圣济总录·卷第四十霍乱呕哕》治疗“霍乱呕哕”的枳实汤方,《医灯续焰·卷十八》记载治疗“面上风癣疮方”等,助药增效。
茯苓粉是中药茯苓的粉末,常见有呈白色、浅灰色,冲泡后呈深灰色。性平、味甘、淡,含有三萜类、多聚糖类及胆碱、脂肪、卵磷脂、钾、镁等多种元素。具有利水渗湿、健脾宁心的功效。茯苓不仅可显著提高机体免疫能力,而且可使血液中氧合血红蛋白释放更多的氧,以供给组织细胞。同时,还可使细胞组织(包括皮肤、黏膜、毛发等)活性增强,活力增大,处于健康状态,从而使皮肤、毛发显得更加滋润,达到修复黏膜或皮肤的功效。
山药为薯蓣科多年生宿根蔓草植物薯蓣属的块茎,又名淮山药、怀山药、山菇,是我国传统的药食同源食物之一。李时珍在《本草纲目》中将其公用概括为:“益肾气,健脾胃,止泄痢,化痰生,润皮毛。”其主要含有蛋白质、糖类、维生素、脂肪、胆碱和淀粉酶等成分,并含有碘、钙、铁和磷等人体不可缺少的微量元素,且含有足够的纤维,具有很高的营养价值。山药可以健脾益胃、补肾、滑润滋润、生精、降血糖。山药性味甘、平,归于脾、肺、肾。山药含有丰富的淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,该物质有健脾益胃、补肾的功效,通常用于治疗脾胃虚弱、腹泻和其它症状。
猴头菇性平味甘,有利五脏、助消化、滋补身体等功效。具有健胃,补虚,抗癌,益肾精之功效,且是中国传统的名贵菜肴,肉嫩、味香、鲜美可口。是四大名菜(猴头、熊掌、海参、鱼翅)之一。有“山珍猴头、海味燕窝”之称。猴头菇是一种高蛋白、低脂肪、富含矿物质和维生素的一种优良食品,具有提高肌体免疫的功能,能够延缓衰老,猴头菇中含有的多种氨基酸与多糖体,能够促进消化,对胃炎、胃癌、食道癌、胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡等消化道疾病有一定的功效。
库拉索芦荟是百合科多年生草本植物,一般作为观赏植物,但除了具有很好的观赏价值之外,还是“大自然赋予人类的良药”,其在排毒养颜、抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血压和防止便秘等方面都有很好的功效。其含有芦荟多糖、蒽醌类、黄酮类、有机酸、维生素、氨基酸等多种生物活性物质,具有抗菌、消炎、抑制肿瘤、调节血脂、减肥、抗辐射、调节免疫、润肠通便等医疗保健效果。
低聚果糖与低聚半乳糖是一种不能被人体消化的碳水化合物,是水溶性纤维。其在消化系统中有吸收水份的作用,可以增加肠道及胃内的食物体积,从而增加食物的饱足感,减少食物的摄入;而且能促进肠胃蠕动,舒解便秘,同时其能吸附肠道中的胆固醇、重金属、胆酸钠等有害物质,使之以便的形式排出,具有显著的清肠排毒作用;此外,低聚果糖与低聚半乳糖能够改善肠道菌群,为益生菌的增殖提供能量和营养。
沙棘起源于我国的青藏高原,是地球上最古老的植物之一。藏医玉妥·元丹贡布的经典著作《四部医典》记载沙棘具有祛痰、利肺、化湿、壮阴、升阳的作用,其中60余处还记述了沙棘的健脾养胃与破瘀止血的功用。唐代古典医著《月王药珍》中记述“沙棘医治‘培根’,增强体魄,开胃舒胸,饮食爽口、容易消化”。清代藏药学经典《晶珠本草》中称:“沙棘利肺止咳,活血化瘀,利心脏血脉,消痰浊”,还称“沙棘种子含微量油质,补益人体血液。”
混合益生菌为乳双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和鼠李糖乳杆菌混合复配。双歧杆菌是一种重要的肠道有益微生物,是一种生理性有益菌,对人体健康具有生物屏障、营养作用、抗肿瘤作用、免疫增强作用、改善胃肠道功能、抗衰老等多种重要的生理功能;嗜热链球菌被认为是“工人安全性(GRAS)”成分,具有功能活性,可以产生胞外多糖,细菌素和维生素、具有改善肠道微环境、调节血压和抗癌等作用。其复配作用有预防或改善腹泻;相互促进生长和作用;缓解不耐乳糖症状;预防生殖系统感染;增强人体免疫力;促进肠道消化系统健康;抑制其他有害微生物的生长;降低血清胆固醇;帮助吸收营养成分;产生重要的营养物质,如:产生维生素,包括泛酸、烟酸、B1、B2、B6及维生素K等,同时能产生短链脂肪酸、抗氧化剂、氨基酸等等,对骨骼成长和心脏健康有重要作用。
本发明的有益技术效果:
本发明提供一种具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,本发明组合物所使用的原料,符合国家卫生标准,且属于国家卫生和计划生育委员会所发布的系列公告中的新食品原料及药食同源,所有组分都可通过商业途径获得,安全性高,易于工业化生产。
本发明各原料之间相互协同增效,促进肠胃健康,保护胃黏膜;其中,羊奶中含有独特的EGF因子,配合芦荟成分中的三萜类物质,能修复胃肠道粘膜,对胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡有辅助治疗的作用;此外,芦荟中的一种多糖成分-甘露聚糖具有剂量依赖型活化巨噬细胞的作用;猴头菇多糖具有免疫调节功能,能够修复受损的胃黏膜,还可有效地杀灭幽门螺杆菌,减轻胃部炎症;再加上茯苓提高机体免疫能力,而且可使血液中氧合血红蛋白释放更多的氧,以供给组织细胞,使细胞组织(包括皮肤、黏膜、毛发等)活性增强,活力增大,从而达到修复黏膜作用;且所添加的混合益生菌配合益生元(GOS+FOS)会在肠道快速繁殖发育,在肠道菌群中占据主导,成为优势菌群,在一定程度上压缩了幽门螺旋杆菌的生存空间,到达消除或减轻油幽门螺旋杆菌引起的胃病。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部实施例,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
全脂羊奶粉100份,D90脱盐羊乳清粉100份,脱脂羊奶粉75份,茯苓粉5份,山药粉2份,酸枣仁粉4份,猴头菇粉1份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉9份,膳食纤维沙棘粉33份,混合益生菌0.12份;
桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉的组分以质量份数计:桂花粉3份、蜂蜜粉6份、库拉索芦荟凝胶2份;
膳食纤维沙棘粉的组分以质量份数计:低聚果糖25份,低聚半乳糖5份,沙棘5份;
混合益生菌的含量≥1×1011CFU/g,混合益生菌中双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌的质量比为3:2:4:3:2。
上述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制备桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉;
S1.采取新鲜的库拉索芦荟,将库拉索芦荟整叶清洗干净,除去霉斑点和枯死部分,并切成小段,每段用刀将表皮与凝胶分离;
S2.将新鲜桂花洗净,晾干,放入80℃的烘箱中进行除水失重,当其失重80%时,取出桂花,使用超微粉碎机将桂花粉碎,粉碎后的桂花粉过200目筛网;
S3.将去皮后的库拉索芦荟凝胶加入破壁榨汁机中,并加入库拉索芦荟凝胶重量1%的维生素C,同时向破壁榨汁机中加入蜂蜜粉及上述步骤所制桂花粉,启动榨汁机将混合物打碎,过150目筛,后将物料打入均质机,均质压力为21Mpa,得均质后的均匀料液;
S4.将上述步骤所制混合物经过真空低温浓缩器进行浓缩杀菌,其温度控制在65℃,浓缩时间为30min,得浓缩液;
S5.将浓缩液放入冷冻干燥箱进行冷冻干燥,得桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉;
步骤二:制备膳食纤维沙棘粉;
1.将新鲜的沙棘果洗净,沥干,使用破壁榨汁机进行破壁榨汁,将果汁过200目筛网,得滤液;
2.将低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖加入过筛后的沙棘汁中,搅拌均匀,充分溶解,打入均质机进行均质,均质压力为21Mpa,将均质后的物料进行杀菌,用75℃的温度,杀菌30min;
3.将所得物料打入喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,得沙棘粉,其进风温度控制在170℃,塔内负压为-7pa,塔内温度控制在85℃,流化床一段温度控制为55℃,流化床二段段温度控制为45℃,流化床三段温度控制为25℃;
步骤三:按照预定比例将膳食纤维沙棘粉、桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉与茯苓粉、山药粉、酸枣仁粉、猴头菇粉、混合益生菌及25份的全脂羊奶粉过16目筛网,预混3分钟,混合均匀,得到混合粉;
步骤四:将剩余的全脂羊奶粉与D90脱盐羊乳清粉、脱脂羊奶粉过16目筛网,同时打入步骤三所得混合粉混合5分钟,混合均匀,即得所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉。
实施例2
全脂羊奶粉125份,D90脱盐羊乳清粉87.5份,脱脂羊奶粉62.5份,茯苓粉2份,山药粉1份,酸枣仁粉2份,猴头菇粉3份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉11份,膳食纤维沙棘粉35份,混合益生菌0.14份。
其余条件同实施例1。
实施例3
全脂羊奶粉50份,D90脱盐羊乳清粉125份,脱脂羊奶粉100份,茯苓粉4份,山药粉4份,酸枣仁粉1份,猴头菇粉2份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉4份,膳食纤维沙棘粉39份,混合益生菌0.14份。
其余条件同实施例1。
实施例4
全脂羊奶粉150份,D90脱盐羊乳清粉75份,脱脂羊奶粉50份,茯苓粉3份,山药粉3份,酸枣仁粉3份,猴头菇粉4份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉13份,膳食纤维沙棘粉28份,混合益生菌0.14份。
其余条件同实施例1。
对比例1
全脂奶粉125份,D90脱盐乳清粉87.5份,脱脂奶粉62.5份,茯苓粉2份,山药粉1份,酸枣仁粉2份,猴头菇粉3份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉11份,膳食纤维沙棘粉35份,混合益生菌0.14份。
其余条件同实施例1。
试验例1
将实施例1、2、3、4进行感官评价试验,从本发明的色泽、组织状态、冲调性及滋气味四个方面进行评分,采用百分制评分标准,感官评分取其平均值。

邀请24位,身体健康,无色盲,鼻炎,口腔炎等病状,具备乳制品加工,乳制品检验方面的专业知识;具备良好的感官分析能力;具有良好的表达能力,对样品的感官特性进行描述时,能够做到准确无误,恰到好处的评鉴员进行评鉴。取平均值得表3。

从表3可以看出,实施例2评分略高于其他实施例,其较为突出的是滋味与气味项目,由此可看出按实施例2进行制作产品,易受到消费者的接受与喜爱。
试验例2
1、实验材料
试验样品:
1.本发明实施例2制备的奶粉,开水冲调,配置为0.2g/mL的溶液;
2.市售普通羊奶粉样品,开水冲调,配置为0.2g/mL的溶液;
3.对比例1制备的奶粉,开水冲调,配置为0.2g/mL的溶液。
4.白开水。
试验对象:Wistar大鼠,雌性,体重190-220g。
2、实验方法
Wistar大鼠40只,实验前禁食24小时。在乙醚麻醉下打开腹腔,暴露全胃,将内径5mm长25mm的塑料管垂直放置于胃体部浆膜面上,向管内加入冰醋酸0.1mL,1.5分钟后用棉签蘸出冰醋酸,缝合手术切口。术后正常饮食,第2天将动物随机分为4组:
第一组(n=10):本发明实施例2样品组
第二组(n=10):市售普通羊奶粉组
第三组(n=10):对比例1样品组
第四组(n=10):空白对照组
自由采食普通食物与饮用水,每天早晚各一次灌胃,连续10天,每次灌胃计量为15ml。最后一次灌胃后2小时进行解剖,取出大鼠胃部,用10%甲醛固定10分钟后沿胃大弯处剖开胃,平展在玻璃上,测量溃疡部位最长直径和最短直径,以最长直径和最短直径平均值作为溃疡指数。
表4各试验样品对醋酸所致大鼠胃溃疡指数的影响
依据表4数据可以得出第四组平均溃疡指数为7.9mm,第三组平均溃疡指数为5.6mm,第二组平均溃疡指数为5.9mm,第一组平均溃疡指数为4.5mm。通过上述平均溃疡指数的对比,可以得出:第一组具有较好的保护胃部溃疡功效,第二组与第三组也具有一定的保护胃部溃疡的功效。因此本发明在一定程度上可以对胃部溃疡起到保护功效。
本发明的产品,其以食品原料为主,原料易得。本发明具有一定程度上可以对胃部溃疡起到保护功效,改善了现代人由于饮食不规律、酗酒等不良生活习惯造成的胃部溃疡等问题。本产品不仅为机体提供蛋白质、脂肪等宏观营养素,还能够提供人体所需的大量膳食纤维与益生菌,促进肠道有益菌群的生长,保障肠道的菌群环境。膳食纤维在促进肠蠕动、防止便秘、减少肠道致癌物及有毒物质的吸收、降低血液胆固醇等方面都起着重要作用。所以,为了防病与保健,平时饮食应多吃些食物膳食纤维,维持机体健康平衡。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例。对于本技术领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术构思前提下所得到的改进和变换也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,其特征在于,包括以下组分,各组分按重量份计为:
全脂羊奶粉50~150份,脱盐羊乳清粉75~125份,脱脂羊奶粉50~100份,茯苓粉2~5份,山药粉1~4份,酸枣仁粉1~4份,猴头菇粉1~4份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉4~13份,膳食纤维沙棘粉28~39份,混合益生菌0.12~0.14份。
2.根据权利要求1所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉包括以下组分:全脂羊奶粉125份,脱盐羊乳清粉87.5份,脱脂羊奶粉62.5份,茯苓粉2份,山药粉1份,酸枣仁粉2份,猴头菇粉3份,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉11份,膳食纤维沙棘粉35份,混合益生菌0.14份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉包括桂花粉、蜂蜜和库拉索芦荟凝胶,各组分以质量份数计:桂花粉1~4份,蜂蜜粉2~6份,库拉索芦荟凝胶1~5份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述膳食纤维沙棘粉包括低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖和沙棘,各组分以质量份数计:低聚果糖10~25份,低聚半乳糖5~17份,沙棘1~6份。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉,其特征在于,所述混合益生菌包括双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌,其中,双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌的质量比为(1~4):(2~5):(1~4):(1~4):(1~4);所述混合益生菌的含量≥1×1011CFU/g。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:制备桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉;
步骤二:制备膳食纤维沙棘粉;
步骤三:按照预定比例将步骤二所制得的膳食纤维沙棘粉与步骤一所制得的桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉与茯苓粉、山药粉、酸枣仁粉、猴头菇粉、混合益生菌及10~40份的全脂羊奶粉过筛,混合均匀,得到混合粉;
步骤四:将剩余的全脂羊奶粉与脱盐羊乳清粉、脱脂羊奶粉过筛,同时打入步骤三所得混合粉混合均匀,即得所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中,桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉的制备过程如下:
S1.采取新鲜的库拉索芦荟,将库拉索芦荟整叶清洗干净,除去霉斑点和枯死部分,并切成小段,每段用刀将表皮与凝胶分离;
S2.将新鲜桂花洗净,晾干,放入70~80℃的烘箱中进行除水失重,当其失重70~80%时,取出桂花,使用超微粉碎机将桂花粉碎,粉碎后的桂花粉过筛;
S3.将去皮后的库拉索芦荟凝胶加入破壁榨汁机中,并加入库拉索芦荟凝胶重量0.5%~1%的维生素C,同时向破壁榨汁机中加入蜂蜜粉及上述步骤所制桂花粉,启动榨汁机将混合物打碎,过筛,后将物料打入均质机,均质压力为18~22Mpa,得均质后的均匀料液;
S4.将上述步骤所制混合物经过真空低温浓缩器进行浓缩杀菌,其温度控制在60~70℃,浓缩时间为25~30min,得浓缩液;
S5.将浓缩液放入冷冻干燥箱进行冷冻干燥,得桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉。
8.根据权利要求6所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中,膳食纤维沙棘粉的制备过程如下:
1.将新鲜的沙棘果洗净,沥干,使用破壁榨汁机进行破壁榨汁,将果汁过筛,得滤液;
2.将低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖加入过筛后的沙棘汁中,搅拌均匀,充分溶解,打入均质机进行均质,均质压力为18~22Mpa,将均质后的物料进行杀菌,用60~80℃的温度,杀菌处理;
3.将所得物料打入喷雾干燥塔进行喷雾干燥,得沙棘粉,其进风温度控制在170~180℃,塔内负压为-7pa,塔内温度控制在70~90℃,流化床一段温度控制为50~55℃,流化床二段段温度控制为40~50℃,流化床三段温度控制为20~40℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中,将膳食纤维沙棘粉、桂花蜂蜜库拉索芦荟粉与茯苓粉、山药粉、酸枣仁粉、猴头菇粉、混合益生菌及25份的全脂羊奶粉过16目筛网,预混3分钟,混合均匀,得到混合粉。
10.根据权利要求6所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中,将剩余的全脂羊奶粉与脱盐羊乳清粉、脱脂羊奶粉过16目筛网,同时打入步骤三所得混合粉混合5分钟,混合均匀,即得所述具有养胃功效的羊奶粉。
