Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基‑β‑环糊精5～10份、生育酚乙酸酯8～16份、β‑葡聚糖6～10份、自制清热剂15～30份、丙三醇35～50份、自制凝胶剂15～32份。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗妇科凝胶技术领域，具体涉及一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法。
背景技术
女性生殖器官天然温湿润，易滋生微生物。正常情况下，通过人体的自热构造和化学环境可以起到防护作用，从而免于病变。一方面，外阴部两侧大阴唇自然合拢遮掩阴道口，使外源微生物难以进入；在阴道内，由于骨盆底肌肉的作用，使阴道前后壁紧贴，阴道口闭合，可在一定程度上防止外界的污染。另一方面，在雌激素的影响下，阴道上皮细胞不断新陈代谢、增生变厚，增加了对病原体的抵御力；同时，在阴道杆菌的作用下，阴道上皮细胞中富含的糖原可分解为乳酸，以维持阴道正常的酸性环境，使适应于弱碱环境中繁殖的病原体受到抑制。因此，健康妇女的阴道内虽有一些细菌存在，但通常不引起炎症。正常情况下，阴道内以阴道杆菌占优势，还有少量厌氧菌、支原体及念珠菌，上述菌群形成一定的生态平衡。但是，当人体免疫力低下、内分泌激素发生变化，或外来因素如组织损伤、性交，破坏了阴道的生态平衡时，这些常住的菌群可能引起阴道感染，而且来自于外界的病原微生物也可能趁虚而入。此外，伴随年龄增长、分娩等因素，女性阴道会逐渐松弛，也会增加外源微生物侵入的风险。当发生此类妇科疾病时，除了依靠自身免疫系统之外，通常应当配合药物治疗，例如可以内服抗生素，外用抑菌药物等。由于此类感染不同于体内器官感染，其发病位置处于体表，因此外用药物疗效更加直接。现有技术的阴道抑菌药物，可以分为两大类别，其中一类是以抗生素为有效成分的抑菌药物，此类药物起效较快，但易发生耐受性，且对微生物的抑制不具有选择性，因此在停药后需要较长时间重新构建阴道菌群，在此过程中易发生再次感染；另一类抑菌药物以中药组合物为有效成分，其优势在于对皮肤刺激较小、不存在微生物耐受现象，但缺陷在于部分药物疗效不确切且起效较慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基-β-环糊精5～10份、生育酚乙酸酯8～16份、β-葡聚糖6～10份、自制清热剂15～30份、丙三醇35～50份、自制凝胶剂15～32份。
进一步地，所述自制清热剂的制备方法如下：
(1)将黄柏、紫草、芦荟、薄荷、苦参加入到容器中，加水进行熬制1～3h，熬制到相对密度为1.05～1.12，过滤，收集滤液。
(2)将步骤(1)中的滤渣使用乙醇进行索提，将所得到的索提液和滤液混合后加热至70～80℃进行搅拌至相对密度至1.32～1.38，然后冷冻干燥，研磨得到自制清热剂。
更进一步地，所述黄柏10～15份、紫草10～15份、芦荟8～12份、薄荷6～10份、苦参10～15份。
更进一步地，所述冷冻干燥的温度为-35～-15℃，时间为20～30h。
进一步地，所述自制凝胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1：将蒲公英、红花、鱼腥草、败酱草、赤芍洗涤干净后加入到容器中，然后加入清水，升温至90～100℃熬制1～2h，过滤，将滤液进行收集。
S2：将1/2的丙三醇将入到上述步骤S3中收集的滤液中，熬制进行浓缩成稠膏，再加入剩余1/2的丙三醇，搅拌均匀得到所述自制凝胶剂。
更进一步地，按照重量份数计，上述成分包含蒲公英30～50份、红花30～50份、鱼腥草30～45份、败酱草35～45份、赤芍15～35份。
更进一步地，所述步骤S2中熬制的稠膏的相对密度至1.15～1.32。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将羟丙基-β-环糊精、生育酚乙酸酯、β-葡聚糖、自制清热剂混合研磨20～40min。
步骤二：将步骤一研磨好的超细粉末加入到自制凝胶剂中，缓慢搅拌6～10h，搅拌均匀记得到所述凝胶剂。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明中，所制备凝胶加入自制凝胶剂能够起到活血，清热解毒的功效，同时，还具有抗菌杀菌的功效，对皮肤刺激较小。

下面对本发明实施例作具体详细的说明，本实施例在本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基-β-环糊精5份、生育酚乙酸酯8份、β-葡聚糖6份、自制清热剂15份、丙三醇35份、自制凝胶剂15份。
所述自制清热剂的制备方法如下：
(1)将黄柏、紫草、芦荟、薄荷、苦参加入到容器中，加水进行熬制1～3h，熬制到相对密度为1.05，过滤，收集滤液。
(2)将步骤(1)中的滤渣使用乙醇进行索提，将所得到的索提液和滤液混合后加热至70℃进行搅拌至相对密度至1.32，然后冷冻干燥，研磨得到自制清热剂。
其中所述黄柏10份、紫草10份、芦荟8份、薄荷6份、苦参10份；冷冻干燥的温度为-35℃，时间为20h。
所述自制凝胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1：将蒲公英、红花、鱼腥草、败酱草、赤芍洗涤干净后加入到容器中，然后加入清水，升温至90℃熬制1h，过滤，将滤液进行收集。
S2：将1/2的丙三醇将入到上述步骤S3中收集的滤液中，熬制进行浓缩成稠膏，再加入剩余1/2的丙三醇，搅拌均匀得到所述自制凝胶剂。
其中，按照重量份数计，上述成分包含蒲公英30份、红花30份、鱼腥草30份、败酱草35份、赤芍15份；步骤S2中熬制的稠膏的相对密度至1.15。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将羟丙基-β-环糊精、生育酚乙酸酯、β-葡聚糖、自制清热剂混合研磨20min。
步骤二：将步骤一研磨好的超细粉末加入到自制凝胶剂中，缓慢搅拌6～10h，搅拌均匀记得到所述凝胶剂。
实施例2
一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基-β-环糊精10份、生育酚乙酸酯16份、β-葡聚糖10份、自制清热剂30份、丙三醇50份、自制凝胶剂32份。
所述自制清热剂的制备方法如下：
(1)将黄柏、紫草、芦荟、薄荷、苦参加入到容器中，加水进行熬制1～3h，熬制到相对密度为1.12，过滤，收集滤液。
(2)将步骤(1)中的滤渣使用乙醇进行索提，将所得到的索提液和滤液混合后加热至80℃进行搅拌至相对密度至1.38，然后冷冻干燥，研磨得到自制清热剂。
其中所述黄柏15份、紫草15份、芦荟12份、薄荷10份、苦参15份；冷冻干燥的温度为-15℃，时间为30h。
所述自制凝胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1：将蒲公英、红花、鱼腥草、败酱草、赤芍洗涤干净后加入到容器中，然后加入清水，升温至100℃熬制2h，过滤，将滤液进行收集。
S2：将1/2的丙三醇将入到上述步骤S3中收集的滤液中，熬制进行浓缩成稠膏，再加入剩余1/2的丙三醇，搅拌均匀得到所述自制凝胶剂。
其中，按照重量份数计，上述成分包含蒲公英50份、红花50份、鱼腥草45份、败酱草45份、赤芍35份；步骤S2中熬制的稠膏的相对密度至1.32。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将羟丙基-β-环糊精、生育酚乙酸酯、β-葡聚糖、自制清热剂混合研磨20～40min。
步骤二：将步骤一研磨好的超细粉末加入到自制凝胶剂中，缓慢搅拌6～10h，搅拌均匀记得到所述凝胶剂。
实施例3
一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基-β-环糊精6份、生育酚乙酸酯10份、β-葡聚糖8份、自制清热剂20份、丙三醇40份、自制凝胶剂20份。
所述自制清热剂的制备方法如下：
(1)将黄柏、紫草、芦荟、薄荷、苦参加入到容器中，加水进行熬制1～3h，熬制到相对密度为1.09，过滤，收集滤液。
(2)将步骤(1)中的滤渣使用乙醇进行索提，将所得到的索提液和滤液混合后加热至75℃进行搅拌至相对密度至1.34，然后冷冻干燥，研磨得到自制清热剂。
其中所述黄柏12份、紫草12份、芦荟10份、薄荷8份、苦参12份；冷冻干燥的温度为-25℃，时间为25h。
所述自制凝胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1：将蒲公英、红花、鱼腥草、败酱草、赤芍洗涤干净后加入到容器中，然后加入清水，升温至95℃熬制1.5h，过滤，将滤液进行收集。
S2：将1/2的丙三醇将入到上述步骤S3中收集的滤液中，熬制进行浓缩成稠膏，再加入剩余1/2的丙三醇，搅拌均匀得到所述自制凝胶剂。
其中，按照重量份数计，上述成分包含蒲公英40份、红花40份、鱼腥草35份、败酱草40份、赤芍20份；步骤S2中熬制的稠膏的相对密度至1.18。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将羟丙基-β-环糊精、生育酚乙酸酯、β-葡聚糖、自制清热剂混合研磨30min。
步骤二：将步骤一研磨好的超细粉末加入到自制凝胶剂中，缓慢搅拌6～10h，搅拌均匀记得到所述凝胶剂。
实施例4
一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基-β-环糊精8份、生育酚乙酸酯14份、β-葡聚糖8份、自制清热剂25份、丙三醇45份、自制凝胶剂26份。
所述自制清热剂的制备方法如下：
(1)将黄柏、紫草、芦荟、薄荷、苦参加入到容器中，加水进行熬制2h，熬制到相对密度为1.11，过滤，收集滤液。
(2)将步骤(1)中的滤渣使用乙醇进行索提，将所得到的索提液和滤液混合后加热至78℃进行搅拌至相对密度至1.36，然后冷冻干燥，研磨得到自制清热剂。
其中所述黄柏14份、紫草14份、芦荟11份、薄荷9份、苦参14份；冷冻干燥的温度为-20℃，时间为28h。
所述自制凝胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：
S1：将蒲公英、红花、鱼腥草、败酱草、赤芍洗涤干净后加入到容器中，然后加入清水，升温至98℃熬制1.5h，过滤，将滤液进行收集。
S2：将1/2的丙三醇将入到上述步骤S3中收集的滤液中，熬制进行浓缩成稠膏，再加入剩余1/2的丙三醇，搅拌均匀得到所述自制凝胶剂。
其中，按照重量份数计，上述成分包含蒲公英45份、红花45份、鱼腥草40份、败酱草42份、赤芍30份；步骤S2中熬制的稠膏的相对密度至1.28。
所述制备方法包括以下步骤：
步骤一：将羟丙基-β-环糊精、生育酚乙酸酯、β-葡聚糖、自制清热剂混合研磨35min。
步骤二：将步骤一研磨好的超细粉末加入到自制凝胶剂中，缓慢搅拌6～10h，搅拌均匀记得到所述凝胶剂。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，其特征在于，按照重量份数计，所述凝胶的组分包括：羟丙基-β-环糊精5～10份、生育酚乙酸酯8～16份、β-葡聚糖6～10份、自制清热剂15～30份、丙三醇35～50份、自制凝胶剂15～32份；
所述自制清热剂的制备方法如下：
(1)将黄柏、紫草、芦荟、薄荷、苦参加入到容器中，加水进行熬制1～3h，熬制到相对密度为1.05～1.12，过滤，收集滤液；
(2)将步骤(1)中的滤渣使用乙醇进行索提，将所得到的的索提液和滤液混合后加热至70～80℃进行搅拌至相对密度至1.32～1.38，然后冷冻干燥，研磨得到自制清热剂；
所述自制凝胶剂的制备方法包括以下步骤：

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有清热活血的妇科凝胶的制备方法，其特征在于，按照重量份数计，上述成分包含蒲公英30～50份、红花30～50份、鱼腥草30～45份、败酱草35～45份、赤芍15～35份。
