Abstract
一种显示基板及其制作方法以及显示装置。该显示基板包括衬底基板及位于该衬底基板上的多个子像素,该多个子像素沿第一方向和第二方向布置为子像素阵列;至少一个子像素包括第一晶体管、第二晶体管、第三晶体管和存储电容;所述第二电容电极和所述第二晶体管的第一极同层绝缘设置且材料相同;所述显示基板还包括从所述第一晶体管的栅极凸出的延伸部,所述延伸部沿所述第二方向延伸并与所述第二晶体管的第一极在垂直于所述衬底基板的方向上至少部分重叠且电连接;在所述第一方向上,所述延伸部具有最靠近所述第二电容电极的第二侧边,所述第二侧边向远离所述第二电容电极的方向凹入。该显示基板可以有效提高显示效果。
