Abstract
The invention discloses a retinol nanocrystalline wrap, which belongs to the technical field of skin product raw material preparations and comprises the following components in percentage by mass, wherein retinol 1-25%, cosolvent 1-5%, stabilizer 1-20% and the balance of water, the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%, and the cosolvent is any one of ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide or a mixture of ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide.

Wherein the cosolvent is any one or a mixture of ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide, and when the cosolvent is the mixture of ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide, the mass percent of ethanol to dimethyl sulfoxide is 2: the effect is better at 3 days.
Wherein the stabilizer is any one of poloxamer with the molecular weight of 13000 and the polyoxyethylene content of 81 percent and poloxamer with the molecular weight of 6200 and the polyoxyethylene content of 78 percent or a mixture of the two, and when the stabilizer is the mixture of the two, the mass percent of the two is 1: the effect is better at 1.
The preparation method of the retinol nanocrystal wrap comprises the following steps:
(1) adding retinol with the formula amount into a cosolvent to be dissolved, so as to obtain a retinol cosolvent solution;
(2) uniformly dispersing the stabilizer with the formula amount in water;
(3) adding the solution obtained in the step (1) into the solution obtained in the step (2), performing ultrasonic treatment for 2-10min, standing for 60-90 min to obtain a retinol nanocrystalline wrapping solution, and further performing freeze drying to obtain water-soluble retinol nanocrystalline wrapping powder.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: compared with the traditional retinol preparation, the retinol nanocrystal wrap has better water dispersibility, so that the retinol nanocrystal wrap has wider application range and better heat preservation effect, and is suitable for comprehensive popularization and application.

Detailed Description
Example 1
Adding 1% of retinol into ethanol with twice equivalent to dissolve to obtain an ethanol solution of retinol; uniformly dispersing 1% of poloxamer in water; then, adding an ethanol solution of retinol into 1% poloxamer in water, wherein the poloxamer has the molecular weight of 13000 and the content of polyoxyethylene of 81%, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2min, standing for 30min to obtain a retinol nanocrystal wrap solution, and further performing freeze drying to obtain water-soluble retinol nanocrystal wrap powder.
Example 2
Adding 5% retinol into the mixed solution of ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide with equivalent weight for dissolving to obtain retinol solution; uniformly dispersing 5% of poloxamer in water, wherein the poloxamer has a molecular weight of 13000 and a polyoxyethylene content of 81%; and then adding the retinol solution into 20% poloxamer in water, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10min, and standing for 90min to obtain the retinol nanocrystal wrap solution.
Example 3
Adding 10% of retinol into ethanol with twice equivalent to dissolve to obtain an ethanol solution of retinol; uniformly dispersing 1% of poloxamer in water, wherein the poloxamer is a mixture of poloxamer with the molecular weight of 13000 and the content of polyoxyethylene of 81% and poloxamer with the molecular weight of 13000 and the content of polyoxyethylene of 81%, and the mass percentages of the poloxamer and the poloxamer are 1: 1; then, adding the ethanol solution of retinol into 10% poloxamer in water, performing ultrasonic treatment for 5min, standing for 60min to obtain a retinol nanocrystal wrap solution, and further performing freeze drying to obtain water-soluble retinol nanocrystal wrap powder.

Claims (7)
1. A retinol nanocrystal wrap, characterized in that: the composite material comprises, by mass, 1-25% of retinol, 1-5% of cosolvent, 1-20% of stabilizer and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of the raw materials is 100%.

5. The retinol nanocrystalline wrap according to claim 1, wherein: the stabilizer is a mixture of poloxamer with the molecular weight of 13000 and the content of polyoxyethylene of 81 percent and poloxamer with the molecular weight of 6200 and the content of polyoxyethylene of 78 percent.
6. A preparation method of a retinol nanocrystal wrap comprises the following steps:
(1) adding retinol with the formula amount into a cosolvent to be dissolved, so as to obtain a retinol cosolvent solution;
(2) uniformly dispersing the stabilizer with the formula amount in water;
(3) adding the solution obtained in the step (1) into the solution obtained in the step (2), performing ultrasonic treatment for 2-10min, standing for 30-90 min to obtain a retinol nanocrystalline wrapping solution, and further performing freeze drying to obtain water-soluble retinol nanocrystalline wrapping powder.
