Abstract

本发明公开了一种横切机构,包括有送料辊,其特征在于所述横切机构还包括有滚切刀组及纸芯堆叠复合部件,所述滚切刀组包括有相互配合的滚切刀一和滚切刀二,所述滚切刀一和滚切刀二均包括有转轴及安装在转轴上的切刀,所述转轴上的切刀设置有至少两把,且所述切刀沿圆周方向均匀安装在转轴上,所述滚切刀一和滚切刀二的切刀数量相同且一一对应设置。本发明采用滚切刀组进行裁切,在裁切时不仅不会影响纸芯板的输送,使纸芯板保持高速输送状态,而且滚刀裁切震动小、稳定性高,裁切质量佳。

一种横切机构
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种横切机构的改进发明,特别涉及的是一种蜂窝纸板机的蜂窝纸芯的横切机构。
背景技术
多层芯纸复合成纸芯板后,经横切机构裁切成纸芯条,纸芯条复合成连续的蜂窝纸芯。传统横切机构采用横向输送,纵向裁切,参见中国专利,专利号为201320826424.4、发明名称为《一种蜂窝纸芯的横切装置》的发明专利,上述专利中的纸芯板是水平输送,由上刀和下刀配合实现裁切。现有的横切装置存在两个问题,1、上刀采用曲柄连杆机构作反复裁切动作,高速裁切会造成刀架震动,影响设备稳定性,同时也会影响裁切质量;2、上刀上下运动一次实现裁切一次,裁切的时候送料停止,裁切完成后再进行送料,为间歇式送料,送料、裁切效率低。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种实现高速裁切,且裁切时更加稳定、效率更高的横切机构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种横切机构,包括有送料辊,其特征在于所述横切机构还包括有滚切刀组及纸芯堆叠复合部件,所述滚切刀组包括有相互配合的滚切刀一和滚切刀二,所述滚切刀一和滚切刀二均包括有转轴及安装在转轴上的切刀,所述转轴上的切刀设置有至少两把,且所述切刀沿圆周方向均匀安装在转轴上,所述滚切刀一和滚切刀二的切刀数量相同且一一对应设置。
所述送料辊设置在滚切刀组的上方,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件设置在滚刀切组的下方,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件包括有水平设置的上挡板及输送带,所述输送带设置在上挡板的下方,所述输送带与上挡板形成堆叠通道,且所述堆叠通道的高度与纸芯的厚度相匹配。
所述送料辊与滚切刀组之间设置有竖向设置的纸芯板导流板。
所述滚切刀组与纸芯堆叠复合部件之间设置有竖向设置的纸芯条导流板,所述纸芯条导流板设置在输送带的正上方。
所述纸芯板导流板包括有左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板和右侧板之间具有供纸芯板穿过的通道。
所述输送带的上方设置有防止纸芯条向后倒的挡块。
所述送料辊和纸芯堆叠复合部件分别设置在滚切刀组的两侧,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件包括有竖向设置的堆叠通道。
所述纸芯堆叠复合部件还包括有水平设置的输送带,所述输送带的一端与滚切刀组出料端衔接,所述输送带的另一端与堆叠通道的上端衔接。
所述输送带的上方设置有纸芯条导流板。
所述堆叠通道的上方设置有压块,所述压块与带动其升降的动力源连接。
本发明采用滚切刀组进行裁切,在裁切时不仅不会影响纸芯板的输送,使纸芯板保持高速输送状态,而且滚刀裁切震动小、稳定性高,裁切质量佳,与现有技术相比大大提高了生产效率,实现了高速裁切。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步描述本发明的工作原理及其有关细节。参照附图,该种横切机构,包括有机架、送料辊2、滚切刀组及纸芯堆叠复合部件13,所述滚切刀组包括有相互配合的滚切刀一11和滚切刀二12,所述滚切刀一11和滚切刀二12均包括有切刀4和转轴5,所述转轴5与动力源连接,且所述转轴4与送料辊2同步转动,所述动力源一般采用电机,所述切刀设置有至少两把,且所述切刀4沿圆周方向均匀安装在转轴5上,本实施例中所述切刀设置有四把,所述滚切刀一11和滚切刀二12的切刀数量相同且滚切刀一11和滚切刀二12对应设置。
所述送料辊2、滚切刀组及纸芯堆叠复合部件13可以采用横向排列,也可以采用纵向排列;实施例一,采用纵向排列,参见图1,所述送料辊2设置在滚切刀组的上方,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件13设置在滚刀切组的下方,所述送料辊2与滚切刀组之间以及滚切刀组与纸芯堆叠复合部件13之间分别设置有竖向设置的纸芯板导流板3和纸芯条导流板7,所述纸芯条导流板7设置在输送带8的正上方,所述纸芯板导流板7包括有左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板和右侧板之间具有供纸芯板穿过的通道,所述纸芯板由左侧板和右侧板之间穿过,所述纸芯条导流板7与纸芯板导流板3结构相同,也包括有左侧板和右侧板,纸芯板导流板和纸芯条导流板均起到导向作用,使纸芯板顺利进入滚刀切组进行裁切,使纸芯条准确落至输送带8上;所述送料辊2包括有主动辊和被动辊,所述主动辊和被动辊左右设置;所述纸芯堆叠复合部件13包括有水平设置的上挡板9、输送带8及防止纸芯条向后倒的挡块6,所述输送带8设置在上挡板9的下方,所述输送带8与上挡板9形成堆叠通道10,且所述堆叠通道10的高度与纸芯的厚度相匹配,所述挡块6设置在输送带8的上方及上挡板9的后方,即纸芯条经过纸芯条导流板7落至输送带8时,输送带8将纸芯条往前输送,而挡块6则防止落至输送带8上的纸芯条向后翻倒,所述纸芯条与输送带8上的前一纸芯条粘合形成连续的蜂窝纸芯。
实施例二,采用横向排列,参照图2,所述送料辊2和纸芯堆叠复合部件13分别设置在滚切刀组的两侧,所述送料辊2包括有上下设置的上辊和下辊,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件13包括有竖向设置的堆叠通道10及水平设置的输送带17,所述堆叠通道10则是由左挡板15和右挡板16形成,左挡板和右挡板之间的间距与纸芯条的长度相匹配,所述堆叠通道的上方设置有压块14,所述压块14与带动其升降的动力源连接,动力源可以采用气缸,也可以采用机械式升降,所述输送带17的上方设置有纸芯条导流板18,所述纸芯条导流板18则将裁切后的纸芯条导入至输送带17上,所述输送带17的一端与滚切刀组出料端衔接,所述输送带17的另一端与堆叠通道10的上端衔接,所述送料辊2和滚切刀组之间设置有纸芯板导流板3;多层纸芯复合成纸芯板1后,送料辊2将纸芯板1向滚切刀组输送,纸芯板1经纸芯板导流板3送至裁切工位,电机带动转轴5转动,滚切刀一11和滚切刀二12的切刀4咬合实现裁切,切断后的纸芯条由纸芯条导流板18落至输送带17上,所述输送带17将纸芯条向前输送,纸芯条进入堆叠通道10,所述动力源带动压块14下压,使该纸芯条与前一纸芯条粘合,形成连续的蜂窝纸芯。
本发明实现连续、高速运行,大大提高生产效率,而且在高速运转下,采用转轴带动切刀做裁切作业,相对于偏心动力,裁切时产生的震动更小,稳定性更高,对设备的影响更小,使用寿命更长久。

Claims (10)

1.一种横切机构,包括有送料辊(2),其特征在于所述横切机构还包括有滚切刀组及纸芯堆叠复合部件,所述滚切刀组包括有相互配合的滚切刀一(11)和滚切刀二(12),所述滚切刀一和滚切刀二均包括有转轴(5)及安装在转轴上的切刀(4),所述转轴上的切刀设置有至少两把,且所述切刀沿圆周方向均匀安装在转轴上,所述滚切刀一和滚切刀二的切刀数量相同且一一对应设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述送料辊设置在滚切刀组的上方,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件设置在滚刀切组的下方,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件(13)包括有水平设置的上挡板(9)及输送带(8),所述输送带设置在上挡板的下方,所述输送带与上挡板形成堆叠通道(10),且所述堆叠通道的高度与纸芯的厚度相匹配。
3.根据权利要求2所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述送料辊与滚切刀组之间设置有竖向设置的纸芯板导流板(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述滚切刀组与纸芯堆叠复合部件之间设置有竖向设置的纸芯条导流板(7),所述纸芯条导流板设置在输送带的正上方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述纸芯板导流板包括有左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板和右侧板之间具有供纸芯板穿过的通道。
6.根据权利要求2所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述输送带的上方设置有防止纸芯条向后倒的挡块(6)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述送料辊和纸芯堆叠复合部件分别设置在滚切刀组的两侧,所述纸芯堆叠复合部件(13)包括有竖向设置的堆叠通道。
8.根据权利要求7所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述纸芯堆叠复合部件还包括有水平设置的输送带,所述输送带的一端与滚切刀组出料端衔接,所述输送带的另一端与堆叠通道的上端衔接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述输送带的上方设置有纸芯条导流板。
10.根据权利要求7所述的横切机构,其特征在于所述堆叠通道的上方设置有压块(14),所述压块与带动其升降的动力源连接。
