Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antibiosis, and particularly relates to an antibacterial composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The improvement of human living standard and the convenient use of the transportation mode lead people to frequently go out for travel, gather food, shop and other public activities, so that the hands of people are easy to contact various pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and the like, if the pathogenic microorganisms cannot be effectively eliminated in time, the pathogenic microorganisms can survive for hours at the palm, finger joints, fingertips and other positions, and even can continue to grow and propagate to become places where the pathogenic microorganisms and the viruses are hidden and propagated. For example, contaminated hands can be used for scratching and rubbing the nose without cleaning, germs on the hands can enter the hands in a false manner, and easily enter the human body through respiratory tracts, nasal and ocular membranes and the like; the hands can take things to eat without disinfection, and microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and the like on the hands can be transferred to food, so that people can easily infect various diseases after eating the food; before the towel is used, hands are not cleaned, germs on the hands are transferred to the towel, and when a face is washed, the towel contacts with the eye strength membrane, the nose strength membrane and the like, and the germs can enter a human body by riding the machine.
Gynecological inflammation is a common disease of women, and is caused by that many people lack due knowledge of gynecological diseases, lack of health care of bodies and various diseases caused by bad living habits, and finally, a large number of toxins and bacteria are hidden in the vagina to cause the internal environment of the vagina to be disordered. The common gynecological inflammations include female vulvitis, vaginitis, cervicitis and the like. Clinically, gynecological inflammation mainly shows that vaginal secretion is increased and is accompanied by symptoms such as peculiar smell, pruritus vulvae, leukorrhagia, burning pain and the like, and great inconvenience is brought to normal life and work.
Therefore, the antibacterial liquid has important significance for preventing germs from entering human bodies and relieving gynecological inflammation.
At present, most of antibacterial agents commonly used in China are chemical agents and the like, and the antibacterial agents cause harm to human bodies to a certain extent while sterilizing, and particularly have great harm to people with weak resistance and poor immunity, so that the antibacterial agent which is antibacterial, mild in property and capable of avoiding causing harm to human bodies is necessary.

adding the extract into the supernatant, adding antibacterial, oleum Olivarum, soybean oil, and vitamins, mixing, and adding ozone to obtain the final product.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:
according to the invention, the antibacterial composition is prepared by using ozone, on one hand, the composition has a good sterilization effect by using the sterilization property of ozone, and the ozone is safe to human bodies and safe to use; the composition has the advantages of high safety, good antibacterial and bactericidal effects, no drug resistance and cheap raw materials by utilizing the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, such as mildness to a human body, low price and no side effect, and has good effects of relieving pain and itching and inhibiting bacteria by the synergistic effect of the medicinal materials. And as various traditional Chinese medicines can be mutually assisted, the traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of quick response and outstanding antibacterial effect. The Chinese medicinal extract may have unstable or deteriorated active ingredients due to long-term storage, and the olive oil, the soybean oil and the vitamin E are added, so that the Chinese medicinal extract can be uniformly dispersed in the Chinese medicinal extract, the use time can be prolonged, and the skin can be moisturized.
The antibacterial composition is prepared by soaking antibacterial materials for subsequent extraction, decocting the antibacterial materials to extract a part of effective substances dissolved in water, performing centrifugal separation to remove impurities and leave pure effective substances, performing microwave extraction on filter residues to extract some water-insoluble effective substances, concentrating the water-insoluble effective substances to obtain an extract, mixing the extract with a supernatant, adding olive oil, soybean oil and vitamin E, finally flushing ozone, and flushing the ozone in to fully wrap the ozone by oily substances.

Examples of the experiments
First, verification of bacteriostatic effect
Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans stored on a 4 ℃ slant were inoculated into a sterilized nutrient agar medium, and the antibacterial compositions prepared in examples 1 to 5 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were injected into the surface of the nutrient agar medium with a 5 mm-diameter punch, respectively, and cultured in a 37 ℃ water-area incubator for 24 hours, and the diameters of the zones were measured, and the results are shown in Table 1.
TABLE 1
According to table 1, it can be seen that the antibacterial composition prepared by the present application has a good bacteriostatic effect on bacteria.
Second, skin irritation verification
21 white rabbits with the weight of 2 +/-0.2 kg and randomly divided into 7 groups were selected, and the antibacterial composition prepared in examples 1-5 and the antibacterial composition prepared in comparative examples 1-2 were respectively used for testing, the two sides of the spine of each rabbit were cut off by 3cm × 3cm before the test, the antibacterial composition was applied to the skin on one side, the other side was used as a control group, the application was performed 1 time per day for 30 days, the skin was washed with warm water after each application for 4 hours, and the results were observed after each application for 24 hours, and the skin of 7 groups of rabbits did not change after each application for 30 days, which indicates that the antibacterial composition prepared in the present application has no irritation to the skin.
In conclusion, the antibacterial composition is prepared by using the ozone, so that on one hand, the composition has a good sterilization effect by using the sterilization property of the ozone, and the ozone is safe to human bodies and safe to use; the composition has the advantages of high safety, good antibacterial and bactericidal effects, no drug resistance and cheap raw materials by utilizing the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine extract, such as mildness to a human body, low price and no side effect, and has good effects of relieving pain and itching and inhibiting bacteria by the synergistic effect of the medicinal materials.
The invention firstly soaks the antibacterial material for subsequent extraction, then boils the antibacterial material to extract part of the effective substances dissolved in water, then carries out centrifugal separation to remove impurities and leave pure effective substances, and then carries out microwave extraction on the filter residue to extract some water-insoluble effective substances, then concentrates the water-insoluble effective substances to obtain extract, mixes the extract and the supernatant, adds olive oil, soybean oil and vitamin E, and finally flushes ozone to obtain the finished product.
