本发明公开了一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,包括支架,所述支架的顶部设置有刀架,所述刀架的中部设置有裁切装置,所述刀架的左右两侧分别设置有进料装置和出料装置,所述裁切装置包括一对切刀辊,所述切刀辊的圆周外壁上设置有轴向设置的切刀,所述进料装置和出料装置包括一组转动连接在刀架底部的输送辊,所述输送辊上绕设有输送带,所述进料装置和出料装置还包括一组转动连接在刀架顶部的转动杆,所述转动杆上固定连接有一组压轮。本发明设计合理,裁切质量高,稳定性高,维护频率低。

技术领域
本发明涉及裁切装置技术领域,具体为一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置。
背景技术
铜箔具有低表面氧气特性,可以附着与各种不同基材,如金属,绝缘材料等,拥有较宽的温度使用范围。主要应用于电磁屏蔽及抗静电,将导电铜箔置于衬底面,结合金属基材,具有优良的导通性,并提供电磁屏蔽的效果。可分为:自粘铜箔、双导铜箔、单导铜箔等。电子级铜箔(纯度99.7%以上,厚度5um-105um)是电子工业的基础材料之一电子信息产业快速发展,电子级铜箔的使用量越来越大,产品广泛应用于工业用计算器、通讯设备、QA设备、锂离铜箔子蓄电池,民用电视机、录像机、CD播放机、复印机、电话、冷暖空调、汽车用电子部件、游戏机等。国内外市场对电子级铜箔,尤其是高性能电子级铜箔的需求日益增加。
铜箔加工完成后肉卷在卷轴上,根据不同的使用场景需要对铜箔进行分切成段,现有的铜箔生产用裁切装置难以克服铜箔粘黏性高的问题,裁切过程中易发生粘黏现象,分切精度低,且需要经常纠正。因此,亟需一种新型的铜箔生产用裁切装置克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,包括支架,所述支架的顶部设置有刀架,所述刀架的中部设置有裁切装置,所述刀架的左右两侧分别设置有进料装置和出料装置,所述裁切装置包括一对切刀辊,所述切刀辊的圆周外壁上设置有轴向设置的切刀,所述进料装置和出料装置包括一组转动连接在刀架底部的输送辊,所述输送辊上绕设有输送带,所述进料装置和出料装置还包括一组转动连接在刀架顶部的转动杆,所述转动杆上固定连接有一组压轮。
优选的,所述支架上固定连接有固定板,中部的固定板上固定连接有裁切电机,所述切刀辊与裁切电机驱动连接。
优选的,所述切刀辊辊轴的前端固定连接有切割齿轮,上下切刀辊辊轴上的切割齿轮啮合安装,下侧切刀辊轮轴上的切割齿轮与裁切电机输出轴上的主动齿轮啮合安装。
优选的,左右两侧的固定板上固定连接有驱动电机,所述输送辊和转动杆与驱动电机驱动连接。
优选的,所述输送辊轮轴的前端和转动杆的前端固定连接有传动齿轮,左右相邻的传动齿轮之间设置有调节齿轮,同一排中相邻的传动齿轮与调节齿轮之间啮合安装,其中一列传动齿轮相互啮合安装,一列传动齿轮中下侧的传动齿轮与驱动电机输出轴上的主动齿轮啮合安装。
优选的,所述压轮圆周外壁上均匀分布有缺口。
优选的,所述缺口的外缘设置有圆弧过渡面。
优选的,所述切刀辊的右侧设置有进料板,切刀辊的左侧设置有出料板,所述进料板的上端面设置有平台,所述出料板的上端面设置有导料弧面。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明切割在进料装置、出料装置中铜箔贴附在输送带的表面,转动杆上的压轮压设在铜箔的上表面,对铜箔起到压紧作用,压轮之间存在较大的间距,铜箔不易粘附到压轮上。缺口进一步防止铜箔粘附到压轮上。圆弧过渡面避免压伤铜箔。进料时输送带将铜箔移送到平台上,而后滑入上下两侧的切刀辊之间,完成裁切后铜箔经过导料弧面引导被移送到输送带上。本发明设计合理,裁切质量高,稳定性高,维护频率低。

一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,包括支架1,所述支架1的顶部设置有刀架2,所述刀架2的中部设置有裁切装置4,所述刀架2的左右两侧分别设置有进料装置3和出料装置23,所述裁切装置4包括一对切刀辊15,所述切刀辊15的圆周外壁上设置有轴向设置的切刀16,所述进料装置3和出料装置23包括一组转动连接在刀架2底部的输送辊5,所述输送辊5上绕设有输送带6,所述进料装置3和出料装置23还包括一组转动连接在刀架2顶部的转动杆7,所述转动杆7上固定连接有一组压轮8。
切割时铜箔由进料装置3送入切刀辊15处进行切割,切割完成后由出料装置23送出,在进料装置3、出料装置23中铜箔贴附在输送带6的表面,转动杆7上的压轮8压设在铜箔的上表面,对铜箔起到压紧作用,压轮8之间存在较大的间距,铜箔不易粘附到压轮8上。
可优选地,所述支架1上固定连接有固定板9,中部的固定板9上固定连接有裁切电机13,所述切刀辊15与裁切电机13驱动连接。
可优选地,所述切刀辊15辊轴的前端固定连接有切割齿轮14,上下切刀辊15辊轴上的切割齿轮14啮合安装,下侧切刀辊15轮轴上的切割齿轮14与裁切电机13输出轴上的主动齿轮啮合安装。
裁切电机13通过齿轮传动驱动上下两侧的切刀辊15逆向转动,当两侧切刀辊15上切刀16转动到同一位置时将铜箔切断。
可优选地,左右两侧的固定板9上固定连接有驱动电机10,所述输送辊5和转动杆7与驱动电机10驱动连接。
可优选地,所述输送辊5轮轴的前端和转动杆7的前端固定连接有传动齿轮12,左右相邻的传动齿轮12之间设置有调节齿轮11,同一排中相邻的传动齿轮12与调节齿轮11之间啮合安装,其中一列传动齿轮12相互啮合安装,一列传动齿轮12中下侧的传动齿轮12与驱动电机10输出轴上的主动齿轮啮合安装。
驱动电机10通过齿轮传动驱动输送辊5和转动杆7转动,调节齿轮11用于保证同一排的输送辊5和转动杆7转向一致。
可优选地,所述压轮8圆周外壁上均匀分布有缺口21。
缺口21进一步防止铜箔粘附到压轮8上。
可优选地,所述缺口21的外缘设置有圆弧过渡面22。
圆弧过渡面22避免压伤铜箔。
可优选地,所述切刀辊15的右侧设置有进料板17,切刀辊15的左侧设置有出料板19,所述进料板17的上端面设置有平台18,所述出料板19的上端面设置有导料弧面20。
进料时输送带将铜箔移送到平台18上,而后滑入上下两侧的切刀辊15之间,完成裁切后铜箔经过导料弧面20引导被移送到输送带上。
本发明的工作原理是:切割时铜箔由进料装置3送入切刀辊15处进行切割,切割完成后由出料装置23送出,在进料装置3、出料装置23中铜箔贴附在输送带6的表面,转动杆7上的压轮8压设在铜箔的上表面,对铜箔起到压紧作用,压轮8之间存在较大的间距,铜箔不易粘附到压轮8上。裁切电机13通过齿轮传动驱动上下两侧的切刀辊15逆向转动,当两侧切刀辊15上切刀16转动到同一位置时将铜箔切断。驱动电机10通过齿轮传动驱动输送辊5和转动杆7转动,调节齿轮11用于保证同一排的输送辊5和转动杆7转向一致。缺口21进一步防止铜箔粘附到压轮8上。圆弧过渡面22避免压伤铜箔。进料时输送带将铜箔移送到平台18上,而后滑入上下两侧的切刀辊15之间,完成裁切后铜箔经过导料弧面20引导被移送到输送带上。

1.一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,包括支架(1),其特征在于:所述支架(1)的顶部设置有刀架(2),所述刀架(2)的中部设置有裁切装置(4),所述刀架(2)的左右两侧分别设置有进料装置(3)和出料装置(23),所述裁切装置(4)包括一对切刀辊(15),所述切刀辊(15)的圆周外壁上设置有轴向设置的切刀(16),所述进料装置(3)和出料装置(23)包括一组转动连接在刀架(2)底部的输送辊(5),所述输送辊(5)上绕设有输送带(6),所述进料装置(3)和出料装置(23)还包括一组转动连接在刀架(2)顶部的转动杆(7),所述转动杆(7)上固定连接有一组压轮(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,其特征在于:所述支架(1)上固定连接有固定板(9),中部的固定板(9)上固定连接有裁切电机(13),所述切刀辊(15)与裁切电机(13)驱动连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,其特征在于:所述切刀辊(15)辊轴的前端固定连接有切割齿轮(14),上下切刀辊(15)辊轴上的切割齿轮(14)啮合安装,下侧切刀辊(15)轮轴上的切割齿轮(14)与裁切电机(13)输出轴上的主动齿轮啮合安装。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,其特征在于:左右两侧的固定板(9)上固定连接有驱动电机(10),所述输送辊(5)和转动杆(7)与驱动电机(10)驱动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,其特征在于:所述输送辊(5)轮轴的前端和转动杆(7)的前端固定连接有传动齿轮(12),左右相邻的传动齿轮(12)之间设置有调节齿轮(11),同一排中相邻的传动齿轮(12)与调节齿轮(11)之间啮合安装,其中一列传动齿轮(12)相互啮合安装,一列传动齿轮(12)中下侧的传动齿轮(12)与驱动电机(10)输出轴上的主动齿轮啮合安装。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种铜箔生产用压紧裁切装置,其特征在于:所述压轮(8)圆周外壁上均匀分布有缺口(21)。
