Abstract
本发明公开了一种智能伸缩型充电桩实现方法、产品,解决现有充电桩不适宜车库、地面要求整洁的地方的安装使用问题,充电桩到电动汽车充电线不能自动有序的收放,充电线暴露在外容易损坏酿成事故的问题,新充电桩由伸缩机构(1)、电源控制箱(2)、通讯模块(3)、人机操作界面HIM(4)、充电线收放机构(5)、充电枪感应器(6)组成,运用无线通讯技术或操作人机操作界面下达指令,控制智能伸缩型充电桩把电源控制箱(2)送达指定位置,控制充电线收放机构(5)放出、收回充电线。

技术领域
本发明关于智能伸缩型充电桩的设计方案、产品,特别是一种智能伸缩型充电桩实现方法、产品。
背景技术
中国汽车流通协会汽车市场研究分会(乘用车市场信息联席会,简称乘联会)发布的最新数据显示,新能源汽车同比2020年超过300%的速度增长,新增新能源汽车占比乘用车市场达10%,随着电动汽车的普及,充电桩也将进入千家万户,现有充电桩显现出如下不足:
1.现有充电桩安装方式是地面安装,对于车库、道路、地面要求整洁的地方不适用地面安装方式。
2.现有充电桩到电动汽车的充电线不能自动有序的收放,充电线暴露在外,充电线容易损坏酿成事故。
综上所述,开发一种适应安装场所,充电桩到电动汽车的充电线能自动收放的智能伸缩型充电桩已经非常必要。
发明内容
本发明目的:提供一种智能伸缩型充电桩的实现方法,解决现有充电桩存在的不足。
本发明实现的方案:一种智能伸缩型充电桩的实现方法和产品,智能伸缩型充电桩由伸缩机构(1)、电源控制箱(2)、通讯模块(3)、人机操作界面HIM(4)、充电线收放机构(5)、充电枪感应器(6)组成,充电桩使用时通讯模块(3)接收到指令后输送给电源控制箱(2),电源控制箱(2)控制伸缩机构(1)把电源控制箱(2)送达指定位置,取下充电枪,充电枪感应器(6)或操作人机操作界面HIM(4)发出指令,电源控制箱(2)控制充电线收放机构(5)放出充电线,充电完毕后从电动汽车拔出充电枪或操作人机操作界面HIM(4),充电线收放机构(5)收回充电线,放回充电枪,伸缩机构(1)把电源控制箱(2)退回原位。
运用无线通讯技术或操作人机操作界面HIM(4) 下达指令,控制智能伸缩型充电桩把电源控制箱(2)送达指定位置。
运用无线通讯技术或操作人机操作界面HIM(4) 下达指令,控制智能伸缩型充电桩收放充电线。
与现有充电桩相比,本发明的优点:
1.充电桩位置能按使用状态改变,安装位置不占用地表空间,地面平整。
2.适用于四周没有位置安装充电桩,地面不能安装充电桩的车库。
3.适用公共区域景观要求高的停车场所。
4.充电线能自动收放存储,避免充电线外露损坏。

以下结合附图对本发明的技术方案做进一步的详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,智能伸缩型充电桩置顶安装或埋地安装,使用充电桩时发出指令,通讯模块(3)接收指令后输送给电源控制箱(2)控制信号,电源控制箱(2)控制伸缩机构(1)把电源控制箱(2)送达指定位置,从充电桩上取下充电枪,充电枪感应器(6)或操作人机操作界面HIM(4)发出指令,电源控制箱(2)控制充电线收放机构(5)放出充电线,充电完毕从电动汽车充电口拔出充电枪或操作人机操作界面HIM(4),充电线收放机构(5)收回充电线,充电枪放回充电桩,伸缩机构(1)将电源控制箱(2)收回原位。

1.一种智能伸缩型充电桩实现方法,智能伸缩型充电桩由伸缩机构(1)、电源控制箱(2)、通讯模块(3)、人机操作界面HIM(4)、充电线收放机构(5)、充电枪感应器(6)组成,充电桩使用时通讯模块(3)接收到指令后输送给电源控制箱(2),电源控制箱(2)控制伸缩机构(1)把电源控制箱(2)送达指定位置,取下充电枪,充电枪感应器(6)或操作人机操作界面HIM(4)发出指令,电源控制箱(2)控制充电线收放机构(5)放出充电线,充电完毕后从电动汽车拔出充电枪或操作人机操作界面HIM(4),充电线收放机构(5)收回充电线,充电枪放回充电桩,伸缩机构(1)把电源控制箱(2)退回原位。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种智能伸缩型充电桩实现方法,智能伸缩型充电桩由伸缩机构(1)、电源控制箱(2)、通讯模块(3)、人机操作界面HIM(4)、充电线收放机构(5)、充电枪感应器(6)组成。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种智能伸缩型充电桩实现方法,其特征在于:运用无线通讯或人机操作界面HIM(4),发出指令,通过伸缩机构(1)实现电源控制箱(2)位置或充电枪位置的改变。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种智能伸缩型充电桩实现方法,其特征在于:运用无线通讯,发出指令或人机操作界面HIM(4),通过充电线收放机构(5)放出、收回充电线。
5.一种智能伸缩型充电桩产品,智能伸缩型充电桩由伸缩机构(1)、电源控制箱(2)、通讯模块(3)、人机操作界面HIM(4)、充电线收放机构(5)、充电枪感应器(6)组成,其功能实现电源控制箱(2)位置的改变及充电线放出、收回。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种智能伸缩型充电桩产品,其特征在于:充电桩具有不限于本产品描述的伸缩机构(1),伸缩机构(1)由无线指令或人机操作界面HIM(4)控制伸缩,改变电源控制箱(2)位置或充电枪位置。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种智能伸缩型充电桩产品,其特征在于:充电桩具有不限于本产品描述的充电线收放线机构(5),充电线收放线机构(5)由无线指令或人机操作界面HIM(4)控制收放充电线。
8.如权利要求5所述的一种智能伸缩型充电桩产品,其特征在于:充电桩具有不限于本产品描述的伸缩机构(1)、充电线收放线机构(5),伸缩机构(1)、充电线收放线机构(5)由无线指令或人机操作界面HIM(4)控制,伸缩机构(1)、充电线收放线机构(5)动作没有先后之分。
