Description

Compound peptide emulsion with effects of resisting oxidation, maintaining beauty and keeping young
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a compound peptide emulsion with antioxidant, beauty maintaining and young keeping effects.
Background
"peptides can make people young and healthy, and peptides make cosmetics world change greatly", peptides are basic materials constituting all cells of human body, and peptides are the existing forms of life.
Peptides are constituent fragments in the structure of proteins, which are linked by amino acids with a certain sequence through amide bonds; a peptide consisting of two amino acids is called a dipeptide, a peptide consisting of 3 amino acids is called a tripeptide, and so on; the peptides that can be used in cosmetics are mostly small molecule peptides ranging from dipeptides to decapeptides; compared with other substances in organisms, the peptide has the greatest characteristics of extremely strong activity and diversity; the peptide plays an important role in the growth, development and metabolism of organisms and also plays a key regulation and control role in the natural aging and nursing processes of skin; the aging, wrinkles and dullness of human skin are caused by various factors inside and outside, excessive ultraviolet irradiation is only one of important external factors, and the aging of the skin can be caused by the reduction of functions of epidermis renewal, dermis in various aspects such as the removal of foreign chemicals, dermis thickness, immune response temperature regulation and the like, but the most important reason of the skin aging is that in vivo free radicals destroy normal cell behaviors and accelerate cell aging.
The small molecular peptide is non-toxic, high in activity, easy to absorb and has a special physiological activity effect, a series of problems of the skin can be essentially improved, and the application effect in the aspect of cosmetics is remarkable.

The fish skin collagen polypeptide has proteins required by the skin, can improve the activity of skin superoxide dismutase (SOD), eliminate oxygen free radicals, reduce the content of Malondialdehyde (MDA), and improve the activity of Glutathione (GSH), wherein the MDA is a final product which is usually subjected to membrane lipid peroxidation during aging;
GSH has cell membrane protecting effect, polyunsaturated fatty acid in cell membrane is protected by GSH-Px to prevent lipid peroxidation, GSH has direct scavenging effect on free radicals, and H is removed under GSH-Px action2O2The GSH can also directly reduce some lipid free radicals and lipid peroxy free radicals to block the chain reaction of lipid peroxidation;
carnosine is a natural dipeptide, exists in tissues such as skeletal muscle, brain and the like of vertebrates, has strong oxidation resistance, can inhibit the pro-oxidation effect of metal ions and free radicals, and can reduce the concentration of lipid oxidation products; carnosine and GSH can regulate the growth of human fibroblast and repair aged human cells, and are natural anti-aging and anti-oxidation active peptides.
The peony peptide is small peptide obtained by hydrolyzing peony seed protein, has obvious antioxidation, can reduce the degree of oxidation and hemolysis of red blood cells of a human body and inhibit the damage of a liposome membrane caused by lipid oxidation, and also has the capability of removing hydroxyl free radicals; the saponin and unsaturated fatty acid in the peony peptide can improve the antioxidant capacity and the anti-wrinkle capacity of the skin by cooperating with carnosine and GSH.
Allantoin is a humectant, and can stimulate the growth of healthy skin tissue and promote the exfoliation of dark skin layers; the licorice contains glycyrrhiza polysaccharide, licoflavone and glycyrrhetinic acid, has the function of a humectant, and also has the functions of resisting inflammation, eliminating free radicals, resisting allergy and the like; hyaluronic Acid (HA), also known as hyaluronic acid, HAs the main effects of moisturizing, is also an efficient free radical scavenger in cosmetics, can remove active oxygen free radicals generated by ultraviolet irradiation in epidermal cells, and prevents skin from being damaged; HA is used in the present invention primarily as a humectant, along with allantoin and licorice.
