can lead to the setting and open the bagging apparatus that the wrapping bag struts, strut the wrapping bag, then put into the membrane book, then utilize the membrane that is equipped with in the frame to roll up both ends wrapping film and shrink to the center pin then push into the receipts bagging apparatus in the hollow section of thick bamboo, regular wrapping bag both ends, then utilize the sticky tape wind device who rolls up both ends at the membrane to the sticky tape rotation winding to pack fixedly at wrapping bag both ends, utilize machinery to replace the manual work, raise the efficiency, practice thrift the manpower.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 22, the automatic packaging device for agricultural films comprises a frame 7, wherein a bag opening device 3 for opening a packaging bag is arranged on the frame 7, a bag collecting device 5 for contracting the packaging films at two ends of a film roll 10 towards a central shaft and then pushing the packaging films into a hollow cylinder and a tape winding device 8 for winding a tape at two ends of the film roll 10 in a rotating manner are further arranged on the frame 7.
The bag opening device 3 comprises a first fixed disk 3-1, a through hole is formed in the middle of the first fixed disk 3-1, a plurality of bag opening claws 3-2 arranged along the axial direction of the first fixed disk are arranged on one side of the first fixed disk 3-1 in a circular array around the center of the first fixed disk, the bag opening claws 3-2 are connected with a first guide device for guiding the first guide device to move along the radial direction of the first fixed disk 3-1, and the first guide device is connected with a first driving mechanism for driving the bag opening claws 3-2 to move; the bag collecting device 5 comprises a second fixed disc 5-13, a through hole is formed in the middle of the second fixed disc 5-13, a plurality of bag collecting claws 5-20 arranged along the axial direction of the second fixed disc 5-13 are arranged on one side of the second fixed disc 5-13 in a circular array around the center of the second fixed disc, the second bag collecting claws 5-20 are connected with a second guiding device for guiding the second guiding device to move along the radial direction of the second fixed disc 5-13, the second guiding device is connected with a second driving mechanism for driving the second bag collecting claws 5-20 to move, two sides of the second fixed disc 5-13 are fixedly provided with second connecting plates 5-24, and the second connecting plates 5-24.
The adhesive tape winding device 8 comprises a first support frame 8-11, an adhesive tape rotating device for rotating and winding an adhesive tape at two ends of a film roll 10, an adhesive tape cutting device for cutting the adhesive tape and an adhesive tape traction device for traction of the head of the adhesive tape are arranged at the front end of the first support frame 8-11, an automatic bag taking device 4 is arranged on a rack 7 on one side between the bag opening device 3 and the bag collecting device 5, the automatic bag taking device 4 comprises a frame body 4-1, a bag roll supporting shaft 4-11 for placing a bag roll 4-12 is arranged on the frame body 4-1, a bag head traction mechanism for traction of horizontal movement of the head of a packaging sleeve bag, a bag cutting mechanism for cutting the packaging sleeve bag and a bag taking and conveying mechanism for taking the bag to a packaging position are further arranged on the frame body 4-1.
The first guiding device comprises a plurality of bag opening guide rails 3-14 which are uniformly distributed and are radially arranged along a first fixed disk 3-1, a plurality of guiding slide blocks 3-18 matched with the bag opening guide rails 3-14 are fixed on the first fixed disk 3-1, and the inner ends of the bag opening guide rails 3-14 are fixed with bag opening claws 3-2; the first driving mechanism comprises a first rotating disk 3-11 arranged on one side of a first fixed disk 3-1, a through hole is formed in the center of the first rotating disk 3-11, the other end of a bag opening claw 3-2 penetrates out of the through hole, a plurality of arc-shaped grooves 3-13 are formed in the first rotating disk 3-11 in a circular array around the center of the first rotating disk 3-11, rolling bearings 3-17 are arranged in the arc-shaped grooves 3-13, the rolling bearings 3-17 are rotatably installed on bag opening guide rails 3-14 through supporting shafts, the first rotating disk 3-11 is connected with first driving cylinders 3-8, the other ends of the first driving cylinders 3-8 are connected with the first fixed disk 3-1, and bag opening suckers 3-12 are arranged; the second guiding device comprises a plurality of bag collecting guide rails 5-16 which are uniformly distributed and are radially arranged along the second fixed disk 5-13, a plurality of second guiding sliding blocks 5-26 matched with the bag collecting guide rails 5-16 are fixed on the second fixed disk 5-13, and the inner ends of the bag collecting guide rails 5-16 are fixed with bag collecting claws 5-20; the driving mechanism II comprises a rotating disc II 5-21 arranged on one side of a fixed disc II 5-13, a through hole is formed in the center of the rotating disc II 5-21, the other end of the bag collecting claw 5-20 penetrates out of the through hole, a plurality of arc-shaped grooves II 5-23 are formed in the rotating disc II 5-21 in a circular array around the center of the rotating disc II 5-21, rolling bearings II 5-22 are arranged in the arc-shaped grooves II 5-23, the rolling bearings II 5-22 are rotatably installed on bag collecting guide rails 5-16 through supporting shafts, the rotating disc II 5-21 is connected with driving air cylinders II 5-27, and the other ends of the driving air cylinders II 5-27.
A second support frame 3-10 is arranged on the outer side of the lower portion of the first fixed disk 3-1, a bag opening sucker 3-12 is fixed on the second support frame 3-10, a first translation guide rail 3-22 is fixed on the second support frame 3-10, a first translation slider 3-23 is arranged on the first translation guide rail 3-22, a first connecting plate 3-16 is fixed on the first translation slider 3-23, the other end of the first connecting plate 3-16 is fixed with the first fixed disk 3-1, a first translation cylinder 3-9 is hinged to the outer end of the first connecting plate 3-16, and the other end of the first translation cylinder 3-9 is hinged to the second support frame 3; the outer side of the second support frame 3-10 is provided with a fixed support 3-19, the outer side of the second support frame 3-10 is fixed with a lifting adjusting support 3-20, and the lifting adjusting support 3-20 is connected with the fixed support 3-19 through a lifting adjusting device; the lifting adjusting device comprises an adjusting plate 3-4 fixed at the top of a fixing support 3-19, a screw rod 3-5 is rotatably mounted on the adjusting plate 3-4, a nut 3-21 is arranged on the screw rod 3-5, the nut 3-21 is fixed with the lifting adjusting support 3-20, and an adjusting hand wheel I3-6 is fixed at the upper end of the screw rod 3-5.
The bag collecting translation mechanism comprises a bag collecting translation cylinder 5-15, and a piston rod end of the bag collecting translation cylinder 5-15 is fixed with a second connecting plate 5-24; the second fixed disk 5-13 is connected with a lifting adjusting mechanism, the lifting adjusting mechanism comprises a lifting frame 5-4 and a third support frame 5-6, the bottom end of the lifting frame 5-4 is fixedly provided with a second translation guide rail 5-14, the second translation guide rail 5-14 is provided with a second translation sliding block 5-25, the second translation sliding block 5-25 is fixedly connected with a second connection plate 5-24, a bag receiving translation air cylinder 5-15 is fixedly connected with the lifting frame 5-4, the upper end of the lifting frame 5-4 is provided with a first lifting guide rail along the vertical direction, the first lifting guide rail is provided with a second lifting sliding block 5-1, the second lifting sliding block 5-1 is connected with the third support frame 5-6, the third support frame 5-6 is provided with a second lifting air cylinder 5-2, and the piston rod end; the lifting frame 5-4 is connected with a horizontal adjusting mechanism, the horizontal adjusting mechanism comprises horizontal adjusting guide rails 5-5 fixed on two sides of the top of a support frame III 5-6, horizontal adjusting sliding blocks 5-17 are arranged on the horizontal adjusting guide rails 5-5, adjusting supports 5-3 are fixed on the tops of the horizontal adjusting sliding blocks 5-17 on two sides, the adjusting supports 5-3 are fixedly connected with a lifting cylinder II 5-2 and a lifting sliding block II 5-1, horizontal adjusting nuts 5-11 are fixedly connected with the adjusting supports 5-3, horizontal adjusting screw rods 5-11 are connected with horizontal adjusting screw rods 5-12, the horizontal adjusting screw rods 5-12 are rotatably installed on the tops of the support frame III 5-6, and adjusting hand wheels II are fixed at one ends of the horizontal adjusting screw rods 5-12.
The bag head traction mechanism comprises traction guide rails 4-22 longitudinally arranged along the frame body 4-1, traction sliding blocks 4-23 are arranged on the traction guide rails 4-22, a support frame IV 4-17 is fixed at the top of each traction sliding block 4-23, pneumatic clamping jaws 4-19 for clamping the bag head are fixed on the support frames IV 4-17, and the support frames IV 4-17 are connected with a driving mechanism III; the third driving mechanism comprises traction motors 4-20 fixed at one ends of traction guide rails 4-22, the traction motors 4-20 are connected with third driving pulleys 4-21, the other ends of the traction guide rails 4-22 are rotatably provided with third driven pulleys, the third driven pulleys are connected with the third driving pulleys 4-21 through synchronous belts, and the synchronous belts are fixedly connected with fourth supporting frames 4-17; the bag taking and conveying mechanism comprises a bag taking frame 4-3, a guide slide block III 4-24 is fixed in the middle of the top of the frame body 4-1, a transverse slide rail capable of transversely moving in the guide slide block III 4-24 is fixed at the bottom of the rear end of the bag taking frame 4-3, a transverse air cylinder 4-4 is fixed on the frame body 4-1, the transverse air cylinder 4-4 is fixed with the bag taking frame 4-3, a bag taking air cylinder 4-2 which vertically stretches and retracts is fixed at the bottom of the front end of the bag taking frame 4-3, and a bag taking sucker 4-5 is connected with the bag taking air cylinder 4-2; the bag breaking mechanism comprises a bag breaking sliding rail which is transversely arranged close to the bag roll 4-12, a bag breaking sliding block 4-8 is arranged on the bag breaking sliding rail, a supporting plate I4-7 is fixed on the outer side of the bag breaking sliding block 4-8, a lifting cylinder I4-9 is fixed on the outer side of the supporting plate I4-7, a bag breaking blade 4-10 is fixed at the bottom of the lifting cylinder I4-9, a bag breaking cylinder 4-6 is hinged to the rear end of the supporting plate I4-7, and a bag breaking cylinder 4-6 is fixed on the frame body 4-1; a first mounting plate 4-16 is fixed at the top of the bag taking sucker 4-5, and the top of the first mounting plate 4-16 is fixed with the bag taking cylinder 4-2; a rear bag pressing cylinder 4-13 which extends and retracts vertically is fixed on the frame body 4-1 at one side of the bag breaking slide rail, which is close to the bag roll 4-12, a bag pressing plate is fixed at the bottom of the rear bag pressing cylinder 4-13, and a second supporting plate 4-14 fixed on the frame body 4-1 is arranged below the rear bag pressing cylinder 4-13; a front bag pressing cylinder 4-15 which extends and retracts vertically is fixed on a frame body 4-1 on one side, far away from a bag roll 4-12, of the bag breaking slide rail, front bag pressing cylinders 4-15 are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of a traction guide rail 4-22, the extending and retracting directions of the two front bag pressing cylinders 4-15 are opposite, and bag pressing plates are fixed on piston rod ends of the front bag pressing cylinders 4-15; a support plate 4-18 for supporting a pulled packaging sleeve bag is arranged on the front side of the traction guide rail 4-22, the support plate 4-18 is positioned below the pneumatic clamping jaw 4-19, and the bottom of the support plate 4-18 is fixed with the frame body 4-1 through a second connecting rod.
The adhesive tape rotating device comprises a winding motor 8-7 fixed on a first support frame 8-11, the winding motor 8-7 is connected with a rotating arm 8-3, and an adhesive tape supporting shaft 8-5 is fixed at the other end of the rotating arm 8-3; the adhesive tape cutting device comprises a cutting rod 8-8, wherein one end of the cutting rod 8-8 is hinged with a cutting cylinder 8-16, the cutting cylinder 8-16 is fixed on a first support frame 8-11, the inner side of the other end of the cutting rod 8-8 is fixed with a cutting blade 8-9, the middle lower part of the cutting rod 8-8 is hinged with a first connecting frame 8-10, and the lower end of the first connecting frame 8-10 is hinged with the first support frame 8-11; the adhesive tape traction device comprises a traction rod 8-2, a pasting roller 8-1 with an adhesive tape head is fixed outside one end of the traction rod 8-2, the other end of the traction rod 8-2 is hinged with a jacking cylinder 8-15, the jacking cylinder 8-15 is installed on a first support frame 8-11, the middle lower part of the traction rod 8-2 is hinged with a second connection frame 8-6, and the other end of the second connection frame 8-6 is hinged with the first support frame 8-11; the two groups of automatic adhesive tape winding devices are respectively arranged at two ends of the film roll 10; an advancing guide rail is fixed at the bottom of the first support frame 8-11, an advancing guide sliding block 8-17 is arranged below the advancing guide rail, a fixed frame 8-12 is fixed at the bottom of the advancing guide sliding block 8-17, an advancing cylinder 8-13 is fixed on the fixed frame 8-12, and the piston rod end of the advancing cylinder 8-13 is hinged with the front end of the first support frame 8-11; a third mounting plate 8-14 is fixed on the inner side of the first support frame 8-11, a jacking cylinder 8-15 is fixed on the third mounting plate 8-14, the lower end of the second connecting frame 8-6 is hinged with the third mounting plate 8-14, and the cutting blade 8-9 is serrated.
