The invention also provides an automatic packaging method of the film roll, which is applied to the automatic packaging device of the film roll and comprises the following steps: s1, the membrane is rolled and cut into sections by a membrane rolling device and then is wound and stuck on the periphery of the membrane roll, S2, the membrane roll wound with the membrane by a carrying mechanical handle is carried to a bag collecting device, two ends of the membrane are inserted into a hollow cylinder of the membrane roll, S3, the membrane roll wound on the bag collecting device is carried to a tape winding device by the carrying mechanical handle, two ends of the membrane roll are wound, packaged and fixed by tape by the tape winding device, and S4, the membrane roll wound with the tape by the carrying mechanical handle is carried from the tape winding device to a storage area to be stored as a finished product.
The specific steps of S1 are: adhering the head of the double-faced adhesive tape on a double-faced adhesive tape placing disc to the outer parts of two ends of a membrane roll, then winding the head of the membrane roll around a guide roller, tearing off a protective skin of the double-faced adhesive tape, reversely pulling the protective skin around the membrane roll and inserting the membrane roll into an inlet of a negative pressure suction box, sucking the protective skin by using the negative pressure suction force of the inlet, then clamping the head of the membrane roll by using a traction pneumatic clamp, pulling the head of the membrane to move backwards by a traction driving device to unfold the membrane roll, when the membrane roll is unfolded to a set length, stopping the traction driving device, starting a first pressing cylinder and a second pressing cylinder to press two sides of a cutting part, then downwards extending a cutting lifting cylinder, extending a cutting cylinder to cut the membrane, after cutting, starting the traction driving device to pull the membrane to move backwards for a set distance, loosening the traction pneumatic clamp to move to the position at the last side to stop, and then rolling down from the higher side of a membrane rolling platform, when the film is rolled to the film position, the film is adhered to the periphery of the film through the left double-sided adhesive, then the film is wound on a film roll, and finally the film is rolled and dropped on a film rolling baffle.
The specific steps of S2 are: the film roll at the position of a film roll baffle clamped by a carrying mechanical arm is lifted upwards along a lifting channel of the carrying mechanical arm, then the film roll is moved to the left side to move on a carrier roller of a bag collecting device, the film roll is supported by the carrier roller, then a film roll clamping plate is utilized to clamp the film roll, clamping devices at the left end and the right end drive bag head clamping plates to clamp two ends of a film roll wound into a barrel shape, then a left telescopic device and a right telescopic device convey clamping plates, the clamped film bag head extends into a clamping groove of the clamping plates, then the bag head clamping plates are loosened, a rotating device drives the clamping plates to rotate and rotate two ends of a bag head, then the left telescopic device and the right telescopic device continuously drive the clamping plates to move inwards, two ends of the bag head are stuffed into a film barrel center hole of the film roll, then the left telescopic device and the right telescopic device drive the clamping plates to move outwards for a distance, the clamping plates are separated from a packaging film, then the left telescopic device and the right telescopic device drive the clamping plates to move inwards, and stuff the packaging film into the barrel for a second time, then the left and right telescopic devices drive the clamping plates to return, and the film roll clamping plates return to finish bag collecting work; the specific steps of S3 are: the conveying manipulator clamps a film roll after bag collection and then conveys the film roll to a V-shaped supporting plate of a tape winding device, a top roll air cylinder extends out, a movement driving device moves a movable bottom plate frame to the film roll, a top roll roller on the top roll air cylinder pushes the center of the end part of the film roll to position, a lifting clamping air cylinder contracts, a clamping plate clamps the film roll tightly, a rotary motor is started, the tape is stopped after being wound on two ends of the film roll for half a circle, then a jacking air cylinder ascends, a pasting roller is separated from the tape, a translation air cylinder contracts, a cutting blade and the pasting roller are separated from the tape winding range, then the jacking air cylinder falls back, the rotary motor is started to drive a rotary support to continue rotating, the translation air cylinder extends out after the tape is wound on the end part of the film roll for a set number of circles, the rotary motor is stopped after the tape is wound on the pasting roller, then the cutting air cylinder extends out, the cutting pressing plate presses the tape, the cutting blade cuts off the tape, and the lifting clamping air cylinder extends out, the film roll is loosened by the clamping plate, then the movable driving device is started to drive the movable bottom plate frame to be far away from the film roll, and the film roll is wound with the adhesive tape.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
can lead to and set up the roll membrane device, can paste the outside of cutting out into the slice diaphragm winding that has the double faced adhesive tape to paste and rolling up at the membrane, this kind of packaging structure and packaging method do not receive the restriction of membrane roll diameter, can be applicable to the membrane roll packing of multiple diameter to transport machinery handle membrane roll transport to receipts bagging apparatus and then carry to the sticky tape wind of carrying to sticky tape wind, utilize machinery to replace artifically, raise the efficiency, practice thrift the manpower. In addition, the film winding device, the bag collecting device, the adhesive tape winding device and the carrying manipulator are vertically arranged on the rack in three layers, so that the installation space of the machine is reduced, and the occupied area is reduced.
