技术领域
本发明涉及软磁铁氧体磁性材料领域,尤其涉及一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料及制备方法。
背景技术
锰锌铁氧体(MnZn铁氧体)是一种软磁铁氧体材料,其被广泛用于电子、通讯领域等作为能量储存和转换用的材料。而随着科技发展,电子器件逐渐小型化、高效化、高输出功率化,使得传统的锰锌铁氧体逐渐无法满足性能需求,传统的锰锌铁氧体在高工作频率下损耗急剧上升,因此,研发并设计一种能够在高工作频率下仍能保持较低损耗的锰锌铁氧体材料是目前锰锌铁氧体材料研发的一大热点,并且其具有十分重要的意义。
锰锌铁氧体元件的高频损耗主要有磁损耗和介电损耗,为了降低锰锌铁氧体的高频损耗,研究人员进行了大量的研究工作,包括主配方设计、添加剂加入和工艺优化等。
如中国专利局于2017年3月29日公开的一种高频低损耗锰锌铁氧体材料及其制备工艺的发明专利申请,申请公开号为CN106542818A,其主要通过工艺调控和降低ZnO含量、提高MnO含量来改进现有的高频锰锌铁氧体制备工艺,相较于常规14.0~28.0mol%的氧化锌用量,其通过降低氧化锌含量并改进工艺的方式来实现降低高工作频率下锰锌铁氧体的损耗。但是,其实施例中所记载的测试条件为f(1MHz)、B(30mT),在该测试中频率属于高频,但在实际使用过程中B通常会在100mT左右,其并未提供实际工作时所产生的损耗性能数据,但经试验,其在f(500kHz)、B(100mT)和T(100℃)条件下进行损耗测试时,功率损耗仍达到880kW/m3以上,实际使用效果有限。
又如中国专利局于2015年1月7日公开的一种高频低功率锰锌铁氧体材料及其制备方法的发明专利申请,申请公开号为CN104261813A,其引入氧化钙、氧化硅和氧化钛等常见高频软磁铁氧体制备过程中所采用的添加物,但通过提高氧化铁含量、降低氧化锌含量对主配方进行了设计。根据其实施例记载,同样在f(500kHz)、B(100mT)和T(100℃)条件下进行损耗测试,实际功率损耗达930kW/m3以上,实际使用效果有限。
因此,需求一种高饱和磁通密度和高频低功率损耗的锰锌铁氧体材料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了提供一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料及制备方法,以满足电子、通讯领域用能量储存和转换的材料的需求,解决了现有的铁氧体材料在高频高磁通环境下,功率损耗大,使用效果不理想的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁50-60mol%,氧化锌1-8mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括100-1000ppm氧化钙,400-1200ppm氧化钒,100-600ppm氧化铌,0-300ppm氧化硅,200-1500ppm氧化锡,100-5000ppm氧化钴,0-2000ppm氧化铟,0-500ppm纳米氧化镍。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁53-55mol%,氧化锌1-5mol%,剩余为氧化锰。
上述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按化学计量计算称取主成分材料;
步骤2,将步骤1计算称取的主成分材料加入球磨罐中进行一次球磨;按料:球:水质量比为1:(3-5):1.2比例,加入主成分材料、6.35mm钢球、去离子水进行4-8小时球磨混合;
步骤3,预烧;按步骤2混合好的料浆放入150℃烘箱中,水分烘干后捣碎装入耐火钵内进行预烧结,烧结温度为800℃-1100℃,高温保温1-5小时;
步骤4,向步骤3的预烧料中投入按计算称取辅助成分材料;
步骤5,二次球磨;将步骤3的预烧料和步骤4的辅助成分材料加入球磨罐中进行二次球磨,按料:球:水质量比为1:5-8:0.8比例,分别加入预烧料和辅助成分材料、6.35mm钢球、去离子水进行6-10小时二次球磨;
步骤6,造粒;将步骤5制得料浆放入150℃烘箱中,水分烘干后倒入研钵内,加入浓度为10%的PVA溶液,比例为干粉的10%;在研钵内研压、混合后,过筛得均匀颗粒料;
步骤7,成型;将步骤6所得颗粒料加入模具型腔内压制成产品坯件,压力为2-5MPa,坯件密度≥2.95g/cm3
步骤8,将步骤7制得坯件装入管式炉内,进行氮气保护烧结;烧结温度为1000℃-1400℃,保温时间为1-6小时。
作为上述制备方法的优选方案,步骤5中球磨粒径D50=1.1-1.4um。
作为上述制备方法的优选方案,步骤6中颗粒料通过40目筛子进行过滤。
作为上述制备方法的优选方案,步骤8中,烧结温度为1120℃-1250℃,保温时间为2-5小时;升温过程采取致密化还原气氛,降温过程采取平衡气氛,烧结后晶粒尺寸在3-8um范围内。
作为上述制备方法的优选方案,步骤3中,烧结温度为900℃-1000℃,高温保温2-4小时。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单合理,良品率高,制备的铁氧体材料在高饱和磁通密度和高频的应用环境下,具有良好的低功率损耗性能,实际使用效果好。经测验,该材料在f=50Hz H=1194A/m 25℃条件下,Bs:550mT,在100℃,Bs:460mT;该材料在500KHz 100mT 100℃测试条件下,体积功耗在450mw/cm3以内;该材料在1MHz 50mT 100℃测试条件下,体积功耗在70mw/cm3以内;该材料在2MHz 50mT100℃测试条件下,体积功耗在300mw/cm3以内;该材料在3MHz30mT 100℃测试条件下,体积功耗在300mw/cm3以内。

实施例1
一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁50mol%,氧化锌1mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括100ppm氧化钙,400ppm氧化钒,100ppm氧化铌,200ppm氧化锡,100ppm氧化钴。
实施例2
一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁60mol%,氧化锌8mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括1000ppm氧化钙,1200ppm氧化钒,600ppm氧化铌,300ppm氧化硅,1500ppm氧化锡,5000ppm氧化钴,2000ppm氧化铟,500ppm纳米氧化镍。
实施例3
一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁53mol%,氧化锌1mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括100ppm氧化钙,400ppm氧化钒,100ppm氧化铌,200ppm氧化锡,100ppm氧化钴。
实施例4
一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁55mol%,氧化锌5mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括1000ppm氧化钙,1200ppm氧化钒,600ppm氧化铌,300ppm氧化硅,1500ppm氧化锡,5000ppm氧化钴,2000ppm氧化铟,500ppm纳米氧化镍。
实施例5
一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁54mol%,氧化锌3mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括550ppm氧化钙,800ppm氧化钒,350ppm氧化铌,150ppm氧化硅,850ppm氧化锡,2550ppm氧化钴,1000ppm氧化铟,250ppm纳米氧化镍。
实施例6
一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁54mol%,氧化锌3mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括600ppm氧化钙,650ppm氧化钒,250ppm氧化铌,160ppm氧化硅,800ppm氧化锡,2000ppm氧化钴,1200ppm氧化铟,240ppm纳米氧化镍。
上述实施例的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,通过以下制备方法进行制备,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按化学计量计算称取主成分材料;
步骤2,将步骤1计算称取的主成分材料加入球磨罐中进行一次球磨;按料:球:水质量比为1:(3-5):1.2比例,加入主成分材料、6.35mm钢球、去离子水进行4-8小时球磨混合;
步骤3,预烧;按步骤2混合好的料浆放入150℃烘箱中,水分烘干后捣碎装入耐火钵内进行预烧结,烧结温度为800℃-1100℃,高温保温1-5小时;优选的,烧结温度为900℃-1000℃,高温保温2-4小时。
步骤4,向步骤3的预烧料中投入按计算称取辅助成分材料;
步骤5,二次球磨;将步骤3的预烧料和步骤4的辅助成分材料加入球磨罐中进行二次球磨,按料:球:水质量比为1:5-8:0.8比例,分别加入预烧料和辅助成分材料、6.35mm钢球、去离子水进行6-10小时二次球磨,球磨粒径D50=1.1-1.4um;
步骤6,造粒;将步骤5制得料浆放入150℃烘箱中,水分烘干后倒入研钵内,加入浓度为10%的PVA溶液,比例为干粉的10%;在研钵内研压、混合后,过筛得均匀颗粒料,具体的,颗粒料通过40目筛子进行过滤;
步骤7,成型;将步骤6所得颗粒料加入模具型腔内压制成产品坯件,压力为2-5MPa,坯件密度≥2.95g/cm3
步骤8,将步骤7制得坯件装入管式炉内,进行氮气保护烧结;烧结温度为1000℃-1400℃,保温时间为1-6小时。烧结温度为1120℃-1250℃,保温时间为2-5小时;升温过程采取致密化还原气氛,降温过程采取平衡气氛,烧结后晶粒尺寸在3-8um范围内。
对实施例1-6生产的铁氧体材料进行取料测试,总的样品数量不低于100个,测得本发明的性能如下表:

Claims (7)

1.一种高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,主相为尖晶石结构,包括主成分和辅助成分,其特征在于,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁50-60mol%,氧化锌1-8mol%,剩余为氧化锰;按所述主成分总量计算,所述辅助成分包括100-1000ppm氧化钙,400-1200ppm氧化钒,100-600ppm氧化铌,0-300ppm氧化硅,200-1500ppm氧化锡,100-5000ppm氧化钴,0-2000ppm氧化铟,0-500ppm纳米氧化镍。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料,其特征在于,所述主成分包括三氧化二铁53-55mol%,氧化锌1-5mol%,剩余为氧化锰。
3.一种权利要求1或权利要求2所述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,按化学计量计算称取主成分材料;
步骤2,将步骤1计算称取的主成分材料加入球磨罐中进行一次球磨;按料:球:水质量比为1:(3-5):1.2比例,加入主成分材料、6.35mm钢球、去离子水进行4-8小时球磨混合;
步骤3,预烧;按步骤2混合好的料浆放入150℃烘箱中,水分烘干后捣碎装入耐火钵内进行预烧结,烧结温度为800℃-1100℃,高温保温1-5小时;
步骤4,向步骤3的预烧料中投入按计算称取辅助成分材料;
步骤5,二次球磨;将步骤3的预烧料和步骤4的辅助成分材料加入球磨罐中进行二次球磨,按料:球:水质量比为1:5-8:0.8比例,分别加入预烧料和辅助成分材料、6.35mm钢球、去离子水进行6-10小时二次球磨;
步骤6,造粒;将步骤5制得料浆放入150℃烘箱中,水分烘干后倒入研钵内,加入浓度为10%的PVA溶液,比例为干粉的10%;在研钵内研压、混合后,过筛得均匀颗粒料;
步骤7,成型;将步骤6所得颗粒料加入模具型腔内压制成产品坯件,压力为2-5MPa,坯件密度≥2.95g/cm3
步骤8,将步骤7制得坯件装入管式炉内,进行氮气保护烧结;烧结温度为1000℃-1400℃,保温时间为1-6小时。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤5中球磨粒径D50=1.1-1.4um。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤6中颗粒料通过40目筛子进行过滤。
6.根据权利要求3所述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤8中,烧结温度为1120℃-1250℃,保温时间为2-5小时;升温过程采取致密化还原气氛,降温过程采取平衡气氛,烧结后晶粒尺寸在3-8um范围内。
7.根据权利要求3所述的高频应用锰锌低功率损耗铁氧体材料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中,烧结温度为900℃-1000℃,高温保温2-4小时。
