Abstract
本发明涉及一种黑松露补肾配方,所述配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露20‑30份、蛹虫草10‑20份、肉桂1‑5份、芡实5‑10份、松茸1‑5份、牡蛎5‑10份、黄精10‑15份、黑虎掌1‑5份、白参菌1‑5份、黑牛肝菌1‑5份、茯苓5‑10份。本发明的配方以黑松露为君,温补肾阳、滋补肝肾,健脾益气、阴阳同补,并以松茸、黑虎掌、蛹虫草、白参菌、黑牛肝菌为臣,辅助黑松露,舒筋活血、强壮身体、阴阳平衡、降火安神,再辅以牡蛎、黄精、芡实、肉桂、茯苓等为佐,阴中求阳、调和五脏,补肾温阳,适用于肾阳虚、易疲乏,性功能减低,需补充体力和精力的人群。

技术领域
本发明涉及中医药,尤其是一种黑松露补肾配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
人体的肾气是一个逐渐衰减的过程,如果我们不注意养肾护肾可能肾脏就会出现衰败,人体的健康状况也会受到影响,中医认为肾脏是生命之本,肾脏与身体各个器官都有着千丝万缕的联系,所以补肾的方法也有很多种,肾脏对我们的身体解毒有着至关重要的作用,补肾不可忽视。
中医认为肾藏精,主天葵,为先天之本。肾中精气内寓元阴元阳,即肾阴肾阳。肾阳为周身阳气之根本。若先天禀赋不足、久病劳倦、饮食不节、房事过度或年老体虚等,均可导致肾阳不足。肾阳虚证的主要症状包括面色发白、四肢冰冷、精神萎靡、遗精尿频、四肢浮肿、胸闷气短、痰多心悸、虚弱无力等。久病及肾,肾精亏损、肾气不足是各种慢性病发展的必然转归。肾主生殖,人到老年往往出现生理性肾虚,此时下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴发生明显改变,随年龄增长,男性血浆睾酮水平呈下降趋势;温肾阳中药可调节改善。中医认为男性勃起多与肾有关,对勃起功能障碍多数医家认为肾虚为本,肝郁气滞、血瘀、湿热等为标,各种病理因素单一或联合作用于人体以致本病。李曰庆教授认为勃起功能障碍最常见的病因是肾虚、肝郁、血瘀以及湿热,肾虚是发病之本。肾阳亏虚是勃起功能障碍的主要病机,治疗上以温补肾阳为主。
我国人民上千年的食用历史印证了食用菌的良好食用和滋补保健功能,食用菌含有蛋白质、糖类、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、磷、铁、锌等微量元素及人体所必需的大部分氨基酸;部分食用菌不仅具有营养滋补效果而且具有独特的功能性。如蛹虫草一直被列为滋补食品,具有益肺肾、壮阳、补精髓、止血化痰等功效。
目前,巿场上补肾壮阳产品以化学和激素类产品居多,但化学和激素类产品虽然具有一定的补肾壮阳功能,但此类产品对人体具有一定的伤害性,长期使用容易导致身体机能下降, 不利用人的健康生活。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种黑松露补肾配方,所述配方中各组分以重量计分别为:
黑松露20-30份、蛹虫草10-20份、肉桂1-5份、芡实5-10份、松茸1-5份、牡蛎5-10份、黄精10-15份、黑虎掌1-5份、白参菌1-5份、黑牛肝菌1-5份、茯苓5-10份。
进一步的,,所述配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露22-28份、蛹虫草12-18份、肉桂2-4份、芡实6-8份、松茸2-4份、牡蛎6-8份、黄精11-13份、黑虎掌2-4份、白参菌2-4份、黑牛肝菌2-4份、茯苓6-8份。

进一步的,所述配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露30份、蛹虫草20份、肉桂5份、芡实10份、松茸5份、牡蛎10份、黄精15份、黑虎掌5份、白参菌5份、黑牛肝菌5份、茯苓10份。
进一步的,所述配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露25份、蛹虫草15份、肉桂3份、芡实7份、松茸3份、牡蛎7份、黄精12份、黑虎掌3份、白参菌3份、黑牛肝菌3份、茯苓6份。
进一步的,所述黑松露为黑松露酶解粉,所述黑松露酶解粉制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,干燥粉碎,黑松露子实体干燥粉碎;
步骤二,水溶均质,将粉碎后的黑松露子实体加入容器中,加入子实体3-6倍重量的水,浸泡3-5小时,然后将黑松露子实体与水经胶体磨研磨,得到研磨混合物;所述研磨为胶体磨研磨后的粒径范围0.8µm-0.1µm,优选的粒径采用0.6µm。
步骤三,升温酶解,将研磨混合物投入酶解罐中加热至50-60℃,调整pH至4.5-6.0,加入黑松露重量0.05-0.1%的纤维素酶、0.01-0.1%的β-葡聚糖酶、0.01-0.1%的蛋白酶,保温酶解0.5-1.5小时;酶解过程中不断搅拌,得到酶解液。具体的纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=5:3:2。
步骤四,干燥,酶解后的酶解液过滤后干燥粉碎获得黑松露酶解粉。
进一步的,所述黄精、芡实茯苓、肉桂制备方法如下:
步骤K1,原料处理,每种原料分别经称重、切块、磨浆处理,得到处理后的物料;
步骤K2,提取,在步骤K1中的物料中添加物料重量18-20倍水后,进行微波+超声波提取,微波功率为500-800W,频率2450MHz;超声波功率800-1000W,频率40 KHz,提取时间为15-45min,得到提取液;
步骤K3,醇沉,提取液中加入无水乙醇至溶液中乙醇质量百分含量为80%,醇沉14h后过滤;滤渣溶于3-4倍重量的水后,经真空浓缩,真空干燥至水的质量含量低于5%,粉碎后过80-100目筛,得到处理后的原料。
进一步的,它还包括重量份为20-40份的蜂蜜,所述蜂蜜制备方法如下:
将蜂蜜放入炼制罐中加热,加热温度116~118℃,当蜂蜜中水的质量百分含量达到14~16%,出现浅黄色有光泽的翻腾的均匀气泡,用手捻有黏性,当两手指分开时无丝出现。
一种用于制备上述所述的黑松露补肾配方的制备蜜丸方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
按重量份数称取原料,依次经过合砣、制丸、干燥后制得成品蜜丸。
进一步的,所述松茸、黑虎掌、蛹虫草、白参菌、黑牛肝菌、牡蛎制备方法如下:
原料处理,每种原料分别经称重、切块,在60℃-70℃。条件下干燥8-16小时,得干物料,干物料粉碎,粉碎粒径为10μm以下,优选的粒径为5μm,得物料粉;
所述的粉碎为超微粉碎;所述的超微粉碎使用振动超微粉碎机。
所述的干燥,采用热风干燥、远红外干燥或微波干燥;优选的干燥条件为60℃-70℃。
进一步的,所述黄精、芡实、茯苓、肉桂制备方法如下:
步骤K1,原料处理,每种原料分别经称重、切块、磨浆处理,得到处理后的物料;
步骤K2,提取,在步骤K1中的物料中添加物料重量18-20倍的水后,进行微波+超声波提取,微波功率为500-800W,频率2450MHz;超声波功率800-1000W,频率40 KHz,提取时间为15-45min,得到提取液;
步骤K3,提取液中加入无水乙醇至溶液乙醇质量百分含量度为80%,醇沉14h后过滤;滤渣溶于3-4倍纯净水后,经真空浓缩,真空干燥至水分质量百分含量小于等于5%,粉碎后过80-100目筛,处理完毕,得到处理后的原料。

进一步的,上述所述的黑松露补肾配方的制备蜜丸方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
1、将上述原料经过上述工艺制备后,最后干燥,超微粉碎为超微粉;
2、将蜂蜜放入炼制罐中夹层通蒸汽加热,温度116~118℃,加热至含水量14~16%,出现浅黄色有光泽的翻腾的均匀气泡,用手捻有黏性,其含水量在13-16%W/W,比重为1.36-1.38的制品。
3、将粉料与已炼制好的炼蜜按1:1的质量比进行混合。合料时蜂蜜趁热加入(60℃-70℃),充分和匀,使其色泽一致,软硬适中,能随意捏塑即可。
4、将合好的面团样的物料放置过夜,使物料与蜂蜜成分混合滋润,并产生一定粘性后用全自动制丸机制丸。
优点效果
本发明的配方以黑松露为君,温补肾阳、滋补肝肾,健脾益气、阴阳同补,并以松茸、黑虎掌、蛹虫草、白参菌、黑牛肝菌为臣,辅助黑松露,舒筋活血、强壮身体、阴阳平衡、降火安神,再辅以牡蛎、黄精、芡实、肉桂、茯苓等为佐,阴中求阳、调和五脏,补肾温阳,适用于肾阳虚、易疲乏,性功能减低,需补充体力和精力的人群。

下面结合实施例对发明做进一步说明,但不局限于说明书上的内容。
一种黑松露补肾配方,所述配方中各组分以重量计分别为:
黑松露20-30份、蛹虫草10-20份、肉桂1-5份、芡实5-10份、松茸1-5份、牡蛎5-10份、黄精10-15份、黑虎掌1-5份、白参菌1-5份、黑牛肝菌1-5份、茯苓5-10份。

本方以黑松露为最主要成分,按照中医药性研究,黑松露可入肝、肾、脾三条脏腑经络。且黑松露药性平和,不偏不倚,适合传统中医辨证中的肾阴虚和肾阳虚所有肾虚人群。
本方中松茸、黑虎掌、蛹虫草、黑牛肝、姬松茸五种菌菇为主要成分,每种菌菇的含量仅次于黑松露,又多于方中其他成分。按中医配伍原理定位,这五种菌菇就属于“臣药”。其中,松茸和黑虎掌,都入肝经,对应黑松露的肝经作用,联合起来,通过舒筋活络活血使阴茎海绵体血管平滑肌舒张,促血液流量增加,使海绵体充血,从而促进阴茎勃起。
因为中医配伍,必须要辨人体阴阳,阴虚和阳虚截然不同故不能随便用药。因此,方中蛹虫草主要起到的作用就是平衡人体阴阳,使阴虚和阳虚者都适用本方。同时蛹虫草还有补肾精的作用,辅助对应黑松露入肾经补肾的要求。
黑牛肝菌主要作用在于安心神。精神作用对于性功能障碍的人来讲,是主要原因之一。因此,黑牛肝菌的安心神,对于补肾而言,也是必须重点关注的要点。
姬松茸主要作用在于强身健体。对于40岁以上的人来讲,身体已经进入了衰退期,因此,补肾的同时,强身健体也成为了重要因素之一。
本方中牡蛎、黄精、玉竹为次要成分,在中医配伍法则中属于“佐药”范畴。其中玉竹养阴润燥,牡蛎归肾经,黄精促五脏调和。
通过上述组分配伍能够很好的补充肾阳改善由肾阳亏虚引起的面色发白、四肢冰冷、精神萎靡、遗精尿频、四肢浮肿、胸闷气短、痰多心悸、虚弱无力;如果减少组分将会影响对伴随症状的改善,比如,改善疲乏无力,精神不振,食欲不佳等。并且上述组分的用量范围配伍药物才能起到很好的治疗效果,超出范围将会不能治病,或者有不良影响,例如黑松露低剂量治疗效果不明显,服用高于此范围的量,会出现副作用,如亢奋,失眠,精神不集中等副作用,松茸、黑虎掌、蛹虫草、黑牛肝菌超出用量范围时,低剂量抗疲劳效果和持续勃起效果不好,服用高于此范围的量,会出现副作用,如亢奋,失眠,口鼻干燥、头晕,大便干燥等,牡蛎、黄精、玉竹超出用量范围时,低剂量抗疲劳、耐寒,夜尿改善,遗精早泄症状的改善等效果不好,服用高于此范围的量,会出现副作用,如嗜睡、大便秘结,食欲减退等副作用,并且通过上述配伍不含使药即可得到很好的治疗效果。

具体的,黑松露为黑松露酶解粉,黑松露酶解粉制备方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一,干燥粉碎,黑松露子实体干燥粉碎;干燥含水量5%(重量计)以下,粉碎成20目左右颗粒;
步骤二,水溶均质,将粉碎后的黑松露子实体加入容器中,加入子实体3-6倍重量的水,浸泡3-5小时,然后将黑松露子实体与水经胶体磨研磨,得到研磨混合物;优选的,胶体磨研磨后的粒径小于等于1微米,具体的,步骤二中胶体磨操作条件为:胶体磨定子与转子的间隙为0.5-1微米,胶体磨流量为0.4-1吨/小时;
步骤三,升温酶解:将研磨混合物投入酶解罐中加热至50-60℃,调整pH至4.5-6.0,加入黑松露重量0.05-0.1%的纤维素酶、0.01-0.1%的β-葡聚糖酶、0.01-0.1%的蛋白酶,保温酶解0.5-1.5小时;酶解过程中不断搅拌,得到酶解液。PH值影响酶解产物收率或营养物质的提取收率;优选的纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=5:3:2,再这样的配比下水解出有效成分组合物含量高,其临床改善性功能减退症状明显,临床效果最佳,如果不是这种比例,水解出黑松露有效成分组分含量降低,临床效果变差。通过上述三种酶对黑松露主要成分进行提取的,三种酶用量分别根据黑松露中所含有纤维、蛋白质、多糖、β-葡聚糖等成分进行酶解提取。三种酶的配比变化可导致最终酶解出纤维素、蛋白质(或氨基酸、肽)、多糖等成分的变化,在生产中采用β-葡聚糖酶,可提高黑松露酶解液的过滤速度和得率,从面保证酶解物质量,最终导致酶解物应用产品中实际效果。
步骤四,干燥:酶解后的酶解液过滤后干燥、粉碎获得黑松露酶解粉。
具体的,黄精、芡实、茯苓、肉桂制备方法如下:
步骤K1,原料处理,每种原料分别经称重、切块、磨浆处理,得到处理后的物料;
步骤K2,提取,在步骤K1中的物料中添加物料重量18-20倍软水后,进行微波+超声波提取,微波功率为500-800W,频率2450MHz;超声波功率800-1000W,频率40 KHz,提取时间为15-45min,得到提取液;
步骤K3,提取液中加入无水乙醇至溶液醇浓度为80%,醇沉14h后过滤;滤渣溶于3-4倍纯净水后,经真空浓缩,真空干燥至水分低于5%,粉碎后过80-100目筛,处理完毕,得到处理后的原料。
按配方准确进行混合,进行合砣、制丸、挑丸、选丸、干燥(微干)、分装、包装、检验合格。
实施例1
配方中各组分以重量计(克)分别为:黑松露20克、蛹虫草10克、肉桂1克、芡实5克、松茸1克、牡蛎5克、黄精10克、黑虎掌1克、白参菌1克、黑牛肝菌1克、茯苓5克,其余为辅料蜂蜜总100克。其中黑松露、黄精、芡实、茯苓和肉桂的制备方法按照具体实施方式中的方法,然后将上述组分按照具体实施方式中的制备蜜丸的方法制备得到蜜丸,10丸,10克/丸。
实施例2
配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露30克、蛹虫草20克、肉桂5克、芡实10克、松茸5克、牡蛎10克、黄精15克、黑虎掌5克、白参菌5克、黑牛肝菌5克、茯苓10克,其余为辅料蜂蜜总100克。其中黑松露、黄精、芡实、茯苓和肉桂的制备方法按照具体实施方式中的方法,然后将上述组分按照具体实施方式中的制备蜜丸的方法制备得到蜜丸,10丸,10克/丸。
实施例3
配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露25克、蛹虫草15克、肉桂3克、芡实7克、松茸3克、牡蛎7克、黄精12克、黑虎掌3克、白参菌3克、黑牛肝菌3克、茯苓6克,其余为辅料蜂蜜总100克。其中黑松露、黄精、芡实、茯苓和肉桂的制备方法按照具体实施方式中的方法,然后将上述组分按照具体实施方式中的制备蜜丸的方法制备得到蜜丸,10丸,10克/丸。
实验例
实验目的:以白鼠为实验对象,验证本品温阳补肾,提高性机能作用。
实验方案:
实验材料
1.1产品:黑松露丸由黑松露、松茸、黑虎掌、蛹虫草、白参菌、黑牛肝菌等菌物为主,辅以牡蛎、黄精、芡实、肉桂、茯苓,按照上述具体实施方式中的制备方法提取精制,炼蜜合丸,由北京千菌方菌物科学研究院提供。
(1)黑松露丸1号方:
配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露20g、蛹虫草10g、肉桂1g、芡实5g、松茸1g、牡蛎5g、黄精10g、黑虎掌1g、白参菌1g、黑牛肝菌1g、茯苓5g,其中黑松露制备方法中步骤二研磨后粒径为0.6µm,步骤三中纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=5:3:2。
(2)黑松露丸2号方:
配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露25g、蛹虫草15 g、肉桂3g、芡实7g、松茸3g、牡蛎7g、黄精12g、黑虎掌3g、白参菌3g、黑牛肝菌3g、茯苓6g。其中黑松露制备方法中步骤二研磨后粒径为0.6µm,步骤三中纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=5:3:2。
(3)黑松露丸3号方:
配方中各组分以重量计分别为:黑松露30g、蛹虫草20g、肉桂5g、芡实10g、松茸5g、牡蛎10g、黄精15g、黑虎掌5g、白参菌5g、黑牛肝菌5g、茯苓10g。其中黑松露制备方法中步骤二研磨后粒径为0.6µm,步骤三中纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=5:3:2。
(4)黑松露丸4号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于黑松露未经过酶解提取,仅通过粉碎。
(5)黑松露丸5号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露制备方法的步骤二中研磨后粒径为0.01μm。
(6)黑松露丸6号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露制备方法的步骤三中纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=3:4:3。
(7)黑松露丸7号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露制备方法的步骤三中纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=6:3:2。
(8)黑松露丸8号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露制备方法的步骤二中研磨后粒径为0.1μm。
(9)黑松露丸9号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露制备方法的步骤二中研磨后粒径为0.8μm。
(10)黑松露丸10号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露制备方法的步骤三中只含有蛋白酶。
(11)淫羊藿丸1号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中黑松露替换为淫羊藿。
(12)黑松露丸11号方
配方中计量同2号方,区别在于其中白参菌替换为党参。
1.2动物:Wistar雄性大鼠,体重100-200g,昆明种小鼠雌雄兼有,体重24±2g,北京医科大学动物学部提供。
1.3试剂已烯雌酚注射液,2mg/ml,上海通用药业股份有限公司,批号:20190102,0.5%氢化考地松注射液,北京紫竹药业有限公司,批号:20190315;
1.4仪器 BT87--3型电刺激仪,包头昆仑生物化学技术应用研究所生产,GJ-8506型三光道活动计数仪,天津仪器厂,SN-682Bγ放免分析仪,上海原子能研究院。
2方法与结果
2.1对去势大鼠壮阳作用的影响
实验所用大鼠除正常对照组外,其余大鼠均用戊巴比妥纳40mg/kg,腹腔麻醉,手术摘除双侧睾丸,术后3日,随机分为去势模型组,黑松露丸组,每组均给药7g/kg,每日灌胃给药1次,连续14天,另设正常对照组,与去势对照组同给予等体积蒸馏水(10ml/kg),末次给药后1h,大鼠仰位于手术台上,将电刺激仪电极置大鼠阴茎部进行刺激,电流强度4mA,记录大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期及勃起持续时间。结果显示,模型组对电刺激勃起潜伏期明显延长,勃起持续时间显著缩短。给药组可明显缩短勃起潜伏期,其中以中剂量组效果最明显。表明黑松露丸具有雄激素样作用。各剂量组勃起持续时间亦有延长作用,但无统计学意义。见表1

2.2 对阳虚小鼠的影响
小鼠分组及给药见表2.除正常组外同时im氢化可的松25mg/kg,末次给药后1h,记录各组鼠体重、自主活动数(10min内)、低温15℃游泳存活时间。见表2、表3.

由上述表1/2和3可以看出,通过使用本发明的配方能够有效改善小鼠肾阳虚症,黑松露丸2号方效果最好,且由表1中黑松露丸3方和5、6、7方的比较可以看出,方剂的配比对小鼠壮阳效果有很大影响,其次是酶解中各种酶的用量和酶解粉碎的影响,粒径大影响吸收,而粒径过小同样会影响作用的效果,而酶解中各种酶的比例也对效果有较高的影响,采用本申请的比例下相比其他比例效果提升很大,通过限定组分配比和酶的比例及粉碎粒径,提高了产品的壮阳效果。
由上表2和3可以看出,结果显示正常组小鼠体重增加6.39g,而模型组小鼠体重平均增加1.42g,黑松露丸中剂量组有明显缓解阳虚证小鼠体重下降作用。模型组小鼠10min内自主活动次数明显减少,低温游泳存活时间缩短。黑松露丸3个剂量组,可延长游泳时间,以2号用量组方最好,并可增加小鼠自主活动频率,由表2中黑松露丸1、4和7号方,可以看出,组分、酶解以及酶的比例对阳虚症状的改善影响很大,不合适的比例会极大的降低治疗效果,而1方中比例的变化对于治疗效果影响更加大一些,由上表3中3/4和6方对比可以看出,同样的组分配比及酶的比例和酶解对于最终治疗效果影响较大。
由上表1、2和3中的黑松露丸11和淫羊藿1方中看出进行组分替换后药效降低明显,尤其是在低温活动时间和勃起潜伏期上,甚至不如黑松露丸4号方。
2.3 对去势小鼠雄性激素样作用
9-12g幼年雄性小鼠,乙醚麻醉,切除两侧睾丸,术后第4天随机分为模型对照组及给药组,给药剂量同前,每天1次,连续15天,末次给药后24h后,处死动物,剖取包皮腺、精液囊、前列腺称重,计算每100g脏器重量比。结果,去势模型组包皮腺、精液囊、前列腺重量和,比与正常对照组比较差异极为显著,P< 0.001 。黑松露丸2号、3号方能明显增加精液囊、前列腺重量比,P< 0.001 。对包皮腺重量比未表现出明显作用。说明黑松露丸有雄激素样作用。
本方动物实验研究结果表明,黑松露丸补肾壮阳,提高性功能,强筋壮骨的作用表现在各个方面,可提高去势大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期及正常大鼠睾丸酮含量,也可提高雄性小鼠交配能力,对阳虚证小鼠可延长其低温游泳存活时间,增加自主活动频率等。
显然,本发明的上述实施方式仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (3)
1.一种黑松露温阳补肾组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中各组分以重量计分别为:
酶解黑松露25份、蛹虫草15份、肉桂3份、芡实7份、松茸3份、牡蛎7份、黄精12份、黑虎掌3份、白参菌3份、黑牛肝菌3份、茯苓6份;
其中,所述酶解黑松露为经过:
步骤一,干燥粉碎,黑松露子实体干燥粉碎;
步骤二,水溶均质,将粉碎后的黑松露子实体加入容器中,加入黑松露3-6倍重量的水,浸泡3-5小时,然后将黑松露子实体与水经胶体磨研磨,得到研磨混合物;
步骤三,升温酶解,将研磨混合物投入酶解罐中加热至50-60℃,调整pH至4.5-6.0,加入黑松露重量0.05-0.1%的纤维素酶、0.01-0.1%的β-葡聚糖酶、0.01-0.1%的蛋白酶,保温酶解0.5-1.5小时;纤维素酶:β-葡聚糖酶:蛋白酶=5:3:2,酶解过程中不断搅拌,得到酶解液;
步骤四,干燥,酶解后的酶解液过滤后干燥粉碎后获得黑松露酶解粉;
其中,所述黄精、芡实、茯苓、肉桂为经过:
步骤K1,原料处理,每种原料分别经称重、切块、磨浆处理,得到处理后的物料;
步骤K2,提取,在步骤K1中的物料中添加物料重量18-20倍水后,进行微波+超声波提取,微波功率为500-800W,频率2450MHz;超声波功率800-1000W,频率40 KHz,提取时间为15-45min,得到提取液;
步骤K3,醇沉,提取液中加入无水乙醇至溶液中乙醇质量百分含量为80%,醇沉14h后过滤;滤渣溶于3-4倍重量的水后,经真空浓缩,真空干燥至水的质量含量低于5%,粉碎后过80-100目筛;得到处理后的产物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黑松露温阳补肾组合物,其特征在于,它还包括重量份为20-40份的蜂蜜,所述蜂蜜制备方法如下:
将蜂蜜放入炼制罐中加热,加热温度116~118℃,当蜂蜜中水的质量百分含量达到 14~16%,出现浅黄色有光泽的翻腾的均匀气泡,用手捻有黏性,当两手指分开时无丝出现。
3.一种用权利要求1所述的黑松露温阳补肾组合物制备蜜丸的方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
按重量份数称取原料,依次经过合坨、制丸、干燥后制得成品蜜丸。
