参加体育运动可以锻炼身体,缓解压力,让人保持良性的、平和的心态,成为越来越多人的生活方式。剧烈运动时,身体会散发出大量的热气和汗液,除了对参与者本身体能的要求外,还需要对穿着的服装面料有一定要求。现有的运动面料无法及时排出运动过程中产生的汗液和热量,产生闷热感;而且面料容易贴在皮肤上产生黏腻感,大大降低了服装的穿着舒适性。另外,运动结束后面料贴在皮肤上还会产生湿冷感,容易引起感冒。因此开发出吸湿透气的运动面料,具有广阔的市场前景和实用价值。

进一步的改进是:所述纬线由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和弹性纤维按重量比1-3:1.2-1.6:0.1-0.3混纺而成。
进一步的改进是:所述抗菌除臭层所用混纺纱中甲壳素纤维的含量为40-70%,棉纤维的含量为30-60%。

进一步的改进是:所述后整理的具体步骤为:在室温下浸渍抗菌整理液两浸两轧,带液率为70-85%,取出后在72-82℃预烘2-4min,最后在125-145℃温度下烘3-6min。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本申请基布层由经线和纬线相互交织形成,经线由竹纤维和超细聚酯纤维混纺而成,纬线由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和弹性纤维混纺而成。粘胶纤维具有吸湿性、透气性良好,柔软,不易起静电等优良特性,加上中空粘胶纤维的中空腔结构,可以快速将湿气和汗液排出,提高织物的吸湿、导湿性。竹纤维有多孔、多缝隙和中空结构,使其可以在瞬间吸收并蒸发水分,表现出良好的吸湿放湿润性、透气性。超细聚酯纤维相比于常规的聚酯纤维,具有尺度更小、数量更多的毛细孔洞,毛细芯吸能力强,可以吸收和储存更多的水分,表现出优异的吸湿性。本申请充分结合利用不同纤维的优点,交织而成的织物具有柔软舒适、抗皱性、吸湿性和透气性好的优点。竹纤维还具有天然抗菌、除臭和较强耐磨性等特性,赋予基布层抗菌除臭等功能。基布层浸入处理液中进行后整理,所述处理液的配方为:丝素蛋白20-30g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠6-12g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐18-36g/L、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8-15g/L、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100-200g/L,处理液中的各原料组分相互协同作用,能显著提高基布层各方面的性能。其中,丝素蛋白含有大量活性基团,在琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠的渗透作用下,与基布层各纤维中的各种活性基团相结合,使处理液附着在基布层纤维的表面,提高基布层的柔软度、抗皱性、吸湿透气性;3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐可以与纤维上的羟基发生反应,在不同分子链之间形成交联的网络结构,使链上分子之间保持在相对的位置上,改善基布层的抗皱性。
甲壳素纤维具有广谱抗菌性、除臭、抗静电、无刺激等特性,与棉纤维混纺后编织成的织物手感柔软、抗菌除臭、防静电、透气。进一步,将织物浸渍于抗菌整理液进行后整理,所述抗菌整理液包括以下含量的原料:抗菌肽20-40g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐12-25g/L、柔软剂4-8g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠2-4g/L。其中抗菌肽具有广谱抗菌活性,对细菌、真菌有很强的杀伤作用,3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐在琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠的渗透作用下与纤维上的羟基迅速发生反应,使抗菌肽牢固附着在纤维表面,提高抗菌除臭层的抗菌效果。
本申请的耐磨层对原料组分的选择及配比进行优化,以改性聚氨酯乳液和超高分子量聚乙烯为基体,再添加无机耐磨填料,最终的耐磨层耐磨性强、附着力好。纳米蒙脱石是层状铝(镁)硅酸盐粘土矿物,具有特殊的一维层状纳米结构,使其与有机聚合物有很强的亲和力,添加到原料中可以大幅度提高耐磨层的强度、耐磨性。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式,借此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题,并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
若未特别指明,实施例中所采用的技术手段为本领域技术人员所熟知的常规手段,所采用的试剂和产品也均为可商业获得的。所用试剂的来源、商品名以及有必要列出其组成成分者,均在首次出现时标明。
实施例一
一种透气性的运动面料,由下到上依次包括基布层、抗菌除臭层和耐磨层。
所述基布层是经线和纬线一上一下相互交织形成织物,再浸入处理液中进行后整理制得,所述经线是由竹纤维和超细聚酯纤维按重量比1:1混纺而成的纱线,所述纬线是由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和聚氨酯纤维按重量比1:1.2:0.1混纺而成的纱线,所述基布层的经线密度为85根/cm,纬线密度为72根/cm。
本申请经纬线交织而成的织物浸渍处理液中两浸两轧,带液率为70%,取出后在65-85℃预烘2-4min,最后在120-150℃温度下烘3-6min。本实施例中带液率为70%,取出后在热定型机中65℃条件下预烘4min,120℃下烘6min。所述处理液的配方为:丝素蛋白20g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠6g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐18g/L、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8g/L、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100g/L。
所述抗菌除臭层由经纱和纬纱一上一下交织而成,再浸渍于抗菌整理液进行后整理制得,所述经纱和纬纱均为甲壳素纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,混纺纱中甲壳素纤维的含量为40%,棉纤维的含量为60%,所述后整理的具体步骤为:在室温下浸渍抗菌整理液两浸两轧,带液率为70%,取出后在72℃预烘4min,最后在125℃温度下烘6min。所述抗菌整理液包括以下含量的原料:抗菌肽20g/L(苏州美亿辰生物科技有限公司生产)、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐12g/L、有机硅柔软剂4g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠2g/L。
所述耐磨层是以下重量份的原料混合均匀后涂覆在抗菌除臭层表面形成的:有机硅改性聚氨酯32份、固化剂8份、超高分子量聚乙烯5份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5501份、氢氧化铝20份、纳米蒙脱土9份、抗紫外线剂0.8份、乙二醇单乙醚12份、分散剂2份、流平剂2份。所述耐磨层的厚度为80μm。
所述有机硅改性聚氨酯是先将聚醚二元醇/异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应生成聚氨酯预聚体,再与氨基改性聚二甲基硅氧烷反应、乳化后生成有机硅改性聚氨酯乳液。
对本实施例所得透气性运动面料进行抗菌性、耐磨性、透湿量和透气率方面的测试。抗菌性测试依据GB/T20944.3-2008标准,测试结果为:对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为97.5%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为98.1%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为98.6%。耐磨性的测试方法为:将面料裁剪成直径为100cm的圆形,使用圆盘织物平磨实验仪进行摩擦实验,重锤质量为500g,测量摩擦500转后的重量损失率,测试结果为0.45%。透气率测试依据GB/T5453-1997标准,测试结果:透气率为135mm/s。透湿量测试依据GB/T12704.1-2009标准,测试结果:透湿量为10285g/(m2·d)。
实施例二
一种透气性的运动面料,由下到上依次包括基布层、抗菌除臭层和耐磨层。
所述基布层是经线和纬线一上一下相互交织形成织物,再浸入处理液中进行后整理制得,所述经线是由竹纤维和超细聚酯纤维按重量比2:1混纺而成的纱线,所述纬线是由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和聚醚酯弹性纤维按重量比2:1.4:0.2混纺而成的纱线,所述基布层的经线密度为90根/cm,纬线密度为77根/cm。
本实施例经纬线交织而成的织物浸渍处理液中两浸两轧,带液率为80%,取出后在75℃预烘3min,最后在140℃温度下烘4min。所述处理液的配方为:丝素蛋白25g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠9g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐27g/L、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12g/L、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺150g/L。
所述抗菌除臭层由经纱和纬纱一上一下交织而成,再浸渍于抗菌整理液进行后整理制得,所述经纱和纬纱均为甲壳素纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,混纺纱中甲壳素纤维的含量为50%,棉纤维的含量为50%,所述后整理的具体步骤为:在室温下浸渍抗菌整理液两浸两轧,带液率为80%,取出后在75℃预烘3min,最后在135℃温度下烘5min。所述抗菌整理液包括以下含量的原料:抗菌肽30g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐18g/L、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵6g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠3g/L。
所述耐磨层是以下重量份的原料混合均匀后涂覆在抗菌除臭层表面形成的:有机硅改性聚氨酯40份、固化剂12份、超高分子量聚乙烯8份、硅烷偶联剂2份、氢氧化铝30份、纳米蒙脱土13份、抗紫外线剂1.5份、甲苯16份、分散剂2份、增韧剂4份。所述耐磨层的厚度为150μm。
对本实施例所得透气性运动面料进行抗菌性、耐磨性、透湿量和透气率方面的测试。抗菌性测试结果为:对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.1%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为99.2%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为99.5%。耐磨性的测试结果为0.36%。透气率的测试结果为148mm/s。透湿量测试结果为11380g/(m2·d)。
实施例三
一种透气性的运动面料,由下到上依次包括基布层、抗菌除臭层和耐磨层。
所述基布层是经线和纬线一上一下相互交织形成织物,再浸入处理液中进行后整理制得,所述经线是由竹纤维和超细聚酯纤维按重量比3:1混纺而成的纱线,所述纬线是由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和聚氨酯纤维按重量比3:1.6:0.3混纺而成的纱线,所述基布层的经线密度为95根/cm,纬线密度为82根/cm。
本实施例经纬线交织而成的织物浸渍处理液中两浸两轧,带液率为90%,取出后在85℃预烘2min,最后在150℃温度下烘3min。所述处理液的配方为:丝素蛋白30g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠12g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐36g/L、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮15g/L、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺200g/L。
所述抗菌除臭层由经纱和纬纱一上一下交织而成,再浸渍于抗菌整理液进行后整理制得,所述经纱和纬纱均为甲壳素纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱,混纺纱中甲壳素纤维的含量为70%,棉纤维的含量为30%,所述后整理的具体步骤为:在室温下浸渍抗菌整理液两浸两轧,带液率为85%,取出后在82℃预烘2min,最后在145℃温度下烘3min。所述抗菌整理液包括以下含量的原料:抗菌肽40g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐25g/L、咪唑啉季铵盐8g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠4g/L。
所述耐磨层是以下重量份的原料混合均匀后涂覆在抗菌除臭层表面形成的:有机硅改性聚氨酯50份、固化剂15份、超高分子量聚乙烯10份、硅烷偶联剂3份、氢氧化铝40份、纳米蒙脱土18份、抗紫外线剂2份、异丙醇20份、分散剂3份、流平剂2份、增韧剂3份。所述耐磨层的厚度为80-200μm。
对本实施例所得透气性运动面料进行抗菌性、耐磨性、透湿量和透气率方面的测试。抗菌性测试结果为:对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为99.9%,对白色念珠菌的抑菌率为99.9%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为99.9%。耐磨性的测试结果为0.32%。透气率的测试结果为155mm/s。透湿量的测试结果为12115g/(m2·d)。
所述基布层既可以为经纬线一上一下交织形成的平纹织物,也可以是斜纹织物。

1.一种透气性的运动面料,包括基布层,其特征在于:所述基布层的上表面设有抗菌除臭层,所述抗菌除臭层的上表面设有耐磨层;
所述基布层是经线和纬线相互交织形成织物,再浸入处理液中进行后整理制得,所述经线是由竹纤维和超细聚酯纤维混纺制成的纱线,所述纬线是由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和弹性纤维混纺制成的纱线,所述处理液的配方为:丝素蛋白20-30g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠6-12g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐18-36g/L、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8-15g/L、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺100-200g/L;
所述抗菌除臭层由甲壳素纤维与棉纤维的混纺纱编织而成;
所述耐磨层包括以下重量份的原料:改性聚氨酯乳液32-50份、固化剂8-15份、超高分子量聚乙烯5-10份、偶联剂1-3份、氢氧化铝20-40份、纳米蒙脱土9-18份、溶剂12-20份、助剂4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述基布层的经线密度为85-95根/cm,纬线密度为72-82根/cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述经线由竹纤维和超细聚酯纤维按重量比1-3:1混纺而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述纬线由竹纤维、中空粘胶纤维和弹性纤维按重量比1-3:1.2-1.6:0.1-0.3混纺而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌除臭层混纺纱中甲壳素纤维的含量为40-70%,棉纤维的含量为30-60%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述助剂为分散剂、流平剂、增韧剂中的任意一种或两种以上以任意比混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述改性聚氨酯乳液为有机硅改性聚氨酯。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层的厚度为80-200μm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨层中还包括0.8-2份抗紫外线剂。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种透气性的运动面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌除臭层浸渍于抗菌整理液进行后整理,所述抗菌整理液包括以下含量的原料:抗菌肽20-40g/L、3,3',4,4'-联苯四羧酸二酐12-25g/L、柔软剂4-8g/L、琥珀酸二辛酯磺酸钠2-4g/L。
