本发明公开了一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法,包括以下重量份的原料:EVA 4‑7份、聚丙烯3‑6份、增粘剂0.8‑1.5份、聚乙烯亚胺2‑4份、异丙醇6‑10份,且加工步骤如下,取EVA颗粒放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,且粉碎目数为70‑100目,再将粉碎后的原料倒入熔融机内,将熔融温度控制在80℃同时对熔融机进行匀速率增压处理,期间不断进行搅拌处理。本发明通过EVA,聚丙烯,增粘剂,聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇的作用,能够使保鲜膜在酒精中长期保存,且不会出现模板分离的情况,同时,均采用食品级原料,保障了保鲜膜的使用健康,进而满足了人们的使用需求,解决了现有的食品保鲜卡覆膜无法长期在酒精内保存,容易出现模板分离的情况,无法满足人们使用需求的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及保鲜膜技术领域,具体为一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法。
背景技术
保鲜卡覆膜是食品保鲜膜的一种,食品保鲜膜作为一种新型卫生包装用品,在家庭中的使用日益普及,他在防止冰箱中各种菜肴串味、保持菜肴新鲜度方面有一定作用,市场上出售的绝大部分保鲜膜都是以乙烯母料为原材料,根据乙烯母料的不同种类,保鲜膜可分为三大类。
EVA是乙烯和醋酸共聚而成的,中文化学名称:乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物),EVA的应用领域相当广泛,我国每年的市场消费量都在不断地增加,尤其在制鞋工业,被应用于中高档旅游鞋、登山鞋、拖鞋、凉鞋的鞋底和内饰材料中。在新能源领域也有广泛的运用,如光伏材料、太阳能电池粘合剂等,一般醋酸乙烯(VA)的含量在5%-40%,与聚乙烯(PE)相比,EVA由于在分子链中引入醋酸乙烯单体,从而降低了高结晶度,提高了韧性、抗冲击性、填料相溶性和热密封性能。
本申请人发现现有技术中至少存在以下技术问题:现有的食品保鲜卡覆膜无法长期在酒精内保存,容易出现模板分离的情况,无法满足人们的使用需求,为此,我们提出一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法,具备长期保存且不会出现模板分离的优点,解决了现有的食品保鲜卡覆膜无法长期在酒精内保存,容易出现模板分离的情况,无法满足人们使用需求的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法,包括以下重量份的原料:EVA 4-7份、聚丙烯3-6份、增粘剂0.8-1.5份、聚乙烯亚胺2-4份、异丙醇6-10份,且加工步骤如下:
A1:取EVA颗粒放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,且粉碎目数为70-100目,再将粉碎后的原料倒入熔融机内,将熔融温度控制在80-150℃,同时对熔融机进行匀速率增压处理,期间不断进行搅拌处理;
A2:1h后调节熔融机内的温度为75-90℃依次投放聚丙烯、增粘剂、聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇,搅拌30min后,调节熔融机内的温度为75-85℃,得半成品物料备用;
A3:将所得到的半成品物料投放到数码印刷机内,由数码印刷机印刷到纸板上,即可得到印刷成膜后的纸板;
A4:在得到成膜纸板后,无尘静置30min,并浸泡在酒精中保存即可。
优选的,增粘剂是由EVA+EAA和聚乙烯亚胺组成,而各个重量配比分别为:EVA 60%和EAA 30%以及聚乙烯亚胺10%,且加工步骤如下:
B1:将EVA和EAA颗粒放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,且粉碎目数为70-100目,再将粉碎后的原料倒入熔融机内,将熔融温度控制在80-150℃,同时对熔融机进行匀速率增压处理,期间不断进行搅拌处理;
B2:1.5h后调节熔融机内的温度为75-100℃,并投入聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌30min后,调节熔融机内的温度为75-85℃,得增粘剂成品物料备用;
B3:混合原料时,取成品增粘剂物料与EVA、聚丙烯、聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇在熔融机混合即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过EVA,聚丙烯,增粘剂,聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇的作用,能够使保鲜膜在酒精中长期保存,且不会出现模板分离的情况,同时,均采用食品级原料,保障了保鲜膜的使用健康,进而满足了人们的使用需求,解决了现有的食品保鲜卡覆膜无法长期在酒精内保存,容易出现模板分离的情况,无法满足人们使用需求的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法,包括以下重量份的原料:EVA 4-7份、聚丙烯3-6份、增粘剂0.8-1.5份、聚乙烯亚胺2-4份、异丙醇6-10份,且加工步骤如下:
A1:取EVA颗粒放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,且粉碎目数为70-100目,再将粉碎后的原料倒入熔融机内,将熔融温度控制在80℃,同时对熔融机进行匀速率增压处理,期间不断进行搅拌处理;
A2:1h后调节熔融机内的温度为75-90℃依次投放聚丙烯、增粘剂、聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇,搅拌30min后,调节熔融机内的温度为75-85℃,得半成品物料备用;
A3:将所得到的半成品物料投放到数码印刷机内,由数码印刷机印刷到纸板上,即可得到印刷成膜后的纸板;
A4:在得到成膜纸板后,无尘静置30min,并浸泡在酒精中保存即可,通过EVA,聚丙烯,增粘剂,聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇的作用,能够使保鲜膜在酒精中长期保存,且不会出现模板分离的情况,同时,均采用食品级原料,保障了保鲜膜的使用健康,进而满足了人们的使用需求。
增粘剂是由EVA+EAA 组成而各个重量配比分别为:EVA 60%和EAA 40%,且加工步骤如下:
B1:将EVA和EAA颗粒放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,且粉碎目数为70-100目,再将粉碎后的原料倒入熔融机内,将熔融温度控制在80-150℃,同时对熔融机进行匀速率增压处理,期间不断进行搅拌处理;
B2:1.5h后调节熔融机内的温度为75-100℃,并投入聚乙烯亚胺,搅拌30min后,调节熔融机内的温度为75-85℃,得增粘剂成品物料备用;
B3:混合原料时,取成品增粘剂物料与EVA、聚丙烯、聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇在熔融机混合即可。

1.一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:EVA 4-7份、聚丙烯3-6份、增粘剂0.8-1.5份、聚乙烯亚胺2-4份、异丙醇6-10份,且加工步骤如下:
A1:取EVA颗粒放入粉碎机内进行粉碎,且粉碎目数为70-100目,再将粉碎后的原料倒入熔融机内,将熔融温度控制在80℃,同时对熔融机进行匀速率增压处理,期间不断进行搅拌处理;
A2:1h后调节熔融机内的温度为75-90℃依次投放聚丙烯、增粘剂、聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇,搅拌30min后,调节熔融机内的温度为75-85℃,得半成品物料备用;
A3:将所得到的半成品物料投放到数码印刷机内,由数码印刷机印刷到纸板上,即可得到印刷成膜后的纸板;
A4:在得到成膜纸板后,无尘静置30min,并浸泡在酒精中保存即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食品保鲜卡覆膜方法,其特征在于:增粘剂是由EVA+EAA和聚乙烯亚胺组成,而各个重量配比分别为:EVA 60%和EAA 30%以及聚乙烯亚胺10%,且加工步骤如下:

B3:混合原料时,取成品增粘剂物料与EVA、聚丙烯、聚乙烯亚胺和异丙醇在熔融机混合即可。
