Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a herbal skin bacteriostatic agent, which comprises a plurality of steps of plant pretreatment, plant carbonization treatment, plant stock solution extraction, stock solution purification and traditional Chinese medicine mixing preparation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care, in particular to a preparation method of a skin herbal bacteriostatic agent.
Background
The skin diseases have various types and complex etiology, the pathogenesis of various skin diseases is still not clear, the disease is stubborn and difficult to cure, and the skin diseases have the following common pathologies: 1) the secondary dermatitis is formed on the basis of more sebum secretion overflow, namely, because sebum secretion is increased and chemical components are changed, normal flora on the surface of the skin is greatly propagated to become opportunistic pathogenic bacteria to invade the skin; 2) the sweat glands are not smooth, the skin can not breathe normally, and the excessive subcutaneous water can not be secreted and excreted normally. The skin diseases are mainly treated by single symptom, such as eczema, miliaria, seborrheic dermatitis, skin pruritus, dermatophytosis and the like, and the traditional treatment method is to take symptomatic medicines orally and to smear various treatment ointments on the surface of the focus skin. The base fat of the ointment is formed by emulsifying oil and water, and all contain oil components, the unified symptom of skin diseases is that sweat glands are unsmooth, bacteria invade the skin, according to the theory of 'obstruction leading to pain' of the traditional Chinese medicine, the oil components contained in the ointment can aggravate the blockage of the sweat glands of the skin and form closure on the surface of the skin, and as a result, even if the ointment contains 'effective medicines', the expected curative effect can not be achieved easily, and the treatment result is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of a skin herbal bacteriostatic agent, which aims to solve the problems that the prior art easily causes damage to a human body and simultaneously has an unsatisfactory bacteriostatic effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a preparation method of a skin herbal bacteriostatic agent comprises the following steps:
step 1: cleaning plants, and then putting the plants into a drying box for drying for 1-2h at the drying temperature of 40-60 ℃;
step 2: taking out the plant dried in the step 1, putting the plant into a carbonization furnace, adjusting the temperature of the carbonization furnace to be 700 ℃, controlling the carbonization time to be 30-60min, and introducing protective gas during the whole working process of the carbonization furnace;
and step 3: adding water, a silver ion solution and a complex enzyme into the carbonized plant in the step 2, adjusting the pH value to 2.0-3.0, performing enzymolysis at the temperature of 60 ℃ for 2 hours, and then performing stirring, enzyme deactivation, filtration and centrifugation to obtain a solution I;
and 4, step 4: adding ethanol into the solution I in the step 3, adjusting the pH value to 5.0-6.0, purifying at 70-80 ℃ for 1h, and then stirring, squeezing and filtering to obtain a solution II;
and 5: and (4) adding the prepared traditional Chinese medicine liquid into the solution II in the step (4), adjusting the pH value to 2.0-3.0, and stirring and filtering to obtain the bacteriostatic agent.
Preferably, the protective gas in step 2 is nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
Preferably, the plant in step 1 comprises one or more of rhodiola rosea, phellodendron amurense, dandelion, purslane and aloe.
Preferably, the Chinese medicinal liquid in step 5 includes one or more of coptis chinensis extract, Chinese lobelia extract, scutellaria baicalensis extract, dandelion extract, andrographis paniculata extract, wild chrysanthemum extract, forsythia suspense extract, artemisia argyi extract, selfheal extract, schisandra chinensis extract, honeysuckle extract, sophora flavescens extract, fructus cnidii extract, cortex dictamni extract, carpesium abrotanoides extract and lavender extract.
Preferably, the preparation method of the Chinese medicinal liquid in the step 5 comprises the following steps:
step A: weighing a certain amount of each medicinal material respectively, pulverizing into coarse powder, placing in a processing furnace, adding water into the processing furnace, soaking for 30min, decocting, boiling, and decocting with slow fire for 30min to obtain medicinal liquid A;
and B: taking out the liquid medicine A in the step A, filtering out decoction, adding a proper amount of water into the processing furnace, decocting once again according to the method in the step A, and filtering out decoction again;
and C: and D, merging the two decoctions in the step B, standing, centrifuging at 3000r/min for 20min, taking supernate, heating and concentrating, adjusting the pH value to 7-8, sterilizing, and storing at the temperature of 4 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the invention can well kill and inhibit microorganisms such as staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, escherichia coli, dermatophyte, cryptococcus neoformans and the like, has good bacteriostatic effect and can quickly remove peculiar smell.
2) The invention adopts the percentage plant extract as the stock solution, is subjected to the working procedures of carbonization, purification and the like, and is mixed with the traditional Chinese medicine liquid, thereby avoiding using a large amount of chemical components, causing no damage to the skin of a human body and playing the role of safety protection.
